Dear H.E. Agyekum:
I would like to congratulate you on your appointment to the current position. As a matter of fact, I have tried to do so since September 2009, when I first learned of your re-assignment. But as you will soon find out, I have been sick, really sick, due to the conspiracy which United States and its citizens have forged against me for the twenty five years, and still refuse to stop. You will also soon find out that we know each other, because, I was a student at Carleton University in Ottawa when you were the H.C. in Canada. Names such as Sulley Gariba and Gladys Lartey might help to remind you of me. This familiarity is one reason why I am glad that you are in the current position, because, you are perhaps the only Ghanaian official who among most might have some knowledge of the case I will soon present to you, and therefore, you probably would be best placed to help find a solution, and end this quarter of a century encroachment, torture, abuse, oppression and human rights violations against me by United States.
When you were in Ottawa, you probably heard that a Ghanaian student was the SUBJECT of a homosexual experimental program, and probably heard that that I was that student. At that time, you probably wisely thought that if that student were able to come to you foe help, you would help him. This means that you probably [also] believed that the student was [himself] aware of the experiment, and indeed, might have agreed to be used for such an experiment in hope of getting a better life, as was the suggestion. If you also scorned and scoffed off at such a ridiculous idea [agreement], you certainly were not alone. The problem was and remains that what I have recounted as some things you may have been aware of were half-truths.
There was a program of which I was the SUBJECT, and that program has continued and worsened. But, I was not aware of it. This was a secret scam put together by Canada and United States of which I did not learn until 1994. In 1994, it came as a shock to me that I had been a GUINEA PIG for almost a decade, and that one of the purposes of the program was not simply to castrate me and turn me into homosexual, but, also induce a sex change, induce illnesses, destroys my immune system, change my genetic and mapping, destroy my nerves, etc. etc. All this and more came to my attention when a conspiracy involving elements from Canada and United States [including Black Americans, US politicians and US Intelligence] attempted to kill me in 1994 and failed. The assassination attempt was part of the effort to cover up the crimes [now programs] due to the embarrassment, which exposure of such gross human rights violation brought to both countries.
The cover up was also necessary, because, the assassination aspect of the program was also in fulfillment of the rituals [rites, sacrifice, etc.] intent of the program. Yes, throughout these years, it has been suggested, that white supremacists covered up by the US government came to Canada to hunt me down to kidnap and kill me for purification cases. They allegedly use dark-skinned people [such as me, you or President Kuffor] for such purposes on this continent.
This is more serious than the allegation that some Africans use albinos for [juju] medicine. During the last election, there was rumor in Ghana about such crimes. The government of Tanzania had to use drastic measures last year to curb such regressive activities. In North America, dark-skinned people are the targets for similar criminal activity in the name of personal empowerment. I do not know if the same thing is done in Europe. I in particular have been hunted since the 1980s. For this reason, and of course others, the research programs have been accentuated. How could any Ghanaian authority sign onto such a secret policy to destroy another Ghanaian? Could you contemplate this?
Then there is the Black American revenge program which has been adopted as policy by and for the United States to appease those African Americans who believe that Africans, particularly, those from royal lines sold their ancestors into slavery, so they would mistreat [sell, oppress, dominate, subvert, undermine, punish and kill ] Africans in return. This is the main characteristic feature the relations between Africans and Black Americans on this continent. Unfortunately, African leaders have been deceived of this phenomenon, while solitary Africans are killed, beaten, cheated, abused etc. every day in every city in United States for this reason.
My case allegedly started in Canada when Black Americans in US Intelligence and government [and enemy hunters] labeled me US enemy to get United States to attack me, when in fact, the attack could have been mostly a Black American revenge attack. In this sense, even Black American attack against me as against other Africans has become US official policy. The special nature of my case, however, is that both white supremacists [those who came looking to kill me for rites, ritual and sacrifice] and Black American avengers share in the consensus that I should be killed. Let me give you a couple of reasons for this consensus.
1. For African/Black American, it is revenge time for slavery. As part of this revenge, elite Blacks take contracts to hunt and kill so-called US enemies, or they could create such enemies and get paid for their effort.
