PROFILING US ASSASSINS AND MERCENARIES TARGETING ME [2]: PROF. CONDOLEEZZA RICE[RITES?.]

In this publication, I profile Condoleezza Rice, former US Secretary of State, former US National Security Advisor, former US deputy National Security Advisor, former White House guru and State Department intern, former and current Stanford professor and continuing US messenger of doom, who has been working very hard to destroy my family and me on the rather frivolous accusation that I am US enemy, or look like a US enemy, etc. Prof. Rice’s attack against me probably began in the era of President Reagan as part of the president’s ideo-evangelism to get international students in North America to embrace the American worldview. No matter how well that was intended, those who went out to pontificate that view might have indulge in ideological excesses, which resulted in a case like mine. In addition, Prof. Rice and her cohorts from the CIA and Secret Service, etc., have been the menace in my life since 1985 in the Nancy Pelosi-Bill Gates qua White Supremacists paradigm of purifying North America of dark-skinned people, particularly, ‘foreigners’[euphemism for Africans immigrants]. So, am I US enemy suspect or, in fact, a targeted victim for white supremacist ritual sacrifice, or I am simply unfit to live and function as a sovereign individual due to what Americans believe to be my insular characteristics? What makes my so-called insular characteristics different from those of the rest of Africans on this continent?

Are you shocked and awed yet? Dubbed ‘ceremonies,’ ‘celebrations,’ ‘rituals,’ ‘rites,’ ‘customs,’ ‘traditions,’ or what have you, this regressive, albeit, barbaric behavior among what appears to be cannibals in the North America power elite has provided the venomous impetus for the hate programs of eugenics, biological warfare, genocide and repression that have targeted numerous Africans and me on this continent since 1985. Have I lost you? The belief in North America that some people would be more powerful if they kidnap and kill a dark-skinned person, and as such, people with the means to do such evil, should act on with impunity, as the rest of society jeers, cheers and covers it up, is what I am talking about. Damm it! This is being done with total US logistical and moral support, even as US claims to be fighting international terrorism. Now, it is your turn and mine, to fight this domestic terrorism in North America.

Ms. Rice, or whoever they say she represents, was allegedly sent to intentionally interfere in my life in Canada, undermine every one of my lifetime activities, particularly, distract me from my academic and professional pursuits, personal development and family life, etc. with the purpose of making me a failure in fulfillment of the American systemic mindset that dark-skinned people like me are naturally stupid and less intelligent than brown and white skinned people and as such must not be allowed to succeed. What Prof. Rice and her racist sponsors refuse to accept is that I graduated [B.A. Honors, Political Science] on top of my class, and continued to earn an M.A. in International Affairs. I was in an LLB Program at Ottawa University Law School, when I had to quit to escape satanic attacks in my apartment in Ottawa. What I now know is that these evil attacks had come from the same conspirators from the United States. These are the people who believe that I do not deserve to ‘shine, progress, advance or succeed.’ These are the people who have Prof. Rice as ‘manager, supervisor and advisor,” with the purpose of managing me into failure. In the upcoming report and publications on this case, I intend to explain the many ways in which such sabotage, obstruction and interferences continue to be a major weapon for Prof. Rice and her cohorts in this ruination conspiracy and biological warfare.

The most dangerous aspect of Professor Rice’s role is not simply that she has at her disposal governmental institutions, doctors, lawyers, businesses and African Americans gangs to use against this Ghanaian, but, because, she has as her main partner Mr. Willie Brown Jr., a feared enemy of Africans, who is alleged to be a sponsored death contractor [mercenary] for the US government and businesses. The role of this dangerous man in my case is underscored by the fact that he is widely rumored to be the ‘BLACK U,’ where the ‘WHITE U,’ would be the faceless and nameless entity in charge of the domestic terrorism against me. Both ‘Us’, I gather, have at their disposal elements of US numeric clubs to help them carry out their activities in this eugenics crime against me. He oversees US enslavement education, suffering and peppering programs currently targeting me in San Francisco. He’s paid, shielded and even lauded as “ASTUTE” by the media for his exploits against his victims. He might have joined the IDENTITY THEFT aspect of these crimes by misrepresenting himself as OBY, my email signature and initials. He is all real in these roles or he may be misrepresented by one of the cohorts, for this deception is the nature of this conspiracy. Could that person be Prof. Rice or the alta ego, RITES? Here, is a crime. The question is whether the United States has the right, legal or constitutional, to institute this policy against me? And, regardless of who sent them, does being sent to kill innocent people confer the right to do such act on the messengers? What would be the source of such a right?

