MY GRAD SCHOOL CLASS LIST
This publication is part of my strategy to debunk the regimen of nonsense and negatives perpetrated by my enemies against me, and, pay-rolled by the United States government. First, I wish to extend an apology to all my classmates who may have the slightest cause to believe that this publication constitutes an intrusion into their private lives. One of the most serious violations in this ongoing unconscionable conspiracy against me in North America is the pervasive intrusion into my privacy and the privacy of my family, organized by Microsoft and the U.S. government and propagated by the U.S. media. The impact of such a fascist agenda is beyond what any rational society would impose on an individual, because, ‘he was faster than me.’ So I would be the last person to get my fellow alumni into harm’s way. If I err with this publication, I do so conscientiously in self-defense, and, in the belief that my fellow alumni would sacrifice a little privacy to fight this horrendous and unjustifiable violation of my human rights. This publication is therefore a dialogue with my fellow alumni and others who have a secret to share in this case. It is also for those in the dark due to the combine machinery of the United States government, the U.S. media and African American Avengers regarding the truth of my situation in the United States, particularly, in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Here are the synopses of this stanza of the cumulative exposure of this animus malus precipitated crime:
1. Among the favorite negatives of the enemy is the string of allegations that I did not graduate from college, I have no skills and somebody did my graduate work for me. From this list, even the most naïve of skeptics would know that negative and hateful propaganda has been used to fool them. Of course, those who want more proof could contact NPSIA, rather than continue to be engrossed in the Nancy Pelosi-led diatribes and castigations precipitated by notions of inferiority and primordial hatred. Then, they could decide for themselves whether or not I have ‘skills.’ Readers should by all means visit ohenethinkslegal.com. The point however is whether a person is punished from crimes and violations or for having or not having skills. If I am faster than me, I should be punished. If I am slower than me, I should be punished. It is a program based on ‘axiomatic conclusions.’
2. Fellow alumni could testify to the truism and validity of the ignoble allegation that I was sexist, and, so I have to die. The specific example thus far cited is that I used to interrupt women in my seminar classes. My punishment secured by NOW is death. I do encourage students who knew me from St. Jerome’s University, University of Waterloo, Carleton University and University of Ottawa School of Law, particularly, those women I interrupted, to chip in with their stories of sexism. Senator Boxer of California, Speaker Pelosi and Secretary Rice allegedly interviewed a host of you for such stories. Microsoft’s hidden Finnish Cathy Marshall, the expert in computer imagery and programming applications and U.S. Intelligence are alleged to be the custodians of all the videos on my case. Is this the Microsoft of Robert Bates? What was the motto of the Bates’ Foundation? Something like, ‘every human person deserves a healthy and productive life?’ Now you know what I am up against, American Corporate might. How could the Bates’ Foundation claim to be spending billions of dollars improving life in Africa, and, then, implement a program to destroy a prospective African? So, please, boldly come out for the public to hear what you told these American agents of death about me so that the world would know that even the Bates’ got it wrong in this case.
3. Again, fellow alumni with information regarding my bestiality or any such deviant sexual behavior, please, honestly come out with the story and evidence. Do not allow the vicious and destructive U.S. intelligence and media rely on hateful messages from Microsoft’s deranged computer hacks turned American hatchets to perpetrate and perpetuate defamation and libel based on racial and origin dislike. Again some of you are said to have been interviewed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi [the drummer, or owner of the hateful gossip] and losers from the U.S. intelligence whose agenda to pull down this African has clouded their reason and judgment. I believe that you do not want to be appendages to America’s destructive social Darwinism targeting me. You do not want to be part of this two-decade long secret project to eliminate dark-skinned people like me [of African and Indian, especially, Pakistani origins]. You need to show American eugenics architects and promoters such as Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, Condoleeza Rice, Barbara Boxer, Willie Brown Jr, Pharmaceutical companies, Microsoft Corporation, and, the assemblage of medical doctors who do this for them that you would expose them for this crimes against humanity committed against me. Let United States understand that when they go about the business of globetrotting pontificating to other nations on human rights, they should not forget the EUGENICS and destruction they wage at home against others, and, the impact such a crime has on the family of targets like me. Hitler committed the same crimes, did he not? The framers are so desperate to throw dirt on me that whenever I speak to my nephews in Ghana, the enemy tells the American public that I am speaking to my boy friends. When I speak to my daughter, the enemy claims I am doing phone sex. These people even went to stage of recruiting some young boys from Ghana to write to me in order to stab me in the back as gay. When I talk to any man here in the United States, then, Americans must assume that I want to be gay, because, to be gay is one of the reasons why ‘you were brought here.’ ‘This is how we intend to give you AIDS. We have to give you AIDS for getting financial assistance.’ If I reject the label or tag ‘homosexual,’ then, I must be a Muslim. This immediately places me on the ‘suspects’ list. If the gay trick does not work, then, the prostitution trick has to be used. Nancy Pelosi, the architect of such suspicion to “eliminate,” first, tried the notion that I was a member of the Ghana Army, hence, I must be “a militant,” another endangered category. Due to this conspiracy of targeting, North Americans have refused to believe that I am or was ever or could ever be Christian. There is no extent to the callousness, which I currently endure in the United States, particularly in San Francisco. The followers of Madame Nancy Pelosi [crime owner], Secretary Rice [the architect and stalker], Mayor Gavin Newsom[Beta], District Attorney Kamala Harris, computer tracker Cathy Marshall and the man on the ground, Dr. Willie Brown Jr. Perpetrators are led by the “Container,” the man who I believe is President, Chief Justice and Attorney General over Africans in this country. I believe that fellow alumni would do me great help by making your voices heard about this crime in United States. Please, contact the government and Human Rights Organizations in Canada whose failure to act on my complaints in 1994 led me to this catastrophe in the United States.
4. Is it not commendable that Western governments recently unanimously condemned the government of President Robert Mugabe for using thugs to intimidate his opponents and to prevent them from freely participating in the politics of that country? In fact, even the G-8 has imposed more sanctions of the beleaguered regime in Southern Africa! So why does the so-called leader of the free world continue to use thugs [blacks, Black Muslims, intelligence agents, street gangs, the police, etc.] to target, beat, harass, intimidate, destabilize and prevent me from seeking justice for crimes committed against me in the United States? The public refers to this ‘thuggery’ as ‘intimidation.’ Would intimidation, particularly, one imbued with conspiracy to prevent me from seeking justice through the judicial process not constitute a violation under 42 USC 1985? So why does the government allow such intimidation to obstruct justice continue? This ganging up by African Americans against me is not merely by the homeless and street people, even if it so appears. It comes from the elite [Also known as slave drivers]. They include judges, professors, lawyers, doctors and the law enforcement, as many of you may now be aware. They act on Africans through those in the lower echelons and law enforcement. They have their own law enforcement, Black Muslims. They are brutal, nonetheless. They claim to be working for the system, also, at times, defined as Nancy Pelosi, the mothergod, the sun! She engineered my asylum rejection and threatened to deport me to Africa, if I do not shut up and serve! She has prevented me from getting work under the notion that I am not fit to work, I look too ugly, too militant and a suspect. She allegedly engineered my firing by CDS Leopold Group that I worked with in San Carlos, California. This was what led to the Title Vii Employment Discrimination Case that I filed in the U.S. District Court for Northern California in 2001. I was denied attorney for this case, because, I was supposed to be self-reliant, since ‘ME’ is competing against me. CDS Leopold was represented by a team of four lawyers from the first class law firm, Morrison and Foerster, LLP based at Palo Alto, near Stanford University, where Secretary Rice used to teach! The African American judge [slave driver?] denied me justice by simply swapping it to CDS! I raised issues about the identities of some of the lawyers, but, these issues were ignored. At least, one of them appeared to have come from the United States Department of Justice in San Francisco. So, if the issue is raised that a prominent politician from San Francisco may have benefited to the tune of one hundred thousand dollars from the Title Vii case, why does this not merit investigation? Due to this I lost the judgment and five hundred thousand I requested [This amount included punitive damages allowed under Title Vii cases]. Could it be the same person who wanted me thrown out of the country? The Ninth Circuit refused to review the case, and, the Supreme Court of the United States allegedly refused to review. This is the nature of obstruction of justice which the hired thugs used to deprive me of equal protection under the law. Similar interference was used to deny me justice in my Civil Rights case against San Francisco and California. There is not mere intimidation. This is obstruction of justice, contempt of court! Why should this happen in a law abiding, rule of law society? Is this mere intimidation? This is worse than intimidation. This is why I would be going back to the Supreme Court of the United States.
