Among the many sins in this program of crimes one of the most damming is the gay-homosexual qua sex change immersion experiments, which the United States, in all its advancement and rationality, despite its professed adherence to belief in certain rights as divinely endowed, not least of which is LIBERTY, has recklessly forcibly imposed on me for the last fifteen years in violation of every civilized law. You should be astounded to learn that this evil crime to institutionalize and engineer me to adopt deviant behaviors inimical to my life has even relied on unconventional means such as the use of religion, electronics, spells, voodoo and witchcraft to augment the strategies at work against me.
Along with this defiling subprogram United States has intentionally propagated a vicious and malicious crusade of homosexual diatribes, not merely to impugn, malign and smear me, but, in fact, to cover up the gay immersion program as it is. The crime as program is now being committed with more aggression, threats and violence, where the only message is that, unless you become gay, United States is going to kill you.” I have never underestimated this threat for all practical reasons. Still, the degree to which American citizens have been emboldened to commit the crime suggests to me that the United States in desperation for a quick fix solution for this disgraceful crime appears to be unrestrained in its hatred and wickedness to get to its goal.
There are two views here. One is that whatever is going on against me is being done by the US government, and as such, the perpetrators usually mentioned are mere messengers. The other view is that United States is merely covering up for haters: Black Americans and white supremacists and their associates who want me dead, because, they believe that I have potential that I do not deserve. No matter where the chips fall, I wish to indicate that very serious legal and constitutional questions have been prompted by this crimes and injuries thereof. I will address these ultimately, because, such would be the basis of my liability against the conspirators and organizers of the programs.
The crime has certainly worsened in recent years, and the intimidation by the enemy agents and hirelings has multiplied. If the gay-homosexual diatribes, apparently championed by non other US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a self-proclaimed lover of disruption, is a cover up for the gay-homosexual and sex change immersion program championed by Katherine Crier, Cathy Marshall and Condoleezza Rice, then, the startling revelation is that the gay immersion is also a cover for an alleged RITES and SACRIFICES plot which I have been targeted since the 1980s. For Nancy Pelosi, the main purpose here is to disrupt and destroy my life, because, I do not deserve to succeed. Is this why I should be used for sacrifices and rights? And why do African Americans support this evil plot? When I discuss this issue, I would relate a couple of stories from Canada to support this allegation. Now, I would like to discuss the number of ways known to me to have been used for the violation.
1. Prescription Drugs: This has involved both open and secret administering of drugs meant to castrate me, make me impotent or sterilize me, with all other side implications. The enemies have used the drugs with other drugs for other purposes. This has complicated the injuries I have thus far sustained.
By Open administering I refer to the process whereby I went to a hospital to complain of some illness, and the doctors misdiagnosed or intentionally gave me wrong medication in pursuant of the gay –sex change program. Usually, such medications have been psychiatrically-based, mood changing, or sickness inducing, hormonal, etc. The first episode of such drugging and hence the programs began specifically in the fall of 1985 at the University of Waterloo’s Infirmary in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in 1985. I had been asked to undergo medical examination shortly after I arrived from Africa. As part of my blood tests, I requested the nurse to test for HIV/AIDS. I did so due to information I had received in Canada that if you have ever had unprotected sex, then you could be incubating the virus, no matter how long ago, if you ever contracted it from another person who contracted from a third or fourth person. I thought that it was a wise decision for me to undergo the test, because, frankly speaking back at home, such caution was unnecessary. As I understand it, the fact that I ask for that test made me was good enough for the authorities to suspect me with the virus, and even, gay behavior. As unsound as that response was, the North American system forcibly and secretly put me in gay immersion programs to use me for psychological drug and sex change experiments to cure their diseases, solve their chemical warfare weaponry and the case of the drug companies make profit from it, profit from my life and soul.
Not aware that any of these were underway, I also arranged with the same Infirmary for a six-monthly medical test just to ensure that I had no illness and was physically fit. What I did not know was that the program was underway, and drugs I was asked to buy, were in fact, meant to destroy my sexual, mental and nerve capabilities in the long run. The Kitchener-Waterloo community was exorcised from divulging this environmental terror, because, the Kitchener-Waterloo Regional Hospital allegedly took over the program. People were warned not to tell me, and girls were warned not to date me.
But for the program, I would have met my wife in that university. United States was already involved in this act this early, because, a chiropractor I saw for waist treatment [who might have exacerbated the damage] hinted me of one of the agents used against me and coded “Your Leg.” “You would have been a very tall person, but for your legs,” he said. “Your legs look funny and sort of short,” he added. In United States, I have learned that this might have been a reference to Katherine Crier, Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall or whoever the gay man happens to be that wanted me not to love any woman, become gay and an average scholar.
In 1988 I left Waterloo for graduate school in Ottawa. The program was allegedly transferred to the Ottawa Civic Hospital in Ottawa, Canada. This hospital managed the program for over seven years, that is, until 1994, the year the program was exposed. I reported my condition to that hospital that year and it was the first time I saw any of the drugs. This followed a futile attempt by US politicians and African Americans to run over me in Alexandria, VA, where I had domiciled for about eight months in 1994 in preparation for enrolment in a doctoral program at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville. A black American called Adams hired by US politicians and Black Americans to kill was a friend of my co-tenant and used his friendship to gain access to the house at Fenton Court near Bren Mar Park with the sole purpose of doctoring my food with both prescription and street drugs in continuation of the program. When the drugging, of which I was not aware at that time failed to put me down, the US government sent Adams and other assassins after me to Ottawa, Canada, where I had to travel to sign documents on a student loan that had been approved for my UVA program. It was during this visit in August 1994 that the program was exposed. Despite the damage, the Ottawa Civic Hospital continued the program.
During this period, the hospital prescribed six of these drugs four of which I remember as apo, luvox, meth and orap. When I became concerned about the side effects [effects she had told me did not exist] and questioned her about the purpose of these drugs, she told me that “I am doing this for ETIRE,” and “If you believe that somebody is abusing you, then call the police.” This is one of the code names used by one of the American agents sent after me by the United States. One of the drugs almost made me hit my head in the woods. This was why people like Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer have been suggesting that I was insane. I took only six of the thirty and I believe that I still have the debilitating impact of that drug. These drugs led to problems such erectile malfunctioning, severe headaches, partial memory loss, blurred eyesight, general bodily weakness and even signs of Parkinson’s, stroke, shortness of breath, dry throat, etc.
The sad thing was that the whether they were assassins or CIA agents Americans followed me back to Canada had help from Canadian hospitals, my colleagues, friends and the public to continue all aspects of the program, including the drugging to castrate me and induce gay behavior. Eventually, it was during a series of hospital attendances in Ottawa that would reveal the existence of the program to me and the rather very dangerous journey I was on. The drugging and all associated programs were to stop in 1994, after they were exposed. However, US government and the co-conspirators decided that now they were going to take advantage of me and make money off me by continuing the program. This time it was not simply a secret program, but, a de facto one, meant as investment opportunities for US politicians and agents, and of course, the pharmaceutical industries whose drugs were tested. The other reason why the Americans refused to stop in 1994 was that they believed that I had not sustained enough severe bodily damage as they anticipated, and therefore, the drugging would continue until they become convinced that I have indeed been severely injured beyond repair. Such anticipated injury included castration, something a cross-section of even African-Americans wished as part of their appeasement entitlement from the government.
The damage anticipated by these hospitals was long term, and that long term damage has been extended to death during the last horrible fourteen years I have been in United States. Presently in San Francisco, the City of San Francisco, a stand in for the US federal government and homosexuals are said to have considered Michael Jackson-type euthanasia for me. I suspect that the research continued at Boston City Hospital in Boston, MA in 1995 when I was on admission there for about a week due to the impact of the drugging and my exposure to the extreme cold of the North east. I spent about a week of the three-week admission period given me because I realized that the enemies had followed me to that hospital from which I simply had to run. I learned to with added horror that Father Norman Choate, the President of St Jerome’s College who likely engineered all of this was a Boston native.
