LETTER TO EMBASSIES IN WASHINGTON, DC AND MISSION AT THE UN

NOTE TO THE READER: Originally, I intended to publish this letter after I had distributed it to all Embassies in Washington, DC and Missions at the United Nations. However, quicker pacing of events, particularly, the increasing nature of threats of violence, intimidation, torture and hostility against me in San Francisco and the Bay Area, a clear signal of imminent danger, has made it necessary for me to publish it simultaneously with its distribution.I do so in the belief that that the Excellencies would not feel undermined by my action. At the end of the letter, I have a couple of "Action Forms." The first is for the Excellencies, and the second is for the reading public. Readers who are convinced that what they read here just might be true, and may want to do something to help me, are respectfully requested to sign the second "Action Form," and fax it to President Bush and the White House at 202-456-2461.Finally, these publications are not meant to impress certain esoteric lovers or mentors of mine as the public is often misled to believe. They are for a just cause: To inform you the public in order to get the government take positive measures to correct a bad situation. Thank you. OBY.

Reference: On the Matter of the Persecution of Ghanaian in North America.

October 27, 2008.

Dear Excellencies:

During the last fourteen years, I have assiduously informed the international society about an unjustifiable racist, hateful, malicious and destructive program of eugenics-biological warfare, ethnic cleansing and peonage-enslavement massed against me by the United States and its surrogates. Sadly enough, these hands hired to trick and kill me for rites include Ghanaians. From all accounts, US targeted me for 'elimination' due to immutable factors, principally, my African origins, which as I have learned are detested here in the United State. This prompts the question as to the rationale for the so-called African support for this program. A number of other cumulative factors accounted for this attack. But the perpetrators have tried to cover up shocking dimensions such as the involvement of secret societies [Lodges], and, perhaps Churches. It is for this reason that Speaker Nancy Pelosi, NOW, gays and other hirelings operating for the 'spiritual purification' of the system have adopted demonic attacks as one of their main tactics against me. I have highlighted another crucial aspect of this program as part of a black American war of revenge and attrition against Africans, particularly, against those Africans deemed by Black Americans to be leaders, and those who may have traditional royal heritage. I am one of these people. My heritage is of traditional royalty. My first name, Ohene, which means, 'the King,' has been a source of hatred from those African Americans who associate the sale of their ancestors into slavery with African royalties, particularly, Kings. US 'origin-based' policy against me also embraces the secret sectarian war of revenge waged by African Americans against Africans.

In the last ten years, I have circulated hundreds of letters about this phenomenon to embassies and missions at the United Nations to appeal to them to demand cessation of this unjustifiable attack against me in USA. In these letters, I expressed grave concern for my safety, the safety of my family in Ghana and of Africans similarly targeted throughout the world. The increased urgency for reiterating the request at this juncture is due to a couple of factors. First, perpetrators of the crime who dread total exposure [or their surrogates] have become increasingly belligerent towards me recently. Second. The offenders now believe that they should have the right to deprive me of any compensation in this crime. Some demand that I should share whatever compensation I receive with the so-called investors and African Americans. In other words, I should pay US agents, scientists and politicians for destroying me. This explains the 'competition' to loot and pillage me, which has already led to Speaker Nancy Pelosi allegedly stealing one hundred thousand dollars from the employment discrimination case, which I discuss at length at ohenethinkslegal.com. in my most recent publication. The United States government has shown no desire to stop this naked aggression and plundering against me. I have even reached out to foreign media, governments and institutions for help, partly to signal that the U.S. stands to be hugely embarrassed as I reveal all what I know about the case. I have similarly contacted human rights organizations and African institutions. However, none of these individuals, groups or organizations, offered any help whatsoever. This is because, everybody wants me tortured to death to protect the PUBA, Secretary Rice, Katherine Crier, Microsoft's Cathy Marshall, the system, etc. United States Presidents have adopted 'passing the buck' strategy in this case. "I will let the next President decide the matter.” "Both President Clinton and Bush have used the strategy to enforce the program or project. If as suggested by some observers, there is a element of appeasement in the policy options of the Presidents and their governments, then, perceived beneficiaries of such appeasement, African Americans, given their declared posture in this case, would have been given a horse to ride forever. There are a few good Americans who could make the difference. Still, they refused to get involved in the matter for of either imminent retribution from the PUBA, or for lack of resolve to address the African American revenge schemes dressed in national interests and loyalty garbs.

Still, I urged you to openly protest the commission of this crime against humanity by the United States and its citizens, otherwise, ardent and vociferous adherents of the protection of human dignity. Each time I made such requests, the abuse and torture intensified. Now, the government and people of the United States, particularly those in San Francisco and the Bay Area, where I have been seized and garrisoned for the last twelve years, are all up in arms, ready for war with me. They support homosexuality frame ups, demonic and drugging insurgency and racial discrimination, some of the social instruments deployed against me from the system's armory. The call to action is to protect Speaker Pelosi, Katherine Crier and his Secret Friends, Secretary Rice, Senators Boxer and Feinstein, Cathy Marshall and the other destroyers at Microsoft. On the frontline is manned Willie Brown Jr. and his African American Troupe, homosexuals, the police, prostitutes, lawyers, doctors, and even illegal immigrants, as far as they associate with "Here, the Local," or whatever name the PUBA chooses. Guess who are the bases?

These people are angry and intend to carry out the ultimate objective of the program, namely, assassination against me, NOT because, I exposed America for this hideous crime and gross violation of my human rights, or, I have painted San Francisco a bad image, when everyone likes IT. BUT FOR RITES, RITUALS AND DEPRIVATION. The former Mayor Willie Brown Jr,, an old hack and hatchet for these things in US, the current Mayor and moral leader Gavin Newsom and the District Attorney, Kamala Harris, all of who hate African immigrants by the way, are now deep in trench warfare against me in the alleys of San Francisco . I am tailgated around the Bar Area by all sorts of organizations, law enforcement and homosexuals in a show of force from my enemies. The purpose is to cover up the crime already known to the whole world and clown me as some sort of a deviant. This has not succeeded.

The purpose of this letter is to reiterate the same request, which I made several years ago, respectfully, urging your excellencies to call on the United States to promptly and immediately order a cessation of the crime, or, programs, as Americans refer to the illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional violations, which have caused me incalculable and irreparable injuries, and devastated my family in Ghana. I have exhausted all avenues for similar pleading to the leaders of the Ghana government. The indifference shown by President Kuffor and his government has astounded me. It appears to as if my country's current leaders deem as their vital interests, the foreign aid relations with the United States, an not the protection of the human rights of its citizens. Even worse, it appears to me as if in this case, the leadership in Ghana trusts black American detractors [such as Condoleezza Rice, Kamala Harris and Willie Brown Jr.] 'fronting' this genocide more than they do of me, the bona fide Ghanaian, the one attacked partly because of his unflinching loyalty to Ghana and Africa . But, the rest of the world, particularly, Africa must not sit idly by as Africans are butchered for revenge by African Americans, killed for rituals and rites or harvested for their body parts by an otherwise enlightened people. The attack against me to derail my advancement is an unpardonable act of aggression. Please, Excellencies, demand an explanation for this crime from the U.S. government, for this vicious attack on me by US government, politicians, hospitals, drug companies, businesses and citizens by raising these issues:

1. Please, demand an explanation for why the United States House Speaker Nancy Pelosi believes that she has the right to harass me, torture me, frame me as gay, ask North Americans [including the police] to beat me down and so that she could seize and keep me as a slave. Does Nancy Pelosi's claim to the 'possession of demonic powers' alone offer her grounds to commit these violations against another person? Does her claim to possess "power" place her above the law? Is Condoleezza Rice, lead accomplice, above the law? Why do American media refuse to openly comment on the matter? What happened to all the frankly-spoken conservative Radio talk show hosts in the bay area? Could they not defend the verities of the market place? Look here, like it or not, this is official fraud and corruption, mayhem, felony and high power criminal chain conspiracy!!

2. Please, Excellencies, demand to know, whether, and, if so, to what extent, the said program is meant to forcibly castrate me [through chemical and other applications] and prevent me marrying and making children as a measure to control the population of 'dark–skinned' people, and people of parallel insular characteristics. Do we need a mono-species world? Whether these hate-filled greedy people, have plotted, as rumored in San Francisco, to kill my daughter, nephews and nieces in Ghana, in order to maintain the illusion that I have no family, so Cathy Marshall, Condoleezza Rice and Nancy Pelosi should compete to inherit me? Why would the US Congress sanction such an evil deed? Even worse, why would Ghana fail to address such an issue?