With Professor Rice and politicians such as Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Barbara Boxer in what apparently amounts to crimes against humanity, United States clearly has a lot of explaining to do. These people’s defense appears to be that “We were sent.” “ We are messengers.” But, Nancy Pelosi, Katherine Crier or Bill Gates cannot own slaves in this world, even if the US uses its power to bully and seize otherwise sovereign individuals for the purpose of enslaving them and helping American citizens take advantage of them. Consequently, one cannot profess to be the manager for an illegal act, enslavement, without being a co-violator. This is the case at stake.

Of course, US has an alibi, an excuse: “We’re mourning Nine Eleven,” citizens proudly suggest. At this point the, there is no doubt about full citizens’ participation in this crime against humanity. Mourning, right? So, this is why if Nineteen Arabs stage an attack on US, then, US mourning response should focus on dark-skinned Africans, drug and medicate them, castrate them, seek to infect them with diseases, beat them, deny them justice, slash their throats during thanksgiving, entrap them with sex, etc. Never mind that this is a lopsided and porous excuse. Instead, if you are African, then think of all the people who traveled from your country to North America and never returned before and after Nine Eleven. Those who disappeared, randomly gunned down, or killed in automobile accidents or those in Gates’ feed program. Accidents, there are none in these situations. Why would I associate these misdeeds with Prof. Rice, except she appears to be part of the systemic conspiracy that has targeted me in North America for a quarter of a century with these deadly violations. If I am wrong, then, let the Professor speak out, or forever admit her guilt.

“Let us make you a patient.” “Become a patient, otherwise, you would have no opportunities.” “You must depend on US.” Does it not sadden you, if you are conscientious that a society that otherwise professes to be capitalistic, with individual freedom and liberties would deliberately make these demands on a prolific, intelligent and hard working man simply to prevent him from excelling in life because the society shuns his origin and color? Ho can I forgive those with African blood in them who have participated in this hate crime against me? How must I forget about such crass dehumanization? Here is the truth for Americans and non-Americans to digest. The truth is that I am high of the elimination list and I am calling on the federal government to immediately place me in the witness protection program under provisions of the Whistleblowers Act.

If you are African, the executioners could have even reached to your neck of the woods as they have done in my back alley in Ghana. If you are Ghanaian, as I am, think of the Ya-Na, Wiredu and Salia and scores of underlings who could have suffered this fate of barbaric sacrifice for some power-drunk crazy people from the other side of civilization, who believe that dark-skinned people are the sacrificial lambs of this civilization. In my case, the American LEADERSHIP allegedly claims to have MANDATE for enslaving me, or for targeting me for ritual killing. America allegedly has mandate from all dead people in my family, all the witches in my village and Ghana, all the leaders in Ghana and around the world. In securing these rights, they had Prof. Rice and her cohorts to scheme, deceive and lie to the leaders to accept that I am not fit to succeed, or live. The professor allegedly has the Ghana media in her pockets. This is why there is a media blackout in Ghana on this case. What about your own relatives who probably suffered a similar fate in North America? [Salia, Wiredu, etc.].

They could also have been investment opportunities for Americans, or rudiments in the Black/African-American revenge campaigns, some of the other factors cited for my predicament and embattlement in North America. They probably were seen in the company of a North American woman, where such a liaison could earn the unsuspecting a death penalty. This is one of my hidden charges. Shocked and awed? So, you are in my company. This is why I have decided to share information on one of the principal architects and messengers of this crime [program in North America], a professor, diploma, agent and death messenger with the rest of you. Instead of admitting their crimes against me and making the necessary amends, Americans stand in unity to paint the picture that I am the criminal. I am thus been treated as a criminal in United States. I have no personal interest in destroying Professor Rice or her cohorts such as Nancy Pelosi, Katherine Crier, Cathy Marshall and Senator Boxer. But, I would be a fool that Americans believe that I am, if I fail to defend myself and my family against this rather unprovoked, dehumanizing, degrading, injurious and disrespecting crime clearly intended to wipe my roots and lineage. Americans of all people must learn that envy and jealousy are not justifications for committing crimes, and that some of us still believe that no powerful person is more powerful than the law.

I have learned that African diplomas in Washington, DC, including those from my native, Ghana, support Condoleezza Rice. And these people believe that I am a fool and naïve? I believe they have their reasons, and I hope that such reasons are non-racial. In these reports and publications, I seek to share the knowledge and information I have thus far gathered on these crimes against humanity with such diplomas with the hope that such African leaders would have cause and courage to challenge their conscience on this matter. I wish African leaders would appreciate the fact that no amount of foreign aid, and no level of friendship with other nations is more important than the lives of the citizens of Africa. I for one cannot see the sense in relations with countries whose citizens have no respect for Africans, and indeed, kill Africans for RITES and SACRIFICES. What sort of respect do Africans have in such a relationship? African leaders must reconsider their priorities by placing the dignity of the African on top of that list. I will pose a couple of questions to help those who doubt my allegations in their deliberation of this matter.

