It is alleged that your country is allied with the governments of Canada, Britain and Ghana in this nefarious intent to destroy me because of my ancestry, beliefs, lifestyle and my potential to succeed. I am not aware of what, if any, specific role your government is playing in this crass dehumanization of this innocent man. And, so, I will give your government the benefit of the doubt, believing that the compassion of your conservatism, coupled with US declaration that it is the paragon of all liberties, the mother of all freedoms, are salient virtues and attributes to which its leaders pay no lip-service. That is not gainsaying the fact that I know for a fact that past governments, the media and the general public have been part of the nefarious alliance and conspiracy, not only to violate my human rights, torture and mistreat me, but, even, to assassinate me on several occasions. I will cite these instances later. The chill is that as these cowardly, yet, evil people, groups and institutions enforce these callous and malicious measures against me, this country’s authorities keep silent and indifferent. I am of the view that if an innocent person is being molested and violated in the territory of a particular nation, and, such mistreatment is brought to the notice of the leader, then, it is the leader’s moral imperative, in fact, it should be his political prerogative and legal compulsion to step in and protect such a guest, even, without amendments 1, 5, 7 and 14. This notwithstanding that these measures are not only evil and destructive, but, that, they are against and are in violation of all known international conventions, laws and standards to which the US is signatory. These include, but, are not limited to the following: 1. United Nations Charter for Human Rights2. United Nations Convention against the Crime of Genocide, and, other Wicked and Inhuman Treatment or Punishment. See United States Amendment 8 and 18 USC 1091 et seq.3. United Nations Convention against Torture, Cruel and Other Unkind Treatment or Punishment, See United States Amendment 8 and 18 USC 1091 et seq.4. The United Nations Covenant on Political and Civil Rights, article seven. Come to think of the fact that I came to this country seeking asylum against similar cruelty and torture by the Canadian government and public, and, you will believe that the mistreatment I receive here and neglect of it are part and parcel of US policy towards Africa. If I were not African, I strongly believe that I would not be mistreated so badly for so long. It would be different for a Jamal-Abu-Jamal, a Rodney King, an O.J. Simpson, a Sprewell, a Simon Rushdie, Gonzalez, Arias, Juang, etc. If not, then, please, what did I do wrong? Can your government conscientiously announce to the world the crimes I committed against the United States and the human race, and, hence, this mistreatment? This is my specific request. I know that yours is a new administration, and, as such, your guys and gals may not have all the answers. I believe that the evil bureaucrats at the Department of Justice, State and the congressmen know enough to fill you in with the details. In particular, the INS, FBI, the Justice Department itself [in terms of attorneys] and Secret Service have details of my situation since they are the ones spreading, not just uncomely and untoward rumor about me, but, also, hateful, vicious, malicious, libelous and slanderous propaganda, the intent of which could only be summed up as this: destruction. If these are not helpful, then, the next reliable source for such information must be businesses, churches, doctors, lawyers and judges. Blacks, Hispanics, homosexuals, the Mafia and other criminal organizations may also be very helpful. The general public has been helpful to me in the sense that they fill the gaps for me as to what has been happening to me. The only question they have not answered is what I asked: What did I do to deserve this cruel, unkind, hateful and denigrating treatment? Although I will return to the question later, I find it necessary to indicate here that one of the reasons Black Americans cite for participating in this persecution cum torture against me is that I was not born here. For this reason, I have no rights. So no matter what is done to me, they have been told, I have no recourse for action or redress. Hello, Amendment One! ‘No happiness for you,’ Is this ‘a direct in your face revocation’ of the First Amendment?’ Is it not that the whole thing about certain rights being INALIENABLE or INHERENT that the person who enjoys them has been born with these rights? In other words, is it not that the only qualification here that of, ‘being human,’ in order to have these rights respected? The answer I have from Black Americans is that they have been told that I am not human. I have no feelings. Canada destroyed all my feeling nerves during ten years of drugging that I cannot now feel pain, love or non-love. I am a robot. I probably was not born. And I am a political science major! What of International standards, some of which I have listed above? The answer I have from Blacks, the media and the rest of the public is that I brought IT upon myself. If I did not come to this country, then, I would not be molested. But as I indicated earlier, I came to this country seeking ‘Political Asylum’ against Canada and Ghana in 1994. This privilege is protected by the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights.’ I sought asylum after it was revealed to me that, after ten years of persecution and torture, which were meant to end my life, Canada, actually decided to physically murder me. This followed an appeal by Professor Linda Freeman of the Political Science Department, Carleton University in Ottawa, whose unwelcome sexual advances I repulsed; and, a judge who allegedly became angry for the ‘wrongful’ belief that I knew of his family secrets because I was the family friend. Did the respected judge ask for me to be killed, as Americans rumored, or, some African American looking for revenge against me masqueraded as that judge in order to fix me with the death penalty? Did Nancy Pelosi ask for the death penalty? Then, there is alleged to be the former External Affairs Minister of Canada, Flora McDonald, [who I still do not know why she wants me dead, destroyed, wasted, deprived and impoverished, but, whose false and offensive declaration that I was in love with her, so she make me into a slave, did not only earn me punishment and mistreatment from the system, but, has been duplicated and continue to be duplicated by high-ranking American women, for who I have become the ‘new slave’ and source of ‘slavery investment.’ Dr. Allison Rankin of the Ottawa Hospital who on government advice [and as I now know, on the advice of the high-ranking American women who wanted me as a slave and African Americans who wanted to take revenge on me,], prescribed dangerous psychiatric drugs to destroy my brain, nerves, lungs, bones, eyes, heart, etc., and, thus have me erased from the earth in 1994 became the last missed act to violently kill me in Canada. These people then claimed to have had a ‘mandate’ to end my life. Now, I gather that the issuer of that mandate was the United States Congress. Its main surrogate, Senator Barbara Boxer of California has been a principal part of this onerous way against for about two decades. Of course, other state functionaries and government delegates, now unwilling to face the consequences of their roles in the conspiracies joined to plot more frame ups to undercut my asylum application here. Working with the elements from the INS, and other law enforcement agencies, politicians, the courts, the media, etc., Senator Boxer and her cohorts have demonstrated clear and unfettered intent to destroy my life, in order to prevent me from succeeding [Due to my origins, nationality, color, views, etc]. The ongoing wicked drama of falsehoods and fraud is not only a continuation, but, also, the consequence of the evil plot hatched in Canada [where the American operatives allegedly played the major role]. Of course, the United States, like any other nation cannot be forced to grant asylum to any individual, because, asylum, according to the UN, is only a privilege, and, not a right. This does not, mean that if a person comes to seek asylum in your country and you decide not to grant it to him or her, that, you have the right to molest and harass him or her in some fraternal and kin support manner, invoking the dubious and rather questionable instrument known as the ‘adversarial strategy’ to bring him to public contempt and disrepute. Such a treatment as I have experienced, according to the laws of this country, amounts to a violation of my human rights [ See Codes of Federal Regulations, Sections 7 and 8 [7-8 CFR], Lawyers’ Edition. Yet, the ‘adversarial hand-out’ is the deal I have so far been given since 1995. Those who issued this use threats and intimidation to tell me to ‘depend on Condoleeza Rice,’ ‘become a down-syndrome or slow down,’ ‘shut up and suffer,’ ‘stop academic pursuits, or else,’ ‘become gay,’ ’abandon your family,’ ‘be a slave like the ones you met here,’ etc. In the ambiance of an erstwhile CNN anchor and an alleged government agent, Hispanics, generally dubbed the fencers or screeners and coded ‘TWO’ have been brain-washed to pair with blacks to harass, molest and attack me with demonic prowess throughout the country. They have been brainwashed to believe that I am a criminal, homosexual and an illegal immigrant who they must push out of the country. They claim that California is their territory so I must leave, or, else. Why do they attack my penis? The answer is