3. Please, Excellencies, demand to know from US authorities whether, and, if so, to what extent is the program or project meant to forcibly make me 'a failure,' a homosexual, a retardee, a criminal, and an international pariah to be shoved, scorned, maligned and impugned by everybody. Who does the PROJECT benefit?

4. Please, Excellencies, demand to know whether, and if so, to what extent is the program meant to induce serious ailments such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Diabetes, Heart Attack, Stroke, Mental Illness, etc., in me and, whether it is meant to weaken my immune system to make me vulnerable these and other diseases. Where does the United States get the right to so burden me or any such individual or group?

Again, I would like to re-state my case to remind Excellencies of the premise from which I pose some of these questions. And it is thus: I, the African [Ghanaian] student studying in Canada on scholarship from Canadian institutions was secretly and viciously attacked by US government and citizens. They deployed chemical, laser, ritual and demonic weaponry. They allegedly accused me of being United States enemy [because intelligence experts Rice and Marshall said so].They denigrated me as undeserving of the right and privilege of higher education and elitism that results from such education, because of 'your inferior origins.' They reinforced an already running eugenics-biological and enslavement programs with the purpose of altering my gender and individual sovereign status [To that of a homosexual and slave, because, I am ugly, inferior and look like a fool]. They accused of ALSO dating women in Canada, a crime for me in the United States [Evidence suggests that I was not the person allegedly accused of sleeping to A LOT of WHITE WOMEN. He happened to be another Ghanaian. But the evidence is ignored].They already had me for PROJECT. They had me for 'social engineering,' and drug experimentation. They had the ultimate 'Guinea Pig, This was a serious violation.

Then, I was further accused of selling ancestors of African Americans, because I am West African [Guilty by association? Where is the proof?]. This lands me another capital offense via FATOA, a US government-approved punishment to appease African Americans, particularly, the Moslems. I was derided for refusing to have sex with men, and even women for whom I had no romantic connection [A fact of reversed sexism, racism and pure hypocrisy]. I was chased out of Canada to United States [Senegal] through demonic attacks and an underground US operation for US citizens to further violate me, and deprive me of my personal properties and rights [where the property would be given to Rice]. Americans, I was told, had to go to Canada to do this, because, the Canadians were not "efficient" at this. Moreover "We [US] have been looking for you" due to your academic views and potential for success [something things you do not deserve due to your origins]. I filed cases in courts to protect these rights. But the enemy plunders and pillages these cases in the Courts, further burdening me with miscarriage of justice just so Speaker Pelosi would benefit [Thus far, she allegedly stashed away one hundred thousand dollars for a five hundred thousand dollar case !]. I complained to all sectors and levels of the U.S. government, but, I have been treated with disdain, inaction, indifference and silence. From this scenario arise these issues for further pondering:

1. Whether, and if so, to what extent the United States has an obligation to protect all people within its territory and jurisdiction from such vicious and malicious aggression. Does the United States operate a 'origin-blind" judiciary system? If it is clear that the creator endowed individuals with certain inalienable rights, then, why would alienage become a bar to justice, where violation of these inherent rights are concerned? Is double standard reversible?

2. Can the United States openly state to the whole world the nature of the crimes I committed against its leaders and citizens and businesses, which condemn me as United States enemy who must be tortured, beaten, persecuted and assassinated? Could U.S. authorities explain in specific terms, what threat I posed or pose to U.S. national security interests? Why is the United States threatening to kill me, if I go to my own country, Ghana? Do you hear me Ghana? Do you hear me Africa? Do you hear about who's killing your children, scholars, leaders and returnees? I do not intend to cede either Ghana or Africa to Willie Brown Jr., Secretary Rice or Black Americans eager for revenge [I am now privy to what is said to be the African American strategy of 'substitution by elimination." This means whenever they succeed in killing one African here in North America, they would send one Black American to that person's country, as a 'replacement.' This is why they tell me that "remain here and be replaced." And this nonsense is heralded by the media. If this validated, it would violate certain sections of the Genocide Convention or in U.S. Title 18 section 1091 et. seq.]. Those who wish to send these elements to kill Africans in Africa would find out, eventually, that there would be an African response. Africans would eventually wake up from this nightmare! Excellencies, you have a job to do.

3. Whether and to what extent United States leaders, particularly, the Congress, business and citizens have the right to determine which Africans succeed and which fail? Why do Nancy Pelosi and her 'power folks' believe that they have the right to seize Africans they hate to plunder and kill? Why does Nancy Pelosi, or, for that matter, any U.S. official believe that she or he has the power and right to choose "winners and losers" among Africans? Is such a conduct acceptable behavior in a market place economy or the capitalist system?

4. Whether and if so to what extent the United States has the right to seize me on the basis that 'you are black" and the scholarship Canada offered you to study in Canada made it obligatory that you serve America?' Have US or North American NGOs contracted known African Americans to track and kill African scholars believed to be 'radical,' or any Africans who companies in their country, or who oppose the investment agreements African governments sign with certain international companies? Who are these African Americans charged with the responsibility to eliminate 'patriotic' Africans? Excellencies, are your dots connected?

Once at graduate school in Ottawa a Professor gave me this warning: "If you do not stop talking about your country, they ['Da yie' or 'Good Night': Last words usually heard by those who suffer the fate from the muggers] would kill you!" I cannot talk about Canada or United States, so why can I not talk about Ghana, my own native? Guess what, they have Black American assassins for that purpose. ITT was Business. So, Excellencies, do you connect the dots? Do you support this neo-imperialist aggression against this African? I have been ordered [through Secretary Rice] to STOP all academic and professional pursuits, and surrender all my academic property to Condoleezza Rice, because, I do not have permission to ALSO succeed. Do you support this but, also, they want dictate with whom you eat, when and where. In the context of the program, this is supposed to be perfectly rational behavior.

5. If you are a diplomat [African or otherwise], whether and to what extent are you concerned to learn that a Ghanaian student who accepted an opportunity to study in Canada so he could improve himself and help his family in Ghana has been captured by for experiments. These programs of subjugation, destruction and failure must culminate in ritual assassination. He has been attacked by Americans [black, brown and white], because, they want to stop him from advancing in his chosen career, so they could deprive him of his private and other property rights [Because he's slave and treasure trove for Americans. He has been intentionally tagged foolish and sick to ensure that his home government that it did not need to interfere with his persecution?

Would you be concerned, if you learned that he has been beaten, framed as homosexual and criminal, placed in enslavement education programs to benefit American leaders and citizens? Excellencies, all this while, the fascist media in United States have covered this up with their own propaganda, which mostly is slanted to ensure success of the "power program." Does covering the truth in this manner by the media to ensure success of such evil 'program' by the system remind any of you of a like historical epoch?

I learned with dismay and disgust that many diplomats [especially Africans] 'support' US Condoleezza Rice with regard to her involvement in this case. I ask why and for what? She is already amply supported by Americans [white, black and brown] to put me down, pillage and scandalize me, frame me up as gay and US enemy, etc. Now, she and others are being helped to steal my identity and kill me thereafter, because, 'he is an African fool.' She covered for those who put me in the gutter in San Francisco for fourteen years for Black Americans and homosexuals to urinate on me as America wages the 'virus war' against me.

But, I am told to keep quiet, because, she is dangerous, or she represents very dangerous people who could destroy my family in Ghana. The American elites encouraged her to claim that everything I authored, either Crier or she authored. Willie Brown is prepared to go to court to try to steal every penny due me in this case for them, because, they implanted whatever I write put in my mind [That is, without Crier and Rice, I could write nothing].They even authored my essays during my college days. And for the thousandth time, I disclaim, "I DO NOT KNOW THEM AND I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THEM. So, could I use some International help? Rice represents that type of ' North American white elite'' who are fearful of an intelligent and intelligible Black Man, until they hire a Black woman to put him down. The Speaker allegedly stole one hundred thousand dollars from a case [with the help of the African American Judge and the opposing Attorneys, Morrison and Foerster, LLP of Palo Alto, California] in which I represented myself [In this crime, "myself" or "yourself" is one of the code reference to the homosexual who the program intents to emulate, or for whose sake I must sleep with men. "myself" is also a lawyer. This is the reason why lawyers refuse to take my case with the usual retort, "do it yourself." "Do it," means I must sleep with gays men or those in sex change, appreciate genital mutilation as I ‘embrace’ same. "Myself is one of the reasons for Black American opposition against me.