The San Francisco General Hospital in San Francisco and its satellite clinics the Soma City Clinic at Russ and Natoma Streets, and the Neighborhood Health Center at Sixteenth and South Van Ness streets also have participated in these experiments for destruction between since I arrived in San Francisco in 1996. The prescription from the Soma City Clinic was particularly severe and alarming, because, it severely weakened my penis, and, also, almost made me a cripple and blind for several weeks. For over a couple of months I found it extremely painful and almost impossible to walk, or open my eyes. The doctor who treated me was definitely a native of the Indian continent. I had reported of general bodily weakness, severe blurring and pain in my eyes, severe constipation and bloated stomach. When his treatment worsened the situation I went back to the doctor and he demonstrated what in effect appeared to be the purpose of this ill treatment. The doctor asked said to me “Close your eyes,” “Bend down,” “Look at the wall.” He repeated these commands without really associating them with the treatment. In the city of San Francisco, I heard this; “They are trying to put out your lights.” This may be idiom for either trying to kill you or trying to destroy your sexual potency. I had no doubt that all of these were purposeful objectives of the treatment in fulfillment of the goals of the gay immersion and castration programs. The fact that this happened not long after I filed the case against CDS Leopold reinforced my belief in the hearsay in San Francisco that I had been targeted for euthanasia, something allegedly still on the tables against me in San Francisco. The same drug has been used against me in several restaurants and cafeterias in San Francisco. [I will provide the name of drug in later publications]
After a wrongful deputy battery, arrest and false imprisonment in 1999, the Sheriff Department took me to the psychiatry department of the San Francisco General Hospital where for four days I was drugged following a clear misdiagnosis by doctors there claimed that I was ‘delusional, irrational, psychotic and even a danger to others.’ This profile was part of the government’s plot, championed by Nancy Pelosi to get me to jail where I could have been destroyed. That jail threat is till in the air in San Francisco. The drugging for those days was meant to put me to sleep to cover the abuse and the general situation. On the night of my arrest, ten deputies attempted to strangle me death. I will discuss this fully in another part of the report, because, that arrest and the complaint I filed in San Francisco Courts constitute a huge aspect of the robbery and deprivation to which I have been subjected in San Francisco. Suffice it for now that the drugging had a severe impact on the functioning of my sexual organs as it had on my brain, lungs, eye, concentration and memory cells. I strongly believe that it caused a lot of damage to my internal organs. The only name among the several drugs I was forcibly made to take which I remember was resperidal, a drug meant for psychotics and bipolar patients. I strongly insist that I had none of these ailments. If I do have them now, then, the program of drugging must be responsible. During that weekend that I was in that psychiatry jail, the doctors remarked several times that “This is policy.” Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall, Willie Brown Jr., etc. have all been associated with this episode as killer contractors, but do they not also work for the US government?
In 1997 I went for treatment at hospital in Barstow, California, where I believe I was prescribed medication meant to accentuate the situation. I intend to give the specifics in my report to the United Nations. For this purpose, however, it may suffice to identify some of the medications apo, luvox, meth, orap, perisidone, resperidal and others. There are several others I cannot remember as of now [Well, has my memory been erased?]. But I will endeavor to fish them out just for the public to fully understand the intensity of these experiments. Often, when I realized that my symptoms had worsened, I stopped taking the particular medication which I suspected for the mishap. More often than not, I could not detect the effect until several months later.
When I was on admission at the San Francisco General Hospital from November 12, 2003 to November 26, 2003, and when I became an outpatient for another couple of months or so, I was treated with among things several medications. These included several bottles of intravenous injections [water transfusion due to hydration and problems with my kidneys] and perisodone, a type of steroid. I understand that within this period the hospital did a great deal of damage to me by continuing the experiments and destructive treatment. This may include intentional misdiagnoses, where the doctors claimed that I had sarcoidosis alongside pneumonia, kidney and blood cell problems. I believe that the kidney and blood deficiency and dehydration diagnosis could have been accurate, because of the impact of the drugging, the shortness of breath and severe general bodily weakness that I experienced within that period. After all, dehydration is required to decrease a man’s sperm production capability, an injury I know I now have sustained. But what of sarcoidosis? The doctors told me that I did not have cancer, but that I had some black spots on my lungs, which they used a biopsy procedure to treat. I overhead the doctors say that I could have been exposed to radiation. I had been told the same thing at the Reddy Memorial Hospital in Montreal in November 1994, where a doctor was stopped from telling me about the whole program. The issue with radiation came after they doctors examined the X-rays of my chest area.
The question now is whether the doctors intentionally misdiagnosed me in order to give me the perisodone treatment, which has had a grave impact on my sexual functioning, my nerves and other bodily functions. Moreover, was there another ailment the doctors refused to tell me about to ensure that I did not receive timely treatment, because, the ultimate objective of the program after 1994 was to kill me. This became clear when both Canada and USA realized that I would not accept the mistreatment and destruction, I would not fulfill the quid pro quo of becoming gay and would not SHUT UP! I will raise these questions when I file the report on the case and when I possibly file a malpractice case against the San Francisco General Hospital.
With focus on hospital treatment, which might have aimed at castration, impotency or sterilization to fulfill the goals of the gay immersion program, I recall that some of the nurses who administered the intravenous injections were rumored to have injected me with extra drugs for that purpose. One of these a Filipino native was mentioned by the people at large in San Francisco to have administered some of that drug with the water transfusion. As I recall, she sarcastically rebuked to her colleagues as I sat for the injection to flow through like “Do you like to dance? Let’s go to dance tonight,” as they all laughed. The mundane suggestion here could not be missed on me. In all I might have taken over twenty of these intravenous injections within that period. The doctors also told me that the treatment was necessary to bring my “heart beat” in a regular mood, because, my heart beat, according to them was “erratic.” If my heart beat was erratic, then this was due to the accumulated impact of the drugs, some of which were actually meant to induce heart attacks and other heart problems in me. Still, the ever informative grapevine has it that my heart beat was euphemism for “erection of my penis.” The enemy follows me with electronic tracking devices 24/7, and therefore, watches every one of my voluntary and involuntary actions. So if the enemy observed that I had as erection even on the toilet as most men do during that natural act, then, they would ‘invite’ me to the hospital in order to further administer the control injection to stop any alleged capability I have for erection. With regard to bodily temperature changes associated with such an erection or lack thereof, doctors at Reddy Memorial in Montreal actually told me this: “WE crushed you. We pumped hot air into you, and then we say you are too hot, and then we hit you. We pump cold air into then say you are too cold, then hit you.” In short all such things have been part of the social engineering with electronic attacking devices being used to manipulate my bodily functions from researchers. The invitation to the hospital is part of such manipulation, a clearly recklessly wicked and inhuman act.
How did they do such invitation? Usually, by spraying me with chemicals while I slept[especially when I used the shelters], or to get some drug into food for me to consume which would make me sick, and then I would have to go to seek treatment from the researchers. Aware of and in support of this wicked trickery, members the public would be call on me to go see the doctor, because, ‘you are sick.” Usually at the hospital, the conversation indicated to me that they were aware that I had been poisoned or been made intentionally sick. I put a stop to such visits when I realized the trickery.
The last memorable visit I made to the emergency room was about a couple of years ago [about 2007] when I felt my stomach was swollen after eating from a particular store. I reported the matter, but the emergency room ignored the complaint. Instead, they told me that I needed bottles of intravenous injections, because, my heart beat was erratic. If they were right at all in that diagnosis, I believe that the prescription the doctor gave me was to intensify the homosexual research agenda. I have since 2003 experienced increased erectile malfunctioning, extreme sperm reduction or even clotting and an absolute disinterest in women. As you could guess, these doctors and nurses have been used by Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Condoleezza Rice, Kamala Harris, Cathy Marshall and the other co-conspirators as they wage US war to sterilize and castrate me, or make me impotent.