First, do these people know that alleged US charges against me are nothing but “snippets or sound-bites” put together by the CIA [led by Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall] through electronic tracking they have illegally and unlawfully undertaken on me for decades?

These tapes have been intentionally prepared to frame me as gay, sick, insane, terrorist and criminal in order to justify placing me on US HIT LISTS, and thereby, cover up US crimes against me. Would you join me in demanding that US declassify these tapes, or openly charge me, Ohene Boakye-Yiadom, as prescribed by law? [ See Article One Section 9 (b) of US Constitution]. The favorite ‘frame job’ for the citizens is alleged to be a gay strip tease tape, which the CIA, Cathy Marshall and the City of San Francisco allegedly put together featuring a disappeared Ghanaian and me naked in what appears to be a shower. Even the most gullible US citizens know that the pictures were not live, but STILL adaptations, and that the missing Ghanaian was tricked by the San Francisco police to agree to frame me. This means that this video alone amounts to several felony violations. First, there is the issue of pervasive invasion of my privacy, where government officials illegally took pictures of me as I took a shower in one of the designated shower places in either San Francisco or Menlo Park, California. Second, there is the clear proof of framing with intent to libel, slander, defame and character assassinate me with homosexuality just to destroy my life, and to cover a disgusting human rights violation. Even US officials have no constitutional rights to either frame or defame. There must be a just cause. The last time I took a look, mere dislike for a person’s origins or color was not a just cause. I wonder what the Professor and her sponsors think about that. How can African diplomats, even the craziest of them all, support such nonsense?

I assure those behind these low-life activities that they would never get away with crimes. I wish to warn all those desperately seeking ways to frame me as homosexual to distort my life and decimate my lineage to give up their stupid project, because, they have done enough to earn my wrath and intent for legal action. As far as I am concerned, homosexuality is a misbehavior among deviant white men [even if it has become a US ethnic cleansing policy instrument]. It is a cultural thing, but a political instrument to topple the faint of will. I do not lack the will power and character to shake off the social engineering aspects of nefarious attack, even if I have fallen prey to the medical aspects of it. Shame, therefore, on the leadership of United States in its hateful spite to lead the frame up job against me, to taint me with deviancy and immorality, and to defile me with evil medication. Such medication has now caused numerous complications, which could shorten my life. Still, I will not fulfill the need sought by the enemy in his voyeuristic pursuit of greed and deviancy. I would rather go to hell! I am totally and absolutely against male to male liaison and same sex marriage, and hence, those who measured me with such defilement have committed a vulgar crime against me. I wish to assure those people that I intend to defend my roots and lineage against this vicious and malicious Americanism. I also intend to continue to pursue my professional and personal development aspirations, whether United States likes it or not. Would you not want to know, however, whether Prof. Rice is, as it is alleged, has been one of the managers for these activities to prevent me from pursuing these goals?

Second, why would it be unreasonable for me to accuse and charge those who are openly rumored to be my managers, supervisors and advisors in these human rights violations which have decimated my life?

I do not know any of them and have never met any of them. Why does this not make sense to the American public that a crime has been committed? Does the United States have the right to seize and hold an African so that American citizens would take advantage of him? And from where does the United States get that right? Prof. Rice happens to be one of these people who are deluded in the belief that they cannot be faulted for messing up with my life, because, they are Americans.” It is United States.” “It is the leadership.” I want to assure the former US Secretary of State and her agent cohorts that such a belief of US invincibility is false belief and I intend to invoke all my rights under the universal jurisdiction against her, her mentors and the “leadership,” for the enslavement, peonage, medical experiments, gay immersion, castration, social engineering, eugenics, biological warfare, or any aspect of these ruination programs against me.

These programs were said to have been approved for pre-emptive purposes. This means that the US leadership has the belief that unless they take certain actions against me, I would pursue certain objectives, which I do not deserve to pursue, given my origin and color. I will explain all this in subsequent publications and in the report for the United Nations. For now, I can tell you that the main targeted objective is ‘success.’ The US leadership does not believe that I deserve to succeed, because, I am an inferior dark-skin subhuman from inferior Africa. Thus in congruence with eugenics philosophy, the US must pre-empt my ‘ambitious success objectives’ with programs of mediocre goals and failure. If I resist, then, I should be eliminated. This is where we are now, elimination!