that they have been told that otherwise, I will take their women from them. They also allege that they belong to the ‘NAFTA’ region, and, so, they must give Canada ‘a helping hand’ in Canada’s attempt to destroy me [The Canada attack appear to have been mostly waged by American agents, African Americans and Senator Boxer underlings]. They however take solace in the fact Blacks are harassing me, so they can’t be wrong. Blacks, known as the blockers, among others, cite similar reasons for molesting me, except that in their case, there are a few more critical underlying factors, which define their role as surrogates or proxies for racial persecution. They claim that I was not born here and so I should not be allowed to enjoy any opportunities or privileges here, until the last of them gets off from ‘the gutter.’ For me, this looks like a tacit agreement between the government and blacks to keep African immigrants out of the system. The woman who denied my asylum application [Ms. Wuaku] was a black American. She even tried to fabricate lies to undermine my creditability. The Immigration Judge who denied my appeal is of Mexican born, but, everybody in San Francisco knows that the Mayor of San Francisco, Willie Brown, a black man, and ‘some external forces,’ put pressure of the judge to deny my application. Obviously, black opposition against me in the country is part of US anti-immigrant policy, which I deem harsh and inhuman, deceptive, hypocritical and unfortunate. Blacks are said to be unanimous that if given the way to stabilize, I will dominate them. This, they claim to have learned from the Canadians. Black leaders have therefore instructed blacks throughout the country, ‘don’t be nice to him?, and “pepper him?, meaning be hostile to him. They claim that if they become nice to me, I will not leave. They are instructed, further, to use every means to drive me back to Canada. Or, if I insist on remaining, Blacks and Hispanics must ensure that I do not use my diplomas to find professional jobs, that I would be to force to abandon any academic pursuits and that I must not be allowed to date any woman in the country. Blacks and Hispanics in the police departments and FBI must link up with their ethnicities to ensure that I am followed and restricted in everything I do. This includes working. Where I find even menial work, I should be limited in terms of my earnings or I should be harassed until I abandon the work, as it just happened at San Carlos, a case EEOC and DFEH have refused to investigate. They claimed that this is a repetition of Canada’s policy of limitation, waste and deprivation and limitation pursued against me for being outspoken. All this has happened. Blacks, including many Africans, are most happy to participate in this nefarious venture of persecution and mayhem. Blacks also claim that I came to this country to kill some mythical individual known as ‘ME or MI.’ So they claim to be working for ‘Me Mi,’ but, at the same time, seem to be doing this in their interests. I have heard them claim that I was BROUGHT here to serve them.{I now know that ‘them’ was ‘Dem’ for ‘democrats.’ I have been able to associate ‘dem’ with Nancy Pelosi in one of the most shocking revelations in this crime of hate]. Or, that some people claim that I am better than they are, so they must prove me wrong, by making me become like them. They claim further that with a Masters Degree, I have already studied too much so I should abandon further studies. If I continue to study, they claim they have been asked to kill me [They have been asked by the U.S. Congress to kill me, if I continue to pursue academics?].[Dem could be associated with Condoleeza Rice, where ‘dem’ is an Akan word for damage, the objective of Rice and her cohorts in this conspiracy. Akan is the language of the Akans or Twifo people of Ghana. Sometimes, phonetically, the word sounds like ‘da mu,’ another Akan phrase. This simply implies, ‘go to jail.’ The architect along with Senator Boxer has made extensive use of the language, people and magic from Akans and other West African ethnicities in the effort to torpedo me. In San Francisco, they have so far stolen sixteen diskettes full of manuscripts for publication as books from me. This took place at both the Episcopal Sanctuary and the Department of Human Services. The question is this: why are blacks doing this to me alone? What of other Africans, are they treated differently? Obviously, yes, there appears to be general subtle Africa Policy pursued by the U.S. administration. It is discriminatory and encourages hatred towards Africans. I represent for them, the enemy due to factors all of which cannot be cited here. But, the adjunct policy is the official support for African American revenge against Africans. This allows the feds and Africans Americans to act in a ‘consensus’ against