B. In addition to the open method of drugging is an even more dangerous drugging strategy which has been used secretly, through my friends and acquaintances, with the hospitals, cafeterias and restaurants to achieve the destructive end. That is, after doctors have given me a prescription drug, they would give tons of the same drug or its counterpart to the conspirators [in San Francisco these include [gays and Black Americans] who then would secretly direct these drugs to be put in my food with the purpose of causing, apart from the purposes described above, an overdose or poisoning. Where I had co-tenants [Canada], these drugs were passed through them to put in my food while I was away from the apartment. Friends who with whom I shared food were sent these drugs to put in food or drinks for me to consume. Where I rented rooms in a house, the landlord or land lady was recruited for such an act. Even some of them were contacted to help in my abduction for rites slaughtering! In restaurants and cafeterias, especially in San Francisco, the police, Black Americans and gangs have been used to pass the drugs onto the stores so they could poison my food with the drugs anytime I buy food from such places. This is ongoing in San Francisco, as you read this piece. Particular restaurants where I spend most of my time [being severely limited in movement and every humanly way] have become like experimental houses where even ordinary bottled water is now altered just to get me. The US government it appears to me has become desperate for a killer solution, since the ascendancy of Barrack Obama to the presidency. Almost any food or drink I buy becomes a target for food poisoning with sterilization drugs. Is this resurgent aggression and manhunt for my blood now featuring even homosexuals a test of Obama’s loyalty and allegiance to America, America’s appeasement for the conspirators, or for that matter Obama’s in your face response to this Ghanaian for letters I have published on the matter? This is a crime of ethnic cleansing, and the President is neither Bill Clinton nor George Bush.
Use Of Street Drugs: Along with the prescription drugs, there has been a deliberate plot to massively use street drugs such as crack cocaine, heroine, speed, ephedrine, etc., in these secret attacks against me. Allegedly led by Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall, Willie Brown Jr. and others, the purpose of this drugging is to destroy my sexual capability, induce weakness in all parts of my body, and induce other degenerative diseases known to be caused by street drugs cause. Black Americans in this drugging want me to be like “me, us, them,” a drug addict and sexual liability and a failure. As I write in San Francisco, I cannot buy either tea or coffee without getting drunk of these drugs. Even worse, alcohol and tobacco poisoning have been introduced in these attacks. In the case of the tobacco poisoning, I believe that it originated from the hospitals, because, these were the only places where I divulge information that I am allergic to tobacco. With defilement, disempowerment and de-spiritualization as aspects of the objectives of the program, I believe that the enemy has used and continue to use these drugs, tobacco and alcohol as part of the effort to break my immunity defenses, concentration and spiritual development. I have never used tobacco in my life, and hence, the proof would be whether I have smoke-related damage to my internal organs.This is a program of hate crimes, which has nothing to do with protection of US national interests and security.
Of course, it is common knowledge that excessive in takes of tobacco and alcohol could affect a man’s sexual functioning. While I believe the tobacco and alcohol mixture in food and beverages may be targeting a larger group of people, particularly in San Francisco, such poisons reinforce the impact of other drugs administered to worsen my case. Thus, it suffices to know that the least of these types of drugging would and have exacerbated my condition. Peddlers of these streets drug include official and non-official people. In San Francisco, the City led by its Mayor and District Attorney are among those allegedly behind such these castration and homosexuality qua sex change extremities onto me. In that city, the citizens actually believe that I have already been castrated, because, they are aware of the drugs thrown at me by what they refer to as “the system.” Unfortunately, majority in the public support this regressive policy against a man who otherwise sought political asylum in this country.
Social engineering and harassment strategies to induce homosexuality: This is the most widespread, the most socialized and most generalized form of violation against me by United States and its citizens, because, a cross-section of the citizenry, under the spell and wickedness of Crier, Pelosi, Marshall, Harris and Senator Boxer, etc. or the bullying tactics of Mayors Brown and Newsom, and the meanness of gays and African Americans, etc. freely and purposefully are involved in this crime to destroy my sexual capabilities, and even integrity. White, black and brown, federal state and city officials are all resolved purposefully in labeling, tagging and flagging me as gay, when in fact, they know that they are all making false statements. The general sexual harassment, the dehumanization and denigration associated with these diatribes, defamation and character assassination, in certain instances have been more damaging to me than the personal injuries from the drugging. Among the nonsensical reasons offered by the public for this crass cannibalistic attack is that “You are being tested.” US is testing me to see if I am homosexual, wherefore, I ask, where is the legal or constitutional basis for such a test?
The US media have been a vehicle and mechanism for launching and sustaining this vicious and malicious social engineering qua persecution against me. In certain instances, the sexual harassment openly perpetrated has amounted to rape, spiritual and emotional rape. These people actually believe that they are having sex with me, through the devil. Nancy Pelosi and Cathy Marshall of Microsoft are two among the agents who fit the description of the devil character used as the medium for these destructive attacks. Still, no US Presidents have not heeded my pleading to put a stop to this crass cannibalism, a violation of international, US and California laws on human rights. They are all united in this conspiracy to change me into gay-homosexual, trans-gender or a childless person, in effect destroying my lineage. This war crime and crime against humanity must be addressed in an international forum. Let me take you through a few reasons cited for this rather painful and hurtful experience I have undergone and still undergo in one of the most advanced regions of the world.
1. INFERIOR PERSON: It is my understanding that those who started the program and those who continued it in both Canada and United States believed that I am an inferior human being, because, I am ugly, too dark and appear sick and unintelligent and grew up in a rural area in underdeveloped Ghana. For these reasons, I should be removed from the human gene pool, just like those who share my characteristics. This means I should not be allowed to reproduce as other men, or I should be chemically castrated, sterilized or made impotent. This as you can tell is the belief of those who favor EUGENICS POLICIES, from Hitler and the Nazis through Britain to United States. When the program began at the University of Waterloo in the fall of 1985, I understand the reason was that the President of St. Jerome’s College [the University that offered me the scholarship] father Norman Choate believed that I should not be allowed to “mix up” with the girls, due to my physical characteristics. This was when Americans joined this attack that the program became a full-fledged eugenics or biological warfare program. From United States, US intelligence and politicians led by Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Katherine Crier, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, etc. led pharmaceutical companies, doctors, politicians and lawyers in implementing the policy against me. I was the new guinea and the North had an object to destroy for “the higher purpose.”
2. FORM OF CONTROL I have also learned that authorities of the above-named university [St. Jerome’s], and later community and systemic leaders concluded that I was ‘too hyperactive” and “muscular,” when I arrived from Africa. For this reasons the authorities needed to slacken, soften and numb me, to weaken me in order to prevent me from having sexual relations with girls and to make me fit in. This part of the program was known as “control.” At a certain point, Condoleezza Rice and Katherine Crier were managing it even in Canada.
3. POPULATION CONTROL The American public has indicated to me that part of the purpose of the program is to control population. There are two aspects to this purpose. First United States wants to control the overall population growth of the world, hence gay lifestyle and manipulation of my biological essential to prevent me from reproducing has been among the policy goals of the program in United States. Second, United States allegedly wants to build a perfect society of superior beings [eugenics and ethnic cleansing], so people of insular characteristic, such as a dark-skinned West African male like me, is a good candidate for the program for elimination purposes. The policy targeted me and continues to target partly for this reason.
4. PUNISHMENT PURPOSES
A.FEMINIST REPRISAL AND RETALIATION: North American feminists with the help of their mother organization, the National Organization for Women [NOW] allegedly asked for permission and got it from the United States Congress to stage sexual harassment and castration attacks against me, because, I refused to have sexual relations with one of them, a Marxist professor from my graduate school in Canada. Not only did they incite public harassment or used the drug conspirators to attack me, but also, they resolved that they would ensure that I shall never get to date a woman in North America, and that I should become gay, whether I like to be or not. Slogans such “If you would not use it, then lose it, where ‘IT’ refers to my genitals referenced the castration aspect of the NOW attack. Then, “If you do not like women, then take men,” suggests that just because I did not have affection for that one woman, outsiders, including the government of a super power should conclude that I hate women, and hence, create a gay immersion program for me, without questioning, first, the legal and moral basis of their action.
