MULTIPOLARISM: HAS THE US THE RIGHT TO KILL AFRICAN FOR ACADEMIC VIEW? Note from the Publisher: It is the motto of an American organization that "A mind is a terrible thing to waste." Another American icon's slogan is that, 'Every person deserves a healthy and productive life." Lofty, aren't they? Ironically, high ranking members of these organizations with these lofty aims and slogans are among those waging war of ‘waste and attrition’ against me in United States. This war has been waged for over two decades, and the perpetrators have only intensified their hatred and activities against me. They attack me with prescription and street drugs by following me to every cafeteria from which I buy food in order to supply the place with the war instruments to be destroy my brain so that I would become an average thinker. This has given the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer the temerity to go about and tell people that I am insane. In doing this, they claim to have “Congressional Approval.” When they say “Congress,” do they mean Barbara Boxer, Mxine Waters, Dianne Feinstein, Willie Brown Jr., Kamala Harris, and Jay Leo and people like that? I will tell you who are insane, Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer, and those like themselves who have made it their project to destroy all Africans on this continent. “Kill them all,” is the slogan from San Francisco and the Bay. Soon, you would know why such are the people who are INSANE: People who kill others simply because they are not like them. They went from United States to as far as Canada to make professors downgrade me to prevent me from achieving my academic objectives. That is insanity. Microsoft and allied computer companies have waged electronic and laser attacks against me for over two decades, attacking me first while I was in Canada. Cathy Marshall is the manager of the surveillance team, using electronics and laser attacks to mess up my life. It is alleged that they use microchips to track me to wherever I go to, including even to the toilet. They want to see if I sleep with a woman and then ask her ‘how did it feel?’ If she turns out to be a 'white woman,' then, it's a death penalty for me. Lately, they have included so-called 'minority women,' because, the plot based on solely white women appeared to have failed to 'catch me.' This 'desperation move' is now policy for the City and County of San Francisco as it foreshadows Almighty US as cover up for the crime. These are the people who tell you that I am INSANE, and you listen to them? A United House Speaker or Senator looking at a man on a toilet, or a man with a woman in bed? Is this something Americans have not done before? This is civilization? This is SANITY? The use of drugs [including poisons] and laser attacks were intensified against me in the days leading to Michael Jackson's sudden death. On that Thursday, people would pass by me in San Francisco and then scorn, “Collapse.” The United States, which absolves itself of such iniquities through its hypocritical condemnation of countries that allegedly violate human rights teaches its citizens the mores of self-forgiveness in the commission of this crime. This is why you have those who profess the former of the above-stated aims involved in drug wars to dilute and attenuate my brain and still insists on ‘saving minds.’ Then you have the latter group professing the slaughter of dark-skinned people, using the cyber network to ensure that I do not succeed, that I do not shine, that I do not become happy, that I am castrated or become gay, etc., while telling us daily that we have the right to be healthy and productive. Why don't you stop pontificating; when you are so cruel and wicked? In recent weeks, these people have been sending messages to Ghana, to the government and even my relatives, including my daughter, that I am either dead or INSANE, so they should forget about me. They did the same with the Kuffour administration, thanks to Saint Condoleezza Rice. Can you believe an American official calling Ghana to tell my daughter not to respond to my calls or not to call me, because, I am insane, when such a person does not even know me? You would, if you knew that the same people stole the same daughter's birth certificate from my room in 1994 in Alexandria, VA. This was how they have tried to institutionalize homosexuality, an American lifestyle, on an authentic African, such as me. The violation here is not simply civil, indeed, it is criminal. See 18 USC 1091 et. seq. This was one of Nancy Pelosi's tricks to 'break him down." No wonder the past week, as the outlaws paraded the streets of San Francisco, they sent scores of them after me. At the same time, they had plans to actualize the premeditated assassination plot through drugging and poisoning. Now, my stomach is full of poisons. I warn these politicians and the City and County of San Francisco, and the Africans Americans desperately making moves to kill me that I have them covered.There is no doubt in my mind the enemy is troubled about the impending law suits in this case. But insistence on not stopping could only worsen the situation for all involved in it. They are all involved in provocative activities such as homosexual immersion attacks, vicious lies about me, diatribes and defamation against me because Nancy Pelosi threatens to kill all those who do not toe the line. Of course, some of them have been promised 'positions,' if they kill me. Others have already been rewarded with 'positions.' Where is the line they toe leading, but, only to bring me down? The types of Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall, Willie Brown Jr. Kamala Harris, Katherine Crier, in no particular order fall in both categories, and they are the ones telling you that I am INSANE, just so they could cover up their crimes against me. But, you know, these are jokers. I will not let them get away with this crime. These publications are my only avenue of challenge, and I will continue to inform and educate all those who gullibly kowtow to misguided feminists, gays, African Americans, and liberal racists programed to destroy me. Had I not any education, I would have been told by these people to get my GED in order to become middle class. They have classes for it all over San Francisco and the rest of the country. When I arrived in United States many blacks told me that the way to make it here in