Africans. This is one reason why I know that I have been TARGETED by the system. As a matter of fact, Africans, including some from Ghana, my native, and some Caribbean, have been misinformed to harass me or isolate me similarly, claiming loyalty or allegiance to the mythical ME, IT or FOUR. They all use codes, which refer the source to Canada, Britain, US or Ghana. What did I do to be targeted and molested in such cruel manner? For Black Americans, in particular, there is the case of Adams, one of their brothers from Alexandria who was hired to assassinate me in 1994, both in Alexandria and Ottawa. I do not know who specifically hired him, but, I will not rule out the system. Much of black American ‘intimidation [championed by Willie Brown Jr. and Black Muslims], and is to protect Adam, the first assassin sent by Blacks and the U.S. Congress to attack me in 1994 [in both Alexandria and Ottawa]. My name Ohene, which means ‘the King,’ happens be a great source of annoyance and anger that fans the acrimonious and rancorous relationship they have with me. Has some of this anger been incited, instigated? Certainly. Secretary Rice, Senator Boxer and Speaker Pelosi have all instigated this at a certain time since the mid-1980s. African Americans were specifically told: ‘Don’t be nice to him,” where I entered the country in 1995. The vibe and sentiment bred by this ill-conceived order continues. Coupled this with is the fact that some rich and prominent American ladies are in my life, inviting the anti-prosperity pangs of blacks against me. Blacks assert that Canadian authorities have indicated to them that they have DNA mapping on me, which indicated that I have Jewish ancestry, the reason, they cite for ‘my critical mind.’ This is one of the reasons why white authorities allegedly asked for my head. Thus black hostility towards me is partly an extension of their loathing for the Jewish people. Likewise, Ghanaians were informed by Canadian and British authorities that I am not Ghanaian. Hence Ghanaians decided that I should be punished for talking about their country, in reference to my Masters Research Paper which critically analyzed Ghana’s Economic Reform Policy under the Rawlings regime. Again, this was a Western plot to isolate me due to my criticism of the relations between international finance and the Ghanaian elite in implementing the policy. In fact, in 1989, I was informed by a professor in Canada that THEY would kill me if I did not stop talking about my country. Before I left Canada, I was further warned that blacks and Hispanics would be deceived to kill me. As for the white establishment and public, the issues are academic potential, racial- biological superiority, cultural and political supremacy, prosperity and happiness and territory. White leaders are said to have concluded that I am African, black, and, hence, I am not supposed to be able to think. But since my performance refutes their conclusion, as symbolized by the book I am about to publish, they have decided that I am an aberration and so must be put to death, be retarded or made insane. They are also annoyed that some rich and enlightened American ladies are interested in marrying me, such an inferior person? It is alleged that they believe that my father did not want me to be happy, or, have a family, so they will bring those things about to ‘mess up’ my life and destroy my potential. For them, I do not deserve the potential I have and so I must be divested of it. This was the basis of all the frame ups and set ups against me, using blacks, natives Americans, Africans and Hispanics as instruments. Otherwise, what did I do to deserve this cruel treatment? And then, there are the Christians, led by the Catholics, who are alleged to believe that it is because I am Jewish that I am so critical of the church [like Jesus was not a Jew], and, indeed dub me an anti-Christ, businesses that are made to believe that I am Marxist so I should not be hired, women made to believe that I am sexist and ethnicities who believe that I hate every individual ethnicity on earth. All these groups, including professionals such as lawyers and doctors have their own inquisitions against me. I have been told that as far as I espouse ideas and notions beneficial to non-white peoples, I will never make inroads in America. I have seen this reflected in my work search, university applications and college entrance tests. The buzz word is all in the media about my current job search fiascoes and recent GRE score. Is this America? I have to admit that as a student of international relations, I am keenly critical of the current global power structure. A key issue that I have addressed since the collapse of the Soviet Empire is that the US is not a sole super power as believed by American elite. I have taken the blame for this objective social science