Dear Immigrant Rights Commission and San Francisco Human Rights Commission:

Finally, after twenty five years of torment by United States Government and its officials who hate me because I am a dark-skinned African who aspired for great things, after the unlawful imposition of an eugenics program on me to destroy me because these people deem me to be inferior to succeed due to my African origins, after the abuse and torture in San Francisco in the last fifteen years instigated and led by Nancy Pelosi and her organizations, and in the context of the ongoing conspiracy to commit fraud against me [This has been led by Willie Brown Jr., Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall and Katherine Crier], and in fact, to murder me in so many ways[protesting my own persecution], after years of enduring San Francisco’s wicked “pepper spray and “bring it on” policies; after years of the “U-led” intimidation, obstruction, interferences, and Bay Area’s drugging and chemical attacks, years of official lies, frame ups, deprivation, violence, sexual and civil harassment, etc., and despite the intentional non-response from US leaders in the belief that Nancy Pelosi would succeed in killing in the backwaters of the nation, I have decided that time has come to petition the two Commissions to promptly investigate these crimes against humanity being committed against me due to my immigrant status here in San Francisco and the Bay Area.

I intend to lodge a full complaint covering all the activities in these Crimes against Humanity blatantly incited by Nancy Pelosi and like politicians, governmental operatives and even businesses against me to the federal government and the United Nations. There is however an immediate, if not prompt need for the two Commissions to stop an ongoing fraud concerning my MEDI-CAL and other BENEFITS Claims, and associated conspiracy to interfere with my treatment at the San Francisco General Hospital, where I have been undergoing dialysis treatment for kidney failure, a direct result of the many years of chemical and drugging attacks against me ordered and incited by “ US Leaders” and allegedly financed by Bill Gates and his Microsoft Corporation and the Gates’ Foundation. Although physicians at the San Francisco General Hospital have thus far refused to admit the fact, and their role in this disgraceful chain conspiracy, the public here in United States and throughout North American is aware that I am the target of a series of eugenics and biological warfare activities, which the people refer to as “programs.” They are also aware of San Francisco's role in these violations. This is genocide, hate crime carefully plotted with sexual innuendos, and Black Americans’ playing major roles. Still, Bill Gates could not cover up his face.

This is not simply a medical experimentation program. It is also a homosexual as well as other deviant behavior immersion program meant not simply to malign, defame and distort my name and image, but, indeed, to destroy my lineage, making it a legitimate War Crime. These activities include forced alcoholism, drug addiction, acute impoverishment and homelessness, peonage and enslavement activities, deprivation, interferences and obstruction, instigation of framing with prostitution, etc. The idea of these activities is to destroy who I am, prevent me from “shinning” or succeeding to prove that black men are inferior and are incapable of succeeding. If I resist any of these activities [as I will soon explain], then I should be denied everything in this world, including even the means to feed myself. I am banned from relations with women. If I venture, I should be killed by the police, Black American Angels or street gangs. I am banned from sleeping in a room, because, I do not deserve such humanly lifestyle. Until I accept that I am a slave and follow Nancy Pelosi [Miss America], until I allow Bill Gates and his Microsoft Researchers take advantage of me [through use of prescription drugs], until I abandon my country and family and follow Americans, I would not be allowed to enjoy the least bit of life and I would be slaughtered as a sacrifice for supremacists purification rites, the ultimate purposes for which “you were brought here.” This sacrificing threat surprisingly tends to appease those Black Americans seeking revenge against me and other Africans on this continent. Former Mayor Willie Brown Jr. is widely said to be the lead avenger in this respect.

Before I get lost in the mire of this discourse, please, I would like to take a moment to tell the Commission who I am and how I got here. I am a bona fide citizen of Ghana, who was offered a scholarship by a college in Canada in 1985 to study there. The medical experiments which became continental allegedly began when I was at the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. I have explained the alleged reasons why the experiments, which turned into full-blown abuse and now death entrapments in several publications at blogs I have set up for explaining this crime[www.ohenesviewpoint.blogspot.com; www.ybarima53.zimbio.com; www.oheneybyiadom.wordpress.com and www.nana.boakyeyiadom1.blogspot.com].
Therefore, I will not spend too much time here on the detail.

Suffice it, nevertheless, that the reasons had to do with my origins, skin color or other natural features of mine, which North Americans believed to be too insular to make me intelligent or even tolerated. Hence, I was inferior and could be expended as a “Guinea Pig.” When I completed my Honors in 1985, I received the BEST STUDENT award in “International Relations and Political Theory.” This achievement was said to be part of why United States government, Supremacists and Black Americans decided that I should be destroyed through drugs, chemicals and satanic attacks, because, the “West” could not accept that a dark man from African could [also] be a thinker, top classes and win academic awards in North America.

Thus, the medical experiments were not merely intensified, but also, they were infused with drugs meant to destroy me and shorten my life, and social engineering to disparage me. I was a headache, a bug, due to my reasoning capabilities, and by the way, supremacists and Black Americans do not want me here, so I should be eliminated. The heart and kidney failure, hypertension and sarcoidosis [a rare lung disease] with which I have been diagnosed were the direct results of these criminal activities by United States leaders, Black Americans, Supremacist cadres and US intelligence. Without doubt, I have seen the worst of these things here in San Francisco. Think of fourteen years homelessness and jobless here in San Francisco, and you would know what I mean.

With the Americans entering the fray, the experiments and the effort to hunt me down and kill me continued, even as I entered and completed graduate school. It was while I was in Law School [1993] that the Satanism and civil harassment got so bad that I decided to leave Canada. At this time, I believed that everything I suffered came from Canada. It got so bad that in 1994, I sought political asylum to this country against Canada. It was after reaching the United States that I found out that the crime actually came from United States. I learned that part of the crime had been to immerse me into homosexuality [this is the part now mostly supported by San Francisco], conduct sex change experiments on me with prescription drugs and satanic mutilation, distract me from my academic pursuits, impoverish me through denial of economic opportunity, infect me with deadly diseases [kidney and heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, heart attack, etc] through prescription and food, forcibly exile me from Ghana, because, I was too attached to my country and family, force me into life-time enslavement and even, kill me for RITUAL PURPOSES for the icing on the cake. I learned that American assassins were paid to hunt me down even when I was in Canada, because, I was the type of person suitable for RITES and purification purposes. These are still some of the purposes being pursued against me in San Francisco and in my hospital treatment, even as you read this letter.

Still, I do not as yet fully know how Bill Gates and his Microsoft or the Gates Foundation led by their Senior Researcher Cathy Marshall, an alleged computer wiz and US agent [ a vicious one indeed], or any of the other so-called “investors” or “donors” got into this crime in Canada, where I was on scholarship. The assumption, as I have learned of was that, “He did not even qualify to enter University,” so the system could make money off me and then get rid of me. I still do not know why Canadians needed racists and hateful Black Americans to go there to decide which Africans qualified to attend University. It may not amaze you to read that US intelligence and their cohorts attacked my room in Alexandria, VA and stole the Best Student Award letter that I received from Department of Political Science, University of Waterloo, along with my daughter’s birth certificate in 1994. Some of the cohorts have been stealing authorship from me, stealing my written work, including court documents here in San Francisco.

Here in San Francisco, they have enjoyed help from authorities who play San Francisco’s own “minutemen.” It is public knowledge that a group of these people led by Nancy Pelosi [using US agents] has resolved to “confiscate” [steal or rob me of] anything I acquire in North America, because, “He was not born here and he did not bring anything.” This is why these people obstructed my court cases and stole the judgments. An amount of one hundred thousand dollars [$100,000] was allegedly paid to Nancy Pelosi’s campaign funds in between 200 and 2004 from an employment case I filed against an employer CDS Leopold Group of San Carlos. An African American judge heard the case ay the US District Court in San Francisco. The giant law firm Morrison and Foerster, LLP based in Palo Alto, California, represented CDS. You would realize the type of banditry I have faced on this continent, but particularly, in San Francisco and the bay area.
What is the justification for this official robbery? Queen Nancy Pelosi allegedly has surmised that relatives cursed me to be poor all my life before I left Africa to study in Canada. So she Nancy Pelosi, endowed with witchcraft and devil powers has divine power and right to carry out the wishes of the devils in my family, dead and alive. She would uphold that curse and destroy with power, whether I like it or not. My problem thus far is that authorities of this country and the citizens seem to believe that all this okay and Nancy Pelosi should be helped with her satanic project to destroy. You can tell that if I am homeless and hungry while I tout a Masters degree, if City and County social workers refuse to process my claims for benefits, then, Nancy Pelosi and her associates have successfully installed Satan in that process. How did all this begin?

What I have learned is that I was allegedly spotted by the CIA and Black Americans, as a US enemy and a target for Black American revenge just as I reached Canada in 1985, because of my name, OHENE. The reason for the latter was and remains that as a West African, my ancestors sold the ancestors of slaves, so now the slaves, with US logistical help and cover have the right to take revenge against me, regardless of Canadian, US and International laws proscribing such action. The individual who led this campaign against me while I was in Canada appears to be Condoleezza Rice [shadowed by Willie Brown Jr. and Supremacists], with electronic surveillance support from Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall [also shadowed by Willie Brown Jr.]. Ms. Rice is also said to be the individual who convinced US leaders that, indeed, I was a Black American, who fled to Africa and sought scholarship to study in Canada, so I should be dragged by the nose back into enslavement as demanded by the “owners.” As a result of this framed up job, some Americans have already determined my home as either Georgia or Alabama.