The suggestion that I owed this woman or any other emotional obligation comes out of condescendence borne out of a sense of racial superiority, whereby white people and Americans believe that they have the power to tell me what to do in my private life... In United States, Nancy Pelosi, Senator Boxer, Condoleezza Rice and others have all role-played this professor, and thus unlawfully solicited public sympathy against me. This policy has been a direct indictment of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
The antithesis of the story is other white men [supremacists] have been needlessly angered that I actually slept with the professor, so they want me dead or castrated. For them, I should have been with “my own.” In United States, African American involvement in the persecution as led by Willie Brown Jr. has been based on the baseless conclusion that I came to United States because I want to marry Condoleezza Rice. My punishment is either death or castration. Of course, all this is part of the conspiracy to justify castration and cover up the program.
B. SIZE AND STRENGHT OF GENITALS: Chemical castration, sterilization and allied policies against me were meant to punish me for having what has been claimed to be a strong and long penis. The scorn was that I am too endowed that women who meet me would “enjoy too much.” The personal hatred aspect of this reason is quite obvious. Again, this action taken by US authorities even as I was in Canada violated all international human rights. It has become clear that US intelligence kept and continue to keep 24/7 electronic tracking watch over me, eavesdropping on me in my apartment, and even listening to conversations I had with friends and broadcasting them to the public. One of the probes the public came up with from such information has been “What did you do to those women to make them laugh that much in your room?” Please, notice the pervasiveness of the invasion, the recklessness and insult of the conduct thereafter. Still, this became part of the basis for the castration and gay immersion program. It is anticipated that DAYIE would eventually succeed in crushing my penis, bring me to the operation room to revive it, but, would cut my penis down in three parts and fix me with only one third of the current size for urination.
C. DATED WHITE WOMEN, OR WOMEN The accusation that I dated white women in Canada, and hence violated US law is what I have been confronted with in United States. In addition, I was said to have slept with the wife of a professor, where the lady involved was also a professor, an Indian. Then, there is the case of the daughter of a Math professor with whom Americans believe I slept, and hence, have to punish me for it. I have also heard talk about an English professor who also similarly reported me. The fact is that I never slept with nor had sexual relations with these women. As I understand it, American intelligence reported these stories to Canadians, while I was still in Canada. This means the US intelligence stretched its long nose across the Northern border into Canada to eavesdrop, but, failed to report accurately. Was this the wrongful case of privacy invasion, a super power over-stepping its bounds, or US showing that it is in fact, a white racist government with global reach searching for dark-skinned men who allegedly crossed to white territory?
For Americans, it was a crime for me to date a white woman while I was in Canada, or so say the supremacists. As far as reports some people made such reports, the likes of Nancy Pelosi must insist that the accusation must be true. An allied suggestion was that I “slept with lots of women,” so the US government, African Americans, supremacist and gangs [including the mafia], fearing that I would repeat same in USA, resolved that they should kill me before I got the chance to sleep with their women. Better yet, why they could entrench me in the gay program, just to keep me away from the women. As time passed, I learned that the person the charge about ‘sleeping with lots of women” was brought against was called Benjamin Boachie, also a Ghanaian student in Canada at the time and competitor, who became a hireling of the system and was used against me in the commission of this crime, because, he possessed witchcraft. It has been said that this was the person who informed Canadian and US authorities that I was a “BAD” person, one of the basic reasons for the unfettered US attack against me. Still, US intelligence insists that I am the one they love to eliminate, because, Ben Boachie had voodoo powers and was an ally of the evil attackers and could have all the women he wanted.
For these reasons, control measures, including castration, sterilization and even death had to be imposed on me. Condoleezza Rice and Barbara Boxer of United States were among those sent to Canada to dish out this punish through prescription drugs. In United States, the charge was revised from dating a white woman to propensity to dating any woman of any color. The policy is a pre-emptive one. This included castration, sterilization impotency rendering and gay immersion. If I actually end up sleeping with a woman, then death must result. The police, black Americans, gangs and now gays are all on alert to watch and track me. The African American lawyer and former Mayor of San Francisco allegedly have the contract to execute me, should I date any woman. Presently, the current Mayor and District Attorney of San Francisco, Senator Barbara Boxer, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft and Katherine Crier, all US government agents [especially the CIA and Secret Service] are on the manhunt for me to have me castrated, force me into homosexuality of use Willie Brown Jr. to chase me onto the streets and kill me.
D. SEX CHANGE: Allied to the gay immersion program is said to be US government plot to want to change me into a woman so that an American homosexual and intelligence agent would marry or inherit me. There two types of ‘change’ I am talking about here. I will explain this when I come to the use of Akan words in committing this gay crime against me. Thus the drugging has been intentionally extremely hormonal. The punishment purpose for this is that, if I slept with white women when I was so ‘muscular,’ then, white men should also sleep with me and ‘humble me’ with sex. Decadent enough for U? Essentially, this was to prevent me from ever having sex with a woman and reproducing, because, some ‘egg head’ sitting in some glass ceiling thought that I was monstrously muscular. This man is still in hiding, protected by the US government, Black Americans, the media and big businesses. Worse still, the imagined sex change fulfills one of the fundamental reasons for the programs, as I have stated elsewhere, namely, to deliberately destroy my lineage, a step on the path to removing me from the human gene pool. This is one of the principal reasons why this program is mainly Hitlerism and is a direct violation of the Convention against Genocide and Other Cruel, Wicked and Inhuman Treatment or Punishment. In United States this law appears as 18 USC 1091 et. Seq. It also violates the California Code for Human Rights, UNHUR 51-53. I demand an investigation by an independently appointed legal expert to unravel this modern day ethnic cleansing.
E. THE VIRUS Following the accusation that I dated white women or even women in Canada, as I now understand the matter, the United States allegedly decided that I was to be punished with infection with HIV/AIDS. The allegation continues that Dr. Condoleezza Rice or Katherine Crier was chosen to lead this attack to give me the “virus” or the “disease” through the “Airplanes.” As you read this piece, Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Cathy Marshall, Katherine Crier, Laney Bishop, Senator Boxer and the District Attorney and the City of San Francisco are working hard to give me the virus in San Francisco. For the past ten years, these people have been attacking me through their surrogates made up of politicians and the law enforcement [all levels] in San Francisco. The apparent coordinating instigator there has been the District Attorney, Kamala Harris. But she represents the national icons of the crime. It appears to be their last chance to really damage me. Black American men and women used to be the projected mechanism for this germ warfare. Now, focus has shifted to Asian and Latina women [basically brown skinned women], because, Senator Boxer [so-called minority kingpin] is said to possess that alluring charm which she could channel through those innocent women to pass onto any man and destroy him. She has been particularly packaged for these purposes by you know who. At the same time, Senator Boxer who masks the “sweetness” of the ghostly in this case, must also be the inciter for gay trickery against me, being the iconoclastic liberal[American liberalism]. She is versatile in these vices and has caused some of the most damage to me, and perhaps too many people. She weeps for minorities and bites them at the same time. If she represents Condoleezza Rice, then, alluring Asians and Latina girls must be used to trick me for a date with HIV/AIDS, bear executioners, or both. She could also do the RITES by channeling white girls to me.
Hence, whenever I speak with a woman [clerk, customer service, bus driver], it must be assumed that I am asking her for sex, because, I would have been charmed by Senator Boxer’s powers to lure after Ms. Rice, Cathy Marshall or the gay person in this case. Throughout San Francisco, for the past fourteen years, the chorus to me has been “you have to buy it” or you have to pay for it.” “It” refers to the agent who is neither “he nor she,” and as such trans-genders simulating “IT.” If I follow the instruction of the program as the public expects, then I would end up with gay sex and embarrassed, or infected with the virus. This regressive war of attrition to imprint American supremacy [in a state v. individual contest] must awaken the rest of the world who still care about the wrong use of state power against individuals due to their country of origin.