In fact, the “U or YU” the Back American lawyer] allegedly represents attorneys in this case. Lawyers have been ordered [or have agreed] not to represent me, because, Rice [as Crier as Boxer] is YU and my lawyer. One could draw this logical inference: Either, Rice or Crier is "Myself" or "Yourself," the one or those YU represents. This is how "America" has framed me with homosexuality in order to benefit from the case [The drug producers apparent pay the benefits].. Now, Willie Brown Jr., the perennial hack and hatchet for America elite is prepared to go to court to argue that Rice [as Crier as Boxer] wrote the court cases, that Rice [as Crier] wrote everything I wrote in college in Canada, perhaps, she wrote everything I wrote when I was in Ghana and Nigeria. Still, the impostors are officially protected by the powers of a Secret Intelligence courts headed by Senators from the Area. In this court, my evidence would not be allowed, because, it is "an operation," and "national security" would be compromised.

Dr. Rice, according to Americans, was sent to destroy me for having the potential to 'make it,' so I could not blame her for whatever she did [She is only a poor little girl, doing whatever she's told to do, she does not make the rules]. Let us take a glance at my case and 'the poor little girl's message. She was sent to interfere and obstruct me to prevent me from succeeding, to recruit me to be a slave in America, to control me in family as part of the plot to destroy my lineage, to frame me as gay, to deprive me of my private property, to cover up the eugenics –ethnic cleansing programs against me, to castrate me through prescription and street drugs, to impoverish me and make me dependent on others, to capture me for rites and sacrifices, etc. If I resist these things, she was to use Black American assassins, the police and hospitals to eliminate me. This is the stage of the case at this moment. Look, she has not done all this by herself. They are a team, all of them!

But how could any African diplomat or leader support her [or other Africans involved, e.g. Willie Brown Jr?]. These are the folks set against Africans for these things? What if you knew that she was sent by the 'slave owner,' the business man who says I should shut up about my own country? What if the purification [rites] priests who seek to exploit my blood for the 'empowerment' rites of the puba and her attacker who sent her?

As diplomats, do you also support these programs that might have allowed Americans to take life insurance policies on me, when I do not know them, let alone related to them? Do you support the official policy which has aided these so-called "investors" [because I am a slave laboring for drug companies from which the investors must benefit] to mimic my identity, including how to pen my signature, a disposition the intent of which could not be clearer? What else do you support against me, Excellencies, the HIV-AIDS virus deposited in that rubber with my name and grave number on it? [RIP, Luke Ananga!].

6. Whether, and if so, to what extent you are concerned that as part of this persecution, the United States has an intelligence tracking program, which it manages with Microsoft other computer companies], where the tracking, invasion and intrusion anchor is Cathy Marshall, a Finnish computer wiz authorized to look into your bedroom [qua mine] in order to collect information for "sound-bites," which would be used to frame and goad every one of you [As they did and continue to do for me]. They would smuggle a 'micro-chip' into you as they did to me, and use that for their nefarious tracking and pervasive invasion of your privacy. Not only am I aware that this was how the US created ' white charges' for m, [which it refuses to openly state for lack of evidence], but, also, I know that this individual and his or her team are covered up by Black Americans led by Condoleezza Rice and Willie Brown Jr., the media and law enforcement, to cause this illegality and mayhem to Africans, under the guise of mystery and technomagic and patriotism. The seriousness of this scandal or scam is underpinned by the plot that this was the individual, for whom the cohorts conspired: S/he was supposed to inherit me!!! Whenever I have detected his or her antic [I am confused with regard to its gender], he or she has been replaced by "U" as in "U2," the designation for a United States spy plane shot down by the Soviets in 1961.

At this time, I can report that this Cathy Marshall operates closely with Secretary Rice, Speaker Pelosi, Katherine Crier, the media, African Americans, lawyers and the rest of the attack gang, justly or not , as U.S. Intelligence. In the Bay Area, this individual is said to be of the most threat and danger to me, because, she could become a fusion of any of the prominent cohorts, such as Mayor Newsom and former Mayor Brown Jr. of San Francisco. Microsoft and the Gates Foundation are friends of Africa, are they not? So why are they preventing one African from succeeding? They spend billions of dollars helping the many in African to develop, right? Perhaps, there have too many Africans victims? How many fell due to the waves from Microsoft and similar organizations?

7. Whether you care that presently in United States, "U" is symbolized in a ruthless killer, a Black American, powerful lawyer set on Africans to "kill all of them." "U" operates with the police, gangs [Black, Brown and White] and the so-called Black Angels, where "an angel" means "a messenger or errand boy." But, do you suspect that U is indeed a white man? Many white men? How many? Is "U" both white and black, American? He could be every man out there, chosen to subjugate and denigrate me and frame me as homosexual, every man out there in the belief that I am inferior, so I should be oppressed, starved, deprived, etc. "YU," YOWA, HA, and "MI," these elements destroyed my academic and professional careers with their jealousy and meanness. They all represent "POWER." One of the reasons cited for the attack was that I did not deserve my won God-given potential to succeed, because, “You do not have power.” In West African parlance, “power’ as used here refers to “juju’ or even “witchcraft.” Is this why I am U.S. enemy?

Solution for the academic problem: Drugging and demonic reprisals. It took such punitive demonic raids to get me out of Ottawa and the Law School [Some beings I could not see, but feel joined me in my apartment, and practically drove me out].. Whenever I decide to pursue further studies the destabilization activities intensify. The order is "STOP!" "Stop all plans for advancement and progress, otherwise, they {Dee} would kill you." "Don't make long term plans." This message, quid pro quo, is as clear as 'choosing winners and losers' among people. Excellencies, do you agree with this conduct from the United States?

8. Please, Excellencies, would you join this lone voice to denounce this American crime and demand that the United get these people: Speaker Pelosi, Secretary Rice, former Senator from Illinois Carole Morsey-Braun, Senator Boxer from California, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, Katherine Crier of Fox News, Willie Brown Jr. of San Francisco, Mayor Gavin Newsom of San Francisco, the District Attorney for San Francisco Kamala Harris and the host of others destroying me out of my life and my family? The program [no matter what it is about] is illegal, criminal and irresponsible. Tortfeasors in this crime know that they should not have done it. Such intentional violations covered in nefarious motives deserve punitive damages. All those who have participated in this chain face the law. I categorically refuse the status of a CIRCUS. The United States has seriously erred. This includes all forms of criminal, gay- homosexual and other deviant behavioral insinuations intentionally calculated to impugn my image, integrity and dignity. Such defamatory characterizations intentionally instigated by the likes of Speaker Nancy Pelosi to cover up the crime of ethnic cleansing and criminal ritualism must be denounced without reservations.

Excellencies, please, demand that the US get these people out of my life, my family and my country. Many of you have been misled to believe that all this is about romantic escapades. The fact is that the program has nothing to do with romance. I have not solicited any of these women, let alone men. I have learned in San Francisco that sex and sexual innuendos are entrapments tactics used to assassinate immigrants. Currently in San Francisco, this form of entrapment appears to be the only tactic left for those who are bent on mugging me and slashing my throat. Young women [and perhaps men] have been recruited to channel love and affection from the cohorts in order to trick me for gays to mug and rape me, then, kill m for rites. The cohorts are frustrated, because, I do not know them and I wish not be associated with such destructive elements who do not share the same standard of ethics and morals as I do. It is my God-given right to choose my friends, and I expect every individual, group, organization or country to respect that right. Secretary Rice, Speaker Pelosi, Willie Brown Jr., Kamala Harris, Senator Boxer, Katherine Crier, former Senator Carole Morsey-Braun and others helped to destroy me for "White power." They did this in the name of the United States. I am already in contact with US officials concerning the specifics of this violation. I would inform the world at large in due course about the direction of action in this very serious human rights violation.

Before I conclude this missive, I wish to reiterate some of the specifics of my concerns with you for your kind contemplation. No matter what you have heard or believe of me, please, bear with me, wear my shoes and think of yourself as:

1. a target of assassination for ritual purposes by people with whom you share no affinity.