The ancillary explanation is that the leadership in United States, after destroying as many Black Americans as they could, look up to Canada for another Black man to destroy and found this “ugly-looking” African. So, the leadership and the other investors purchased me from those who offered me the scholarship to study in Canada or from the Canadian government [this explanation is still fuzzy], and hence, I am property, principally owned by some blonde individual and citizen of United States. The interesting thing is that even if there were such a sale of purchase, it would be illegal under all known human laws. The appalling aspect of this that United States of all countries, a country that should have savored the prudence of its “emancipation statutes” to offset its checkered history of slavery is that country that without shame wants to drag humanity to the pre-1807 days. Whether my country Ghana stands with me or not, I would like to assure the perpetrators of this gross dehumanization that I will take them to every court in this world until I received deserved justice.

This whole scam began during the Reagan era. In fact a onetime roommate of mine a Cambodian hinted me that he was interviewed about me by officials from Bush [1] campaign office. The point here is that Ms Rice has used her influence in government, particularly, in the Bush administration to convince Ghanaian leaders to abandon me, because, I was a liar; I was not Ghanaian. After I succeeded in explaining my case to officials of my country, US authorities, led by Condoleezza Rice, Senator Boxer and Speaker Pelosi, among others, allegedly told the Ghanaians that I am now a criminal under investigation, or I am now vegetating, useless. The charges for investigation allegedly include ‘rape’ in San Francisco. The interesting thing is that girls and women are ordered from contacting me and I do not date men, so I do not who I raped. I am told that District Attorney Kamala Harris, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft and Speaker Pelosi, have all the details on tape. I therefore cannot wait to see this evidence! Meanwhile, due to the chemical castration aspect of the medical program, I am not even sure that I have not been castrated. This is why the “rape” charge is not simply insensitive, but, also, an absolute stupidity.
The other charge for investigation is allegedly that I am “a one man sleeping cell,” waiting to explode. In post 9/11 United States, this means that I am a Muslim terrorist, hiding with my plans to charge at United States sometime in the future. This gives the CIA the license to track all my activities, stalk me and broadcast all my private activities to Americans. The suspicion that I am a Muslim has been one of United States secret weapons against me, although, in public they may claim that they are no fighting Muslims. In fact, one of the prime reasons why Condoleezza rice and Katherine Crier were sent to attack me in Canada was to convert me to “Christianity.” The problem I have with all of this is that there are one million Black American Muslims and six million Muslims from the Middle East and Asia in United States. How many Muslims did United States bring in following the Iraqi and Afghan invasions? So how worrisome was one African Muslim in Canada to United States? I am Catholic, baptized in 1964 and confirmed in 1965, and I shall forever so remain. There is something of personal hatred in all of this nonsense called program.

For a very long time the US government’s alibi has been that I was a descendant of slaves captured in Canada and brought back to United States to be re-educated to submit myself to my masters, the white man. Therefore, the suffering, torture, abuse, harassment, oppression, intimidation, etc. that I have suffered here in San Francisco is said to be my re-education program back into slavery, where I belong. Does San Francisco support this low and regressive morality? What does all this say for the UNHUR CODES, and USC Tiles 18 and 42? Of course, there are also the First and Thirteenth Amendments provisions recklessly ignored in these primitive attacks. Does it now matter whether I am Ghanaian or not when my rights are violated? Is it not the primacy of ‘human dignity” that should inform the conscience that such a treatment is inhuman, untoward and unlawful, and such should be stopped? By the way, the attackers found the way to my birthplace and killed my father and his brother in 2005 as I was interned here in San Francisco. Was this in Alabama or Georgia? No, Ghana!

Here a two points of interests: First, the scenario I have described, if true suggests that United States has defied the human rights laws of California [UNHUR CODES], the Civil Rights Codes and Statutes of United States [particularly, 18 USC and 42 USC], the UN Human Rights Charter and all other International Laws banning slavery or enslavement and allied human rights violation to implement, with the help of its citizens, and this regressive policy against me. Second, if the reason offered that this has been done to me, because, I am Black American, namely, a descendant of slaves holds, then, US and its leaders are telling the whole world that they still consider Black Americans to be sub-human, and that the criminal activities I have described herein are being meted onto Black Americans as well, while the enlightened slave drivers get paid for holding the rest down. This would also mean that the emancipation statues of the US Constitution mean nothing to the government. As a matter of fact, the Black Caucus in the Congress is said to be supportive of this mistreatment of me. Moreover, even the most wretched among Black Americans still hold their fingers in face, because, they have been told that I sold their ancestors and now I want to destroy ME. Is this enlightening or refreshing?

Now I would like to talk about San Francisco’s participation and why I have decided to petition these Commissions to take prompt measures to stop San Francisco from continuing with these gross human rights violations as part of my effort to seek justice against everyone of these violators in this continental chain conspiracy. I reached San Francisco on April 21, 1996, as part of my effort to protect myself from the satanic attacks [mainly abuse, torture and molestation] and harassment [civil and sexual], with which I was greeted in the Eastern part of United States. I still believed that the attackers had followed me from Canada, but with time, it became clear that most of these attacks were generated by Americans. San Francisco has therefore represented the nation, probably the whole continent in subjecting me to the most gross and the dehumanizing of these abuses since April 1996. San Francisco also offers a haven for the “middlemen” of this violation of the Geneva Conventions.
Every activity in the so-called ‘program’ in the last fourteen years has been intensified against me in San Francisco in fulfillment of one quid pro quo, “Unless you listen to Rites.” It was here in San Francisco that I learned that I was supposed to be homosexual, whether I liked it or not: This was supposed to be one of the main purposes of the medical and social experiments. Thus, unless I become homosexual, then, I would be denied every opportunity in the world, and consequently, I would be killed for rites. Such imposition of quid pro quo harassment now prone into discrimination and exclusion has been the order of the day in my life. I believe that it is for the same reason why my SSI and CAPI Claims, which I discuss later in this letter, are held up and would be denied by San Francisco County Social Workers. I believe that this is not simply wrong, but also, a vicious sexual harassment and discriminatory activity for which the perpetrators must be sanctioned.

Here in San Francisco, I have also learned from General Assistance [ GA] workers that I am a slave and guinea pig: “You were brought here to serve them [Dem or Da mu?],” one said. “You can’t leave. You should remain here and do research,” another quipped, when I indicated to her that I wanted to leave for Washington, DC to protest the programs. So the order is that, until I surrender myself to enslavement, I would continue to be ignored, oppressed and suppressed, and eventually, I would be slaughtered as a sacrifice for “higher interests.” The oppression I now face is said to be enslavement education to re-induct me into my appropriate level in society. I was authoritatively told to watch the Black Americans in the streets and the shelters, because, “you are supposed to be like them. They were supposed to tell you.” “Didn’t they tell you?” I have even been given suggestions as to who claim that they sold or bought me. So I am property of “commercial value” to “enlightened American.” Is this the straw that would do IT? I wish to remind the Commission that in November 2008, just before the election, Speaker Nancy Pelosi led the US Congress to pass a Bill meant to apologize for US slavery and “all its legacies.” I therefore find it insightful, very refreshing indeed, that I would be “captured,” a Ghanaian student on scholarship in another country brought to United States and enslaved in Federal District Nine headed by US Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The interesting aspect of all this is that this sort of degradation and denigration has been supported by those Black/African Americans allegedly seeking revenge against Africans who sold their ancestors into slavery. These include the Black Caucus of the US Congress, Condoleezza Rice and Willie Brown Jr.

The locals in these violations since 1996 have been emboldened by the silence of Washington, DC, a deafening silence, which by itself appears to signal the people that “Washington is with you, do whatever you like to him.” In the Bush era, San Francisco even adopted the President Bush war slogan, “Bring it on,” as a challenge to me in the City’s alleged manhunt for me. This means that San Francisco also adopted the “control agenda” of Condoleezza Rice as requited to Kamala Harris. Over the years, I have made several petitions to the White House and federal departments such as Department of Justice [DOJ] Department of State [DOS] and Homeland Security. But I received no audience. Most of these letters as I understand it have been destroyed on the orders of Nancy Pelosi and Condoleezza Rice or those seeking to appease, placate and protect these culprits. This is because these conspirators and their cohorts obstructed or interfered with my correspondence to gridlock them and to prove that they made me a failure. They get paid for these activities.
Since 1995, I have written to almost every Senator and Representative in Washington, DC [in exception of new entrants], but, I received no positive responses. Most of them did not respond. For those who responded, the most common reply was that, “I am sorry, but you are not in my district.” This included Senator Obama, who further indicated that he deferred to Senator Feinstein “out of respect.” Since becoming President, Mr. Obama allegedly has indicated that about this case, “My priority is America,” a confirmation of Presidents Clinton and Bush own “ignore him” attitude towards me. Unfortunately, my country Ghana’s priority is [also] America.
The word about the leaders’ response is that most of them receive political donations from those involved in the experiments [especially The Gates Foundation], so they would not risk losing such contributions. Cathy Marshall, the Senior Researcher at Microsoft and one of the most crooked architects of this crime and an alleged beneficiary is even said to be a favorite of some of the leaders. Some have also invested in appeasing Black Americans, and hence, they refuse to address the truth of the situation, a gross and reckless human rights violation. “If he was not born here, then, don’t care,” is said to be the secret oath. What of my rights and my life? America does not care.