It would astound you to learn of the level of harassment I face from gays and gay prostitutes under the spell of Cathy Marshall and instigation of Kamala Harris [She is now allegedly supported by a host of San Francisco’s Supervisors. The Mayor, a classic anti-immigrant politician has his own ‘drive out these people elimination program]. I believe that a ten thousand dollar reward has been promised any of the deviant people who could infect me with HIV/AIDS. In recent days, I have heard several rumors of planned gay rape attacks against me, just to give me HIV/AIDS. Some people have even suggested that the hospitals can be used for such a purpose. For this reason, I have decided not to attend hospitals until I secure a lawyer for this case. I face total war from the United States because I had the audacity to say I would not adopt deviant and immoral lifestyles. The intent to give me HIV amounts to making me a target for germ warfare, a clear violation of the War Crimes Act. . F. EMBARRASSMENT: As explained in the foregoing, one of the reasons for the gay immersion programming against me, according to the public is to “embarrass and humiliate me.” As at now, I can say for certain that United States has achieved more than that purpose, because, I have suffered serious cases of actionable defamation from excessive misinformation and personal injuries from the massive drugging. My friends, family in Ghana and the Ghana government believe that I am homosexual or some sort of a deviant person. This is due to the peoples’ unfettered consumption of falsehoods from US officials led by Nancy Pelosi and Condoleezza Rice. Where some of them have gotten the hint about experiments, Dr. Rice and her gangs have told them that I voluntarily agreed to be used as a guinea pig. This was why after working hard to get two degrees and enrolling in an LLB program, I had to quit and run. Is this the story you would like to believe of a person who had spent most of his life in pursuit of academic excellence? I wish to remind US authorities and the principal conspirators that under US and California laws, intentional humiliation, embarrassment are emotional injuries, actionable in a court of law. There are other things that have been done to achieve the sought for embarrassment, which I will discuss in other parts of the main report, except for this one: It is part of the drugging program that I should suffer untold humiliation by urinating and defecating on myself, because, this is one of the characteristics of the gay agent and of those I should forcibly emulate. This would caused by the gradual breaking down the resistance of my bladder and bowels reinforced with electronic attacks to set such leakages in motion. To date this happens to be one of the most devastating injuries I have suffered. Still, American leaders the lovers of mayhem who they are believe that I have not been damaged enough. As you can emotional injuries are just a small part of the personal injuries I have suffered in this case. The taxpayer should not blame me for self defense when the bills pill up, and I invoke the letter and spirit of 18 USC 1091 against United States government and every citizen involved in this reckless act.
G : TEST: Since being caught, the conspirators led by the US government have indicated that like the other aspects of the program, the gay and sex change immersion programs are a TEST, albeit, they want to see if I am strong enough to resist same sex prodding, deviancy and immorality. Of course, this after thought is ludicrous, because it is in contradiction to many of the steps used against me, such as the drugging. On a more serious point, the so-called test has caused me injuries such as destroying my career, my marriage and family plans [I named all six of my children], and even worse, serious damage to my internal organs. My reproductive, sensory, nerve and internal organs have all been affected by this so-called test. This would appear to me to be an imprudent test, if indeed, that was the reason for this misdeed or policy. I do not set United States policy, but, I do have the full right to self-defense. In matters affecting my own interests, including freedom and liberty, I have the sole power of attorney. Hence, I quiz, does the United States have the right to use me, a bona fide citizen of Ghana for such a test? At this point, it may suffice to point out that Article 1(9)(2) of the United States Constitution prohibits punishment against anybody unless such a person has been given the right to due process [has been charged before a properly-constituted court, and given the right to defend himself]. See, also, Amendments 5 and 14 of the US Constitution. For those who wish to argue that had I stayed in my own country this would not had happened to me, I wish to remind you again, that the crime began while I was a foreign student in Canada. This was during the reign of President Reagan, when US CIA and politicians crossed the border into Canada to demand to kill me for ALSO attempting to succeed. What other excuse do you have to justify this criminal usurpation?
5. Now Let us look at some of the ways in which the program has been implemented:
A. SEIZURE AND CONFINEMENT TO SAN FRANCISCO AND THE BAY AREA: I have been virtually seized and confined to San Francisco [through limitation, deprivation, threats of violence and misinformation] and the Bay Area, where the public refers to me as “an intern” or “prisoner.” This is in line with the belief in America and among the principals conspirators that environmental and peer influences would overpower self-will and moral discipline in most people. Hence, if I am confined to San Francisco, environmental forces would act on me and gradually, albeit, forcefully alter me and make me follow deviant and immoral behavioral patterns, particularly, homosexuality. If gay people breath on me urinate and spite on me, if they taunt and smear me, castigate and curse, then, I would become one of them. Hence, if I am confined to San Francisco [gay headquarters of the world] and kept around gays and people of deviant behaviors and lifestyles, while I eat altered foods as they, I would become gay. If I refuse or resist this process of forced destruction or involuntary regression, then, I should be forced by US to comply, or I should be refused all forms of opportunities. This is why I am under a severe economic embargo in North America. The legal essence of this cruel and inhuman social engineering policy is known as QUID PRO QUO! During this seizure, Americans led by Condoleezza Rice must see me as a ‘treasure trove,’ an object of which advantage must be taken. If you read how the one hundred thousand was stolen from the employment case with the help of a US District Court Judge, then, you are reading about official confiscation made necessary by the seizure.
As allied strategies below indicate, this dehumanizing and disrespecting policy continues against me, because, US leaders do not see why I would not comply, given their frozen mindset that I am a fool, even a slave who should be sacrificed for the success of Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi or Cathy Marshall. This recipe for disaster continues to invoke public support, including now, armed militia who keep vigil over me throughout San Francisco. Furthermore, you have to understand that the whole thing is an investment for some people. These are both white and black people. The whites believe that they have a slave from whose blood and sweet they must reap rupees. The African Americans believe that I am their big fish for slavery reparation. If I become gay by use of these drugs, then they get returns on their investment from the pharmaceutical companies. Except this: where is the legal and constitutional basis for such an investment, or even program? Those who believe that I can simply get up and leave San Francisco must understand what seizure means.
According to the Supreme Court of the United States, "A seizure occurs when an unintended person or thing is the object of the detention ot taking." Hill v. California, 401 US 797, 802 (1971) as discussed in Bower v. County of Inyo et al, 489 US 593 (1989). My confinement to San Francisco has been alluded to as 'false and forced imprisonment,' where the perpetrator has allegedly boasted thus: "I have imprisoned a stupid African for ETIRE." "ETIRE" is one of the coded names for at least one of the principal conspirators. I have therefore been unable to leave, because, I am intentionally being held against my will. In his minority opinion supporting the decision in Ibid, and to clarify what 'seizure' means, Justice Scalia’s indicated that " a person has been seized within the meaning of the Fourth Amendment only, if, in view of all the circumstances surrounding the incident, a reasonable person would have believed that he was no free to leave." Ibid. The fatoa has been issued that any time I decided to leave San Francisco, either I would be killed, Nancy Pelosi would send California Highway Police, Black and Mexican gangs, US veterans to follow me attack and kill me. Any time the people of San Francisco inform themselves that they suspect that I may be making arrangements to leave, hostility and violence increased against me. As far as the perpetrators are concerned, I have to be murdered to fulfill the ultimate goals of the program, namely, sacrifice[as in rites]. Besides violating 18 USC 1091, this crime where seizure is concerned is a breach of the Fourth Amendment of the US Bill of Rights. If United States is a nation of laws, then, it is obvious that the laws have been breached, and the government must ensure that appropriate action is taken against the violators.
In San Francisco, one of the reasons offered for this illegal seizure is that I did not graduate from my Masters degree program, and therefore, I should be held until I complete the program. I would qualify for any job, because, 'They say you did not graduate.' “You must suffer.” Let me take you through a couple of instances of faulty reasoning in this statement, and hence, a deeper explanation for goals of the program. First, I am a citizen, albeit, bona fide citizen of Ghana. I was not sponsored by either the US government or any US interests to study in Canada. If fact, the Americans blame Canadians for awarding "a fool like this too a scholarship." So, if I did not complete from graduate school, why do US authorities have the right to punish me? Second, is the suggestion that every working person in United States has a graduate degree inherent in this American view valid? Do you see the irrationality of the accusation? This is a country that has over-stepped its bounds in this case and this is proven by all its activities against me.