There are several specifics in these targeted objectives. One of these is ‘women.’ According to the US public, the US government sent agents led by Prof. Rice to attack me in Canada, because, it was alleged that I dated white women in Canada, an activity the US government would consider offensive, unbecoming and illegal. Sobering, indeed, isn’t it? Then, the US decided it had to “HIT” me to punish me for dating white women in Canada, and prevent me from dating women from United States, white and non-white. If I do it, the penalty is DEATH. Prof. Rice and Senator Boxer were allegedly specifically sent to Canada to ensure that I did not get to date “white women” there. In United States, they were to ensure that I did not date women at all, now color, race or origin regardless. In San Francisco, this has been merged with the notorious “Rodent Policy,” a consensus policy which targets for elimination African immigrants who date American women. I have been targeted with this policy, and I know that several Africans have “disappeared” after falling victims to the entrapment strategy of the policy. In San Francisco, I continue to survive, because the two aspects of the policy targeting me, prostitution and gay sex as authored by Nancy Pelosi and executed by the District Attorney et al, have proved virtually futile against me. The resulting sexual starvation and associated consequences are ends deliberately imposed on me by the Nancy Pelosi entourage. Why is Prof. Rice part of this evil and irrational entourage?

When they started the plot in Canada, their aim to burn my bridges and thereby force me to enter United States, because, they believed that it would be easier for them to institute the program and punishment, which ultimately included death, against me in United States. They even had to lie to Canadian leaders that I was Black American, an elementary ploy Canadian authorities should have detected. In United States, authorities have managed to involve citizens in this crime as if the latter have never heard of human rights, liberty and freedom in their lives. US citizens, including immigrants, are playing leading roles in torturing, harassing and taunting me in the ongoing free for all programs of persecution. The crime has become a sort of an inclusive program, whereby the people seem to have agreed with former President Bush’s dictum of “If you are not with Us then you are against US.” Citizens see this crime as “US versus HIM.”

Meanwhile, the conspirators believe that they have to make money on me by continuing with medical experiments until I drop dead. They have used drugs, not simply to cause me “internal damages” [ a la kidney failure, heart failure, etc], but, also, with intent to induce gay and other deviant behaviors in me to reinforce the social engineering purpose of making me resemble the virtual victims, Black Americans. As part of the ‘take advantage of him” call issued by United States, the conspirators have stolen judgments in several court cases from me. These cases are worth Trillions of dollars. So now you know what PEONAGE means in United States. Prof. Rice and her cohorts [Me, U, Eye, etc], have been going around claiming that I OWE them, so I have to work to pay what I owe. These are people I do not know and have never met. How did I owe them? The answer appears to be that “You were offered a scholarship, so you must pay. The scholarship was taxpayers’ money.” This is why Bill Gates, Nancy Pelosi, Katherine Crier, US drug firms, doctors, lawyers, etc. have to make money on me. The problem is that it was a college in Canada that offered me the scholarship, not US companies or government. So why would Americans want to reap where they did not sow? I would be asking the US Supreme Court to decide that question very soon.

The fact that African American elites such as Willie Brown Jr. and Condoleezza Rice and members of the Black Caucus in the US Congress support this racial nonsense against dark-skinned people really makes me sick. Mr. Willie Brown Jr. and Condoleezza Rice get paid for the ‘Slave Driving” services in this case, while at the same time using the programs for Black American revenge against me. They secretly oversee drugging, chemical attacks, violence, suppression and homelessness, denial of benefits and opportunities with the mandate that I achieve nothing than the minimum in anything that I do. Thus, if I get married, compensated for these violations or even if I am freed from these shackles, African/Black Americans would be ANGRY. This is why the US has to officially ensure that I enjoy no rights, no privileges, no benefits, no medicare, no work, just absolute NOTHING, even with the pecuniary injury!

The American public have been convinced that Prof. Rice and Willie have the right to control me forever, because, my country Ghana donated me in exchange for foreign aid from United States. This contradicts the other story that I agreed to be used for homosexual immersion experiments in order for me to marry a homosexual and to advance. So now you know that “Do not shine,’ “ Be in the gay mood,” and the rest of catcalls are designed to show US power over a powerless African. This is to show that Prof. Rice and Willie Brown Jr., Pelosi stooges, are civilized and I am not, and the civilized have seized, imprisoned and sold the uncivilized. Americans refer to eugenics mindset as “City versus Village.”

These Black elites are the real slaves, if they believe that white supremacists have the right to destroy black men on excuse of nonsensical concepts such ‘population control,’ ‘skin color,’ ‘American Century,’ or ‘Rodent [pests] Control.” The question is whether Prof Rice and her cohorts from the US government understand the provisions of 18 USC 1091 et. seq. or the Convention Against the Crime of Genocide, which criminalize these activities. If they do not, then they should consult their lawyers, because, Bill Gates’ money or Nancy Pelosi’s witchcraft alone would not save them from the law. I will be suing each of these people for a minimum of one million dollars in addition to punitive damages for these violations. Do you think that the US or any of its politicians, mercenaries [contractors], agents on these crimes have violated any human rights law?