A few years ago, I wasted about six months filing complaints in the San Mateo office of late Congressman for District twelve Rep. Tom Lantos only to be told by the human rights attaché in that office that the “Congressman could not help you.” Tom Lantos was on the Human Rights Caucus of the Congress, so why could he not help me? From the responses from those in Congress, I have deduced that it might just be true as suggested by the public here in San Francisco that this gross violation of my human rights has been approved by the US Congress, because, I am an immigrant from a region of the world not deemed favorable to United States, I am a sleeping cell, I want to succeed when I am inferior, I am the best candidate for rites, etc. In fact, many people suggested that the Congress might have approved death sentences against me to cover up its lack of acumen in handling this matter. Meanwhile, leaders of my country Ghana are losing sleep trying to build “special bilateral relations” with United States, while Americans oppress Ghanaians. Do they know about the rites and Black American revenge agenda against Africans, including the leaders?

Here in San Francisco, I have filed at least two complaints each in the offices of Speaker Pelosi, Senator Boxer and Senator Feinstein. Speaker Pelosi’s office never responded. As a matter of fact, the official to whom I talked, an elderly man, became furious after reading my letter. He indicated that I was not in any biological warfare programs and the said persecution could not be happening throughout the whole country. I realized how naïve he was, informed only by his boss, Nancy Pelosi. In the offices of both Senators, my complaint files first got lost. I re-filed the complaint and I received the usual response, “We are sorry but the Senator can’t help you.” In response to my last complaint to her office Senator Boxer’s assistants added that “You case is not political. It is legal so you need to look for an attorney.” I believe that I received a similar email message from the Senator’s Washington, DC office. The problem with lawyers on the continent as I have bitterly found out is that they are all tethered to Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice and United States, so most of them refuse to take my cases. So when it comes to who supports these Crimes Against humanity, there appears to be lots of company for the violators, where the slogan is “citizens.” With doctors joining such a continental conspiracy, I find myself to be the only stranger or immigrant of this earth. Even so-called minority and immigrant professionals have been co-opted into this anti-immigrant hate crime to show “loyalty to United States,” as if United States is in desperate search to be loved.

Here in San Francisco I still learned that I am not Ghanaian, but Black America. What? Although, at the same time, I am supposed to be cut off from my country and family in Ghana, because, I caused the slaves to lose their own roots, and I am not Ghanaian? “Nancy Story.” The message that I would lose my country and family is not simply a curse. US government will ensure that that happens to me, with cover-up activities crafted by Condoleezza Rice, the one in charge of the lies to deceive the gullible. She knows my life history, including my “made up’ genealogy. But she is respected for it, because, she makes those who sent her feel great about themselves. This conspiracy to forcibly severe me from my roots flies right in the face of 18 USC 1091 et seq. just as many of the violations. The law is the same as the UN Convention against the Crime of Genocide and Other Cruel or Wicked Treatment and Punishment. I can tell you that everything I have experienced in San Francisco is covered by this Convention.

In San Francisco, I also learned that US officials have indicated that in Africa [where I am not from] I was homeless and poor. For this reason, United States [a la Nancy Pelosi] decided that I should not be allowed to change or improve. As far as these enlightened Americans are concerned, Canada made a terrible epistemological mistake by making stupid Africans such as me [also] to get an education. The duty now falls on United States to get rid of all such inferior people. This is why I should be entrenched in homelessness until some crazy people succeed in killing me here in San Francisco. Of course, if I make any attempt to escape, SFDP and CHP would be sent after me to kill me. I should be here, be a slave, be used for experiments and until the time comes be slaughtered for RITES. Meanwhile pollution with chemicals and prescription drugs would continue. Moreover, I have to be hit with an economic embargo, a policy that has made me destitute beyond reason. I would want a face to face interview with the Commissions and I would bring some pictures about my life here in San Francisco for the empirical evidence of what you might believe to be assertions.

Again, it was in San Francisco that I learned of the involvement of Bill Gates and his Microsoft and Foundation in this crime. I now know that the so-called computer wiz and Senior Researcher at Microsoft Cathy Marshall [a Scandinavian import] leads the Microsoft and US Intelligence involvement and may be part of the reason for the abject poverty I have endured for the last two decades, because, the Microsoft project involves “engineering” me to embrace poverty so that when I am killed, this Cathy Marshall would inherit me and take whatever compensation I would seek. “Poverty” is said to be one of my punishments and the emblem I have to bear for allegedly sympathizing with Black Americans and Natives during my early days in Canada. So why would Condoleezza Rice, Willie Brown Jr. and the rest of the Black American elite deride such a person? Cathy Marshall and Senator Barbara Boxer allegedly supervise this poverty programming. While Cathy Marshall is involved, be warned that there is more to it than meets the eye. She may also be one of those involved with the medication intended to kill me, and particularly, probably, one of those influencing decisions about me at the San Francisco General Hospital. At the moment their dirty work is done by those nurses are coded “lice.” This individual has caused me the most damage by interfering with all my records, to doctor them with intent to alter and steal my identity. This identity theft is already underway with my court cases, internet accounts [email, especially my Google accounts], and I believe my Medi-Cal Claims. I hope that the fraud division of the District Attorney’s office would seriously look into this very serious crime.

I have learned with shock and dismay that United States [WE, that is] has resolved to hold me down here in San Francisco for the “English” to destroy me here in the Bay Area. I assume that the English is Bill Gates or one of the conspirators allied with his organizations. The said Cathy Marshall with support from the government and Microsoft allegedly claims that I am her life time project, so if she does not get to own me, then she would kill me. Mind you, she operates with US intelligence and Black Americans. It has been made clear to me that Bill Gates would be protected to use his money to destroy me. In doing this, he relies on drug firms, doctors and nurses [the weak of will and mind or those in the image and channel with “YOUR”], restaurants and cafeterias, the police and the intelligent agencies of the United States. He has full support of US leaders and politicians to whom he is a major DONOR.

In San Francisco, I further learned that United States [WE] believes that Canada made a terrible mistake offering a fool and subhuman like me a scholarship to study in that country. United States, therefore, sees it as its duty to deprive me of all the knowledge and skills I have acquired, and replace that with what “We” believes to be what I need for my pre-determined level on this earth. The analogy for it was that “We will break down the house you built in Canada and rebuild it.” The new house I am supposed to be is one of poverty, pollution, hunger and starvation, ignorance, diseases, stupidity, homosexuality and “a patient.” I am indeed supposed to be a sickly person, vegetative and useless. Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s signature is on the part of the program, which is supposed to make me an imbecile, a fool, down-syndrome, retarded, slow, “Because, you were faster than ME.

This is to be achieved with prescription drugs, altered foods or substances and social engineering. San Francisco General Hospital and City Clinics as well as grocery store chains have been full participants in aspect of the crime. There is no one in San Francisco who is not aware of these activities against me. This is also supposed to be part of my punishment for being an outstanding student in Canada and for daring to succeed. I have learned that it is a crime for a dark-skinned man from Africa to excel in North America, particularly, in the academia. I have been repeatedly told by members of the public who route for the “Citizen,” that I am supposed to be like rejected and destroyed Black Americans [One half of the so-called “Big Picture.” The other half is that I should be gay, whether I like it or not]. Unless I attain this status, then I would be excluded from every aspect of civilized and meaningful living in San Francisco and in this country. For fifteen years this has been the case, and it worsens each day. I would like to show the Commissions some of the pictures of my life here in San Francisco. I intend to file these pictures with the federal government and the United Nations, for they accurately depict my story.

It was here in San Francisco that I learned that some old and passé women including Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Cathy Marshall, and others, were in competition to see which of them would be able to win my love. The alleged competition is also to see which of these people is the most ‘powerful,’ both politically and satanically. The competitors included gay men and trans-genders. Citizens and immigrants alike have been divided up to give their support to their favorite competitors, who are backed by the government to use unlawful and illegal activities such as drugging, chemical attacks, satanic and electronic attacks, abuse, torture, etc. achieve their goals, namely to “control and own me.” This evil activity was instituted in this country against me while I was still in Canada studying. I will fully address this type of sexual and satanic harassment in publications soon to appear at my blogs and in my report to the United Nations. However, there is one aspect of this type of violence, which involved drugging, manipulation and harassment that I would like to further explain here due to its destructive character and intent.

I have learned in San Francisco that each of the violating candidates have decided that I should resemble them, in bio-physiological, psychological and behavioral terms. The one who could most succeed for me to take his or her habits, or share in his or her biological make up wins the so-called competition. Since I share no natural or social relations with these people, the only way they could achieve such evil altered nature for me is to use drugs, chemicals and social engineering, as well as voodoo, witchcraft and satanic activities to manipulate my behavior. For instance, those who use street drugs such as cocaine and heroine have ensured that whenever they have the opportunity, they would doctor my food with such drugs to make me addicted to such drugs. Those who use tobacco and alcohol do the same. Those who are gay predict that they could dehydrate me of seamen through drugs and altered foods. Some want me to develop asthma, heart diseases, high blood pressure, migraine, etc., which they have to justify how closely related they have become to me.