Now, then, please, be informed that the alleged program, which I did not complete was and remains the EUGENICS program, particularly, the GAY IMMERSION, which was supposed to change me and integrate me into the 'mainstream' of the North American society. This is what Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Barbara Boxer, Willie Brown Jr., Kamala Harris, Cathy Marshall, Katherine Crier, the City and County of San Francisco, the State of California, and the US government, etc. have insisted that I complete, otherwise, quid pro quo. None of these people have ever met me, none know me. Still, they have been playing major roles in the crime, including efforts to compromise me and soil my image. The graduation is a misrepresentation for the EUGENICS and enslavement programs, at the end of which, I was supposed to be sacrificed. They have to implement US policy of eliminating or destroying certain types of people who do not meet the creteria for US image of the perfect and 'modern' person. In order to complete the program, I should be castrated or impotent, I should become gay and a drug addict, I should give up my plans for academic, economic and personal development. I should serve dem.[ or da mu].
B. PREVENTED OR LIMITED FROM INTERACTING WITH WOMEN:
Generally speaking, men have been instructed to harass me whenever I talk to a woman. In particular, men of the race as women I am seen talking with could even attack me. The militia in San Francisco deems this call to arms from Nancy Pelosi very seriously. They have taken their positions near the coroner. This all been taped, according to media sources. The only men who have refrained from this racist and hateful practice seem to be Chinese and Japanese men. The most vicious have been white, black and Latino, with other minorities [brown-skinned men] joining the fray every now and then. White women who participated would either gesture “you’re own or same or rites.” African American women gesture either “same or ekoo” [Akan for the bear and reference to the fact that I would be beheaded by the “bear executioners” as punishment for slavery]. Men could intentionally watch me talk to a girl and either report me to the overlords or even give me a warning. A Black American on March 15, 2003 warned me about being with a woman and it one instance I would never forget. He said, “people are angry, because they saw you with a woman a few days ago.” This was a girl who had come from Eureka, CA, and the previous night for a concert and asked me for coffee as I cooked my food near the bridge on King Street, near the Cal train Station in San Francisco. In San Francisco, I am prevented from even looking at a woman. Any man around to see that would have to make a report to the overlords to increase the doses of castration drugs against me. This is one of the reasons why there is a 24/7 electronic surveillance watch over me. Notice again, that this watch began when I was in Canada, in the mid 1980s. What does it tell of US creating enemies where there were none with this type innuendo-prone adverse probing?
C. PROSTITUTES: The only women I have liberty to talk to are prostitutes, mainly trans-genders, bisexuals, etc. This is part of the conspiracy to help the paid assassins tether their executioners to my tail. Such people must have some gay aspect in the lives, because, the allied purpose is to “TAINT HIM” and “GIVE HIM THE VIRUS.” This has emboldened many of these deviant characters and the so-called PILOTS or PIONEERS [the guinea pigs for sex change] in San Francisco to believe that, in fact, they have the right to demand sex from me for ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, or a DISCOUNT fee. Also called “NKO” {Akan for parrots] some of these people have almost become extortionists and violent towards me. Again, the grapevine has it that ubitiquous Willie Brown Jr., the alleged hired assassin and his bear executioners are tethered to these people as they are to women tramps set out by the system to get me.
The internet continues to be used to ply me to fall in this pit or ditch. In San Francisco the resurgent hunt to trap and kill so-called pest [immigrants chasing women] in the last couple of years has netted several Africans. The authorities would send pornography or singles features to a target. The target is allowed to connect with the cognate. Then the triggers would lay ambush on a second or third outing. They usually hide under the bed of the woman. There is also the trick of entrapment with kid pornography. None of these have succeeded against me. When my last Toshiba laptop was stolen, the feedback on it was that “The authorities [Harris] believed that you were watching naked women.”
Fortunately, I have not engaged with any of these people, and I never intend to do so. This leaves Nancy Pelosi, the drummer and town crier of the crimes and main mechanism for misinformation red-eyed, as she and her gangs try to substantiate their stories that I have been buying sex with everything and everybody around. Of course, the prudent know that this deliberate misinformation is calculated to cover up the fraud and corruption in this case. These PILOTS claim to represent Crier, Rice, Pelosi, Cathy Marshall, Harris, Senator Boxer, etc. who are in turn the main agents for the system or research corporations in this manhunt for me. But most people in the case work for Nancy Pelosi for the profit. Were she less recalcitrant, perhaps, a lot of woes would have been avoided on all sides of this conflict. Nancy Pelosi must give up her demigod stance and her collaborative endeavors with Linda Freeman, or suffer the consequence. The fact here is that United States has been caught in an infamous crime, a war crime and ethnic cleansing against this African student whose only crime was the pursuit of academic laurels.
D. THE USE OF AKAN
The use of Akan language [my mother tongue] in this case has been linked to Condoleezza Rice, Barbara Boxer, Katherine Crier, and as consequence, Nancy Pelosi, those who solicited help from Ghanaians to destroy me. This is one of the first signs that a Rwanda-type ethnic cleansing case is what is afoot. Most of the words or concepts used are either derogatory, obscene or insults meant to put me down. I will further explain this in the main report. These people, along with Black Americans now resident in Ghana recruited Ghanaians to help to destroy me and get paid for it. I would like to introduce a few of these words known to and used by Americans for the reader to understand the malicious nature of this violation.
1. “SO”: There would be a slash over the ‘o’ and it is a simple present tense which means “be in the mood,” a reference term for she-dogs as they become ready to mate. Usually the male dog would be chasing after the female, smelling all over it. This is precisely the treatment I have undergone and continue to undergo in San Francisco. Then, I am subjected to sexual harassment through either voodoo or sorcery, which causes either a cold or hot electrifying sensation to envelope me. I have been told that these attacks are originates from a computer, but, it happens only when I am among other people, when another human being is near to me. It would appear as if some beings are creeping up my legs until they sweep all over my body. This cause the discharge and those “doing it” would burst into laughter and scorn. These people believe that the drugging and harassment would prepare me now to mate with gay men, and either I do it or I would eventually be raped. Nothing is more insulting, denigrating and hurting than this open attack against me, which simulates rape. In San Francisco, the District Attorney [DA] has been the lead enforcer since she was allegedly appointed by Condoleezza Rice as caretaker as the later moved to run Bush’s campaign. Of course, Congress allegedly approved her stewardship upon Pelosi’s recommendation that she could carry out this national assignment alongside CIA agents such as Cathy Marshall of Microsoft.
Therefore, ‘so,’ or as the populace refers to it in San Francisco, ‘Lotting’ [like Lot of Sodom] has a solid Congressional seal of approval. This disgusting form of torture and sexual harassment has been totally socialized. I am totally defenseless against this public electronic and voodoo-induced attack. This has been a violation of the Torture Convention.