On December 22, 2009, I had to rush to the San Francisco General Hospital after detecting an onset of a cardiac arrest. The diagnosis was grim. I am facing kidney and heart failures, hypertension, and other internal injuries, the expected and accumulated results of US-Canada drugging and chemical attacks the last quarter of a century. I already had been diagnosed with sarcoidosis, a rare disease of the lungs, which I suspect resulted from the drugging program. My heart is said to have weakened, clearly the result of “heart attacks” aspects of the program. Due to these expected results US agents follow me to restaurants, cafeterias, grocery stores, fast food shops, etc. to ensure that they stock these places with doctored or altered brands of my favorite food items in order to continuously medicate me and entrench me in the ongoing medical ruination experimentation, without being responsible for the consequences. Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the police are widely known to be responsible for stalking the stores in San Francisco, potentially incriminating several super markets, popular cafeterias and restaurants. But who can challenge Nancy and the Bay Area [BA]? Do you think that time has come for the United States to own up to its responsibility in this case?

Nancy Pelosi convinces doctors and Department of Justice and Immigration officials to doctor my records and the media to incite the public against me in this malicious and monstrous frame job heartily enjoyed by the people. If Nancy Pelosi and Bill Gates could hire professors and professionals to do the frame up job on me, then tell me who else does not have a price they could not meet. Thus, heart, stroke, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, or kidney failure, sarcoidoses, etc., that I face cannot be coincidental; they are pecuniary to the programs. They have been created with vicious, albeit, illegal drugging and medical attacks officially approved and sponsored by United States, and to some extent, Canada. I intend to cover the whole story on this in the “Drugging and Medication Chapter” in my report to the United Nations. Be reminded however that Nancy Pelosi supporters believe that the actual culprit is Katherine Crier, a law professor and former anchor at CNN and Fox News, or Black Americans, or my family in Ghana. It is now time for the CIA, Secret Service, FBI, etc. to come out and accept their respective responsibilities in this disgraceful crime. Denial at this stage of exposure would simply be stupid.

In San Francisco where doctors at the General Hospital continue to play the denial game, they have hinted that they are a team with Pelosi or Katherine Crier, of Condoleezza Rice or Bill Gates’ Cathy Marshall, or ? Canadian doctors admitted that I was a GUINEA PIG in 1994. I came to America for answers and more evidence to prove my case. See, America, where are the secrets you still want hidden? This act of wickedness, cruelty and inhumanity must cease, NOW. Stop the mercenaries. I believe that I have not heard the whole story yet. At the San Francisco General Hospital, US agents and local representatives of the conspirators had to interfere with my emergency treatment to make their point. They gleefully staged gay socialization back-stabbing and crack cocaine shooting attacks on me, believing that I had been ‘caged,’ even at the hospital. Minorities, particularly, those of the Latino male brand became increasingly rude and vicious, reminding me that they play for “Bay Area, or “BA.” That would be the Gates’ Organization.

As if that was not enough, they also demonstrated that I could meet the suicide squad, the burly-looking strong armed men who usually allegedly appear to give trapped victims the parting order and the "gorey" scene adorned with “Good Night,” once their turn comes on the “Assisted” waiting LIST. The executioners apparently were scared off, because, I raised an alarm with the nurse! In the context where San Franciscans echoed the instruction, “Commit, Commit, Commit” in the days leading to my hospitalization, what do you want me to think when I am moved to a hospital bed with a strong pole and bar over it? Did I think that I got it when the doctor who discharged me the following day murmured, “Set up, set up, set up?” The enemy [also known as 'IT or ONO'] made a statement and I understood it. Now I know where the heart and kidney failures came from. Hopefully, the US government[creator of IT or ONO], now exposed for this grievous iniquity, would expedite the Witness Protection Program for me by invoking the Whistleblowers Act in my favor.

In San Francisco the “Assisted-Suicide” program slated for the undesirables has now been named “Obamacare,” just as homosexual harassment against me has been re-named “stimulus,” although, as I have said previously, these activities predate the election of President Obama. As a matter of fact, the whole crime began when President Obama was in his early twenties. This would tell you how cruel and wicked the perpetrators have been.I would like the public to know that Prof. Rice has been one of the managers of these activities of elimination all this while. If not, then she is a cover up for such culprits. These culprits, by the way, are referred to by the public as "Citizens." This means, the enemy, IT or Ono is the same as Citizens. Now we know this is a crime committed by the US government and its citizens against a Ghanaian because they believe he is inferior. In the law of conspiracy, however, playing a cover up role in a crime does not vitiate your culpability. This was how she helped to prevent me from getting this case resolved in the days of the Bush administration. Since I do not know her and have never met her, and since I am not related to her, do you not think that she has a duty to explain her role in this apparent crime against humanity?