The most astonishing revealing to date about this particular violation is that these people have been able to convince doctors and nurses to inject me with drugs high in the toxins found in these dangerous ad destructive drugs. As I write I suspect that alcohol has been used as part of my injections at the San Francisco General Hospital since 2003. The public in San Francisco believes that the reason for this increased alcohol poisoning is that leaders want me to choose the “alcoholic,” among the competitors, and thus become a failure as expected in their prediction. This is a clear example of the fact that the leaders and citizens alike do not as yet care about the nature of crimes they have committed against me, but, indeed, wish to use these dangerous means to shorten or destroy my life. The internal damage done to me as a result of this regimen of drugging and chemical attacks since 1985 is currently irreparable. The news is that San Francisco has helped with such destructive activity for the last fifteen years, because, this society decided that I should be eliminated.

I petition the Commissions to use this claim of the use of drugs, tobacco, alcohol, toxins and others to manipulate my behavior as one of the leads for investigation in this matter. The fact is that the ‘love competition’ was the cognate thrown at the gullible citizen as these evil people turned me into a useless guinea pig to make profits. The slaving and injurious content of such an activity calls for felony charges against all of those involved in such criminal pranks. The federal government has indicated through its posture that it has approved all the measures aimed at destroying me. From President Reagan to President Obama, there has been an executive indifference which appears to have quietly signaled the violators to continue to the crime. One reason for this is that US leaders now deem me “public property,” an injurious characterization for which legal action is the direct consequence.

Not only was I allegedly “brought here to serve, da mu or dem,” but also, I am here for Americans to take advantage of me. This is said to have been decided by the “leadership,” the same entity that ordered that I have no right to love a woman, because, “you are unfit, too ugly and too inferior to sleep with ME.” The policy that Americans should take advantage of me has led to a regimen of corrupt and fraudulent activities against me, interferences and obstruction in everyone of my efforts to ensure that “you would not shine.” The fraud and obstruction began with my immigration cases, where San Francisco and California politicians allegedly supported by Congress and US operatives prevented my case from being heard in the normal judicial process at the INS/CIS. In the end, I was denied asylum, and the subsequent appeal with decisions allegedly were issued people selected by Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice and Cathy Marshall. Not even the White House or the Congressional Immigration Committee would intervene to stop these reckless and nefarious obstructions. Of course, the interferences were meant to prevent me from gaining my freedom from the biological warfare and eugenics activities commissioned against me. Although the final decision of the INS/CIS was that I should return to Canada, these conspirators led by US have re-intervened with the process I began with the Canadian immigration with intent to leave me here in a limbo, because, “you are on the list.” Leaders of Canada and Ghana are alleged to have been told that either I am dead or I have been deported, as Rice and Pelosi deputies look for and destroy all official documents on me. I believe that reality is about to catch up to some people.

The “list” in the last paragraph refers to the assassination roster prepared for those of us, particularly, dark-skinned people [Africans and those from the Indian Continent] despised by the citizens [as a sleeping cell waiting to happen, especially after 9/11, while I wail for the rude interference and obstruction of my professional career]. In my case, San Francisco leads the attack with another policy, “The Rodent Elimination Policy,” by which the city subliminally targets ‘undesired immigrants’ with prostitutes in order to infect them with HIV/AIDS or mug and eliminate them. This sounds like a wide accusation, but in the reign of Mayor Newsom and District Attorney Harris, I in particular have been informed of all targeting activities against me by the City. District Attorney Kamala Harris herself has been a veteran of this case against me since 2000, when she was allegedly appointed by Condoleezza Rice to deputize for her in latter’s loved “control activities against me,” when she joined the Bush campaign. When she returned early 2009, I was warned that now that she had achieved all she wanted to achieve, including destroying my own life and career, she was back in the Bay Area to kill me. Either this killing plan is her direct plan or the plan of those who use her image to conceal their attacks on me, the worsening health and financial problems I have faced since December 2009 speak well of the plan underway.

In San Francisco, Nancy Pelosi is Condoleezza Rice and the latter is the former.
The District Attorney Kamala Harris may be one of the leading so-called “brown people” who believe that with a brown-skinned President, they have “one of us in the White House,” to suppress me and prove that I am indeed, inferior, and I have no support in this case. “One of us,” is still open to interpretation, however. The ‘brown peoples’ superiority” has been part of this case since I was in Canada. This is why Senator Boxer organized all Asian immigrants to support RITES and African Americans, and why “Bay Area” obstructed my immigration case here in San Francisco. Here was one example of Black American revenge and supremacists rejection. “We would not grant you asylum, but we would no allow you to leave. If you try to leave, WE would send the California Highway Police [CHP] to follow you and kill you.” This is another insightful and refreshing reminder of the sort of danger I face in San Francisco and United States. Law enforcement leaders and operatives are the ones masterminding this anti-immigrant pro gay hate crime.
Here in San Francisco, I was supposed to know ME, EYE, IT, YOU, THEY, THERE, HERE, etc. or face the death penalty. If I do not know these identities, then, the “leadership” has ordered that I should be disrespected, harassed, violated and even killed. I also learned that “you were brought here to wait for ME.” With regard to why these conspirators interfere with and take all monies coming to me, including that from court cases, I learned from the public [citizens] that “You are saving for ME.” In fact many citizens have admitted that “All of this is about ME.” The fact is that I know no entity called ME and I am not interested in any entity called ME. I will therefore find and destroy this entity, ME, who appears to have been responsible for destroying my life. I do hope that these Commissions would help me in this effort and forward petitions to Governor Schwarzenegger and President Obama denouncing these regressive activities and to get this entity and the whole program out of my life.

Moreover, I do not know any of these entities coded “Yedin,” “Gye di,” ‘There,” “Here,” “Dream” [Dae], or any of those known by these or other similar unintelligible accolades and gibberish. If they were real and acting legally, they would use real and legally cognizable names and identities to make it easier for me to identify and sue the specific violators. I have busted United States in a very serious criminal human rights violation. The attempt by leadership of this country to choose “winners” and “losers” was overdone when they extended such hateful and discriminatory activity to a foreigner in another country. The point is that United States does not have the right to choose winners and losers in this life. [See The First Amendment and the idea of inherent rights]. This is what I want San Francisco to understand. San Francisco role in helping an evil program must be ended. I believe that all people have inherent right to succeed and to be happy. The US Constitution clearly provisions that the government does not grant these rights and cannot take them [except in case of rare circumstances] without redress.

Just as it has no divine role to decide winners and losers, United States has no right earthly or otherwise, to determine my gender or assign me sexual orientation. This reckless and callous act so wantonly inflicted as “program,” flies in the face of commonsense, political prudence, civilized life just as it impugns my sovereign individuality. Ironically, gays and homosexuals who fought for their rights to individuality invoking the First and the Ninth Amendments are said to be among the innovators of this program to deny me my individuality. This is how quickly people forget history. I intend to sue United States and the principal characters in this case invoking the Geneva Conventions. Many have queried why I came to this country to suffer this horrible fate. What they do not know is that US mercenaries attacked me in Canada and pushed me down here with intent to complete the job. The people are known to include Willie Brown Jr., Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall, Katherine Crier, Lynne Russell [formerly of CNN], etc. I understand that citizens here respect these people and hold them in high esteem. The truth however is that these people are not good people. As far as I am concerned, they are all criminal human rights violators. May I therefore petition San Francisco to cease its support for these criminals, if it still upholds the principles of human and immigrant rights?

The leadership of this country has indicated to me that it does not believe in ‘human rights,” because, it rhymes and tends to confuse the ignoble practice of “human rites,” which this country rather regressively practices and for which I was ultimately targeted. This would be one of the main complaints I will bring against United States. I would like to appeal to these Commissions to petition the leadership of this city to discourage its police and other agencies from being used to pursue these nefarious and regressive ends. Citizens could be too gullible and therefore vulnerable to these instigations and incitements. It is therefore the obligation of a civilized city to educate its citizens to refrain these bad suggestions that come from bad, cruel and wicked leadership. Nobody has the right to take or keep slaves in this country, state or city and county. Any such act or even insinuation thereof must be totally and absolutely condemned. I believe that these Commissions are up to this task.

In San Francisco, I am the principal target for sexual harassment from homosexuals, heterosexuals and prostitutes. These activities are planned by followers of Nancy Pelosi, Cathy Marshall, Senator Barbara Boxer and District Attorney Kamala Harris. The story is that these people claimed that they were prostitutes and channeled some girls to come to me when I was in Canada. This is why I owe them, or the entity known as ME. I intend to fully describe this aspect of the crime in an upcoming publication and in the sexual harassment chapter in my report on the case to the United Nations. Suffice it for now that the suggestion that people of the said caliber would go so low to organize such urban insurgency against me, with no other purpose than that of destroying me is beyond reason. Senator Barbara Boxer with her minorities [Asians, Latinos and people of mixed races] appear to hold fort for the principal homosexual conspirator in the case. Hence, if I speak to people from this category, then, it has to be assumed that I have been charmed by Senator Boxer to seek either a prostitute or a gay partner. If you have visited San Francisco and the Bay Area, then you would know that majority of the people in the cities, especially, San Francisco County, fall into this bracket. This is how I perennially have been tagged “gay” and a “John” in San Francisco, an ode penned by Cathy Marshall and US Intelligence for Nancy Pelosi.