United States is education. “Get you Community College Diploma, bro, and you are there.” Guess what happened when they found out that I had a Masters degree? “What’re you talking about? Join the line, man. Hey, man, you must start from the bottom like everybody. You cannot pass by MEE or those who you met here. You want to do PhD? Those who you met here are they doing PhD? You must do what those you here are doing. DAYIE says you must sweep.” The same people have used drugs to slow me down, to destabilize me and prevent me from concentrating, because, “You are too fast. You must be gay. You must die.” The question I will place before the United States Supreme Court is where does the United States get the right to do these things. With US sneak raid against me now open and public activity [a cross-section of the society are now fully involved in sorcery, witchcraft attacks and harassment against me 24/7], I will be blogging on all the crucial issues that are embodied in the crime, and so readers should prepare to be shocked. By now, it must not surprise the reader that academic view was and remains one of the reasons for this crime. But there other more potently explosive issues yet to be detailed here. The enemy believes that I am too inferior to reason or advise the US government, given that I am African. Therefore, even if I have the capacity to do so, I am simply not allowed. Wait a minute: A Ghanaian is studying in Canada and United States goes to Canada to demand that this person should not be allowed to think? Why are the media not telling Americans this before they tell them of the Congressional approvals? “He wants to advise the US government.” I have never sought to advise US government. “But if we do not attack him first, someday, he would seek to advise the US government.” This was one of the reasons for the ‘pre-emptive attack’ against me. This perception comes out of what is known in the sociology of knowledge as ‘systemic reproduction;’ deliberate steps taken by society to ensure that certain people are trained to inherit the ruling structures of society. This means society chooses winners and losers based on say racial or ethnic criteria by manipulating primary factors such as economic and academic achievement to favor those it considers to the appropriate heirs to the structures of the society. This was how specific efforts have been made by United States to prevent me from becoming a college professor, lawyer or for that, even earn a living. This is also what American policy makers meant when they allegedly swore that “you would not teach our children,” “you would not advise our government,” or “you have to be a laborer,” etc. Wherefore, my primary question remains, where does the US get the power to determine who and what I should become? Here’s the problem with all this. I am not American citizen or resident. I sought political asylum here, but Nancy Pelosi’s Judges [Not the regular federal judiciary] fraudulently and corruptly denied my request. I have blogged about this at http://www.oheneybyiadom.wordpress.com/, although, I know that not a question would be posed to her about such obstruction of justice. The point is that, given my status, why does any rational person have such fears about me? Moreover, this began when I was a student in Canada, studying with scholarships from Canadian institutions. This was not a United States scholarship. I know that United States has structured its society on racial and color lines. But, what right does the US have to forcibly impose its social motifs, mores, and others ills of social stratification on me, a Ghana native then studying in Canada? There are a number of likely assumptions that precipitated this reckless policy. Two of these are, 1. The US probably believes that it has some moral right to mistreat every Black man on this earth just as it mistreats a great deal of Black Americans. 2. Those US policy makers who believe that their country is the policeman of the world, especially, in unipolarism, could similarly believe that they should impose the American social stratification on the rest of the world. Both of these assumptions would be wrong, and hence, the policy outcome a criminal act. In my particular case, such assumptions and act thereafter have raised for me very serious questions about Canadian sovereignty. How is it that the US government, Black Americans or some cruel American politician, professor or lawyer could simply send assassins, drug peddlers, and other killer agents to attack or even kill Africans in Canada, and the government in Canada raises not a finger? How did US agents use doctors in Canadian hospitals to try to kill me, and not a word came out the Canadian government or press? How could US politicians, lawyers or professors convince independent minded Canadian professors to use grades to bring me down, and they did? In addition to all this comes the rumor that all this has been Condoleezza Rice allegedly staging a competition against me, with all these Americans helping her. Of course these Black Americans led by Willie Brown Jr. are alleged to be either paid assassins or avengers. In either case, they have cover from Almighty US against the African. The problem with the notion of Rice competing against me is that I have also been made aware that Condoleezza Rice was sent to attack me, and therefore, she could not be the said competitor. Who’s it then? Did they say RITES? If there has been a competition, then, you would want to know the object [reason] of such a competition. Precisely, what resource, position of privilege or prestige, etc. would an American compete for against a Ghanaian studying in Canada? Questionable, is it not? At some point in time, I would blog on the whole idea of ‘Competition’ in this program of crimes to explicate the other nuances of that narrative, particularly, the issue of RITES. Even more worrisome to me has been the silent partner role played by past administrations of Ghana in this crime against humanity. How can one country attack the citizens of another and leaders of the latter would simply say, “we do not care?” This internationalization of abuse has made United States believe that it can do to a Ghanaian whatever it does to a Black American in Alabama, after all, “They are all the same. They can’t fight back.” It appears to me as if, in my particular case, leaders of Ghana led by former President Kuffour