2. For whites, especially the supremacists, I am too inferior [dark-skinned and African] succeed. I must be used for rites and sacrifices [That is, traditional white purification purposes]. I must be enslaved to prevent me from succeeding, after all, I am not better than Black Americans beings used similarly. ETC.
For this reason these otherwise opposing groups have me commonly on their assassination HIT LISTS.
How did Black Americans isolate and target me for this attack? I have explained how this happened in my letters to the Ghana government, most of which are published at my websites described elsewhere in this letter. Let me however suggest to you that the most common reason for Black Americans’ targeting me is generally my family background, but, particularly, my name OHENE. They know that OHENE means the KING, and they believe that their ancestors were sold by KINGS or royals. Therefore, as far as they are concerned, I and everyone named OHENE, or everyone who is a royal, a KING, Ohene, Omanhene or Odikro, etc. from Ghana, and their equivalents from other African countries are enemies who must be killed. This means that HE Daniel Ohene Agyekum, as well as Nana Ohene Ntow are targets! I would hate to personalize this information, but, I would be doing none of us justice if I hide what I know. Unfortunately, US leadership [including Obama] has not shown the desire or willingness to condemn this type of terror towards Africans. Instead, what the leadership has shown is more that tacit agreement. In fact, there is evidence of official incitement and instigation, not only of Black Americans against Africans [using the American pie-theorem], but, also of other immigrant and non-white groups [particularly Latinos] against Africans.
Truly, if my case is anything to go by, then, apparently, US leadership has given Black Americans and other minorities as well as law enforcement the support to kill as many Africans as they could. In San Francisco and the Bay Area where the unwritten social and political code appears to be the elimination of undesired immigrants, particularly, dark-skinned ones, African Americans [they refer to themselves as guardians and executioners] appear to have been empowered to kill Africans at will. For this reasons one of the leaders of African Americans, Mr. Willie Brown Jar, has become so powerful that he is able to evade punishment for his misdeeds against Africans. He as paid African American or minority contractors [assassins or mercenaries] is hired by powerful whites, the same people who actually constitute the ruling class of American society.
Many Americans believe that Mr. Brown Jr. and Condoleezza Rice is, indeed, one and the same person. Where does that leave countries like Ghana, allegedly, supporting Condoleezza Rice? Until those who bank-roll them are stopped, this terror would never cease. I will relate my experiences in San Francisco since 1996 with details of my personal agonies and that of other Africans in a report I am writing for the United Nations on my case to underscore the nature of the threat Africans face in this society. I am appealing to the Ghanaian leadership to wake up from its slumber and tackle this matter with the zeal and seriousness it requires.
In this letter, I do not intend to give the ambassador and the government all the specific details of the facts of the case, because, I have done so in several letters to the embassy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and office of the President. Most of these have been published at my websites. Instead, I wish to petition HE Agyekum to immediately take action on the matter to help me get out of the imminent danger I face in San Francisco and the Bay Area in order to sue or petition Washington for redress and remedy that I deserve for this rather offensive and gross violation of my human rights. HE Agyekum is particularly suited for this task, because, unlike previous Ambassadors and embassy staff who did not know me or did not understand the case, and hence, were easily deceived by US agents led by Condoleezza Rice [mercenary] into believing the negativity about me, HE Agyekum and I shook hands at the High Commission in Ottawa; he met me at least on three different occasions. HE Agyekum, unlike Mr. Ackon, former Consul and past Ambassador would never believe that I am Black American, and as such Ghana should leave me alone to be enslaved and tortured to death by my Masters. As you can tell, I have just touched a couple of very important issues in the case.
First, this is a case of enslavement, very pure enslavement, whereby the US government has tied me down for US drug firms, hospitals and businesses to use me for all sorts of drug and chemical experiments for which US citizens [known as investors would be paid]. Yes, you heard me right: US citizens have secretly registered me as their slave or property since 1985, such that drugs and chemicals would be tested on me before they are approved for use, and such people would be paid. It appears as if this is an old and ongoing practice in United States, a form of peonage-enslavement socialization to which Black Americans and poor whites are subjected to profit the powerful. I fell prey to this criminal activity because of an illegal US attack me in the 1980s while I was a student in Canada.