I will fully describe the sexual harassment aspect of this crime in two upcoming publications at my blogs and as a chapter in the report to the United Nations. It would shock the conscience of every civilized people elsewhere to know the type of treatment I continue to receive from the public in honor of the conspirators. Some of these conspirators, particularly, the homosexuals from the Bay Area and San Francisco actually believe that they have the right to harass, molest and torture, and in fact me to be homosexual. If I refuse, they have mandate to frame me up or even kill me. Those prostitutes who claim to do their trade in honor of Nancy Pelosi behave similarly towards me. Unfortunately, most of them do not know that they are mere baits, traps set to catch the African and kill him like the rest of them. This appears to be the enemy’s last strategy to trap and kill me in order to cover up the crime and the corruption thus far committed against me.

I would like, nevertheless, to provide more information about corruption and fraud with which I have been targeted me in San Francisco, and the implications thereof. Thus far, the conspirators or organized crime led by Nancy Pelosi, Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall and US Intelligence [NSO, CIA] have interfered and stolen four court cases from me in the courts in San Francisco. Three of these took place in state courts and one in federal courts. I have taken at least two of these to the Supreme Court of the United States to no avail. Details of these cases would stun every conscientious person, and may take too much space to narrate here. But, I would like to briefly describe one of these cases to show the Commissions that I am not making mere assertions.

This was the Ohene Boakye-Yiadom versus California and the City and County of San Francisco that I began from the Superior Court in 2002. The case began with a deputy attack against me [an attack allegedly ordered by either Nancy Pelosi or Willie Brown Jr. or both intended to reinforce the “shut up” fatoa imposed on me] at the premises of the Superior Court at McAllister, while I was on my way to the Court to check on the status of a couple of cases, which I had filed against the City and the Episcopal Community for the robbery of my documents meant for publication as books. The attack began with a deputy Tuassossoppo and joined by four other deputies. I was falsely arrested and sent to jail. On reaching the jail, I was further attacked by nine deputies in what appeared to have been an assassination attempt on me. I have fully described this in court papers and at my websites. I was stripped searched and manhandled by these officers. With a hogtie hold and batons under my neck and pressure on my back, only my wit, which informed me from not going into a struggle with the nine men saved my life. I would have ended up in a coma, strangled. I was placed on a deceptive suicide watch the whole night, as I stood in the nude. I experienced torture and molestation the whole night.

As if that was not enough, the following morning upon a set up that “You are still angry,” I was taken to the psychiatry department of the San Francisco General Hospital, where I was mis-diagnosed as “delusional,” “danger to the public,” among others. During the three-day stay in this ‘Jail annex of the hospital,’ I was drugged with psychiatric prescription, apparently, with intent not simply to mess me up, but, to put me to sleep. When I was arraigned on the fourth day at the Superior Court of California [Criminal Division 15], I had already been given a criminal record, the date and details of which contradict what actually happened in my case. The Judge, Office of the District Attorney and Office of the Public Defender conspired and fixed me with an “alternative punishment,’ which suggested that I had agreed that I did wrong. Here I was, knowing that I was wrongfully battered, molested and drugged, etc., now I have been fixed with self-incrimination, denied due process, etc. by tortfeasors, because, I am an immigrant from a disfavored region of the world [Africa], I am from the wrong race and I was not born here, so I had to be fixed with the record of a Black American. This was why Black Americans themselves would say “You are being punished for the crimes of those who were here before you.” “He was not born here,” or “He is a slave,” because, “He is to dark!”
I sued the State and the City and County of San Francisco at the Superior Court of California. The case went all the way to the Supreme Court of California. I represented myself all through, because, “lawyers are on the side of the system,” and have been told not to take my cases. “They are helping ME take advantage of you.” Even though I should have won the case at the default stage when lawyers of the State and the City failed to respond to my summons, I was denied such judgment by at least three Judges at the Superior Court. A judge disqualified refused to vacate the case, and issued judgments in violation of the disqualification codes. He was an openly-gay Judge. Would I be wrong therefore to assume that he held fort for gays and their leader Nancy Pelosi, the principal character in this libel, slander and character assassination? From this stage, the issuance of judgments and decision on the case became free for all; deputy clerks, media people, lawyers in the city, the State Department of Justice , the City Attorneys office, politicians and US operatives conspired, not simply to obstruct justice, but from what I hear to win the case for themselves. A fellow by name Robert Bonta, an alleged US agent from Fresno, led most of this onslaught as “Deputy City Attorney” of San Francisco.

Some of the decisions were allegedly issued by District Attorney Kamala Harris and the Supreme Court decision with the stamp of Justice Moreno was allegedly issued by Mr. Willie Brown Jr., the alleged lead obstructionist [second only to Nancy Pelosi, the principal violator. It has been suggested that to hide her identity Speaker Nancy Pelosi at times masquerades as Willie Brown Jr. Can you wonder what she wants in life?]. Due to the criminal activities in the case, I served both the Attorney General of the State and the District Attorney with copies of my petition to the Supreme Court of California. I informed Mayor Newsome and Governor Schwarzenegger, the California Judicial Commission, The Committee of Judiciary at the California Assembly, etc. None of these organizations or individuals cared. I took the matter to the US Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of United States where I was refused a hearing. Now, I would like to invoke the “Universal Jurisdiction” and re-filed these cases under the Convention against Cruel, Wicked and Inhuman Treatment or Punishment. This is just a gist of one of the cases for which I have been exploited in San Francisco and for which I have been placed on death lists, because, in this case, “organized crime” is de facto color of law conspiracy.

Did this happen to me, because I am a slave, I was not born here, I am US enemy, I refuse to be homosexual, or I am protesting the medical experiments and ruination programs imposed on me by this society? Would a Black American at my level suffer this denigration in this day and age without thirteen percent of the population being up in arms? Do I have a just cause? What’s my recourse, if Americans have elected to destroy me, because, they do not like people like me? Can I stop the Nancy Pelosi machinery, or the Bill Gates’ organization? Can I stop neo-Nazis?
Altogether, I have been “shaken down” several millions of dollars in these cases, but US authorities have turned deaf ears to my petitions, because, the conspiracy is under color of law [18 USC 241-242, 1960 et seq.]. You can tell that I intend to revoke these cases in the meaning of the Cruel Treatment Convention in a court with the ‘Universal Jurisdiction.” Due to these frauds and interferences with my life, I presently have no IDENTITY CARD, which seems to be the last straw these criminals want use to break my back. This is because without a CURRENT IDENTITY CARD, I have been prevented from accessing City/County and State Services, which even immigrants in my situation, are allowed to access. Soon, I will explain my problems with the SSIP, CAPI and MEDI-CAL programs with the County Department of Human Services, the most immediate trigger for this complaint.

I have been denied these services, because, the conspirators in this crime who track and stalk me in every one of my activities, and whose goal is to make me drop dead from diseases and starvation [if they could not gun me down, mug me or run over me with a car, etc.], are officially sponsored. This tracking to interfere and obstruct my activities is led by Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall and other US Intelligence Agents, according to the grapevine here in San Francisco. The main QUID PRO QUOS are that until I become “a patient” [seriously and permanently damaged sick person], homosexual, a slave, etc. and stop protesting these gross violations of my human rights [“keep quiet”], then, I do not deserve to be given BENEFITS, and I do not have the right to be heard. Even the kidney and heart failures with which I was recently diagnosed are not “disabling” enough for these wicked and cruel people, such as Nancy Pelosi, who cowardly masquerades as every fool on this earth, but herself. I should be bed-ridded, vegetative, before the system acknowledges that I am disabled. This is why even though I was diagnosed with disability arising from the “programs,” the SSA since 1997 has denied my claims for benefits. This also explains why this crime was not stopped in 1994, when it was exposed in Canada: Nancy Pelosi!

The American ‘leadership’ allegedly decided that I had not been punished enough, and that I had not sufficiently suffered personal injuries or being damaged, and therefore, the ‘program,’ must continue. Suffering severe personal injuries or damage would get those who allegedly invested in me on a 50-50 sharing holding program more money. Named among these criminal violators are Condoleezza Rice and Katherine Crier, formerly of CNN, those seeking their “share” in percentage for unlawfully and illegally holding me down with a program of abuse and torture, but, which they refer to as “investments.” It would appear to me as if since 1996, San Francisco has been committing this crime for these people who must be in jail right now. Even at this stage where my heart has slowed [from drug and chemical attacks] and where I am in the last stage of kidney failure, these outlaws and the leadership do not believe that I have suffered enough irreparable personal injury. You would not contend it, therefore, would you, if I tell you that these people are among those using nurses at the San Francisco General hospital to administer illegal injections with the hope that such injections mixed with my prescription drugs [much of it duplicated] would create “complications” and then a Michael Jackson-type fate? The said illegal injections target my genitals, heart, rib-cage, nerves and joints. I have suffered severe impact in recent weeks since I suspected such ongoing.