became the equivalent of a Black American slave driver, those uppity Black Americans who are paid to hold the pros down to be destroyed by the system. In this example, Ghana’s status as a sovereign state has been called into doubt. The point here is that by controlling both Canada and Ghana, United States has met no opposition in controlling my life with prescription and street drugs, laser attacks, or other forms of control that would help to destroy me while it steals whatever I write for its citizens. Thus, the enemy claims to have evidence, therefore, that I did not do college work by myself, and that, indeed, I did not write these articles and publications you have been reading. The enemy has designated the actual authors of everything I have written or would write for the rest of my life, albeit, my inheritors. Am I accusing United States of premeditated murder or assassination? Americans would answer, “You bet.” The belief is that some white people [sorcerers, magicians, saints, angels, etc] gave me my brain. It is therefore part of US plan that until my brain is destroyed, until my brain is removed, I would not be allowed to leave. I have been attacked by white men who confronted demanding “give us our cassette.” This is the reference to the brain. They believe that everything I know is sent to me via cassettes or the internet by some white man hiding somewhere before some computer. Should the world not know about this mysterious person and this level of hateful plagiarism? May be he would explain from where my performances in school before I came to North America came. I am out to destroy those with this evil possessive ethic, even if it means death. Do you think the US media should be exposing such diabolical corruption and fraud? The question is this: If I am as daftly as it claims, then does the enemy need drugging programs to slow me down? I wish that the enemy did not have this hold on Americans that make too many of them unnecessarily too gullible to be taken seriously. If I could get to the minds of the people, I would suggest to them that the truth is that my enemies cannot accept that intelligence does not necessarily reside in our skin color or origins. That I am black African must not of necessity make me more stupid than a white American or Colored [Black] American. Barbara Boxer’s brown people superiority assumptions are due wrong education and socialization from America. Condoleezza Rice must not be more intelligent than all or every African scholar, because, she is from ‘enlightened and civilized’ America. But I understand that the enemy is human and could be jealous of other people for one reason or another. Africans too have been universally disrespected due to the type of leadership, cowardly and rent seeking, we have. This is why I would defy any African leader who attempts to compromise me in this fight for justice. Enough is enough. The thought I would like the reader to rehearse throughout reading this publication is that the essay you are about to read expresses an academic view about the current history of the evolution of the international system. I wrote the essay while I was enjoying the economic embargo imposed on me in Canada by the United States for [ALSO] daring to think. Has the central idea in the hypothesis been illegally appropriated and used by those who balked against it? Is this intimidation another United States' prank to steal a human being such as me so that the government would continue to steal his ideas without giving him credit for such ideas, hurray? If you have asked these questions, then you are as close to the true of the academic issues in this case as much as possible. In the next issue I wish to blog about how the gay and homosexual immersion programs qua punishments imposed on me by United States have devastated me. You would hear that those who claim to have contracts with me to destroy myself so that they could get paid do not even know me. These are the people who called themselves 'civilized,' so civilized that they would fool their own citizens to overlook a crime against humanity. These are American citizens. This is one of the issues which directly identify this crime as genocide. So make it a point to return to this blog. Now, read about the concept of ‘multipolarism’ oby NOW, MULTIPOLARISM, ONE OF THE REASONS US IMPOSED DEATH PENALTY ON ME. I have used these publications section to introduce some of the central issues in this crime committed against me by United States. In this publication, I would like to show how intolerance of my academic views by United States elites may be one of the principal precipitants of this crime against humanity. This is what I need you to understand: Some American politicians [not scholars] decided that I was not fit to be a scholar or professional, because I am African. The simple question is whether it is the responsibility of United States politicians to determine who and what an African student studying in Canada should be. While pondering the question, I would like you to understand a second thing: The role of Condoleezza Rice in determining for United States government the academic and political value of Africans who step on the North American continent. It is now the received wisdom that the US government decision to attack me was based on the assessment of Dr. Rice that I was of no academic value. She reportedly also recommended that I should be deported. This purpose is now assiduously pursued, for reason soon to be clearer, by the United States House of Representatives Speaker, Nancy Pelosi. The whole country knows that these women have been hiding behind a mass murderer [serial killer and assassin] to topple me. You see, every political project qua crime has its intellectual sources. I would not precisely burden Prof. Rice with being the intellectual sources of this Darwinian social engineering program against me. But has she been the messenger? That's what every American believes and says. The story is that Professor Rice allegedly disagreed with my perspective, right from my first day at the University in Canada. But, of course, they are Americans, not Canadians. How did they know my views? Dr. Rice even allegedly even contacted professors in my course to check on my progress, and at times even get copies of my papers. You sense an unlawful interference, don’t you? She probably was among those who sought to give me ‘B” grades, no matter how well I did. This is information that I am yet to find out. But this type of interference has been part of the conspiracy to topple my career objectives. A couple of views have emerged to explain this intrusion into my life. The first is that Professor Rice was sent by the American elite to obstruct and undermine my academic progress, because, if I succeeded, I would set a bad example for Black Americans who have been told that they cannot excel due to their color. Of course, the ancillary view is that the American elite allegedly believed that I did not share in the American worldview, and so I would not be of benefit to American if I succeed. Again, I am not American and I was not sponsored with any American money, public or private. So wherefrom did the obligation arise for me to respond to America's needs? The second is that Professor Rice herself felt that if I succeeded, I may overshadow her in international relations, particularly, after I completed my undergraduate studies as the BEST STUDENT in international relations and political theory. Again, she was an achieved African American and I a down-trodden and crawling Ghanaian who just entered university in Canada, where was the threat she feared from me. Similarly, how was I going to overshadow a politician like Nancy Pelosi with whom I had nothing in common? I asked this latter question because attacks staged against me by Nancy Pelosi are said to be aimed at preventing me from overshadowing her. The phrase for what emerged is ‘competition.’ But, competition here had at least a couple of images. Image one is where a Professor is allegedly in competition against an African student who was not only in another country, but, also, was unaware of such development. ‘Competition’ as such as such has also a code word for US and capitalism. Here US came out to close me up, because, I was a ‘communist,’ this was why I won the award in Marxist political theory. So the effort of Professor Rice to outpace and outdistance me in international relations and Nancy Pelosi for pillaging me socioeconomically have now become programs of elimination, where they had the support of the American government and people, including Black Americans and Mexican Americans. Now Professor Rice has been tagged “a messenger,” a word that carries with it the notion that, indeed, she is only the face of the competition, that, indeed, the actual competitors are ‘white men’ who detested my performance at the universities and vowed to destroy my future by making my life the object of an obscene contest. "Don't think," the second simplest order given me is now even said to me in my native Akan, "Nndwene." Of course, the shortest order was "STOP." If I did not stop studying, namely pursuing academic careers, the, [WE: that is US as in United States] would kill me. "WE would destroy you." "WE would spoil it for you." Just like the words 'system', and 'US, WE is also used at times for Nancy Pelosi. Drugging and torture [molestation] remain the most common attack instruments for WE against me. An African American lawyer allegedly partners with a white person [all hired by government and system] and they go by the codename "U for U-2," the US spy jet that was hot down over the Soviet Union in 1961. They manage the conspiracy to assassinate me. This is where the concepts of hatred, envy and jealousy have gained currency in this case. I have come to the realization that those intolerant of my academic views may, in fact, do so out of jealousy. They believe that as African, it is not my place to think or write on germane cosmopolitan discourses, such as international relations and political theory. They believe that I ma just showing off. Hence, the curse, " WE would not let you think, let alone speak." This also means with the least opportunity, such people would steal my works, and publish them for the credit. This has happened. The fact is that this is exactly what has happened. When you hear speaker Pelosi or Senator Boxer decry me as a fool who does not speak English and, therefore, did not author his court papers [and so I should not win the case], all they are doing is to help Americans rob me and own my intellectual property. This has happened in the courts as the ongoing analyses would illustrate. Let me give a specific example. When the Soviet Union fell or collapsed or was defeated[however you want to say it], the notion that quickly emerged in Western intellectual and policy circles, especially, in United States, was that the US is the World’s Sole Super Power. I believe that Professor Rice, a US strategist, was one of those who championed this view. At that time, President Bush [1] sought to implement his doctrine of THE NEW WORLD ORDER, democracy, capitalism and human rights; and called all nations to get on board on this unipolarism bandwagon and travel to totalitarianism. Superman was no longer just a fellow of the silver screen. He's now a walking man. I was a no consequence graduate student in Ottawa, but, questioned this Sole Super Power utopia and the Unipolar World hymnal being taught all around. I wrote a private paper on Africa’s place in the NEW World Order in which I discussed my disagreement with this notion sweeping the whole world. I believe then as history appears to be leading my way now that the World Order was neither NEW nor UNIPOLAR [unipolarism]. Instead, I did as had been past keener observers that we still lived in an old emerging or emerged order known as MULTIPOLARISM. This is not to confuse you with ISMS. What this meant or still means is that while the Anglo-American hegemony may still be alive, several middle powers have graduated to big power status in several regions in the shadow of the so-called cold wars to render somehow invalid the notion that since the Soviet Union fell, there is simply one giant nation standing heads and shoulders above the rest. I believe that this notion is borne of the erroneous mindset that a forest comprises one giant tree and numerous dwarf trees, albeit, shrubs. By and large, the world still remains a nation state system, where each nation is sovereign. The sense of the world being one single polity policed by one governing body simply is untrue. The UN and the International Court of Justice still cannot impose their will on major powers that choose to disobey their rulings. For all practical purposes, the world is not a single political