2. a target of peonage-enslavement programs to benefit all those who could conspire to kill you with the support of their government and acquiescence of yours,

3. a target for castration for the very specific purpose of eroding your lineage,

4. a target of ethnic cleansing activities due to your immutable characteristics [those things which you had no choice in possessing, because, they are natural; looks, color, origins, etc.],

5. a target of African American revenge or feminist retaliation, both of which are supported by powerful members of the United States Congress,

6. a target for gay-homosexual immersion and sex change experiments, where the perpetrators usually frame you up as having some proclivity towards that behavior just so they would cover up the crime itself as “your own personal behavior.”

7. a target of total deprivation, identity theft and insurance scams covered up by official policy,

8. a target of “gang banging,” that involves Black Americans, Law enforcement and even Africans, because Rice has to be protected in order for her to cover for Speaker Pelosi.

9. In all this, the current government in Ghana has colluded with the US government to reinforce this hate-filled Rwanda-type ethnic cleansing and torture program against you and your family,

10. Think of it, that one explanation for this is that universities in Canada offered you [such a dark-skinned, ugly, monkey-face, etc.] scholarships so the United States has the right to attack you, whenever you do not protect American interests,

11. Think of it, when you have been told that as part of the program, we will not allow you to work, we will follow you no matter where you go to drug and destabilize you, we will make you disabled and dependent, we will throw “YU,” Blacks and gays at you to smear, malign and impugn your integrity, we will go on until we succeed in killing you;

Would you, if you were the target demand termination of YU?

May case should be a wake up call for Africans, particularly, with regard to our security. Now, it is not only HIV-AIDS, Ebola, War, Hunger, Drought, etc, but, also, this modern leviathan that creeps through specific applications of technology, manipulation, repression and similar inhuman means in these programs of eradication that threatens African Security. Those of who you who have the slightest doubt about these things, I have a couple of suggestions for you. 1. Google “Tuskegee.” 2. Eavesdrop on San Francisco through your Consulates in California.

This program has prevented me from enjoying life as do others, from marrying and having a family of mine, from pursuing my career goals and earning six figure salaries as do the organizers and my peers. Indeed, it has plunged me light years below my peers is every aspect of the human experience. Even so, presently, I am being hounded to buy sex from prostitutes, for only they are designated so to service me, in order to give me the HIV virus. This way, whatever benefits await me would be shared among the faithful investors, American loyalists and supremacists who toiled all these years to goad me. If you read this as premeditated murder, then I have your ear. This is NOT the end of the discrimination, torture, hostility and abuse: program-project.

Excellencies, I plead with all of you to imagine this as your own personal experience. Ponder it, the impact of this on your family and you, and determine, whether you deserve justice. If you believe that you do, then, that is all I respectfully entreat you to petition for on my behalf. Please, demand the repudiation of this program, ‘DA,’ ‘YU,’ and any such nonsense fostered on Africans on this continent, particularly, me. Please, demand to know from President Bush, whether YU is US President and Chief Justice. Otherwise, why does YU get to make all decisions concerning Africans, when YU appears to be an enemy of Africa? Excellencies, please, request President Bush to justify the ‘program-project,’ and show how it meets international human rights standards.

Conclusion:

There may never be a global-nation, and, hence, never a global citizenry. But since globalization has brought people from various nationalities, races, ethnicities and tribes together, it is incumbent on all of us to learn to tolerate and respect each other as human with rights and dignity to behold. If we cannot appreciate such anthropological diversity, must we destroy it? For those whose duty it is "to save the peace,'' according to a Professor from American University in Washington, D.C. , it is also their duty "to save all species, be they human, animal or plant." This task is both onerous and necessary, if the contiguity of human civilization is not to be interrupted again. To achieve this requires absolute vigilance against the indifference towards what appears to be the resurgence of the proclivity in certain societies towards inhuman practices that mimic genocide, ethnic cleansing and biological warfare. The necessity of development in Third World countries must not emasculate democratic practices such as the vigorous protection of human rights and freedom of expression. Similarly, academic scholarships used to entrap those without means must be totally denounced, because, such practices are regressive, and can only turn back the clock of civilization, because they distort relations among people of different races and ethnicities.

Experiments or research used to undermine qualitative life and family values must be rejected as uncivilized. This whole program has been one gigantic conspiracy of quid pro quo: "This for that," " do this or else," "If you leave we would send CHP to follow and kill you," " If you do not become homosexual, you would not succeed," " If you study any more we would kill you," if you do not believe US, we would kill you," "If you contract relationships with women, YOU would chop off your head," Excellencies, there just a few of the demands made on me by United States, because, a university in Canada offered me a scholarship, and there is a 'program or project' that seeks to subjugate and dehumanize me, etc. Would this happen in a world where human rights are respected? Why do we build barriers such as to foster primitiveness, retardation and subjugation of certain people?

Finally, I intend to visit all embassies in Washington, DC to make my case in person you, Excellencies, in the name of justice and respect for human dignity and my sovereign individuality. MY RECENT LETTER TO GHANA'S MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS, HON. KWASI ADJEI

NOTE TO THE READER: This letter was not meant for publication at this time. However, I have decided to publish for the following reasons:

1. I have been blocked by the gurus of the internet from sending the letter to the Hon. Minister for Foreign Affairs in Ghana, Mr. Kwasi Adjei for whom it was intended. I succeeded in faxing a copy via the internet to President Kuffour of Ghana. This was during his recent visit to the United States. I also succeeded in faxing copies to Ghana's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in NewYork, the Ghana Embassy in Washington, D.C. and the Consulate of Ghana in New York. In each case, I requested that copies of the letter should be forwarded to the Hon. Minister and the leader of the NDC, Prof. Atta Mills. Still, I am not convinced that copies of the letter were forwardedto Hon. Adjei and Prof. Mills.
2. I am sick and tired of Ghanaian leaders who have mellowed themselves for United States and Black American leaders to deceive them and walk over them as they [Americans] scorch Ghanaians, Africans and me. I am sick and tired of the leadership that dines and dances with people pursuing the most wicked and cruel program of mayhem and destruction[Crimes Against Humanity] on me, while they follow the perpetrator’s advisement to "ignore" me.
3. Now, I know that, even if Hon. Adjei received the letter, the government of Ghana might have chosen to follow orders from Condoleezza Rice to "ignore that fool," rather than standing up in this crisis with a bona fide Ghanaian. Elsewhere in these publications, I have noted that the United States[through Condoleezza Rice and other conspirators] convinced Ghanaian officials that I am Black American, or Nigerian, or Ivorian, etc., so Ghana should not worry its head over my complaints or demise. What Ghanaian officials did not know was that United States pulled them along to "participate" in a conspiracy to commit GENOCIDE.
4. Any time I have sent a letter to Ghana about this case, the American public teased me with, "You are wasting your time writing to Ghana. Ghana is Rice. You are writing to Condoleezza Rice." What is this? Does Condoleezza Rice, US Secretary of State, own Ghana? Wait a minute, in what way? If she owns Ghana, then, guess who must be PRIVY to whatever is happening to all these Ghanaian leaders and scholars passing! Eureka? Thus far, I have gathered that Secretary Rice and African Americans[and Senator Barbara Boxer] caught committing in this crime against me have a defense. And it is this: "I was sent. I am only a messenger. I am doing my job. I do not make the rules." So what happened to personal responsibility? In this ‘awakening,' it appears to me as if we are about to reach the owner of the crime, the Mother PUBA.

5. Since I started faxing this letter to Hon. Adjei's letter, gay harassment, hostility and gang activity appear to have upped against me in San Francisco. Embolden by President Kuffour's neglect, or, perhaps, encouraged by further instigation by their leaders, the American public has intensified its WHITE WASHING activity centered around homosexual innuendo, deviant behavioral and other criminal set ups meant to defile, defame and libel me. As you can tell, I am sick and tired of WHITE WASHING and DEMONIC ATTACKS. All the gay talk is simply that, WHITE WASHING, a tactic meant to cloak and obfuscate the crime of genocide, ethnic cleansing and biological warfare being committed against me as you read so as to protect the WHITE MAN in whose name the gay program has been sustained by Nancy Pelosi. But, a crime is a crime!