5. Ironically, black avengers and gangs in my case are led by a lawyer, somebody who is empowered to overlook the rule of law and the judicial process by issuing decisions on Motions I filed at the Supreme Court of the United States. I will post these cases at ohenethinkslegal.com. He believes he has the power to destroy me through food drugging and chemical attacks, if he could not kill me outright. He would do this by making sure that I am starved till I go to the shelters to vulture on doctored food. He is feared and revered. His code names include “Executioner, Container and Boxer.” What do we expect from such an individual? Who does he represent: Secretary Rice? Does he represent Speaker Pelosi, African Americans or the System? As far he is concerned, I must stop academic pursuits and follow Nancy Pelosi. If I pursue academics, I should follow Rice, so that she could take advantage of me [All my academic property stolen in this country, including files on three laptops are said to have been given to Dr. Rice. She is conducting investigation. The command is that I should SHUT UP! The retort is that “Are you not proud of her?]. I should eat the scam and shut up, because, there are Black Angels executioners over my horizon. I do not believe that what ever his faults, and, there are many, Robert Mugabe comes anywhere near those who hired these thugs to scorch, maim and kill Africans. Should this person not lose his license?
6. What of the District Attorney of San Francisco? Should she be investigated for turning me into Michael Jackson and herself, the District Attorney of Santa Barbara? Should she be investigated for issuing the Appeal Court decision from First District Court in San Francisco on my civil rights case against California and San Francisco? One trillion dollars were at stake in this case. Should I just forget about it and get along? Should not the politics of human rights be defined by the axiom, “Walk the Talk?” So, I am determined, in the face of these involuntary enslavement and chemical warfare attacks, in the face of the massive food poisoning assaults and of faith-based domestic terrorism and danger, to witness at any United Nations’ Commission set up to investigate my allegations, including the situation in the shelters in San Francisco. I urge you, all my fellow alumni to stand up with me against this evil to fight this modern chemical and biological warfare against Africans in San Francisco!. Remember, my crime was that I was ‘faster than me!’ So I get the death penalty? And me gets to be the judge and jury!
7. Many of you have heard that there is a political aspect to this case. One of the political issues is said to be my stand against the practice of apartheid when I was African Students’ Association President at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. This took place in 1989, and, fellow alumni from that university would remember that I played a positive and conciliatory role to prevent chaos on campus following the decision of the Political Science Association of that University to invite the then South African Ambassador to Ottawa, Mr. De Clerk, to give a talk on campus. My conciliatory role annoyed most African students who joined radical groups on campus such as Carleton Anti-Apartheid Group, OPIRG, the Socialist Party, etc., after they were encouraged to mutiny against me, because, I was too conservative, etc. to form what they called the “Coalition Against de Clerk.” These progressives were put together by agents of both Canadian and U.S. intelligence and leftwing professors!! Despite the common sense approach I took, which received praise from university authorities and others, I got the short end of the stick from the United States government and the hateful sectors of the Canadian government. The U.S. government and businesses are said to have been present, implanting themselves in a student conflict in Canada and singling me out for punishment. Worse still the conflict was also about the freeing of Nelson Mandela and other prisoners in South Africa. So, would you not be surprised that African Americans are among those who derided me for the role I played? In his recent birth day bash in London, President Mandela received as guests many African Americans who may still be seeking revenge against other Africans. Instead of the cowardly act of tormenting and killing solitary and lonesome Africans in the corners of this country, why would the avengers not target African Embassies in Washington, D.C.? After all, the United States would give them the logistics and cover! In other words, one way of understanding my persecution in the United States is to apply the “appeasement theorem.”