unit, hence, talk of a sole super power should have been cautioned. I know that certain big powers believe that the concept of 'co-operation' amounts to weakness, therefore, they would not want to be associated with such a notion in dealing with international matters. Many people, however, would find it difficult to disagree with the argument that on central issues affecting global order and stability, such as terrorism, drug trafficking, prevention of the spread of dangerous weaponry, regional conflicts and diseases, major power co-operation rather than unilateralism would yield better and more sustainable results. I believe that the bipolarity and its preferred cousin unipolarity would not create the environment for such super power co-operation. I do not contest the historical reality of the East-West conflict, or that it had very far reaching consequences on global politics. I believe nevertheless, that it was an over-extended European civil war within which was subsumed North-South, West-West, East-South, South-South, East-East, etc. conflicts. The cold war paradigm helped to neglect these other conflicts and the reality of issues such as international terrorism [North-South?], or regional conflicts that would re-surface shortly after the Soviet collapse. The tribal wars that destroyed statehoods in Liberia and Sierra Leone, for instance, might have defied explanation in the cold war paradigm. Indeed, intra-bloc skirmishes in both blocs [East and West] had long weakened cohesion in them before the Soviet Union actually disintegrated. In my view, the second cold war [1970s to 1980s] was intentionally caused by readers of both blocs just so they could continue to hold onto their leadership positions. They threatened each other with nuclear weapons, but never even shot slings at each other. The worst they did was to fight proxy wars in Angola, Afghanistan and the Middle East. One of my ancillary hypotheses in this discussion remains that the idea of UNIPLORISM wrongly assumes that the period most immediate to the Soviet collapse was BIPOLAR or BIPOLARISM. While the East-West conflict was real, the juxtaposing of that as a global order was wrong thinking advanced by both American and Soviet scholars and policy makers for their own ideological purposes. Both United States and the Soviet Union knew that their powers had waned, vis-à-vis respective tremors within their blocks. Keen observers of international relations, including America’s Dr. Kissinger had since the mid-1960s identified the passing away of bipolarism and the emergence of mutipolarism. This was one of the reasons why Dr. allegedly convinced President Nixon to adopt the open door policy towards China. The EU, Germany, France, Japan, and the Newly Industrializing Countries [NICs] of Asia, Brazil, Israel, and even the Apartheid regime in South Africa, the Non-Aligned Movement, OPEC, etc. all spoke loudly about a changing world order where two dinosaurs no longer monopolized order and stability. I advanced a game theorem that I called the "Two Monkey Theorem," to address this phenomenon. In order not reveal too much of it before I patent it, I would not like to delineate the whole concept here. But, consider this question: If two monkeys sit in a tree and a hunter shoots to kill one of the monkeys, how many monkeys would be left in the tree? The central concept I advanced for United States position vis-à-vis its peers after the collapse of the Soviet Union was PRIMUS INTER PARES, meaning: "The First Among the Equals.”. This is the concept which describes the relationship between the Pope and other Cardinals of the Catholic Church. Notice that I said 'other Cardinals,' because, the Pope, indeed, is a Cardinal. Whether symbolic or not every Cardinal knows that the Pope is the head of the Catholics everywhere in the world. This was the position in which I saw the United States after the fall of the Soviet Union. I saw several big powers alongside United States, a class of Equals in so many things. Many of these Equals asked for recognition. It might have been true that none of these powers equaled the United States in military terms. But, in the ranking of big powers military capacity is only one of the factors used. Economic might, diplomatic influence and moral persuasion are in their own right very significant determinants of big power status. Then I saw several theaters of action, and several creeping regional groupings and areas of conflict hitherto erroneously subsumed in the schema of East-West conflict. Even as I write another global economic bloc is being formed. The BRIC made up of Brazil, Russia, India and China is saying that those countries deserve to be heard on global economic matters. Nobody knows as yet if the BRIC would also become a military grouping. But, it would certainly wield economic and diplomatic clout. The important thing to notice is that the evolving trend is towards emergence of several aspiring nations and groupings joining the elite club of nations. It was in this changed or changing world that I sought to place Africa, naturally my primary object of inquiry in the 1980s and 1990s. But, did I touch the wrong nerve? I believed the accusation was that I had refused to change, because, everybody believed that United States was the World's sole super power, except I. I would not be allowed to succeed and I would be killed by US agents for not expressing views favorable to the United States. I was tracked by US agents who stole all copies of the essay, and perhaps, even killed a Ghanaian lady who had a copy of that essay in order to take the paper from her. Here's a nation that claims to be better than the Soviet Union and China in guaranteeing and protecting human rights, stampeding on academic expression by a foreign student studying in another country. I had no obligation to write to favor any specific country. Due to this robbery became a tool of intimidation and dispossession against me. One of such robberies took place in 1995 in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. This essay was stolen along with other valuable papers that I intended for publication. A policeman who sought to comfort me at the Jacksonville Police Station indicated thus, "They want to destroy your academic and family foundations." The last time notes and a draft on the same essay was stolen from me was in 2006. This was stolen along with my new Toshiba Laptop