Of course, there are other experiments that rely on other forms of technology, such as computer manipulations, electronic attacks, social engineering etc. Still, medical and chemical experiments seemed to have had the most impact on me. The US government and Bill Gates’ Microsoft and Foundation are the lead perpetrators. In addition, drug and chemical manufacturing firms and other computer firms are suspected to have been involved in this crime for profit program. Sponsors include businesses, churches, and organizations, particularly, gay and feminists organizations. I hope that you would not be shocked to hear that Condoleezza Rice is one of the lead overseers [supervisors] of these crimes. Other Americans mentioned are the US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Katherine Crier, a former CNN and Fox News Anchor, US Senator Barbara Boxer, Microsoft chip wiz Cathy Marshall, Willie Brown Jar, African American, a man who must be of enormous interest to African leaders for his role in these criminal activities against Africans, etc. These people are actually paid for these criminal activities. All what I wish to convey to you and the government of Ghana is that the so-called PROGRAM, is in fact, also, an enslavement program meant to oppress me till I drop dead. It is meant to castrate me and immerse me in homosexuality, prevent me from succeeding [hence failure program], make me disease-prone, and cut short my life. In order for the United States do entrench such activities against me; US officials led by Condoleezza Rice had to use the next strategy to get the government of Ghana abandon me.
Second, this messenger of doom and great threat to all African elites convinced Canadian [I was a resident] and Ghanaian leaders that, in fact, I was not Ghanaian. She allegedly claimed that I was a Black American [probably from Georgia or Atlanta], who left for Africa, sought a scholarship to study in Canada, and then falsely claimed that I am Ghanaian. Of course, the claim of my Ghanaian background as I have related and Condoleezza Rice-led US incursions to my background leading to the killing of my father and his brother at Duayaw-Nkwanta in Brong-Ahafo , etc. clearly contradict the silly claim that I am Black American. Still, for no clear reason, not just US leadership and the public, but even some members of the Ghana staff at the embassy appeared to have believed the story told by Nancy Pelosi, the so-called owner of Black Americans. For this reason, US officials allegedly petitioned Ghanaian officials at the embassy, especially, Mr. Ackon, and perhaps, officials in Ghana, to “IGNORE HIM, BECAUSE, HE ESCAPED AND HAS BEEN CAPTURED.” As far as these modern day slave owners were concerned, I must be re-educated to accept the Mastery of the white man and my place of a slave in American society. This is what I face as you read this letter. It was for this reason that Mr. Ackon, perhaps, refused to process the RENEWAL of my Ghanaian passport in 2005, even after cashing the processing fees that I sent.
Indeed, it appears to me that the alleged processing fees of $165.00 was illegally confiscated or extorted on the advice of US politicians and CIA who have been doing similar things against me in United States. At the same time I applied to renew my passport, I also applied to renew my employment authorization in United States. The USINS [now USCIS] refused to renew the EAD, but, confiscated the processing fees of $175.00. From what I have learned thus, this was part of United States instituted punishments against me. This was meant to impoverishment, destabilize and frustrate me. It was to make me perennially illegally and isolated, some sort of international pariah marked out for CIA elimination. My question is this: How on earth would a Ghanaian official participate in such a criminal activity against another Ghanaian? I still have the receipts for the payments for the renewal of my passport. I would therefore appeal to HE Agyekum and the new Consular Staff to investigate this matter in order for me to get my passport back.
The foregoing has several grave implications. Forsake the untowardiness and offensive intent of being treated as slave, and, indeed, having US political leadership incite and instigate its citizenry to molest, torture, mistreat and dehumanize me. Think rather of the fact that Ghanaian officials, either by wrongful thinking or by will, conspired with these brute foreigners to actually enslave a Ghanaian royal in United States. If this is what has happened, then, I am suing Ghana, my dear and beloved motherland. I would, respectfully, appeal to HE Agyekum to investigate this matter [internally] before approaching the US government with a request to halt this inhuman crime and institute its own investigation in to rather reckless violation.
Again, I respectfully petition the HE to advise the government in Ghana to initiate action to give me access to the courts and judicial process in United States, because, without due process, without judges sitting independently to hear this case, and without the right to present my own case before such an independent judiciary, neither the truth nor justice would prevail in this case.