8. I cannot complete this dialogue without a note about the multiple death sentences imposed on me here in the United States. So this is also my death lists publication As far as I know, the U.S. government sentenced me to death because I was identified as U.S. enemy. Then, NOW [National Organization for Women] requested and received death sentence approval from the U.S. Congress against me for being sexist [I interrupted women during seminar classes and I would not have relations with this leftwing female professor in Canada]. African Americans have death sentence against me as revenge for slavery and for exposing their role in this crime and in other crimes against Africans. Black Muslims have their own death penalty via fatwa for refusing to accept that I am Muslim. The City and County of San Francisco [Beta] has death sentence against me for suing it for trillion plus dollars [Read about this soon at ohenethinkslegal] and for exposing it for committing crimes against me and other Africans. Homosexuals have death penalty against me for not becoming one of them, when I am ‘supposed to.’ Nancy Pelosi has death sentence against me for being my ‘father’s first born,’ for being dark-skinned, for exposing her role in this case and for exposing her for probable fraud in my civil right cases. And of course, the death sentence for being faster than me has not been vacated. For the claim that I know too much about U.S. secrets, such as the illegal activities committed against me, enslavement and eugenics programs in USA, the reader should judge this for him or herself. These are the same people who spread rumor that I came to the United States because of Condoleeza Rice, Katherine Crier, Barbara Boxer, Cathy Marshall, etc. when I have no reason to have made such a decision. I never knew any of these people. Even after fourteen years in the United States I have not met any of them. I only know their presence through crimes their surrogates commit against me. The fact is that the white man’s trick of attaching certain people to his enemies in order to kill them has been exposed. If I were advising American leaders, I would tell me to abandon the childishness of trickery and face this case of human tragedy with respect and seriousness. The notions of “association,” “suspicion,” “profiling,” ‘belief,” etc. used to victimize innocent people in this country are backward, unconscionable, regressive and outdated. It is regressive to use these race-baiting concepts to destroy somebody like me who held promise for my family. I will never forgive those who did this.
1.Conclusion.
Of course I firmly believe that many of my fellow alumni were privy to the genesis of the so-called program in Canada and the invasion of United States against me in Canada, but, refused to give me the slightest hint about these activities. You were aware of the unlawful and fraudulent activities of both Flora McDonald and Nancy Pelosi, the merciless slave Irish takers, of the evil activities of Microsoft and the connivance of African Americans, but you refused to hint me about these things. I do not, nonetheless, consider you ‘faint-hearted,’ because, you probably responded to the instinct of self-preservation. I know that these heartless enemies kill. Some of you also actually warned me that United States was not good for the black man, and, that if I followed black Americans, I would end up at the coroner’s. Well, did I find out the coroner, even though I did not follow them! So I do not fault any of you for protecting yourself, if that was your motivation. But, now, the genie is out of the bottle. I have exposed the enemy. None of you need to be afraid of Nancy Pelosi, Microsoft and all the big corporation, Black Americans and Black Muslim assassins, supremacists and other race baiters who might intimidate you with violence or other form of punishment should you speak out in support of me.
The news is that I was offered scholarship to study in Canada. My enemies believe that those who offered me the scholarship made a mistake, because, in the United States, my types are not allowed to get education. Better yet, they contend, on the basis of the axiom that “there is no free lunch,” that when I accepted the scholarship, I in principle accepted to be enslaved, to be used for medical experiments and any form of research, which any white person, white organization and white country deems fit. This is not a Canadian belief. So why did you Canadians allow this to happen? If the colleges, which offered me scholarships had this evil deal with cruel and wicked enemies led by Nancy Pelosi and other ME-types, then, I entreat every alumnus to protest to our ALMA MATER for this disgraceful and degrading crime. Canada is a human rights loving country. At least, so it professes. I will be contacting institutions that offered me scholarships about this deal with the devil. I know that I had absolutely unconditional offers for my scholarships. Besides, in exception of supremacists from the United States, people everywhere would find it utterly unwise to subject a person of my training and experience to cruel, wicked and degrading treatment, eugenics, biological warfare and enslavement. Those who believe in some divine or corrective outcome of this hate crime, I tell them to use such corrective programs to improve the lives of Black Americans or other Americans. Discourage the hatred, ganging up against me and the use of thugs to solve political and human problems. I have observed the down-trodden, the deprived and the unbelieving in this country. If the United States concentrated on bettering the lot of its blacks, then, many of them would not be as jealous of me as they are. I need no corrective programs from United States. What I seek is justice and respect accorded every human species. I hear that some of you demand that I become a born again Christian, otherwise, I am a Muslim and I should be lynched. Please, tell me why in the midst of such Puritanism over one million African Americans became Muslim? I am a baptized and confirmed Catholic and it will be that way forever, no matter what edicts and counter edicts are taken by some intolerant patriarchy thousands of miles away from me. I would not also worship with people who have plans to castrate me, ruin my roots and lineage, intent on using me for rites and sacrifices, or, eviscerate me one way or another, be they Christian, Muslim, Wicker or otherwise. God is a Spirit.