For the last six years or longer, I have had an SSIP claim with the County Department of Human Service here in San Francisco, because, I have not been able to present the GREEN CARD, which the Worker demanded. Is the Green Card not a FEDERAL requirement? In trying to help me solve my so-called “immigration Problems” in order to get the GREEN CARD in order to get the SSIP, the Worker GREG, decided to hand me over my case to the Homeless Advocacy Project [HAP] against my protestation. HAP gridlocked the effort, predictably, because, the head of that outfit, one Ms. RAMONA is a lawyer and one of those in the conspiracy here in San Francisco used to thwart and obstruct my efforts to be an independent and successful life. While this is not a discourse on this lady, let me still suffice it with the fact that Ms. Ramona used her position to prevent a volunteer attorney from helping me with my immigration case as far back as 1997. She also denied me voluntary services from HAP, sending one of her assistants to tell me that “We have been told not to help you.” Was that “WE?

Not surprisingly, Ms. Ramona falls with one of the ethnicities and professions, which the enemy coded ‘BA” for Bay Area uses against me everyday. “BA” stands for both “Bay Area” and ‘Black Americans” in this conspiracy against me. Am I surprised that Supremacists and Black Panthers found a consensus to maim and suppress me her in San Francisco? It would not surprise me then that those at SSIP and HAP conspired not to give me the BENEFIT, because, I did not have GREEN CARD and “YOU WERE NOT BORN HERE, but also, that the so-called investors prominently represented by Condoleezza Rice [A “Minute woman” against Africans] with his brother Willie Brown Jr. [container or so framed to cover up for the real criminal] obstructed the process. The belief right here in San Francisco is that these people are doing the same thing right now, because, the Bas do not believe that I have the right to succeed or even to be happy. As far as they are concerned, I am a slave, bought and owned by the government of this country for its citizens to make money off me. For this reason, I have no right to get rich, work or get benefits with more than minimal amount.

The only benefit I was allowed General Assistance [GA]. I was told by G.A. workers that I was given GA because I was being used for research and experiments. If I protest, then the GA would be cut. This was exactly what happened in 2005 or 2006. I will be able to provide at least a couple of names of workers to this effect. Even one of them suggested that “you were brought here to serve.” Think of the shock and awe, the psychological and emotional damage I suffered when I heard these words! Consider the wisdom in placing a person with my capability, a holder of a Masters Degree, an LLB enrollee and prospective doctoral student in a destructive program and then place the person on Welfare with baby stipends, and then, tell him to “go to hell,” because, he is a failure. Those who complain of “taxpayers,’ money from such programs going to people like me forget that these are programs to destroy such victims or for Americans to take advantage of such people. I wish [also] to remind such people this is the “taxpayers’ crime,” and the ‘taxpayers,’ by law, are required to pay for their crimes. Moreover, I would rather be working and receiving six to seven figure salaries than to be some ‘taxpayer’s slave or guinea pig. The taxpayer must be assured that I intend to sue, come what may.

In my particular case, I was placed in such a program for those who claimed to have invested [ capitalists] in me to “make profit off him,” and for those who have contracts to kill me [mercenaries and assassins] to ensure that I am placed in harm’s way [such as homelessness] where my vulnerability to attacks would and has accentuated. Some of the people leading this thing are Professors, politicians, doctors and lawyers; tortfeasors! The former Mayor of San Francisco Mr. Willie Brown Jr., Mayor Gavin Newsome, former US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, US Senator for California Barbara Boxer and the queen herself, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, have been mentioned as some of these people. They operate through some members of the police [including CHP], US intelligence agents and other federal bureaucrat, gangs and a cross-section of the public. Greg and Ramona [lawyers] mentioned above arguably helped these people when they refused or obstructed my applications and claims. They implemented an official criminal policy against me.

As of now, I have Medi-Cal and Cash Assistance Program [CAPI] applications pending in both State and City Departments of Human Services. From the little I know thus far, I have temporary approval for the Medi-Cal, because, “the doctors have to get paid.’ The problem I see is that there has been interference with these applications by those who want to deny me treatment or want to use the dialysis treatment at the General Hospital to murder me. Worse still, I have discovered an attempt of fraud in the processing of my application, because, my address has been changed to an address in Sherman Oaks, California. This could be a mere mistake, except that I am a target of such frauds [even my immigration and hospital records have been doctored], and as such, I would want an investigation to be conducted into the matter to determine those behind these crimes and what appropriate punishment to give them. Furthermore, the request by the CAPI worker [Ms. Mimi Choi] that I should present a GREEN CARD to qualify for the CAPI appears to contradict the objective of the program, namely assistance for those who could not qualify for SSI due to their immigration status, or some sort of institutional obstruction, such as obvious in my case. I see where Ms. Mimi Choi’s hands may be tied. But does such obstruction and interferences not call for an investigation? Are there individuals, groups, or organizations too powerful to be investigated for such heinous violations?

I am currently in a dialysis treatment, a high risk treatment in itself, which is highly vulnerable to interference by the mercenaries some of who believe that they are too powerful to be caught by an immigrant from Africa for human rights violations the nature committed against me. Along with my dialysis treatment and medication, I am expected to follow a very rigid dieting program in order to respond well to the treatment. But due to lack of accommodation and money, I have not been able to follow the dieting program. This is not helping my blood pressure, which in turn does not help the kidney treatment. Doctors suspicious of this impending danger have advised me to opt for the ‘independent dialysis program.” But due to my lack of accommodation, I have not been able as yet to do that. With the CAPI approval, I would be able to make such necessary changes.

During the psychological interview for my SSIP claim about four years ago, the doctor asked me this question: “What would be the first thing you would do if your claim is approved.” I said I would find accommodation, and get out of the harm’s way. This answer was said to be one of the reasons for the denial, because, the conspirators believe that I should die in the streets or buy sex with the money so that they could entrap me either with homosexual prostitutes, infect me with HIV, or use the police or ‘angels’ to entrap and mug me, as they are alleged often to do to Africans. Finding accommodation would mean that I would not fall into their traps. The hunt for me and other Africans immigrants in this City and area by so-called CITIZENS for reasons I cannot fully explain here for lack of time and space is no news in San Francisco. I hope that the Commission would proactively pursue these issues with a purpose of identifying and rectifying San Francisco’ role in these human rights crimes committed against me due to my African origin and immigrant status. I wish to convey to the leadership that I am a fully grown and mature adult, full-blooded human being whose rights have been recklessly violated by criminals, racists and haters against who I demand justice.

Could I use the shelters for safety and my independent dialysis? No. First, shelters were where I was supposed to be “baby sat” by the “mistress” and the “nurse” for the program. This was where part of the “enslavement education” and “impoverishment training” was to take place. The leadership has therefore ensured that people who go to the shelters [mostly Black, addicts, gays, etc] are instigated against me. It is a goal of the “program” that I would become like these people, although I do not fit among them, because, I am of a different socialization from what these people have. I am a double professional: A Certificated Teacher and an International Relations expert. I therefore face extreme hostility and harassment among these people. But the “leadership” that refuses to let me leave because it believes that I should be forced among that crowd, because, after all, US Intelligence has disclosed that I have been homeless all my life. I need not think about improving my life, because, America would not allow me. I have no right to improve my life.

Africans teachers may not be the best paid people in the world. Still every teacher has enough to rent rooms of flats for themselves and their families. The hint here is that the so-called leadership still maintains that I am Black American and I have to be owned, and be prevented from realizing my full potential. Is this what San Francisco supports? Do these Commissions approve of words and concepts such ‘slave,’ ‘enslavement education,’ ‘rites,’ ‘shake down,’ and those who aspire to these ignoble practices? If the two Commissions reject these notions and practices, then, please, I petition their leaders to act now on this case, because, too much irreparable damage has been done. Those who invested in me, to destroy me and get paid for it must be caught right now and brought to justice. I know none of these people, I have no agreements or contracts with these criminals and I have no affection for them. All such insinuations were meant to deceive the gullible public.
Moreover, in the shelters, I suffered severe chemical and gas attacks apparently administered by the monitors. The worst of these attacks took place at the Episcopal Sanctuary in the 1990s. At a certain point, I made several reports about these attacks to Lt. Dedet [Criminal Investigation] at the SFDP. He indicated to me that until I catch those doing these attacks in the act, my reports could not be investigated, for lack of “evidence.” I have suffered these attacks in most shelters in which I spent a night. For the past four three years or so, I huddle up in a cafeteria at Third Street and King Street [near the Ball Park], where until I got severely sick December 2009, I helped the night manager just so I could spend the night there. Other homeless people hang around there too. But Black Americans among them are very hostile to me. One of them is called TIM. The whole public here in San Francisco knows that whenever I fall asleep in the night TIM would come around and spray this chemical or gas on me. As I write, I am reeling from the most recent bouts of such chemical attack, which took place around Tuesday and Wednesday, April 13-14, 2010. The public believes that TIM has been doing this for over a year, paid to do it by CITIZENS, knights and panthers. Is it then an anti-immigrant attack, a hate crime, human rights violation, or all the above? I intend to make these same reports to federal authorities in San Francisco and Washington, DC, as well as the United Nations.

The question is who sends TIM? Again, public information indicates that the sender is “The City,” “The Township,” “The Police,” “Night,” etc. All this sums up to be the government. So the United States government led by Nancy Pelosi and Condoleezza Rice [the main cover up] with help from the police and US intelligence agents [led by Cathy Marshall] have been waging actual chemical warfare against me for over twenty years. In this war, they operate with Bill Gates’ organizations, drug firms and hospitals, African Americans and deviant social organizations. Now, they even pay a homeless person to spray this chemical on me as citizens look on without a challenge. I have sworn that the day I would catch that guy [TIM] in the act, one of us would end up in the hospital. I petition the Commissions to refer this criminal activity to the SFDP for investigation, because, the belief is that TIM, in fact, is NANCY PELOSI or the CITY [Another Condoleezza Rice codename].