6. I am saddened by the sudden passing of Ghana's Minister for Finance and Economic Planning, Hon. Wiredu [Even white people over here have said in connection with that death, "Adutoo"].
7. I am aware that Ghanaian leaders have not been able to connect the dots in the death of the Minister just as they failed to do so in the case of the "YA NA." I would like to advise the leadership to shake off its obstinacy and dormancy and face its adversaries with determined courage and vigor. Otherwise, these foreign predators would empty the House of Parliament, the Cabinet andTraditional Palaces.
8. The failure of the government [and the political leadership] to take charge of my case, and, my determination not to succumb to racist aggression are the main reasons why I have decided to reach out to civil, traditional and religious leaders. I hear that Ghana has been asked to "stand idly by" for Americans to destroy me, because, "he is Black American." For this, the City and County of San Francisco has been empowered to do all it could to eliminate me. Hence the Mayor, District Attorney, City Attorney, the Police Department and the General Hospital have risen to a new level of patriotic duty. I am the target. And it is all a set up!!!!
9. When you hear statements such as "Forget about him he is insane, he is sick, he isdemented, he has been destroyed....." from these San Franciscan politicians and you believe them, then, you have accepted to "stand idly by," as they destroy an innocent Ghanaian. I candidly believe that civil, religious and traditional leaders in Ghana would not be sold on the same package of lies as the government has allowed itself to be sold. Please, connect these dots!! Dear Hon. Minister:
It saddens me, once again, that my native Ghana has abandoned me and thrown me over to be eaten by wolves of North America. This has been done, because, Black Americans in charge of this North American crime against humanity and their allies from the democrat party succeeded in impressing upon the minds of President Kuffor and others that I am a black American, a slave who wants to escape from America to Africa. I am a renegade slave who has been captured. I must be re-educated, re-inducted and reprogrammed to accept and obey my masters. How did they get Ghanaian leaders to believe such a stupid story? And by the way, are Black Americans prevented from leaving the United States for Africa? This is a stupid story. However, I am not broken. I wish to inform the government that I will be taking my case to the civil and traditional leaders of Ghana, opposition political parties and the rest of Africa, after the "we do not care" response of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the President Kuffor and his administration to the report I sent to you early this year about the persecution, abuse, torture and other human rights organizations I face in North America.
Now that I am convinced that Ghana is a principal party to these war crimes, I do intend to ask the Commonwealth and European countries and the rest of the world that understand and appreciate the operation of democratic principles, human rights and the need to uphold the dignity of mankind to help me with this case. I will be making it clear to the opposition parties and civil leaders in Ghana that the NPP does not believe in improving the lot of the Ghanaians, both at home in overseas, if it would be misled to ignore this case, which has shaken the leadership in North America. I am sending this letter after Mr. Akufo Addo, your presidential hopeful’ traveled to North America to sell his credentials. I sent copies of this very important report to the government of Ghana through the Ghana Embassy in Washington D.C. and the Ghana High Commission to the United Nations in New York. I also sent copies to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Diaspora Affairs and the Clerk of the Parliament via email. All this happened just before President Bush and Condoleezza Rice made their joyous visit to Ghana. Several other Ghana missions have been served with copies of this and other letters on the case, just so the government would not miss the opportunity to be informed. Over here, I continue to be tortured, abused, violated and ignored. A. Why do I now want to extend the plea to opposition parties?
1. President Kuffor’s government has shown that it does not represent the interests of all Ghanaians.
2. President Kuffor’s government has demonstrated that foreign aid is more important to it than the interests of its citizens.
3. President Kuffor’s government has shown that it is weak vis-à-vis our foreign adversaries. There is a war out there against us and the government does not care?
4. Opposition Parties may be able to offer a different policy option on how Ghana tackles the issue of abuse of its citizens by other countries.
B. Why do I want to extend the call to Civil and Traditional leaders?
1. Traditional leaders should know about this case, because, they are included in the indictment: Black Americans have targeted me for revenge because of my name, OHENE. The belief is that African Kings [Ahenefo] sold their ancestors into slavery. So they are angry at all Africans. But, if they detect that you have some ‘Royal background,’ then you would be sentenced to death via FATWA [FATOA. Has the “YA NA” case been solved?]. The sad part of all this is that the United States government has adopted this as an OFFICIAL POLICY. They provide logistical support and cover for the maiming and killing of Africans. It is undertaken as an underground operation. I have been a target of this policy since 1985, when somebody identified me as ‘irreligious,’ and, therefore, “U.S. enemy.” Ironically, I was not even in USA. I was a student in Canada! It is important that Ghanaian leaders know the details of such an operation, and, if possibly, bring a complaint to the United Nations for human rights violations and even war crimes.
2. The United States still practices slavery and considers all African Americans [including Condoleezza Rice] slaves. Since 1995, the U.S. has resolved that it captured me as a slave, to be owned by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and managed or supervised by Condoleezza Rice. Much of the harassment, abuse and torture, drugging, food poisoning, etc. against me are said to be part of ‘slavery education.’ One of the ‘educators’ who would be known to Africans is Senator Barbara Boxer. This is the individual sent to tell Africans leaders [including Ghanaian leaders] that their citizens who complained to them are insane, sick, criminals, etc. The ‘Sweet Lion” is out to devour. Sexual plying is her trademark. Is she an assassination contractor?
3. I have been forcibly placed in eugenics-biological warfare or ethnic cleansing program since 1995, because, the North American society wants to get rid of all dark-skinned people [African, Indians and Pakistanis, etc.]. I was targeted for this program in 1985 in Canada. Like the enslavement program, Canadians started it, but Americans took over with intent to kill all those thus targeted. The killing of Ghanaians and other Africans in North America by the Nation of Islam is part of a domestic terror program of the United States government. Does President Kuffour know that the ‘Nation of Islam’ has declared a secret war on Africans?
4. The impact of this ordeal on my family in Ghana is incalculable.
5. This is not a case that must be hidden and covered up by anybody. I know that Ghanaians leaders have ignored me, because, they have been asked by United States and black Americans to do so. Whether the messenger is the ‘lawyer,’ ‘Dennis’ ‘Boxer’ or Pelosi, it is the same message. This is why I have started to publish the case at the website. I need the government of Ghana to stand up for me. I need to be compensated for the many years of my life lost, the injury caused and humiliation. I need the United States and Black Americans to get off my back, secularly and spiritually. I need to have the United States and its agents leave my family alone. But, I intend to inform all leaders in Ghana to ensure that action is taken to ensure the safety of my family and safety other Ghanaians in North America. Two big countries, Canada and the United States committed a very serious human rights violation against me. I caught them. Now, I am in imminent danger, because, I was not supposed to catch them. Instead of losing the case to a ‘stupid Africa,’ they would rather frame him up as gay and humiliate him, drug him to the level of a vegetable or kill him. Better yet, ‘let us instigate, incite and sponsor Black Americans against him [After all, the Avengers amongst them and the Nation of Islam have an ongoing war of attrition against them]. Ghanaian leaders would be bought or deceived to keep away from an ‘insane guy,’ because, ‘we would take care of him.’ In addition, Africans cannot unite for a purpose, even if a phenomenon has been created to destroy all of them. If I dare step in Ghana, YOWA should kill me. My family in Ghana has been targeted. Do I need to make myself clearer? I am not ALONE!!!!!
Clearly I do not want to appear to be setting the foreign policy agenda for the home government. But as a bona fide Ghanaian who believes that the government of the day has been entrusted with the will, safety and security of the people, I know that the government has an obligation, a duty to every citizen who for one reason or another defers to it for protection. If the government decides to forgo such onerous obligation, then prudence shall instruct that an explanation be demanded and offered. I will, therefore, immensely appreciate it, if the Hon. Minister would explain to me why Ghana, ostensibly, has ignored my pleadings, albeit, abandoned me to be devoured by nefarious coyotes out there. In question form, which of the following violations would be injurious enough to move President Kuffour and his entourage to act?
1. A Ghanaian who went to Canada to study on a privately offered scholarship has been attacked by United States on the belief that he has too much potential for a person of African origins, and, that such potential make some African Americans envious?
2. A Ghanaian studying in Canada was awarded the best student award in International Relations and Marxist theory at the completion of his Honors degree program in political science and since then he has been haunted by those who believed that he did not deserve such an honor over white students?
3. A Ghanaian studying in Canada has been forcibly seized and turned into a ‘guinea pig,’ to be used for experiments and research, testing drugs and even military weaponry, because, North American leaders believe that given his origins and other immutable characteristics, he is not fit to be a scholar. He is inferior and has to serve the interests of the superior ones.
4. With regard to his guinea pig status, American citizens have been allowed by the government to ‘invest’ in him with the purpose of making money on him, or, taking advantage of him in what ever way they chose. The investors must find their own ways of destroying him.
5. A Ghanaian studying in Canada has been seized by the United States government and Black Americans and turned into a slave to be owned by the Speaker of U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, because, he is too dark and ugly for Americans, and to them, he looks like Black Americans. In the US, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, serves as his manager. Is this acceptable to Ghana?
6. A Ghanaian studying in Canada is secretly attacked by US intelligence and Nubian Mohammedans who claimed that he was 'talking about us,' so he has to be punished. Note that the Mohammedans claim to have sentenced him to death via fatwa [fatoa], because, they believe that his ancestors sold the ancestors of African American into slavery. And your ancestors, if you are West African?
7. A Ghanaian studying in Canada has been seized by the US and confined to San Francisco with the purpose of preventing him from advancing in life, because, if he did his cousins would be angry. Cousins: white or black?
8. A Ghanaian studying in Canada has been seized by both Canada and United States with the purpose of castrating him to ensure that he is not able to sleep with women because the United States wants to control the population of his ilk. First, he has to be weaken, because, he is too strong and muscular. His genitals are too large. This must be sliced down through an operation after he has been rendered inactive.
9. A Ghanaian studying in Canada who has been the subject of scientific [psychological] experiments since 1985 has been seized by United States for US citizens [including Black Americans] to deprive him of any compensations or money that comes his way. A host of American “investors” are now competing to inherit his compensation?
10. What of a Ghanaian studying in Canada who United States leaders have seized in the last fourteen years because the attempt to kill him for supremacists shrines [an act supported by Black Americans] is now on multiple assassination lists. Would this be a bother to the government?
In all these and more, a select few have been tapped by the US government to benefit from his toil. Microsoft computer company is said to have been fully involved in these violations, whereby its employees led by Cathy Marshall provided 24/7 surveillance and manipulation as well as electronic attacks against this Ghanaian. This woman has been covered up by Black Americans, because, her exposure and involvement of Microsoft could showcase the computer giant, its founder and executive as hypocrites and racists who must face human rights laws.
I could list these details ad infinitium. But, I would like to refer the Hon. Minister and officials of the government to my websites noted above for these details. I would like to testify, nevertheless, that my ordeal is part of a United States government and African American secret program of killing or destroying African students and scholars who may be identified as US enemies, or, not representing US interests. The plot to secretly kill me was exposed in 1994, although, the eugenics program began in 1985. Since 1994, the assassination intent of the program has been paralleled with a character assassination aspect that is centered on the sub-program not merely to cast me as homosexual, but, in fact seek to forcibly make me gay through drugging, social engineering, ritual [magical attacks] and electronic manipulations. My resistance to this evil crime has only placed me in the most imminent situations of danger. This is why I am at a loss that successive Ghanaian governments have responded to my pleading with inaction, indifference and silence. This has made rumor of Ghana's complicity in this crime against humanity more than mere speculation. The onus is now on Ghana to show that it is not involved in a hate crime against a citizen of Ghana. Condoleezza Rice [And other beneficiaries of this crime such as Speaker Pelosi and Senator Barbara Boxer] are said to have charmed Ghanaian leaders with witchcraft [bayie] so that they would believe whatever they tells them. The truth is that Rice is one of the leading architects of these sort of crimes against Africans [She is said to be an African expert], and, in fact, a leading figure in this program to destroy me. It would surprise me a great deal to know that at this juncture Ghanaian leaders have not deciphered her type as deceptive cognates. She is said to be in charge of a secret that has placed several 'Nation of Islam' assassins in West Africa [including in Ghana] to kill Africans for revenge, or, as directed by supremacists. May be this case would serve as the primary therapy for Ghanaian leaders to begin to look and listen carefully to the murmurs in the air blowing around this case. President Kuffour is due to visit President Bush to dine and dance and I suffer here in the United States. Hopefully, the leader from Ghana would take this last step to seriously engage his counterpart on this issue.
I believe that the Hon. Minister, this time, would take this matter seriously.