as I tried to reboot my computer at the San Francisco Public Library. I was about to use the essay as the basis for doctoral dissertation on the same topic. I have since heard that the laptop and other stolen items were given one of these people; Rice, Crier or Nancy Pelosi. It would be the same Nancy Pelosi [or whoever the people refer to as the government] who seized copies of what would have been my first book from a couple of proofreading friends in San Francisco, and allegedly, burned them. This was early 2000s. Tyranny has reeled its ugly head into my life and it does not want to leave. Why did Nancy Pelosi [or the government, Clinton was President] seize and burned my book? "Because you are not allowed to think." Who are you? Don’t think!" "Just is a fool, okay?" Now you understand why DA and the massive drugging bout I face were instituted. The belief is that if I am allowed to think, I would be faster than MEE, and THAT is United States policy. Before I go on to describe why there has been all this hunt for me, why I should be stopped from advancing my academic perspective, please, let me tell you why the theory of multipolarism was superior to the theory of unipolarism. First, multipolarism advanced a better reading of history of the evolving world than unipolarism. The idea is not that United States has lost its power and leadership intrinsically, but, that its power and influence have waned relative to that of recently emerged powers. For since, according to reliable sources, the Japanese economy was only 28 % of the United States economy in the 1950s. But by the 1980s, the Japanese economy had grown to 68% of the U.S. economy. Do you believe that the change in the relative strength would affect the power relations between Japan and United States? Many of these emerged powers no longer are just order takers. They want to be treated as Equals. US policy makers ought to have taken note of such changes in power relations with nations of Japan's caliber. They want to be heard. The United States should have built on the prudent counsel Henry Kissinger gave to Nixon to accord certain countries deserved respect in order for them to shoulder their international obligations commensurate with their newly-acquired status. The Pope uses the other Cardinals similarly. Why do many analyst forecast that China may, repeat, may be the next biggest global power? It is due to the sense people have that China has made similar relative gains in recent years over the old powers. Of course, if you follow my analysis, then, China could only become the next PRIMUS INTER PARES, and NOT a sole super power, because, the other powers would not fade away just as they did not after 1945. China's power may exceed my estimation, if for instance; the notion of the CO-PROSPERITY OF EAST ASIA, a long-cherished regional bloc comprising China, Japan, Korea and other countries could become a reality. The problem for it is that there is no agreement as to which country would be the MIDDLE COUNTRY, the leader. In recent years we have witnessed the G-6 become G-8, G-10 and now G-20? What's going on here with the 'G,' you want to ask. The point is that more countries have gained the right to be recognized, and they have been seated. As you read, there is another economic bloc emerging. This is known as the BRIC; comprising Brazil, Russia, India and China. Would the BRIC also become a military bloc? The point is simple; this trend is a far cry from a SOLE Super Power world environment. I would be a fool to toil with the idea that United States is a Super Power. But, is it or was it the SOLE Super Power? It is my belief that the world would no longer see an era of one nation domination such as it happened in Pax Romano or Pax Britannica. You can tell that I debunked the idea of the 'one big tree and numerous dwarf trees' as the definition of a forest. ' The second reason why the notion of a SOLE super power world is dangerous is that it that purely political. That is, the notion has the tendency of breeding totalitarianism and dictatorship throughout the world, whereas the Bush Doctrine advocated Democracy, human rights and capitalist development. After living through this hell of persecution and mayhem based on the same idea, I realize that I would not want to live in the world where American agents would have had the power to go around castrating all dark-skinned men to fit the monotonous idea of America's nirvana. As my case has shown, I am the target of "Operation Nasty," apparently a racially-induced social engineering 'program' based on decadence, derogation and obscenity. Borne of the era of the SOLE Super power debate, could such programs have been be universalized in a SOLE Super Power world? As Americans would put it, "You bet." In my view, the impact of such a world order would have been too negatively far reaching. It is rather my idea of multipolarism, which would enhance the economic concept of diversity and the political notion of democracy, and as well, prevent genocidal policies. Again, I have not patented the idea, so I better not espouse it all; otherwise, MEE would steal it. Still, I am happy that several African countries, including my own native Ghana, have recently pursued policies that take cognizance of the multipolar world environment, by reaching out to non-traditional allies for trade, investment and cultural exchanges. I also believe that the Iraq War and the War on Terrorism would have had more help from like powers, if the United States had seen certain powers as peers, and accorded them relevance and recognition commensurate with their affluence and international clout. My point is that as rational actors, nations are like individuals. When individual achieve higher levels in their lives, they want be recognized and respected for such achievements. Similarly, States that believe that they deserve to be in the upper brackets due to their advancement become disappointed, and may be, even belligerent, if they are not accorded such respect and recognition. It is said of Japan that Western shafting of that country to the sidelines after World War I, when Japan believed that it had gained big power status due to its contribution to the victorious side in the war, was one of the factors behind that country's belligerency leading to World War II. Nations and individuals, indeed, are truly unalike. Of course, if you are a US policy maker and