The most direct impact of this chemical attack is the “slowing of my hear pumping,” which was among the diagnoses I was given at the san Francisco General Hospital and for which I am still in intensive drug treatment. You could imagine then how the recent attack has worsened my situation. In addition to this, I have suffered several internal, eye and nerve injuries from these chemical attacks. My whole respiratory system has been adversely affected. Still, the enemy has followed me to the hospital seeking clinical execution from the doctors and nurses, according to the public, with prodding from Senator Boxer, because most of the nurses recruited to hurt me are either minority or brown-skinned, or feminists. I petition the Commissions to take this matter with the hospital administration and remind them of the ethics of their own profession even if they do not respect my human rights.
After my first admission to the hospital in November 2003 and an outpatient thereafter, I believe my situation worsened due to malpractice [suspicious procedures, prescription, treatment with intravenous injections and other injections, etc], I wrote to the hospital administration that I believed that San Francisco General Hospital had participated in the ongoing medical experiments and conspiracy to destroy me with chemicals and medication, which began on this continent in 1985. US intelligence, politicians and Bill Gates’ organization joined the attack in Canada in the 1980s. The hospital administration denied any such role by its doctors and nurses. Very soon, I will be reporting of what I believe to be evidence of such a role and the moral and legal obligations of the hospital and the San Francisco should bear. If doctors cannot make a sick person well, they should not make him sicker. I travelled tens of thousands of miles to get an education to improve my life and that of my family, and therefore, taking advantage of me, with the view that society could be incited not to sympathize with me, because, I am black and therefore a slave, I am from Africa and therefore could be mistreated, etc., violates the principles of all civilized societies, all human rights laws and standards of all modern societies, including even those San Francisco and California.

The SSA and California Welfare and Institutions Act have humanitarian considerations in them, to which I have pleaded in vain. The legislative intent of the latter seeks to prevent victims from being held in the same situations [abeyance], which created their problems in the first place. The California UNHUR CODES definitely proscribes all cruel and wicked treatment, or even punishment and all human rights violations. Unfortunately, interferences and obstructions in my life and in these claims that I filed here in San Francisco reflect a lack of concern for these humanitarian concerns of the Acts and Statutes. I wish to appeal to the Commissions to advice the service delivery agencies in San Francisco to cease their participation in these reckless and callous activities, which subject me to cruel and wicked people, because such activities violate my human rights in the meaning of every known human rights law.

So what specifically do I want the Commissions on Human Rights and Immigrant Rights to do for me at this point? I have two sets of petitions:

1. I petition the Commissions to promptly and thoroughly investigate, with the help of the District Attorney’s Office [ due to fraud and other criminal activities in the case] to San Francisco’s role in this Crimes Against Humanity committed against me since 1985, but, particularly, since April 1996.

2. These investigations should culminate in a decision as to what San Francisco wants to do with its participation in such War Crimes to determine San Francisco’s obligations in the meaning of the Geneva Conventions.

3. San Francisco must be prepared to reveal who its associates have been in this case [Federal or California governments, Bill Gates and his organizations, politicians, etc.] I look forward to a meeting with members of these commissions for further discussion or information on this crucial matter.

4. A. I petition the Commissions to investigate the matter of the cases stolen from me from State Courts in this City, because, I intend to take these matters to the Supreme Court of the United States or any international court of justice, where San Francisco may become an issue.

b. Following my false arrest by deputies at the Superior Court on McAllister Street in San Francisco in 1999, the SFDP imposed a the ‘Police Rap” of another person [most likely a Black American] on me, allegedly, as “punishment.” The said “rap sheet” is said to have been distributed system-wide, intentionally to destroy me. My suit against California and San Francisco was partly based on the imposition of this false report. I would like the Commissions and the Police Commission to look into this matter, because, the report still exits [The courts have refused to grant my petition to remove it, making the said punishment, “cruel and wicked.” San Franciscans believe that those who ordered the “punishment” attack on me {Nancy Pelosi? Willie Brown Jr.?} insist on keeping that the false report against me must remain for the rest of my life.

c. I further petition the Commissions to look into my allegation of attempted murder by the deputies when they took me to the jail house that November in 1999, because, when I invoke the “Universal Jurisdiction” against San Francisco, I will bring up these issues.

5. This a Hitler-like crime was sold to Americans on stories such as “He owes ME,” the justification for Americans to steal and confiscate all my acquisitions; peonage. Lately, the talk is that “He is registered to WA in an insurance policy,” “He has been auctioned,” etc., the disrespectful reference to enslavement or its legacies. These are some of the reasons why I should be denied all economic opportunity, or else, I would break free. I petition the Commissions and the County Attorney’s Office to look into these matters by questioning all likely conspirators.

6. Apart from the National Program, which began in the 1980s when I was a student in Canada, since the 1990, according to citizens of San Francisco, there has been a California’s own program called California Feed Program or CALFEE in which I am allegedly forcibly placed, most likely, at the insistence of Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi or Cathy Marshall and Microsoft [The Gates Foundation teams up with Nancy
Pelosi and Medical facilities to implement this evil deed for profit, I am told]. So, I am in a California program, apparently, of destruction, but, I do not qualify for California benefits, because, I do not have a GREEN CARD. I petition the Commissions to investigate this CALFEE matter, determine who are involved and the nature of the crimes they have committed.

B:

1.I petition the Commissions to immediately advise the office of the Mayor to promptly stop all City and County Departments, particularly, Human Services, The Police and Sheriff Departments, The San Francisco General Hospital and City Clinics, to from participation in this Crime of Genocide against me and my family, whether these are chemical and drugging attacks, peonage and enslavement activities, civil, sexual and ritual harassment, fraud and forgery [such as documents and record doctoring, signature theft, etc], obstruction and interferences in service delivery, etc.

2. I petition the Commission to advise these departments and institutions to divulge the legally cognizable identities of those entities that hired them, interfered or obstructed my relations with such departments, and the specific requests such entities made. This would include identities of those using code names such as YOWA, EYE, HERE, SAME, RITES, DA, DAE [DREAM], ETC.

3. With reference to CAPI and SSIP, I petition the Commission to quiz the workers involved to see whether there have been conspiracies to deny me the benefits as part of some “exclusionist” or discriminatory policy that is based on my origin, or any such clearly identifiable insular or physical characteristic. This would be a violation of the UNHUR Codes and the Welfare and Institutions Act, the Social Security Act and 42 USC. I know there are people who want me to starve to death. These are the same people who have approached doctors and nurses to use drugs and medical procedures to kill me. It would help; therefore, for the fraud division of the County Attorney’s Office to delve into the Medi-Cal, SSIP and CAPI fraud, because, those would provide the link to the people seeking to murder me through the hospital.

4. A. In all these instances, I petition the Commissions or other investigating bodies to determine whether the QUID PRO QUO elements I have discussed [Such as “unless you become homosexual, unless you become a slave, unless you become a fool, unless you cease trying to succeed, etc.”] have played a role in how City and County Departments and the general public [citizens] have treated me.

b. One of the most credible statements I have heard uttered recently about why I have been refused claims and benefits involving cash is that “otherwise he would not do the program.” I would like to petition the Commissions and the fraud division of the County Attorney’s office to investigate whether I have been refused CAPI, and SSIP, because, the State, County or City officials or their cohorts intend to enslave me forever in the “program,” a senseless human rights violation.

c. In the same vein, but with regard to the General Hospital and other City outfits chasing me with prescription and street drugs, the statement I have heard recently made to justify this reckless act is that “Otherwise, ME would not get paid.” I would like to petition the Commissions and the District Attorney’s Office to follow such tips to investigate the General Hospital’s involvement in this crime, because, this addresses the peonage intent of this callous crime, and those thus caught must be punished as severely as recommended by law.

d. When I hear that ‘guys’ have been leading these interferences and attacks lately, could the Commissions determine who are these ‘guys’ and what may be their purposes.

5.I am not simply the target of scorn, gay jokes and harassment, ritual attacks, torture and molestation from the general public, but also, from immigrants, particularly, those who claim to be ‘brown-skinned’ [minorities] who are led by Senator Boxer, Condoleezza and Kamala Harris as I have indicated elsewhere in this complaint. The bad news for the “Citizens,” nevertheless, is that the “minorities” are said to be “helping “RITES.” This then is the key to grasping the central issue in this case. I petition the Commissions to find out the legal identity of “RITES,” and how minorities [including immigrants] from Asia and Latin America and those of mixed race backgrounds] have been co-opted into this Crime against Humanity in the interest of the said “RITES.”

6. The alleged request for doctors to kill me or use drugs to castrate me, etc., is said to be based on Citizens’ complaint that I have been sleeping with other peoples’ wives here in San Francisco. I petition the Commissions to look into this framed up allegation [STORY], reminding the Commission that United States gave me the same charge in Canada [that I was sleeping with the wife of a white professor, who was a professor herself] in order to get professors on this Continent instigated against me, and hence, destroy my career pursuits [The truth is that this was a cover up for the violators who are professors, and the neo-Nazi plot to derail my academic achievements]. This is said to be one of the reasons why my petitions to Washington and leaders of Ghana have received no sympathetic hearing. Therefore, the Commissions should insist on getting the evidence for such an activity from Nancy Pelosi and her staff, US intelligence and Cathy Marshall of Microsoft [the main architect of sound-bites and snippets meant to goad me and alleged source of such racist misinformation].