"TOAST TO GHANA" AT THE 49TH PARALLEL

NOTE TO THE READER: This was one of the many letters I sent to leaders of Ghana about my case. I sent this letter at the 49th anniversary of Ghana's independence, in the belief that the very essence of the event would provide the leaders that soul searching reason for them to act. But as always, they seemed to have acted in concert with the advisement, 'ignore him.' I intend to publish several of such letters to show that the conspiracy to enslave me and use me for experiments, etc., indeed, may include leaders of my country.

"TOAST TO GHANA" AT THE 49TH PARALLEL.

On March 6, 1987, I was a third year student at the University of Waterloo. Thanks to the St. Jerome's College for the scholarship. On that anniversary, I invited fellow students to my private apartment for a party as part of my celebration of what some believe to be the pioneering event which set the wheels of freedom from colonialism roaring in Africa. I sang the Ghana National Anthem, "God Bless Our Homeland Ghana,' and, another patriotic song, "Yen Ara Yen Asaase Nie," with intent of sharing my love for Ghana with my colleagues. I harbored no ill or subversive agenda. Yet, years later, as some entities in Canada and USA made attempts to kill me for exposing the ongoing 'eugenics program,' they allegedly cited my singing of Ghana's anthem in Canada during that private party in my apartment as one of my offenses precipitating the assault. I was deemed insensitive, rude and arrogant. So Britain and the United States, THEY SAY, joined with Canada to destroy me, for 'insulting' colonial masters. Was this insensitivity or over-sensitivity? Canadians may not take July 1 [Canada Day] as serious as Ghanaians might take March 6. But in United States, July 4 is a great day for Americans. Surprisingly, no Brits plunge into seizures when Americans go wild on July 4. There is something about Americans having the right to express their patriotism, but Ghanaians not having similar rights to celebrate their own country, which does not sit well with me. And, by the way, Ghana meets the United States during Soccer World Cup 2006, and the anthems of both countries would be played. It is my fervent hope that citizens of both countries would be allowed to enjoy the anthems of their country without seizures. For all I know, on Canada day or USA day, the national anthems of these countries would not be banned in Ghana. Even the Brits can sing their anthem in Ghana. Ghana is tall in tolerance.

Still, I find it unbelievable and baffling that Ghana joined in this attack against me. So my country joined foreign aggressors to kill me because I love my country too much? Victimized by North American intolerance, now spread across all races to neutralize the actual source of the crime [eugenics persecution], I am reminded of the admonition by Jean Paul Satre of western [colonial] powers of their resistance to independence, freedom and progress in the former colonies in a brilliantly-written forward to Frank's Fannon's The Wretched of the Earth. Still, the thought that my dear motherland may have signed me off as 'sacrificial sheep,' now sought for by evil and esoteric hate groups for the same purpose is simply beyond reason. Still, my love for and faith in Ghana remains ever abiding; unshaken. The enemy can never break my will. He loves his family and country and I love mine. I shall not shudder to take issues with the leadership in Ghana whenever it fails to lead or adequately represent the interests of all Ghanaians. Ghana values expression.

I take this opportunity to wish every Ghanaian a happy 49th, believing that in another 49 years, our beloved country, would mature into a nation by itself or in unity with other African countries, with courage to defend its citizenry in all circumstances. Thus far, Kwame Nkrumah has been impossible to replicate. The visionary one was simply a leader in his own league. He knew that his personal interests were intricately intertwined with those of Ghana, just as Ghana's sovereign interests were inextricably intertwined with those of all Africa. Remember, 'The independence of Ghana is meaningless, unless it becomes part of the total liberation of Africa?' [I am paraphrasing], and, "The territorial integrity of the state of Ghana and Africa?" For sure, 'ghosts do not rule,' so those alive must forge ahead, instead being chained to 'exotic references to the past.' But I have to remind all Ghanaians that it was due to the tone and atmosphere of Nkrumah's patriotism that two Ewe men wrote Ghana's two most famous songs. Philip Gbeho composed the national anthem and Dr. Ephraim Amu composed "Yen Ara Yen Assase Nie." This latter is in Akan, but Dr. Amu was Ewe [Nkrumah was Nzema]. These people were clearly affected by the intractable duality of purposes between the individual and nation which Nkrumah personified. It takes a leader like Nkrumah to melt such diversity into a useful whole. He had vision. Where is the vision today? Under Nkrumah, the government of Ghana would not have sat by for North Americans to forcibly seize up a Ghanaian and use him for research and experiments such as chemical castration, homosexual immersion, stem-cell research and mental attenuation. Then, when he protests, criminals and rogues within law enforcement are set on his head to falsely-profile him, and target even his family in Ghana for elimination. Meanwhile, Black American avengers and stalkers are paid to yell and taunt him down with demeaning epithets and outrageous commands such as 'SHUT UP!' This latter activity is known as ‘slave driving.’ Even these hired killers, bullies and destroyers believe that the Ghana government gave them the mandate to suppress and silence this Ghanaian. What?