view, with state institutions, citizens and the media clamoring for loyalty and allegiance from me, armed with guns, whips and stones ready to lynch me. These same people forget that my asylum application was rejected and the issuance of a standard of legal presence documentation for my status in this country has been withheld on their demand. Do not loyalty and allegiance follow membership? Moreover, there is nothing else that I applied for in this country that I got. My cases are unceremoniously over-ruled in courts because I am not US citizen, I can’t find work because black Americans oppose me, or are instructed to oppose me, I can’t find a girl because I am not allowed[ I am supposed to have a sex change as demanded by Canada, Britain, USA and blacks] and the police must see to it that I do not, my SSI application will not be approved because blacks will be angry, I cannot continue my education because blacks will be angry, doctors will not treat me because the British and the Canadians want me drop dead and blacks want me to crash to the ground, I am not allowed to dress well because girl wills like me and get ME upset, I can’t have lawyers represent me because some judges and lawyers in Canada and USA have a case with me, I can’t have children because ME and my father do not like me to, and so on and so forth. But that is not all. I am BAD, simply bad. Because, I am hyperactive, aggressive, arrogant, disrespectful, greedy, selfish, anti-capitalism, anti-God, anti-European, and anti-black, reason why the state and blacks seized or stole all my written works between 1995 and 1998. I hate old people because I use to be attached to my grandmother who passed away in 1994. I am too much attached to Ghana from which I must be plugged, I am sexist, I must be gay; blacks and Mexicans will teach me, etc. In order for it to spread these vicious, libelous and slanderous rumors about me, the system called up two institutions, the media and Laney Bishop. The media spreads the hateful propaganda about me every minute, making sure that listeners know where I will be the next moment, instructing them on what form of demonic attack to use against me. In the Bay area, where a thick cloud of social angst hangs on my head, the media avenues challenge themselves to see which one could be the most devastating against me. Using their women [including prostitutes and ‘plastic men’] to pretend that they are seeking my affection, KSFO, KGO , KCBS and other radio stations in San Francisco, are in the fore front of this personal destruction to foster and cover up the impositions of Cathy Marshall, Katherine Crier, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Condoleeza Rice, Carole Morsey-Braun, and, even Kamala Harris [San Francisco District Attorney], as well as other unknowns to challenge each other to see who wins by killing or destroying me. A Washington D.C. woman by name Laney Bishop, who was said to be the first the government wanted to have me as a slave appears to be the standard for emulation. These people are bad, hateful and dangerous, and, have promised to deliver the killer shot. In San Francisco, the media, the Mayor and the Police constitute a team bent on driving me back to Canada to be the ‘Aquino-type.’ And that is not all. The media outlets in the Bay area for the last five years have enjoined their listeners to conduct demonic experiments against me meant to change me into a homosexual and to make me forget my people, past, present and future. I have been cloned. KSFO commentators have indicated that the program or cloning is a project of the government. Is this true? And, if, it is, what did I do? The national organizer for all this is a Washington, DC woman by the name Laney Bishop. She used to work with Bonner and Associates in Washington DC. I worked for them in 1994. And since then, my life has never been the same. She is therefore the beginning of whatever went wrong with me in this country. The system, using what they claim to be Canadian and British intelligence work has concluded that I like blonde women. And since this woman is a ‘an albino blonde,’ she would be the best bait to trap me for the kill. She had to have an alibi. And the alibi is that when I worked with her in 1994, I harassed her, so my penis should be destroyed. Of course, Canadians attacked the same organ before I left. So since 1994, it has been Laney Bishop, dubbed five o'clock and others [Lynne Russel formerly of CNN , Andrea Arceaneaux of CNN, Benjamin Boachie and his friend Kwasi Prempeh, Ghanaian emigres, handsomely paid by Canada and its cohorts since 1985 to use demonic and secular means to distort and destroy my life:[Susan Hoskins of Washington DC, a loose cannon and white man’s link to black criminals; Hanna Storm of NBC sports, the police link; Barbara Myers of BBC, British link; former External