By the way, can you imagine this mistreatment meted against a Black American in this day and age? Would all the pastors, lawyers, activists, rappers, gangs, etc. you know not come out holding hands at that press conference, singing hymnals, crying? Would the US media not call on a declaration of war against any country which dared molest an American citizen this way, even black American? Have you not read the case where an African American Judge joined a conspiracy to fix me with a miscarriage of justice in a US District Court in San Francisco? The conspiracy in that case extend all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States and U.S. Congress. That example of obscene miscarriage of justice was clearly a US policy of deprivation. This is why I promise to fight these violators till total victory. The deadline for my assassination has been moved from Christmas to the next celebration day, probably Easter, after the latest fiasco. I urge the rest of the world to denounce United States for this crass violation.


I came to North America in 1985 on scholarship to study and prepare myself for careers in university teaching, law and private consultancy. I studied very hard and overcame hurdles arising from hatred, rejection and limitation. I earned my first and second degrees. I was in an LLB program when I had to run due to satanic attacks against me in Ottawa, Canada. Now, I have been saddled with an American ruination program, unlawfully occupied by United States and its citizens who believe that I do not deserve to succeed, rather, I deserve to be a slave, a loser, a failure. My professional and career goals have been destroyed, and my whole life undermined by US intelligence, politicians, big business, drug firms, etc. Imagine, I named all my six children. I do not even have a girl friend, let alone a wife. This is because I am banned from contracting relations with the opposite sex due to the program objective of making me homosexual. United States has been caught in a serious human rights violation. Now, my very existence itself is seriously threatened. How can a professor be part of such uncivilized activity against a student? Which part of this crime is scholarly, academic or intellectual? If Pro. Rice was a messenger of President Reagan, then, where are the family values, the capitalist ethics that Reagan would embrace?

Prof. Rice is not alone in this. African Americans, lawyers, judges, pastors, musicians, athletes, gangs, etc. have to support the EVIL MAJESTY. They are defenders, protectors, and security for the HUMAN COYOTES. The COYOTES, IT, ONO, the enemy happens to be the government and citizens. I have never heard of a human rights violations so blatantly and righteously committed, except perhaps, the violations by the Nazis. Whether all what I have endured and continue to endure from United States and its citizens is constitutional, legal and lawful is the question I intend to raise at the Supreme Court of the United States.

Recently President Obama indicated that maybe it’s time for him to talk about American values. He was right. I implore those who read this publication to remind the President that such values include liberty, freedom, the capitalist ethic of individualism and the will to be whatever you would want to be in as mush as you break no laws, respect for human rights and justice. The conspirators in this case allegedly believe that the President supports them. I do not know whether or not this is true. What I know to be true is that United States and its citizens have violated my human rights, and as I have shown in this publication, Prof. Rice is alleged to be one of the managers of this violation.

I sent the letter below to authorities at Stanford University, employers of Prof. Rice, to alert them of this violation, because United States, the other employer has absolutely ignored my pleading. Next, I will profile Kamala Harris, the District Attorney for San Francisco, Professor Rice’s cohort in this case and a Nancy Pelosi stooge. This co-chair of the Obama campaign in San Francisco has been a decade plus nerve center of the hostilities against me in San Francisco. The story is that the District Attorney, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft and their gang of cohorts from US Intelligence were responsible in obstructing justice in my court cases against San Francisco and California. Dear President Hennessy et al:

It is with great sadness and shock that I make this report to you and officials of your distinguished university about the involvement of Professor Condoleezza Rice in the commission of crimes against humanity, war crimes, eugenics, biological warfare, etc. and similar crimes against me. As you know these violations of the Geneva Conventions, also, violate several clauses of the US Constitution and the Constitution of California. These crimes herein complained of have been committed through alibis, such as US National Security interests, US enemy hunt, African American revenge against Africans, population control through inhuman treatment, Feminists reprisals against me for refusing to have sexual relations with a female professor in Canada, forcible immersion into gay immersion and medical experiments, contract from foreign investors to American assassins to kill so-called radical Africans, enslavement education program for white supremacists, a regimen of deprivation and subjugation activities supervised by government bureaucrats, gangs, criminal organizations, etc. These are hate crimes, and the involvement of Ms. Rice has not only ruined her creditability, but indeed, tarnished the image and reputation of Stanford as a place for academic excellence and professional virtue.