So do not blame me if I yearn for a brave, bold, courageous and visionary President for Ghana. President Kuffor is a good man. He may even be well-intended. But are these qualities enough for the challenges with which African leaders must face? I am not asking for an improbable benchmark for aspiring leaders in Ghana and other parts of Africa. Nkrumah, after all, has not been an easy act to follow. I also reckon with the fact that he became a totalitarian. Still, he was an inspiring leader who would never abandon a Ghanaian attacked overseas for his exemplary devotion to Ghana. I fail to understand why Ghanaian officials of today remain silent amidst my yelling and hounding that United States government and people are destroying me. Through Black Americans, so-called minorities, homosexuals, feminists, doctors and drug companies, law enforcement, etc., United States is pounding at me relentlessly, to prevent me from fulfilling my human potential. I cannot fathom it, that hundreds of letters that I sent to the President, embassies, parliament and even the Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, a cousin of mine, were ignored. Ironically, the same people committing the horrendous crime against me allegedly asked leaders of my country to "IGNORE HIM, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF HIM?" Over here, to 'take care of him,' also, means, 'to kill him.' Think of the fact that those imploring Ghanaian officials to ignore my protestations, pleadings, etc. are United States officials and black Americans known to 'take care' of many an African. These are the people known to be in charge of the 'program,' targeting Africans. These are the ones to whom Ghanaian officials trusted my fate? I mean the boxers and containers?

Now, what are my crimes against America? One of my crimes, they say, is that from my first name, Ohene, Black Americans deduced that my ancestors sold slaves, so the emancipated, but, still angry, resentful and revengeful, should make me suffer what their ancestors suffered. They have decided to take revenge against me with inhuman punishment, even if they lack the evidence justifying the accusation. Even if such evidence were available, would singling individuals out for such extra-judicial punishment do justice to the historical conjuncture within which the phenomenon of slavery emerged? The silence of African leaders on the silent war African Americans are waging against Africans to avenge slavery would be costly indeed to Africans. What of the 'black Jew accusation' leveled against me by a large section of whites and blacks? Should this not apply to every Akan, if you know the story that Akans might be one of the 'missing Jewish tribes?' [Via Sier?]. So all this is back to the heart of Nuremburg, Rwanda or Burundi and the Old Testament?

What of the warring against me by U.S. Senator Boxer of California? One of her reasons, 'THEY SAY,' is a show of sympathy for unfortunate black Americans [who my ancestors sold to cruel Europeans to use as slaves in the New World]. Asians of her orientation [Boat people], it is suggested, share in the agony of Black Americans sent to America on slaves ships, because, it reminds them of how they arrived on boats as U.S. prisoners of war, then driven by the communists. So what is my fault here, if the United States took war prisoners [war accomplices?] from some far off land to own them? I flew economy Swiss Air in pursuit of academic laurels in 1985. I was the invited guest of the St. Jerome's University. Neither Nancy Pelosi nor Barbara Boxer can change that story line. The moral equivalence these oppressors seek to justify their violations does not exist. Senator Boxer also allegedly leads minorities who claim to be either helping Condoleeza Rice in her competition against me in the academia, or, supporting the mother, Mother Nancy Pelosi in her effort to defeat, dominate and enslave me, a stupid African posing challenges to her white men. The Senator is also one of those in charge of the drugging program to make me into a down-syndrome, 'a tardy,' 'a morbid,' etc. to ensure that I could neither reason nor think. This way, she would achieve for the patrons the objective, "We will not let you think.'' This effort to dilute and attenuate my brain to stunt my thinking process has been pursued against me since 1986 when I was an undergrad at the University of Waterloo. Senator Boxer is now the Chairman of the Senate Committee on the Environment. So what's new?

Then, there is the perennial issue that follows me wherever I go: I refused sexual solicitation from a woman professor when I was in graduate school in Ottawa, so the professor, then appointed by the system to "capture and destroy him," is believed to have been disgraced and humiliated, because, "how could such an ugly African too reject a white woman?" This so-called 'shame and humiliation' spread not only to feminists, but, also, to a cross-section of her kinfolk in North America. These radical-leftist-liberal-progressive-feminists-democrat-conservative-republican allies' decided not merely to retaliate with various forms of reprisals [gay framing, drugging, economic embargo, etc,], but, also, petitioned for and were granted the death sentence against me. Now led by U.S. Congresswomen and secretly supported by the Black Caucus, these feminists and their supporters, with approval of the Clinton regime, vowed that they would never allow me to have relations with a woman for as long as I live. This plot to prevent me from marrying and making a family coincided with one of the goals of the already existing eugenics-biological warfare program. Both programs decided that I should be forced to be gay, or, be framed as such, with San Francisco as the internment center. This is clear-cut genocide. Now that they are exposed, they want me dead for their hatred and cruelty. The problem is that these enemies of mine allegedly hold frequent meetings with Ghanaian officials to inform them of how they plan to 'take care of me.' Death squads of a particular religious denomination, perhaps, littered with elements from the US military and gangs might have been sent to West Africa to await my arrival. There is more to say about this. But, why have the leaders of Ghana refused to find out the truth in this matter? Why is Mr. Kuffor relying on US officials for the truth in this case?

Even if Ghanaian leaders believe what US and Canadians counterparts want them to, namely, that I am insane, sick, a criminal, gay, unfit to live, and, I am the enemy of everybody, including my own country, etc, should not Ghanaians seek the truth for themselves? Why should the United States have the right to decide whether I am or not fit to live, when I am not American citizen? O, I see, I am not Ghanaian [Because I am from Alabama], a factoid known more to my foreign adversaries than to Ghanaian authorities and me. Is it true that President Kuffor’s government resolved that I should defend myself against three hundred million people who have not openly charged me with any offense, but continue to attack me and refer to such attacks as ‘punishments?’ Is it also true that the Kuffor government retorted with a "who sent you there?" rebuke? "You were not sponsored by the Ghana government, so the government of your country cannot help you." "You should have stayed in Ghana." "Didn't EYE tell you not to come here?" These are some of the verbal rebukes from sections of the American public to explain the indifference of their leadership to this crime. What might be the position of the Ghana government? Whenever President Kuffor meets President Bush, would the former make it a point to place this gross human rights violations case on the agenda?

Again, some of our past leaders such as Kwame Nkrumah studied overseas without Ghana government sponsorship. Still, they devoted their lives to the common cause of country. The lack of enterprising and entrepreneurial leadership in Ghana and Africa is partly due to our over-reliance on government sponsorship, which ends up tying up the free wills and spirits of individuals to create, venture and thrive outside of state-controlled environs. How many graduates has Ghana sponsored and educated abroad, since independence? How many returned to Ghana, and, with what goals and objectives for the country? How many ambassadors from Ghana completed their tour of duty and stayed in the host country as 'consultants?' Is this patriotism? Is a student sponsored by the government more valuable Ghanaian than a privately sponsored student? This is why the ongoing political process should envision futures that would eschew divisive tendencies, foster national unity and promote behaviors that see the intractable relations between self interest and national interest as crucial aspects of national development. This has be a Ghana in which the state would create a viable environment for individual growth that embraces the virtue that development policies must also aim at evening out disparities. Within individual growth lies growth of the private sector, which ultimately holds the key to development. Imbued with national orientation, individual leaders would stand up and defend Ghanaian citizenry, against menacing slavery avengers, neo-imperialists, over-civilized agitators and over-zealous faith adventurers who seek to forcibly impose their selfish wills and false faiths on people like me, just because, they believe they would use "divide and conquer” tactics “to get your leaders to ignore you." They are also aware that they are protected enough by their own system to fear retribution from this African or his leaders. They rely on the stick in foreign aid.