you disagree with me, do you have to kill me? If you resort to violence merely because you disagree with this analysis, then, you would want to turn the clock back of the 'social contract." Do you remember what Rousseau and Hobbes told us about this contract? Also, let us not forget what JS Mill says about expression and tolerance in ON LIBERTY; if out of a hundred people ninety nine take one position and only one person takes the opposing position on a issue, society should not prevent that one person from being disagreeable with the ninety nine, because, it would be better for one person to be disagreeable with the ninety nine than for the ninety nine to be so with the one. Moreover, it would be better for that the one person to be wrong than for the ninety nine. This is because, if turns out the ninety people were wrong and the one person was right, then what we would have would be the ninety nine imposing its on the one person. Or, it would mean that the wrong will of the many or majority is imposed on the right view of the few or minority. This is known as the tyranny of the majority, the majority using its size to propagate and entrench the wrong or right idea and imposing it on the majority, no matter what. The Mills left us a long time ago, still let us test this idea in the ongoing saga. How wrong and disagreeable was my idea in the 1980s and 1990s with the dominant view in United States, if somebody from that country stole and published that same idea? In the mid-1990s, I was flipping through the pages of an issue of CURRENT HISTORY, an academic periodical, at the San Francisco Public Library when I came across a publication, almost verbatim, coping my essay on multipolarism! 'O my God, I have been cheated,' I shouted. So this is what the competition is about, eh? I believe that this person, certainly is a white man, and has not been killed by US agents, because, he has the right to advance such views due to his origins. This is the purpose of this brief Note. The reason why I am still chased, drugged, molested, tortured, etc. is that according to the American elite doing this crime [Not all American elites are involved in the crime], I do not have the right to be a professional or scholar, let alone to be accredited with theory about global power politics, because, I am from the provincial estate known as Ghana. In fact, Americans have suggested to me thus "Dayie” [That is Good Night] says keep quiet and let MEE do it." Let MEE feed you on drugs and shut up. The drugs are supposed to attenuate and dilute my brain, and as well, clean my memory cells, for [also] daring to think. Alongside these were castration drugs meant to remove my manhood in fulfillment of not just the gay immersion agenda, but, also, the goal of ending my lineage. Of course, the drugging was to prevent me from thinking in order for the American elite competing against me to be victorious. And as punishment for also attempting to date women, I should be put on drugs that would put me in my place [by removing my manhood]. The vociferous query has been this: "DAYIE says who are you?" Why do you want to think?" "Do you know that it upsets DAYIE and MEE when you act, speak or write rationally?" "Why don't you be a fool and make MEE happy?" These were among the principal reasons why United States put mass murderers, serial killers and homosexual distractors, witch doctors sorcerers and poison agents on me. Leading this satanic war is said to be Katherine Crier, ably assisted by Microsoft's Cathy Marshall, Senator Boxer, Condoleezza Rice and Willie Brown Jr., African Americans. The plot includes stealing every academic research paper or analysis I write and giving them to Marshall, Crier or Rice in order for "American to benefit from it." The police and gangs have been among the robbery messengers. In San Francisco, the City itself is fully engaged in this purposeful venture. They even have highway police and African American executioners positioned at strategic points awaiting the opportunity to strike at me. When I think of the many Africans disappeared from San Francisco, allegedly mugged, hanged or otherwise disposed, that is when I realize that I am in a really dangerous area. Unfortunately, shutting up is not an option for me at this time. This is where Cathy Marshall, the Finnish, Crier, the Dutch and other computer technicians have been very effectively destructive against me. I believe that they constantly hook up to every computer I use and simply copy my files, and then claim they wrote whatever I wrote. This is the level of plagiarism and misrepresentation that I have had to fight off in this conspiracy. Presently, all my emails accounts have been hi-jacked by these people. They can even remove certain files from my accounts to show the leeway they have to control my life through the internet. It is a cyber terror act without a parallel. Microsoft's Cathy Marshall and Katherine Crier of Fox News are among those especially allegedly prepared by United States to use these illegal means to cause me to die and then inherit me. If course, if US agents succeed in killing me, then, it would be to the advantage of these peonage investors. Yes, the ongoing mess is said to be been "scheduled to end in disaster." This was why successive presidents paid no heed to my pleadings and petitions. "The decision has already been made," is the rather dismissive reference made to the death penalty allegedly secured through a jury vote in American against me. Do you see why now it is up to me to show the rest of the world that imposition of such burdens on innocent people is a criminal act? The insult in this crime is without measure. Not only have these people prevented me from furthering my education in Canada through such interferences, but also, they prevented me from entering any of the fine universities in United States that offered me admission on the excuse that I did not qualify to study in America. I am not fit enough to sit in the classroom with American students. Worse still, Americans have extended this hatred to my family in Ghana. They have either killed or intend to kill all those I help to succeed. My family should just fade away. This, I do not accept. US agents further have scuttled, undermined and destroyed my attempts to leave North America for either Europe or Australia to complete my studies. I believe that US authorities contacted universities I