Unfortunately, conspiracies to commit these hideous violations, have involved Professor Condoleezza Rice in a pivotal role since the mid-1980s when she allegedly led US attack against me in Canada on the excuse that I was US enemy, communist, non-Christian and negative about capitalism. She might have been part of a group of religious heretics who approached international students at the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Canada, on a mission to spread President Reagan’s views among the ignorant and un-captured foreigners, such as Africans. However, this particular individual might have singled me out for CIA and Secret Service pounding, and extended it to my family and friends in Ghana and around the world for additional nefarious reasons. This may include contract assassinations and African American revenge agenda against Africans, an open secret in US foreign policy towards Africa.

The resulting crimes have culminated in deaths and other irreparable injuries in my family. The resurgent effort by the government and public of United States to cover up these violations to protect perpetrators such as Professor Rice and Speaker Phuba Pelosi, even as the crimes continue, has placed my life now in imminent and impeding danger, forever proving that United States poses an existential threat to my family, friends and me. During the Bush era, an era within which Prof. Rice used governmental instruments to do the most damage to me, the Bush war slogan, "Bring it on" was adopted in this case as if to say the US was at war against my family and me. Now, "Obamacare," an assumptive cry for me to be euthanized is the slogan in San Francisco through chemical warfare and poisoning. United States is at war against me and Professor Rice is part of the US command led by Speaker Phuba Nancy Pelosi. The District Attorney for San Francisco, an Obama confidant is Professor Rice's San Francisco assistant. I find it both necessary and urgent to inform this university that it may be partly held liable for the gross atrocities committed by Professor Rice and her gang killers, assassins, murders, destroyers, contractors, etc. against my family and friends, and me.

Along with cohorts such as Speaker Nancy Phuba Pelosi, Senator Barbara Boxer, District Attorney Kamala Harris of San Francisco, Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall, Willie Brown Jr. of San Francisco, Katherine Crier of Fox News and a host of others hired either by the US government, businesses, criminal organizations, feminists and gays, these people have engaged in a series of organized terroristic, enslavement, deprivation and torture activities against me with the purpose of supplanting my advancement and destroying my family roots and lineage. This is called genocide, biological warfare, ethnic cleansing, eugenics or what have you. The US Government, the principal instigator of these people, has paid no heed to my pleas for the last fifteen years to cease such inhuman, degrading and destructive violation. This indifference on the part of the God of all freedoms has emboldened Professor Rice and her cohorts to continue with the dehumanization, degradation, torture, abuse, chemical and drugging attacks, etc. with the ultimate intent of killing me and making money out of me. The violators fronted by a Black American lawyer and politician, notorious for these things, William Brown Jr. of San Francisco, as well as the public believe that they would receive no punishment, no matter the nature of the violations or injuries I receive from them. Allegations that the medical and gay immersion programs have been bank-rolled by Bill Gates, where the plan for social and medical engineering was put forward by Speaker Nancy Pelosi make messengers such Professor Rice believe that theirs is a divinely-ordered errand for which they cannot be punished.

Within this period, 1985 to present, Professor Rice has officially been employed only by Stanford and the US government. This means that these employers of hers have given her places of safety, comfort and weaponry with which to organize these war crimes against me. Under the legal theory of respondeat superior, these employers should have monitored Professor Rice’s activities to see if she was always conducting herself legally and lawfully. In particular, Stanford should have verified whether Professor Rice was conducting herself within the professional code of conduct of her faculty and Stanford University vis-à-vis students from Stanford or otherwise. Failure to do so would potentially make Stanford an accessory to her violations against students from other schools such as the case in point.

Thus, when I bring a suit against her and the conspirators as I sure would, I would also seek to sue both the US government and Stanford for protecting her as she maliciously and viciously waged these war crimes and violated my human rights. Professor Rice and her co-conspirators, in particular, Willie Brown Jr. and Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Gates' organizations might have attacked my family in Ghana with drugs, which might have resulted in the death of my father and his brother in May 2003. My senior sister suffered a mysterious decrypting illness and became a cripple for months. A cousin of mine and recently Ghana High Commissioner to Malaysia suffered a similar ailment for months. I have had bouts with similar symptoms for years in San Francisco, where I am aware of such medical and chemical attacks routed through hospitals, stores and cafeterias, and directed by Willie Brown Jr., District Attorney Kamala Harris and Condoleezza Rice. These people are said to be paid clients of the US governments, the Bill Gates organization, drug firms, etc., which have found new supply of GUINEA PIGS from the 'Guinea Coast' [West Africa], while pretending to be conducting international and investments relations with our countries. In San Francisco, the giggle among the public is that, these sorts of ailments “run in the family.” This means that my family in Ghana has been subjected to the same medical experiments attacks. The problem is that Stanford's treasured professor has been mentioned as one of the messengers for this evil and illegal attack on my family.