I wish to remind the staff of the Ghana embassy in Washington, D.C. and Ghanaian officials in Accra that violations against me total trillions of dollars in fines and compensation in Canada and the United States. This money is the reason why efforts have intensified in the United States to kill me. Without the help of Ghana, I may not only lose the money, but, also, I may lose my life. This is why it is sad for me to learn that Ghana is rather more interested in helping Condoleeza Rice, Nancy Pelosi and other American citizens chosen to take advantage of me. Is my country protecting those who violated me and seek to steal from me, when their own government gives them support and cover? I hereby petition for help from the Ghana government in my fight for recognition as a victim of a hideous crime and for adequate compensation. Without such help, whatever is due me in this case, would be stolen by U.S. appointed inheritors, slavery reparation scammers, peonage and rent seeking solicitors, insurance gamers, etc. all riding the wheels of 'divide to conquer, investors, and advantage takers.' Plots and plans are afoot, everywhere, now, to take advantage of me by the so-called 'investors.' Some of these INVESTORS, such as, Rice and Speaker Nancy Pelosi are spoken of as "lincensees or registrants," protected by the United States government. What are they 'licensing or registering?' [Future publications would explain this sickening, shocking and offensive factoid].Am I the subject of an insurance scheme or scam by these people with whom I have nothing to do? I remain steadfast in the belief that I will prevail over these evil enemies. I sued them and I will sue again until I receive adequate redress. In previous publications, I invited United States authorities to justify fourteen years of torture, abuse, and mayhem in a nation that tags itself the mother of all freedoms. This is why I would like Hon. John Agyekum Kuffor to put the same question to President Bush and Secretary Condoleeza Rice: What did Ohene do? I would also need the government to demand to know why I am in 'programs,' what are these programs and who benefits from them? Am I somebody’s insurance or trove?

Of course, a case may be up soon from the ongoing contest in the United States to see who really owns me. From the grapevine, I have learned that leading contestants include Secretary Condoleeza Rice, House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Senator Barbra Boxer of California, former Senator Carole Morsey of Illinois, Katherine Crier of Foxnews, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, and, a host of others that I need not name here as yet. These people are also known as investors. The African Americans among them are referred to as 'slave drivers,' where the whites are 'slave masters.' So one aspect of the persecution I face is 'enslavement.' A program of abuse, torture, oppressions, etc. to break my will and do whatever 'you are told!' The same request is 'lose your country and family and become a slave,' because, “American believes that you’re a Black American.’ This is the program to which President Kuffor has abandoned me, a bona fide Akan? The activities of this 'program' in the 'local area' [San Francisco and the Bay Area] are carried out by the Mayor, District Attorney and City Attorney of San Francisco, Black Americans leaders in the area, law enforcement, lawyers, doctors, judges, assortment of immigrants, the media and gays and the homeless. I will explain this in another letter. You see, how could Americans, including black Americans, claim that they own a Ghanaian, who came here to study, or sought political asylum, but, got secretly and fraudulently placed in slavery education program, etc., and the President of Ghana refuses to demand answers? Does Kuffor know that Condoleeza Rice is my owner/supervisor/manager in this humiliating crime? I hope that during his visit with President Bush, and, at that dinner with President Bush and her, Mr. Agyekum Kuffor would find courage to discuss the democratic nature of the persecution, torture and destruction of the Ghanaian, Ohene Boakye-Yiadom. It would also help for President Kuffor to ask his host to explain why I am a slave and who owns me. Has the U.S. abandoned respect for human rights? He may also demand to know who Willie Brown Jr. may be and the mandate given to this African American by the United States government in this case. Now that I am in "Senegal," I respectfully request the President to see to it that the Embassy assigns a lawyer to my case, before I return to Zimbabwe. I do not need a ticket for Condoleeza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Carole Morsey-Braun, Katherine Crier, Kamala Harris, Cathy Marshall, etc [albeit, investors] to steal billions of dollar s from my blood and sweat. No. I need justice. I intend to expunge and repudiate this gross disrespect in the Supreme Court of the United States. If Ghana is not a cohort, then, I implore the leadership to assist me in retaining a lawyer.

As I toast Ghana at 49, I wish to remind all Ghanaians that we will never be free until we grasp the concept of freedom at the level of the 'conscience,' just as Nkrumah did. In these days of imperialist resurgence and neo-slavery, we would not only be re-colonized and enslaved, but, indeed, we would all be wiped, one by one form earth's surface. The purpose of the ongoing program against me is to 'wipe your roots and lineage," and destroy "your academic foundations." Those from North America who resent my freedom or are intolerable of my potential and capability to use the opportunity they provided to succeed decided on newer ways of ensuring my unfreedom and failure. But this defeats the purpose of the salient principles that constitute the foundations of the West. This is why ‘DA’ is undemocratic, wrong, unreasonable, regressive and violating. French existentialist J.P. Satre was right about the West's tendency to place roadblocks in the way of those from the colonies whose advancement the West resents, after they met the required standard of civilization, development and westernization.[I have been told in numerous times, ‘if we allow you to succeed, your cousins would be angry.]’ Now, a vicious type of competition is instituted to prevent the non-Westerner from enjoying the fruits of training and skills he acquired. Now, he is arrogant, too proud, too prospective, etc. Is the West is a hypocrite? The quest for renewal past imperialist resistance is not merely analytic. It is both of analytic and practical value that Africans reinvent the wheel. It is commonly called diversification. The wheels we travel on are fast running amok into a deep ditch amidst uncertainties and unsuspected competitions. We need the wheels for survival, so that, tomorrow, when the population of this multi-verse is taken, we shall also be here in multitudes, but not as dinosaurs. We need to invent wheels to grasp the incidence of AIDS, EBOLA and other pranks of extinction put out there by the takers. The wake up belle tolled on me. In San Francisco where I still suffer torture and ritual abuse mainly targeting my genitals, nerves and brain amidst drugging and food poisoning, etc. I seem to have braced death's vagaries from the unsuspecting. It still could be worse, because, those who targeted me have become more visceral. They don't want to be caught. They are powerful. But, I caught them. The problem is that leaders of my country want 'more evidence,' before they step in to offer help. I am the evidence. I do not need a ticket to run home like a loser. I need a leader to stand up and demand explanation for this vicious attack from his American counterpart.

This brings to mind the story of the King whose son was seized up by an enemy principality that demanded a ransom for his release. Leaders of the enemy principality cut off a finger of the royal prisoner and sent it to the King, demanding a ransom, or, they would kill the captured royal. The King said, " I need more evidence." So the captors cut off the left hand of the prince and sent it to the King. The King said, "I need more evidence." So the captors cut off the right hand of the prince and sent it to the King. The King said, "I am not convinced, I need more evidence." So the captors cut off the head of the prince and delivered it to the King. Then, the King said, "Now I am convinced, because, I see my son's protruding teeth." I do not want to end up like that unfortunate prince. [In my case, my broken teeth resulted from a vicious battery by San Francisco deputies. They were allegedly ordered by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other investors [as part of an official policy] to arrest, beat and send me to jail for refusing to SHUT UP about the crimes committed against me. The trillion dollars civil rights case that resulted was subjected to obstructions, conspiracies, interferences and injustices to the Supreme Court of the United States, because, I am not Rodney King]. I will be bringing this case back to the U.S. Supreme Court to be re-reviewed. Would President Kuffor request his friend, President Bush, to ensure that Speaker Nancy Pelosi does not send her Chief Justice in San Francisco to make the decision as they conspired to do previously?

Even as I linger in the dangerous streets of San Francisco, aware that I am on every assassination list, conversant that pranks, tramps and traps are set up for me, wary of the threats from Black avengers and San Francisco’s fire fighters, etc, I wish every Ghanaian a very happy 49, and, a great silver jubilee. But we must take stock of all we do, as a nation, because, the challenge is the future. To the Ghana Embassy in Washington, D.C., I wish to remind you to safely keep my passport, for it will be the first thing I would ask for when I berth in Washington, D.C. LONGLIVE GHANA, LONGLIVE AFRICA.

NOTE: By the way, the only time I had the opportunity to vote in Ghana, I did not vote for the Nkrumahist Party led by Hilla Liman. I voted for Mr. Victor Owusu, an Ashantiman like President Kuffor, and the PFP. President Kuffor’s Party, NPP in several ways emerged from the ruins of the PFP. For the record, I wish to state that it remains my belief that Mr. Victor Owusu would have been a fabulous President. However, intra-party bickering, acrimony, rancor and divisiveness that characterized those of the Busia-Danquah political tradition led to the formation of UNC by a break away group led by Paa Willie. This was how Victor Owusu was defeated and Liman elected. The latter was overthrown in a coup detat by J.J. Rawlings on December 31, 1981. Oby.