Presently in San Francisco, where I qualify for nothing, because, I not a citizen, I have no Green Card, I have no status and I no identity card, I would have used my passport, not only to defend myself with regard to my national identity, but, also, to convince humanitarians that I am also human. The impact of the drugging and chemical attacks has led to kidney and heart failures, which put me in San Francisco General Hospital on December 22, 2009. I have also been diagnosed with sarcoidosis, hypertension, pneumonia, and as yet undisclosed ailments. I already have hints of stroke, sexual impairment, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, etc. For all these, Americans, including Condoleezza Rice, have been or would be paid. I get nothing, because, I AM A SLAVE? Did Ghana agree to shut up in exchange for foreign aid? Did President Kuffor play Old Boy network with President Clinton to get me entrenched in this enslavement? These are some of the rumors going around in United States. There must be an answer.
The allegation has been made that President George Bush and President John Kuffor, during the many times they met made a deal on my head, to cast me into exile for Condoleezza Rice or whoever she represents to benefit from me. Of course, the allegation was also made President Jerry Rawlings signed an agreement to have me killed by US contractors [mercenaries, including Condoleezza Rice and Willie Brown], because, as a graduate student at Carleton, I wrote a critical essay about Ghana’s Economic Reform Policy. In my letters to President Kuffor and his Ministers, I insisted that I believed that no Ghanaian leader would agree to kill Ghanaian students overseas simply for their academic viewpoint. Even if such leaders did so, they did on the strength of the STORIES told to them by the Americans. This case is a case of stories, invented and told by US intelligence and politicians. In United States a “story” simply means a lie. This is the time for Ghanaian leaders to read between the lines, not only in this case, but also, in tons of other cases of sabotage and undermining; cases used to test the mettle of the Ghanaian intelligence and resolve of the Ghanaian leadership.
As far as contract killings are concerned, I am very aware that US and perhaps Canadian firms investing in Africa have been approached by these US mercenaries who believe that they have scouted out RADICAL AFRICAN SCHOLARS AND POLICY MAKERS who they get paid to eliminate. I have been on that since I wrote my Bachelors Essay at the University of Waterloo, where I was adjudged BEST STUDENT in International Relations and Marxist Political Theory. Hatred, envy and jealousy are behind all the characterization of radicalism. But are our leaders able to decipher the deceptive cognates in these complaints and set ups. Again, I respectfully entreat Ghanaian leaders to read between the lines when they hear those stories from US intelligence and politicians. Are we all up for elimination? Should the nation be guttered into flames before Ghana wakes up?
My case is an embarrassing scandal, which United States wishes it could have avoided. Take for instance, the main reason now cited for the research and unlawful experiments imposed on me is that I was offered a scholarship by St. Jerome’s College in Canada, so the experiments are in exchange for the scholarship. The problem is that there was no such agreement signed between St. Jerome’s and me. In fact, the Registrar at St. Jerome’s then, Mr. Kevin Donelson, always reminded me, perhaps anticipating the American attack, “Ohene, your scholarship is unconditional. You need not do anything for St. Jerome’s in return. Etc” Of course; I do not know what was agreed upon behind my back. Certainly however, any such conspiracy would be given the test of law. Moreover, how does United States claim that the scholarship was “Taxpayers’ money,” so taxpayers [businesses, especially Bill Gates and his organizations] have the right to use me for whatever they want jive with the fact this was not a scholarship from an American institution, even if American taxpayers would have contributed to such a fund? There is a lot of irrationality and illogicality in this assertion. This gives rise to the suspicion that other factors might have been more fundamental to this rather hateful crime called program. The question is whether United States has the legal and constitutional right to impose such a program with its delirious impact on a Ghanaian. In order to pose this question at the US Supreme Court, I need Ghana to stand with me, if Ghana is not a conspirator.
Those who would like to sow the seeds of disunity among us would do with President Mills, what they did with President Kuffor and President Rawlings, by claiming that the President and I are not from the same region, so he should abandon me. During the time of Rawlings, race was used as one of the excuse to get Rawlings to refuse to respond to my pleadings for help from Ghana. I hope that President Mills would defy those who would call upon him to abandon me to the cruelty and wickedness of Bill Gates and the US government as President Kuffor did, because he is not from Brong Ahafo. In North America, my enemies first instigated "all Americans" against me. then, they made it all within the NAFTA region, then the West, the Englisg speaking world, all Caucasians and now all within the Aryan race. This is the nature of hate crimes. The enemy seeks to fractionalize its opposition [divide to conquer] so that the opposition would fail to identify the threat posed to them in common by this external enemy. It appears to me as if Ghana has fallen prey to this evil machination of the enemy.