I have to indicate that I have been and awed and shocked to learn that the citizens of this City and area do not care about my suffering and do not care that I am even human. Most people I come across enjoy the violence, because, those committing the crimes are “popular, famous and powerful,” and above all “American.” This is rather a sad song for the country that relics itself as the ‘mother of all freedoms and liberties.” It makes mockery of San Francisco’s claim that it is a sanctuary for immigrants, when its leaders and citizens are lynching and enslaving me due to my origins and status. I hope that the Commission would inspire the leadership of this City and County and the citizens to desist from these rather regressive activities.
There is this moronic belief I came to this country to marry and deceive powerful, rich American for their money. The ongoing game of destruction in one sense is said to be the anger of American men towards me for coming here to steal their women. As part of this conspiracy, there are in fact American woman who are believed to be in competition for me in the belief that they could deceive and entrap me for their vicious men to kill. The truth is that, while I am flattered to hear of women competing for me, proof that I am not homosexual, I am not interested in any such American women. I want Nancy Pelosi and her neo-Nazis and panthers to hear loud and clear that I am not interested in American women, white brown or black. So Nancy Pelosi may hold her peace. She must also understand that she has no right to impose any woman on me, let alone homosexuals. My culture is advanced enough to teach people within it that marriage is between men and women. Any homosexual association with me is therefore character assassination intended to destroy me image and character, and my lineage. This is morbid racist plot used to eliminate those groups supremacists deride. This is an actionable tort in the meaning of Title 18 and several International Conventions on human rights.

I would like the enemy to understand, loud and clear, that I am a very proud African man, entrenched in the belief that high moral probity and the family nexus are crucial elements of the civilization of every people. I am happy to keep to that belief, no matter how primitive that might sound to Americans. Therefore, any man out there-black-brown or white-who believes that he has a romantic affection for me must understand thoroughly that he has either being misled or might have a mental problem. I advise such people to look elsewhere for satisfy their sexual fantasies. I will treat any such thought or insinuation as untoward and harassing. I intend to seek legal action against those who have campaigned for decades to frame me as homosexual.

Furthermore, I am aware of ‘pilot programs’ in sex change to which American leaders, researchers and doctors have tried to con me. I will not be used to test America’s evil “pilot sex change objects,” and I would consider any association with me of these people as sexual harassment. Give those objects to white men, their own, or to the ethnic group to which they belong. And by the way, if Americans by all means must test these objects with black men, then, this country has about thirty million Black Americans who would readily provide that mischievous service. After all, they all support Nancy Pelosi, the one who is making profit out of these people, and the principal character smearing and defaming me with this deviant behavior. Again, I call on San Francisco to review its role in these offensive violations, because, I will sue every entity in this case until I receive deserved justice.

Conclusion
Finally, the North American conspiracy to secretly undermine my career pursuits and call me a failure; to destroy me [socially and biologically] and call it self-destruct; to rob and steal all my acquisitions in a hateful deprivation campaign under color of law; to frame me up as homosexual in order to hide a medical experimentation program meant to destroy my manhood and lineage; to suppress me and kill me so that Americans could inherit me, and show how an African has been conquered due to his inferiority; I have caught the enemy and broken up this chain conspiracy of Crimes Against Humanity against me. Despite Nancy Pelosi being given Congressional and citizenry support to use lawyers, doctors, nurses, the police, US agents, gangs and even immigrants to disrupt my life and prevent me from succeeding until I am killed for RITES; despite the continuing efforts of North Americans, particularly, of those in San Francisco and the Bay Area to frame me up with immorality and deviant behaviors and lifestyles; despite years of abuse, satanic attacks, torture, molestation and all sorts of dehumanization meted on me by United States, I have survived to explode this conspiracy and to demand justice. Despite the resolve of United States to use its power and Bill Gates to destroy me to prevent me from succeeding or in the enemy’s word, “from shinning,” I am determined to forge ahead in life. Not even the demeaning, offensive and regressive policy of enslavement and enslavement education imposed on me, or the intimidation to stop being “ambitious, or else,” by Canada, United States and Black Americans could dampen my spirits or frighten from pursuing my life goal.

In the wake of threats to my life [including, but not limited to alleged ‘honor and mercy killing’ plots by the conspirators], the existence of multiple death lists in San Francisco and the Bay Area with me on all of them, in the current context where the rich and the powerful have conspired to not merely impoverish me to absolute destitution, but, also, starve me to death by denying state and federal sponsored benefits as I have described; and for the very fact that San Francisco [leaders along with citizens] has represented the state, nation and continent in committing this rather reckless, hideous and reckless violation, I sincerely believe that time has arrived for an investigation to be instituted into the legal and moral veracity of these activities. This attack on me [a foreigner], who was studying in another country on scholarship is a reminder of “citizenry” intolerance of opportunities for immigrants, particularly, those from less favored regions, such as Africa, in North America. The use of immigrants as part of the conspiracy was meant to hide the racial, ethnic and origin-induced factors for this cruel, wicked and gruesome conspiracy. I petition both Commissions to invoke whatever mandates they have to conduct investigations into these violations.

I have not dwelt on the impact [injuries or otherwise] of these crimes against me], because, I have not as yet fully ascertain the totality of the impact. Suffice it, nevertheless, that with every aspect of my life gravely impacted; familial, socio-economic, physio-biological, professional, etc., my life is in total ruins. Not only do I believe that my life has been shortened by this nefarious activity, but, I also strongly doubt that I would be able to recover from the current personal injurious [kidney failure, for instance, is permanent] directly resulting from this crimes. My family in Ghana has not only be separated from me and shamed, but also, some of them are now targets. The personal hurt of being framed with deviant behaviors by a whole society just to destroy my life, to tag me a slave just to oppress me and to throw destructive drugs at me due to hatred and personal jealousies are not events I would forget or forgive. I intend to fully describe the injuries I have suffered in this case in my report to the US government and the United Nations. I hope that those responsible for the crime would understand the moral and legal obligations of their conduct.

I wish to remind the Commissions that while supremacists, US intelligence, Black Americans, homosexuals, US politicians, etc. have held me down here in seizure and ruination, my colleagues—white men and women—and even those who came after me have gone on to succeed in their careers, social, family and personal lives. They married, had children and named them to continue their family traditions. I have not had the right to do these things, because, I am not white or American [I would not face this with my level of capability if I were even Black American]. Instead, like Monica Seles stabbed in the back because she was seen by some to be over performing, I have been stabbed in the back, in the foot, at the ankle, in the heart, kidney, lungs, brain, nerves, muscles, etc. to warn me against over performance. I would like the Commissions to understand that this crime began in Canada as a “punitive raid” organized by people with the belief that I have tried to over-shadow them or those who look like them. Notice again that, if I were white or American, I might have not been attacked.

Finally, by now the reader may have realized that this has been a continental chain conspiracy intended to destroy my life: professionally, socially and personally, and even decimate my family in Ghana. This conspiracy was to appease white supremacists, gays, Black Americans seeking revenge against Africans and feminists seeking revenge against me in support of a professor who felt spurned when I declined to have a romantic relationship with her. The conspiracy to destroy me through drugging, chemical, electronic and satanic attacks, abuse, torture, persecution and social engineering to North Americans is “a program,” a designation which suggests that there is nothing wrong with what has taken place in North America for the last twenty five years. The truth is that this eugenics, biological warfare, ethnic cleansing and genocidal activity has caused me irreparable injury, and thus, has violated every known human rights law and the Geneva Conventions. Since 1994, I have protested to and petitioned leaders in Canada, Ghana and United States without results. The leaders have been advised to “ignore him.” Such intentional silence and indifference from leaders of these countries [including my own Ghana] appear to have emboldened and spurred on the principal violators and the population at large to continue to commit these crimes against me and enjoy my suffering.

Since 1996, this has been the case in San Francisco and with San Franciscans whose support for their ‘popular leaders’ has clouded their minds and prevented many of them from seeing what a reckless, wanton and gross violation the people have been incited and instigated to carry out or support. Even professionals have defied the ethics and morality of their trade for this free for all lynching. The enemy has severed my ties with my family with severe economic embargo, interferences and misinformation. In San Francisco, I have been in a seizure; a prisoner, interned to prevent me from succeeding, and for Americans to take advantage of me. Still, the Lord has kept me alive. Time has come for those who did this to take responsibility for their misconduct. I respectfully petition these Commissions and their affiliates to treat this report with all seriousness and take whatever actions necessary to help me restore my dignity as a human being. More importantly, I petition the Commissions to take measures to ensure that the sources of immediate [imminent or impending] danger to me and agents of such danger are promptly dealt with as required by law. I particularly petition the Commissions contact the service delivery agencies attending to my Disability, CAP and Medi-Cal Claims to weed out the obstructionists and interferers. Lastly, I have to indicate, without hesitation, that I would be filing complaints at the United Nations and at the Supreme Court of the United States or courts with equivalent jurisdictions to redress the decades of injuries I have suffered. I believe that San Francisco would do its part by revealing the real identities of its cohorts and conspirators in this case. Thank you very much.