wanted to attend to tell them that I was either sick, unqualified or under investigation for being US enemy, so they should not admit me. I am aware that Cathy Marshall is one of those committing this crime, because, she has the computer and internet advantage, and as they say, 'congressional approval.' Would you challenge such a person if you were a professor in Scotland and the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, the Mayor or District Attorney for San Francisco, former US Secretary of State or a US Senator, etc., called to tell you that this Ohene is a criminal so do not admit him to your college? As far as Nancy Pelosi and DAYIE are concerned, I am "treasure trove" for MEE, hence the jubilant insult, “I jailed a stupid African for ETIRE." They believe that they have a prisoner who should remain here to be abused and molested and then die here for Americans to get paid for it. Americans, the hypocrites that they are, would race to save a dog from a similar situation and then jail the perpetrators. A dog is more valuable than a dark-skinned man in United States. A dog is more valuable than me in United States. Little wonder therefore that most US Congress men and women have "Animal Rights" on their hot lists, while only a handful has "Human Rights." As you can tell, these forms of interference and obstruction have been used in the court cases under review in these publications. The perpetrators have tried to steal the cases for drunks like that Cathy Marshall and cheats like Crier and Rice. Those sponsoring this crime plotted that I should not become a scholar or intellectual, because, I am not allowed to think in the first place due to the fact that I am Black and African [We would not let you think let alone speak," hence, "Nndwene." [The Akan word "adwene," also is the word for "fish," so "nndwene" could be the plural for”fishes." In San Francisco this word is also used for the tramps "phishes" selected to entrap me to be killed or the tricks thereof]. I should be a drunk like black and white pros in US streets; a useless homeless person. This aspect of the project is allegedly managed by Katherine Crier and Cathy Marshall and assisted by BOXER. If I fail to become a destroyed person and drunk, Katherine Crier, Cathy Marshall, etc. would have the right to kill me just so they could win their bet. I am supposed to become like these people, a homosexual and a drunk, otherwise, I should be killed, and do you get it? I am talking about a rational choice and democratic nation like United State placing that edict on a human being. These people are among those Barrack Obama should arrest for investigation in this case. The world would be watching the depth of his tolerance for genocidal practices vis-à-vis this conduct by Americans and respect for human rights. Americans have found a way to make Cathy Marshall, Rice, Crier and Brown Jr. authors of my court papers and of every conduct my life. The US government is in the thick of this official robbery to ensure that common ground becomes groundless. As you can tell my professional and academic careers have been thrown into the toilet by this bully of a country, just because the people cannot tolerate a rational African. I will make sure that the courts make United States pay for this crime. I am flattered that people, who showcase me as a fool, actually are jealous and envious of my reasoning skills and analytical capacity. The problem is that they seek to transfer such ideas advantages of mine to their own. This is known as conversion in the law and it is a criminal violation in all common law countries. I have discussed conversion in an earlier publication at this blog. I wish to remind you that these American politicians and bureaucrats seek to castigate me as a fool or insane to cover this very serious and reckless violation. But I will not allow them to get away with this crime. The creator gave the world to humanity in common, and while we may not always get what we want equally, we have equal rights to be on this earth. Therefore, the project of some people wrestling the earth from the rest of us and selfishly keeping it for themselves is wrong and must be resisted. This is how to defeat eugenics, ethnic cleansing and its antecedents evils such as “DA.” I have watched and listened with admiration the media coverage of the twentieth anniversary of Tianamena and the ongoing political crisis in Iran. Unfortunately, that same media, the American media, have helped to cover up this crime against humanity, a great deal of which arose from bullies stampeding on academic expression by a student in another country. The media non-reportage and non-coverage of my case has once again proved my point that apart from the inherent conspiracies in which most of the people are committed, non-reportage is also due to the fact Americans, like most of the West, believe that "bad things do not happen here; they happen overseas, like in China, Iran and Timbuktu." Still, they are aware that American politicians and investors have paid assassins, led by a black American lawyer, to kill or destroy me. They are aware that the Speaker of the United House of Representatives is the mother of this crime, and that now, even homosexuals are hired to chase after me as if United States soldiers are chasing after the Taliban. The role of the American media in covering up this crime must be condemned by all those who have concerns for human rights violations. This is why I call on all readers to join me in the promotion of the idea that those doing 'DA' must face the wrath of the law. Let us all remember that intelligence is not skin deep, and oppression, which is rife in this case is [un]America [See the Fourteenth Amendment]. Some people would have liked such a bad thing to have happened in Africa so that the American media could have reported it with fanfare. But it has happened among the rational, civilized and progressive? America never used to be about DA, limitations, control, envy, jealousy and destruction. This country used to be about hard work, positive individualism, the rule of law and the promise that people could be whatever they wanted as far as they worked for it, and those who work hard get to keep and enjoy what they earn. I worked hard to achieve my purpose only to be told by America that I do not deserve to succeed because of immutable characteristics? Where did the real America go?