Affairs Minister of Canada Flora McDonald, Allison Rankin of Ottawa Civic Hospital and Linda Freeman of Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada ]. These people believed that they could rule my life indefinitely. They believe that it is within their power to grant me the permission of existence [Notice that by this time, I had not detected Condoleeza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Barbra Boxer, Willie Brown and Carole Morsey-Braun. Kamala Harris was also not conspicuous in these activities. She only became prominent in 2000, when Condoleeza Rice, then, leaving Stanford to organize Gov. Bush’s presidential campaign, handed the baton to Harris. She has since been suspected to targeting Africans in San Francisco in ‘a war of virtual elimination’]. These are the demonic agents represented by blacks and Hispanics at all local areas that I visited in the USA. I have be warned not to harm them, because, they are the messengers of the SYSTEM or IT. The system is now represented as Nancy Pelosi. This isn’t the only reason why she is the slave owner. For instance, she believes that since I was offered a scholarship to study in Canada, she has the right to enslave me, because, the scholarship was tax-payer’s money [You will read more about Nancy Pelosi and why I should be enslaved in American by reading my other publications]. Word of British involvement does not surprise me at all, because there cannot be any such international racial crime without British involvement. My problem is that reasons cited to the alleged British involvement are questionable. These allegedly include the claim that they are the owners of the land and hence the police of the society and as such have the right to control my life here in North America. They colonized Ghana once upon a time so I am their subject forever. They persecute me as an extension of an alleged Ashanti-Brong regional conflict in Ghana. I am am Brong and they [the British] allegedly support the Ashantis in that conflict, because, they allegedly believe that Ashantis are superior to Brongs. Moreover, the British are alleged to have decided that I should be prevented from any rational activity, be divested of my capabilities and be made a stereotyped black, because, the learned that I am a radical. In order to forestall my development, the British allegedly advised that I should be retarded or made insane through drugging and other chemical or electronic attacks: genocide. I have heard it said of them that I should be beaten upon and starved until I drop dead. Then, when I am tired I should be thrown out for the British to assassinate me. If I refuse to leave, I should be fenced by Latinos and blocked by blacks so that the British could deliver the killer shot from behind the fences and the block. And I have never been to Britain and never intend to. This was one of the reasons why I posed the question, what did I really do? Did the British really want me to be ‘wasted?’ [The problem as it has evolved is that ‘the British’ in this sense was a creation of law enforcement and intelligent organizations, and, maybe African Americans? To slam me, I have been dubbed insane, communist and homosexual by Rice, Pelosi and Boxer and the cluster of ‘intelligence activity’ they have set up against me. The death sentence has been imposed me in America. I am said to be a big fish on several ‘lists.’ Various men, African, black American, white and Latino are instructed on how to pose as my boy friends and humiliate me. The media carry these activities, even though they refuse to carry mine. The homosexual stunt is said to be the center-piece of the government’s action against me. The violence done against my penis is unimaginable. Although, my brain, eyes, heart, lungs, lower back, spines and bones have equally severely suffered from the torture. I believe that I am now partially blind and partially paralyzed due to drugging intended to induce either heart attack or stroke in me. But, I have been refused treatment any time I visit the hospitals here [I was on admission at San Francisco General Hospital for a couple of weeks. I was placed on ‘outpatient’ visits for about six months. Question have arisen as to whether I was rightly diagnosed, and, whether, the prescription drugs given me was meant to be part of the experiments, and, not for the actual complaint]. Of course, I need to mention the minute by minute voodoo, spell, magic or demonic attacks against me since 1995 alleged to be sponsored the government. Almost every America exercises this cruelty against me in violation of the international conventions cited. I complained of these to President Clinton every year from 1995 to 2000, but, ‘the Pilate’ said nothing. In 1994 when I arrived from Canada and landed at National Airport intending to enroll in political science and law