2. “WASO”: This is the simple perfect tense of ‘so,’ and it means “you are in the mood.” In this sense, they mean that all the drugging, harassment and abuse have prepared or changed me into gay and I have to sex with gay men. If I have not, then the command is that I should, and until I do so, US would never allow me to progress, economically, financially or socially. Men, women and children participate in this public taunting as they charge at me to induce discharge from my genitals and call me all sorts of names. How this is done, I do not know, because, I have no voodoo or sorcery powers, which appears to me to have been the instrument for inducing such humiliating discharges. As far as the public is concerned, one of the reasons why “you were brought here was that you were supposed to be gay, so until you do it, you would not be free.” For the public, the conclusion is foregone. “You have to do it.” “Become like me.” I wish that the enlightened American leadership did not support such crass dehumanization, and that gays reminded themselves of the verities of the Ninth Amendment, which they used as part of their own struggles for individual freedom. As far as Americans are concerned, I have been altered into a female and been readied to have sex with gays. I should submit or face violence. . 3. “NNO” or DO Not LOVE: This means ‘do not love women’ Addressed to me, it means that I should not engage in relationship with women, because, I am “supposed to concentrate” on becoming gay, loving men with the hope of my getting HIV and dying. This “nno” command is attributed to Cathy Marshall, Barbara Boxer and Katherine Crier, or whoever is the gay or plastic female' in this case. They also intimidate girls with “Nno no,” “Do not love him.” Those who ignore this and are perceived as coming close to me may have been hurt. The best example was a Chinese lady who I have mentioned in several of my letters to US authorities. Was she hurt by ME, U, or Steel? "Nno or Ono" has also been used as a command to me tell not to love the so-called "IT" or "Ono" in Akan, because, IT is the GAY. Of course, this turn about taunting suggests that I am turning gay or loving men, when I am fighting them. It also point some sort of competition among the conspirators to use drugs and the public to manipulate me to suit their interests. The vital point is that all these commands accompany severe bouts of voodoo-based sexual harassment, causing leakage from all my genitals and even anus. This has been one of the most disgusting experiences in my life, and it has been ongoing for fourteen years. Does the US or any of its politicians or agents have the right to so order me? What do you think of the culminating personal injury?
4. "FO" or BECOME WET": Directly associated with the sexual harassment and dripping from my genitals and anus, another one of the commands of intimidation adopted by the US government and the citizens to forcibly illicit gay other deviant behavioral compliance from me. Why would a super power insist on a foreigner studying in a third country to engage in deviant behavior and drag his life down into the gutter like this? What is the legal basis for such mistreatment? In the meaning of 8 CFR , this type of harassment of a person who sought political asylum in this country amount to a violation of that person’s human rights.
5. "NNWO" or DO NOT REPRODUCE: This command apparently warns against any effort I make to have children. This command would be issued whenever I talk to a woman or contact my daughter in Ghana. As far as United States and its citizens are concerned, my lineage should be destroyed. This means that U.S. and the principal co-conspirators have also targeted my children in Ghana for elimination. I am yet to find out where the conspirators got the authority for such inhuman acts against me and my family. In a later publication, I will show that members of my family have either been killed or been placed on similar drugs in Ghana for the purpose of inducing destructive ailments such as diabetes. This would offer evidence of the crime being genocide in the meaning of 18 USC 1091. The inherent intent in the demand that I should not have children makes this an evil crime. This would be good reason for me to take the matter to International Criminal Court.
6. "MMA" or "DO NOT EJACULATE" Nothing could be more direct than this unruly, unwise and inhuman demand made on me by the US government, implementation of which is undertaken by the public. You could understand why my sperm production has either ceased or been stopped through drugging. There are other objectives besides gay immersion for this uncivilized action against me. I will explain these later, but, they have to do with inheritance. Lately, it has been suggested that the subprogram to prevent me from 'ejaculating' is being pursued and managed by Black Americans. In fact many of the aspects of the program are allegedly being managed by Black Americans who believe that if they do not interfere, I would destroy Condoleezza Rice and Nancy Pelosi. I thought these people maintain that they have done nothing against me! 'Black Americans' [euphemistically, 'the kids,'] often refers to Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Willie Brown Jr., Cathy Marshall, etc. So the US government has now managed to get African Americans to gang up against me in pursuit of a racist policy. Sometimes, I feel like the actual President of United States is Willie Brown Jr., the African American empowered to lord it over Africans. If he works for the PHUBA, then, imagine the source of this obscenity in the use of power! I hope that these people would be investigated and charged with ethnic cleansing, etc.
“ETO DIE”: This derogatory phrase refers directly to homosexual sex. In San Francisco, the people openly, without let or hindrance, tell me that this is the type of lifestyle Nancy Pelosi and the government expects me. The public scorn and smear with these suggestions, at times, have been aimed at annoying me in order to get me react violently, and then create the opportunity for the police to arrest me. The Mayor of San Francisco, Gavin Newsom, lately the emblem of “BRING IT ON” is said to be one of those instigating the increased gay and gang activity against me in San Francisco. I will discuss his entrapment strategy to using surrogates when I come to the issue of Sexual harassment.
In recent days, in San Francisco, urged on by the media, men have become angrier, claiming that I am “discriminating against them, by not having sex with them.” White men, in particular, believe that I have been having sex with black men, and so refusal to have sex with them is discrimination. They claim that Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Willie Brown Jr. and some CIA agents [led by the sinful Cathy Marshall] have been telling them this. There are a couple of things in this statement that I would like the reader not to miss. First, the reverse psychology of those who gave me death penalty for allegedly dating white women only to tell me that I am discriminating against white men seeks to cover up the defamation claim I have against these people. Second, look who’s crying foul, out of desperation to undermine me? The claim that I am gay is libelous and slanderous, and those making it, such as Nancy Pelosi should embrace themselves for the suit. The insult apart, I would have necessarily discriminated against those who have discriminated against me in the same realm. The ultimate end of capturing the African, slaughtering him, removing his testicles, eyes, tongue, etc. for empowerment RITUAL has intoxicated the conspirators.
7. TAKE OLD WOMEN: “If you can get men, then, get old women.” In the choice of women I would like to marry, again, United States and its citizens believe they have the right to limit my choices to poor, ugly, unintelligent and OLD WOMEN. The old women ploy started in Canada and has been built around Senator Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, former US Senator from Illinois Carol Mosey-Braun, and of course, others of which I have no knowledge. Drugging has been used specifically to weaken me bodily, slow and reflexes and quicken my aging process under the pretext that I want to marry Senator Boxer. The purpose of this wicked conduct has been genocidal, namely, to ensure that I do not reproduce, either for my children to contest the prized inheritance, or to still reserve my genes, which the enemy wants to erase from the pool. It is to ensure that I age faster than nature ordered it and die younger as a result. It is part of the elimination of dark-skinned people. Old women have been used to intentionally create the illusion of a generational conflict, suggesting that I do not like old people. However, one does not need to deeply understand that old and non-child bearing women play the same role, as far as the enemy’s population control and control of the target people are concerned, to ensure that I do not have children. This is one of the claims I would bring against both Pelosi and Boxer, and other old women used in this wicked conspiracy. I advise them to read 18 USC 1091 et. Seq., because, in the meaning of that clause, this gay programming amounts to steps taken prevent a person from bearing children. This violation, according to the clause is tantamount to genocide. By the end of these reports, many readers would agree with me that conspirators who have championed use of such drugs to destroy me must be removed from wherever is it that they work and tried for crimes against humanity committed against me.
“DANE”: This word means ‘change or to change” in Akan, it one of the concepts which have gained audience among the people, due of course, to its implications. The only other word of comparable usage is “DA.” I will discuss DA later. I would like to distinguish ‘dane’ from ‘sesa,’ a word almost similar in meaning. “Dane” refers to a change of the subject, as in this case, from male to female. “Sesa” refers to a change in the subject, as in say change from leading an immoral life to leading a moral life. 'Sesa' refers to behavioral or character change, whereas 'dane' merely refers to a change in the physics. Whereas emphasis on ‘dane’ relies on the effectiveness of the drugs to change me from male to female, God forbid, with help of the projected surgery, ‘sesa’ would result from environmental factors and accumulated values or virtues. In this sense, both types of changes have been assiduously pursued by the programmers and the public. Some people even believe that I have already been changed, so I should give up. Of course, other changes anticipated included those that might result from the impact of the drugs: Twisted legs, clogged eyes, bloated stomach, wrinkled and dried up skin, paleness, etc. Some of these can clearly physically be observed of me. I do not know what doctors would find relating internal injuries. But, if how I feel is any measure for guessing, then, I do expect to hear bad news. All this just that some Americans researchers could prove their theorem about what?