One thing I would like my fellow alumni to know is that I traveled to the United States, because, I had admissions for doctoral degree program in several universities. Admission officials at Boston University, University of Denver, Claremont Graduate School and UVA, Charlottesville, would testify to this. I went to the United not to make war or revolution, or to become gay. I did not go there to be enslaved, as Americans have been made to understand. Americans prevented me from achieving these goals. They simply prevented from living, because, I am too dark and inferior. I tried to leave, but, that effort too was interrupted. Now, as I hear, I cannot leave, because, I know American secrets. “You have to be here until we succeed in tricking you for the kill.” I used to laugh at those who were engrossed in human rights issues. Now, I have becoming a human rights activist. There is evil right here in our midst on earth. I have seen it and I intend to fight this destructive agency. Canadian authorities in Los Angeles, CA, have already ‘rejected’ my request for a travel document to Canada to re-claim my residency on the excuse that mine is not a “compelling humanitarian situation.” I am not as yet slaughtered and I have not turned gay. This may be a hint to the much-heralded continental conspiracy against me. But I intend to take the issues one at a time. I will be appealing that decision. If you could protest to authorities in Canada on my behalf, please do. As far as leaders of Ghana are concerned, I should solve my problem by myself. They believe all the misinformation, the set ups and the branding.
As far as Nancy Pelosi is concerned, unless I go to The Hague, I am joking. Others demand that if I do not get killed, I should at least be seriously damaged. This includes bodily damage and gay-related humiliation, such as rape and AIDS infection. Some demand that I become insane, a couch potato or something really bad. You see, the wise folks who offered me the scholarships never intended any such catastrophe for me. The ‘mother bee’ enjoys cover from Blacks, Mexicans, supremacists, law enforcement and the media. But, I assure her and the United States, I would be going to The Hague. What I need all of you out there to do for me is to refuse to buy or sell the destructive propaganda coming out of United States on this case. America is waging an unprovoked war against me through blacks, whites, minorities, gays, feminists, the media, the law enforcement, etc. but do not be afraid to speak out for me. When I arrived here I learned that these attacks were merely preemptive! So they have lasted fourteen years and have become a war of attrition. Pre-emptive? I have learned that the only way enemies such as the ones I face win is when the people buy and sell lies or keep quiet in the face such treacherous acts. Please, do not give them such cover any more. Join me to challenge these people with belief in the rule of law, the judicial process and individual rights. Let them respond to the challenge of respect for all peoples, races, ethnicities, tribes and the expression that goes with these groups. Fellow alumni must witness for or against the allegation that I was United States enemy in Canada. Please, state specifically which activities of mine you observed that could be construed as ‘a threat’ to the vital national interests and security of the United States. What plans of mine invited pre-emptive attacks? Suspicion is hatred. I know that I have no interests in plotting against United States, or, ME. I have all the interests in defending my self, my family and my personal property, and, many times, Africa. These interests, I believe have been violently and grossly infringed by Canada and the United States. In the effort to seek justice, therefore, no amount of threat and intimidation would make me change, alter or amend my purpose. Lastly, if you hear that I am dead, just ask Google, zimbio and other search engines to show my latest publication, before you spread the news. If I am truly dead, then, you must know those who did it: Thugs and gangs hired by the system. I intend to outlive the enemy. Oby.
HERE NOW IS MY CLASS LIST.
Had I not been interrupted from pursuing my dream per opportunities offered me by Boston University, University of Denver, Claremont Graduate School and University of Virginia, Charlottesville, I probably would be in one of the lofty places just as my fellow alumni below. Instead, I was hit with programs of ‘recession,’ ‘gay immersion,’ ‘pull him down [Phd.],’ ‘they say they say;’ programs of destruction. I have heard it been said in response to my claim of ‘drugging and chemical attacks,’ that; “We drug our own children.” Well, I am neither a child nor the baby of those who did this. This then is the difference between destroying a metal and destroying an ‘alloyed metal.’ “Value-added,” we know is a quintessential economic reality. I therefore urge you my colleagues and well-wishers the world over to protest to the governments of Canada and United States to stop this crime against humanity, and, do as the guilty must. Please, do not forget to visit me at ohenethinkslegal. oby