at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, I held all the promise of my life and that of my family in my mind and hand. By the end of the year, I had survived two assassination attempts staged by Canada [Now I know that the U.S. Congress and African Americans may have been principal sponsors]. I sought asylum at the US Embassy in Ottawa, which was privy to the urgency of the situation in Canada. Embassy staff did not hesitate to process my application. They then sent it to the U.S. for further action. But on re-entry into the U.S. in 1995, I was met with torture, violence, more persecution and more threats, hatred, with blacks still in front of the attack line. I did not know that US foreign and immigration policy towards Africa was in the hands of blacks and Hispanics, Illegal too? Now in San Francisco, where I am, perhaps, paralyzed on my right side due to chemical drugging and jobless, where I am haunted by blacks and their patrons whilst the Federal Government, which invited me here is indifferent, because, they are alleged to have ‘seconded me to ‘San Francisco’ to be done in. This is incredible, indeed. My personal, family and profession lives have been destroyed, utterly shattered. And such is my American story. But I survived. I am not brain dead. I did not lose my potency, although, I have been badly strained. I have to admit, nonetheless, that I have been bruised. The question of which remains, what did I do? President Bush, can you tell the rest of the world, the fault of this Ghanaian? What U.S. law did I breach? I wish President Bush understands that I will sue the United States and its cohorts in the appropriate court for this crime, if the US does not provide me with the adequate answer. I hereby, therefore appeal to the President to institute an FBI investigation into the matter promptly. The US government cannot ignore acts of violence, torture and crimes against humanity committed by its citizens against its guest in its territory, where such acts clearly violate international standards to which it is signatory. ‘NIMBY,’ could not be the valid answer. Meanwhile, I wish to inform President Bush and his Attorney–General to inform the country and the rest of the world about my crimes, and, then, ask them to charge me with such crimes in a court of law, as it will be done in every civilized society and as required by international law. I have been told that I should just go away because this is not my country. And it is not. However, those who say or demand so seem to forget that there are Americans, Canadians and British in Ghana and Africa. So I appeal to the government to search its records from 1994 onwards and tell the world what crimes I have committed in and against America to deserve being castrated, being made insane, being given heart attack and stroke and being faced with public ridicule, contempt, humiliation, degradation and violations of untold implications. President Bush, what did I do, or, is this unjustifiable persecution the ultimate Africa Policy? The President is reminded that as a world leader, US sets precedents with whatever its government and citizens do to other people. Globalization has taught us that the world is but one small city. This horrendous crime is replicable. I could [if I so choose] to cause revenge to be taken against U.S. citizens in my country, or, anywhere in West Africa. I reminded President Clinton severally of the same fact. So what should I do to your citizens in my country, white, black, browns, diplomas, business people, tourists, teachers, priests, etc., if NOT BEING BORN IN SOMEWHERE divests one of his RIGHTS and constitutional protections? The failed national experiment to make me into gay, a fool, a slave, a lunatic, etc. must be seen as a crime against humanity. Is it not ironic that Speaker Nancy Pelosi would like to take me a slave and add me to her collection in District 8 at a time when the Congress has drafted a bill to render an apology for slavery and its legacies? Peonage-enslavement, eugenics, ethnic-based defamatory programs, etc. are a fact of ethnic cleansing as they are of slavery. Is it not ironic that Secretary, a descendant of slaves would be one of those to ‘recruit’ me for enslavement, torturous experiments and ethnic cleansing? Is this the color of revenge? Is it not ironic that Senator Barbara Boxer, the iconic champion of ‘minority politics’ in this country would be one of those to hunt me down with drugs with intent to make me into ‘a down-syndrome, and, to frame me up with homosexuals and prostitutes? Is this the new America? Mr. President, I survived, so now let us get a dose of your compassionate conservatism. Still, please, tell me this: What did I do to deserve this denigration and dehumanization? Am I the only African in this, or, as I suspect, the U.S. has an African Policy to do this?