‘Change’ as I have discussed is more nebulous than meets the eye. There is ethnocentrism and intolerance at the core of the call on me to change, where what is meant is that I should ‘westernize,’ because, I am ‘too African.’ From those seeking to severe my ties with my Ghanaian roots [a violation of 18 USC 1091] to those who want to evangelize or homogenize me, the fact that I am a solid Africa, a believer in family life, etc. does not sit well with them. They believe that in order to ostracize me from my own, they should impose this lifestyle which is abhorred in Africa on me. “They” here happens to culminate in US government. Is this a prudent policy option for a premier democratic and advanced country?
7. Video Production: Desperate to find proof for their pack of lies, set ups and vicious libelous and slanderous campaign against me, the conspirators decided a sex video insinuating me in a homosexual posture would be the best way to go. So they managed to get a STILL PICTURE of me and re-photographed it along with another Ghanaian male, the controversial 'Nelson Mandela,' where both of us are allegedly naked in a shower. This is the same person who Americans preferred to me despite his being a criminal. I understand that during his arrest he was tricked to frame me up. I do not know how, but, the video, which has been distributed around the world with intent to slight me, is just one little proof of the extent to which US authorities have gone to destroy me. I never took a shower in the same building as Nelson. This would be one of the bases of my next case against San Francisco, in particular, where the law enforcement, police, politicians, doctors, media, businesses, and even lawyers are on a manhunt for me. San Francisco must provide the video to investigators, and everyone connected with such deviant, cowardly and imprudent act must be punished as required by law. 3. MISINFORMATION: One of the most damaging aspects of the program is misinformation. U.S. Intelligence, politicians and the media purposefully have used this strategy to deceive, in the main, their own citizens, but also, the leadership of my native Ghana and the rest of the world as to the truth of this situation. The purpose of the disinformation first, is to deceive the American public and keep me targeted as one of US enemies. ‘We are radical, Muslim, criminal foreign. Different.’ The CIA has really succeeded in instigating and inciting those gullible Americans against me in the age old paradigm, US versus THEM. ‘They are different, so hate them.’
‘Misinformation’ is used to protect the ring leaders of the conspiracy against both national and international outrage for this reckless crime against humanity. These include Condoleezza Rice, Willie Brown Jr. Senator Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, Katherine Crier, Cathy Marshall, Kamala Harris, Mayor Newsom and several lesser known cohorts. U.S. officials have used misinformation to confuse the Ghanaian leadership to make them believe that I agreed to be used for research. Other times, American authorities have allegedly told Ghanaian leaders that either I am a criminal under investigation, or that I have already destroyed myself through personal behavior. US agents, Black Americans and politicians led by Nancy Pelosi and currently the District Attorney of San Francisco have been sending messages to Ghana that either I am dead or I am about to die, so there is no need to save me or for anybody to worry about me. Even President Obama is said to have been told [by Senator Boxer, Willie, Speaker Pelosi or D.A. Harris?] that I now have a severe case of dementia, so I should be put away. This way, WE could cover up all the mess, and then, claim all the dough. Is it not sad that President Obama’s campaign co-chair in San Francisco and the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, also, a leading democrat, would indulge in this low grade destruction campaign to assassinate me?
In San Francisco much of the misinformation relating to criminality, homosexuality or other defamatory diatribes is managed by Kamala Harris and Nancy Pelosi and willing law enforcement personnel whose loyalty is to occult figures rather than to society. An example of libel and slander against me involving San Francisco and its federal allies appears to be a homosexual video allegedly featuring “Nelson” and me. I have described this video in an earlier paragraph as a classic example of the deliberate nature of the intent to cause me ‘big damage.’ Americans, following tutorials from Rice, have introduced the Akan word "Ntoro"[sic]: meaning 'lies or falsehoods’ to describe their own conduct of misrepresentations against me. In Canada, this regimen of "NTORO" [the correct word is ATORO, for plural, 'ETORO or TORO" for singular], was referred to as "REPORTS," albeit, WHITE REPORTS. This is how I have been destroyed. But, there is a cost to this, and this is one of the main reasons for these publications. The CIA or their hirelings sent after me to operative as messengers of Condoleezza Rice or Cathy Marshall have a shop-lifting conspiracy campaign against me with the intent of creating suspicion and dislike among the business community against me. This tactic was allegedly handed to them form Condoleezza Rice’s book of ‘under-mining.’ Talking of undermining, I will discuss how Condoleezza Rice and the rest of the pack, since 1986, allegedly placed electronic devices under me bed or wired into my mattress and used that to spy on me all these days. The same people are said to have planted a “micro chip seed” in my stomach for this same purpose of invading my privacy in order to wreck my life. I will discuss these under “INVASION OF MY PRIVACY,” and show why such a reckless invasion has been a felony.
Impact thus far: By now, I need not exaggerate it for any reasonable person to know that I have suffered severe, permanent or irreparable and pecuniary injuries to my reproductive and other organs as a result of this barbaric crime called ‘program.’ The social, economic, career and other personal injuries resulting are not less irreparable. I will detail all of this in the report and a copy of that section would be published in this medium. I urge lawyers and doctors with knowledge in this area of law and medical treatment, for once, to ignore PHUBA Nancy Pelosi and her ‘BE IT ALL’ gang of liars and offer me necessary medical and legal help. With or without a lawyer, I promise to file a case on this matter against the United States and all the principal conspirators in the case underscore the fact that the social contract among humans is alive and well, and those who breach this universal law regulating human interactions and survival of civilized societies must be punished according to law.
I wish to remind readers and conspirators that under 18 USC 1091 et. Seq. each violator may be assessed damages of up to one million dollars before punitive damages [for wickedness, cruelty, evil and inhuman treatment]. In this case, if US Presidents intentionally ignored my pleadings, and if the US Congress actually approved these crimes, then, even the Presidents and members Congress could be each assessed such a fine. I will show readers that these are the kinds of money the conspirators have been hoping to kill me for. This is why I have always urged US leadership to intercede and stop this crime. United States must put a stop to the “Do as I say, and not as I do,” type of leadership, because, such an attitude amounts to hypocrisy and double-standards.
In the next couple of publications, I will discuss the role of sexual harassment and enslavement activities of the eugenics program, and show how equally damaging they have been. While reading these shocking revelations, the reader may be reminded that United States leaders still maintain that they did it because they have been told that I am Black American. Interpretation: If you are Black American, you deserve to be disrespected, abused, tortured and violated. Or, in order to attack and denigrate an African, take him for a black American. I hope that some day Willie Brown Jr. and Condoleezza Rice would see the light. If the contention that I am Black American, and hence, I deserve all this was valid, then, why would the US government recruit Black Americans to against me? You think Nancy or Rice has the answer? Ultimately, I will discuss the role of ethnicity and African American revenge aspects of the program, and hopefully, the reader would grasp the essence of my vernacular.
Finally, I wish to salute millions of Americans who now appear to be grasping the saga of my predicament and have put in a word or sentence of protest on my behalf. It is about liberty, human rights. This case is about my right to enjoy my inherent rights, without let or hindrance from like humans. It is about the right to associate with people who agree to associate with me without having the searchlight and hammer of some super power over my head. This is a case of my individual liberty to pursue the kinds of professions and careers of which I have the capability and right to resist interference and obstructions from any other humans. These rights have been usurped, as you can see from this discussion about the role of the gay immersion aspect the eugenics program. In other publications, I intend to convey to you that the same pattern of oppression continues to be used in this crime against humanity. Americans who have just grasped the issue as one of the usurpation of my individual liberty and rights may be advised against supporting any of these agents and politicians involved in the conspiracy. There are neither saints nor angels among them. In supporting their offending friends, liberals, conservatives, republicans and democrats must understand that, in the view of the law regarding conspiracy [I discussed this in an earlier publication at www. oheneybyiadom.wordpress.com], support for them would neither vitiate nor invalidate their role in the violation.These individuals just as the government, Phubas or Gurus who sent them acted inhumanly, illegally and unconstitutionally. They have to answer according to the appropriate law for their conduct, evil intent and resulting injuries.