I do not believe that President Kuffor is a bad man. But, he listened to the enemy in this case. This was the President who appointed my cousin [My father nephew] Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, and later, Ghana High Commissioner to Malaysia. He even visited Senti when he returned from Malaysia sick. During his visits to Duayaw-Nkwanta and Brong Ahafo, the President was accompanied by a cousin and long term friend, Joshua Aboagye-Danquah, then Tano Constituency Secretary for the NPP. Mr. Aboagye-Danquah promised that he would discuss my case with President Kuffor, and in fact, assured me that the President would be able to resolve the matter. Did President Kuffor also believe that I was a Black American who wants to escape from my masters? Of course, not. The only reason why I am still enslaved in United States is that President Kuffor listened instead to the enemy’s messengers led by Condoleezza Rice. She now stands to gain should I die. So would all the investors. Again, I respectfully entreat the HE to pass this message to President Mills, and get him personally interested in this case for my sake and the sake of others Ghanaians in similar but unknown circumstances.
President Mills recently said in Gabon that he was aware that some Ghanaians are being badly treated overseas. Such recognition is great. But the President must follow this with action. This is why I respectfully urge HE Agyekum to take a personal interest in this case and help. Perhaps it is ordained for HE Agyekum to play a role in this case. He was the HC in Ottawa, where I was a student when this case began. Last summer, I sent my daughter to the NDC head office in Kumasi to seek help for me. She told me that she was asked to go to Accra. In September 2009, when I learned that the head of the NDC office in Kumasi had been appointed Ghana’s new ambassador to United States, and that he was Mr. Daniel Ohene Agyekum, I realized that this not coincidence. My daughter may not have met the ambassador, but, the man who knew of this case in the 1980s is the same placed in the most advantageous position to lead Ghana’s role in resolving this crime against me. I believe that if the HE were aware that at least one of the students he knew then, Gladys Lartey, may have been similarly victimized, then, he may be really grasp the nature of the evil crime that has befallen.
As I have suggested in my letters and publications that US Courts, politicians and intelligence have stolen trillions of dollars from me. These monies resulted court case I filed in US Courts to redress some the wrongs done to me. I would need Ghana to help me recover these amounts from US government and my so-called owners, who extorted or confiscated these amounts, I would also need the assistance of lawyers to file cases against United States and the Bill Gates organization for these programs of destruction. But I need Ghana’s official participation. This would begin with an official ending of Ghana’s slumbering response to me inquiries and petitions. It is in this context that I petition the HE to order an investigation into my ‘passport renewal case,” and, promptly advise the Consular to renew my passport, or, send it to me, if it is being held. I paid for the processing of it, and I have receipts to show for the payments. Let those who believe that I am Black America take action in court against me. I intend soon to sue all of them for distorting my identity with specific intent to enslave me.
Finally, I would like to inform the HE that I intend to send copies of this letter to the President, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Speaker for Ghana’s Parliament and the United Nations. In due course, I also intend to publish this letter at my websites [ohenesviewpointe.blogspot.com; nana.boakyeyiadom1@gmail.com and ybarima53@zimbio.com], and in Ghanaian papers or websites. I am preparing a report for the United Nations and governments affected by this case, and I would be glad to send the HE a copy of that report. Due to complications arising from the impact of the drugging and chemical attacks, I am seeking to return to Canada, where this case began, and where my medical treatment would not be interrupted with safety concerns and other hardships. Still, this is a case that meets all characterizations of “Crimes Against Humanity,” “War Crimes” and gross human rights violations. I intend to invoke the “Universal Jurisdiction,” for justice, if necessary. This is why I once more respectfully petition the HE and the Ghanaian leadership to reflectively deliberate this case for a constructive and purposive resolution. Thank you very much, and Happy Independence Anniversary to all of us.