Suing the US government is a forgone conclusion. This letter’s purpose is to inform Stanford of its potential liability in this case. I would not like to bore Stanford with all the details of the travails of their treasured professor and her cohorts against me. For that I have already set blog sites. Still, one may wonder why I would write to Stanford, when I was never a student at Stanford, and if, indeed, I am aware that Professor Rice worked or may be working for the government, Microsoft, or other businesses and organizations that have made it their investment to target me for destruction and elimination, have been exposed?.

I reflected on the foregoing question and came up with a few reasons why I believe it to be Stanford’s obligation at this point to look into this matter for whatever it is worth.

1. In late 1989 or early 1990s, I attempted an application for admission to the doctoral program in political science at Stanford. Stanford must know that on the application form, the applicant is asked to indicate professors with whom he would potentially like to work. I believe that most graduate faculties believe then that it would be advisable to contact such professors. I chose Professor Krasner as my potential supervisor. But I also wrote to three others. These included Professor Abernethy, and later, Professor Rice. In fact, Professor Rice’s name did not even appear on the application form. Professor Krasner was the only one who wrote back to me to indicate that he would work with me. Truly, I did not even complete the application process. What I have learned is that Professor Rice sent my letter to the CIA, because, I had mentioned National Security Studies, one of her areas of specialization as one of my interests areas in international relations.

From what I understand thus far, the letter was [also] allegedly deemed to be a love letter. It was circulated among African Americans, the media and those of US intelligence who concluded that I did not deserve her, because, I was sick African and US enemy. In the part of the world where I am suspected [on Nancy Pelosi's advice] of being

Muslim and militant ex-soldier, the CIA allegedly believed that I wanted to snake myself into the professor’s life in order to learn about US National Security activities. I was therefore slated for disruption and destabilization by the United States government. This story continues that it was from here that Ms. Rice herself was allegedly set on my head by the US government, to use drugs and other forms of undermining to help to blindfold and destroy me. At my blog sites, you would also find out that Professor Rice and Speaker Nancy Pelosi have been among those American messengers imposed on me to use drugs to attenuate and dilute my brain, and prevent me from "thinking," in order to stunt my academic and personal development, and to recruit me for enslavement.

This might sound a bit too fuzzy for explanation, unless one realizes that Professor Rice and the CIA might have been attacking since 1985, as soon as I arrived from Africa as an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo. This was alleged to be part of an indoctrination policy plan during the Reagan era. She was also part of a Black American revenge gang attacks against Africans, attacks logistically supported and promoted by the US government and white supremacists. Moreover, she is alleged to be one of those Black

American killers hired by so-called international investors [such Anglo-American, Firestone, etc.] to kill African policy makers, scholars and students deemed radical or hostile to foreign investments. In these and other roles, I was her alleged client to

KILL. She had been part of a supremacist-led vigilante attack against dark-skinned people, immigrants, and particularly, Africans aspiring to advance in the academia and professions on the North American continent. She was also an attack dog on so-called communists in a passé cold war formula by which she and ideologues like herself identified and destroyed so-called US enemies. In these roles, others and she were supposed to distract me from my academic focus, destabilize, confound, undermine and kill me. It was supposed to be like a dream, because, it still remains a SECRET OPERATION. Professor Rice and some of her cohorts have been imposed on me as supervisors, managers and advisors, although I do not know any of them and I have never met any of them.

So by the time I wrote to her about my application to Stanford, I was already her client. She therefore took it to mean that I had caught up with her for all those misdeeds against me, my family and friends. The fact is that I had not the slightest idea about such conspiracies against me. In fact, I have been in shock and awe since her identity was exposed to me. I have been stunned for what these conspirators have done and continue to do to me. Thanks to God, however, I caught THEM.

Here now comes the issue. Information I provided the professors when I attempted the application qualified to be protected under the law of fiduciary duty. By giving such a letter to the CIA, media and African American killers, Professor Rice broke her fiduciary duty and exposed me to danger that has led to killing in my family and some of the irreparable injury, which I have sustained in the ongoing persecution. As a professor, she was supposed to be a custodian of whatever information she had about me [an aspiring student], so as not to impair and prejudice my profession and person.

Unfortunately, she as the CIA intentionally misrepresented the letter, acted irrationally and has caused me grave and pecuniary injuries. This has not simply been a case of negligence [due diligence], because, she remains a principal co-conspirator in the US led eugenics, ethnic cleaning, biological warfare, enslavement, medical experimentation etc. programs still going on against me. It may also be a criminal violation. These programs have now turned viciously into food and chemical poisoning campaigns, because, US government led by Phuba Pelosi, and the Bill Gates organizations, main culprits resent exposure of the exposed. Hence, they have me on dozens of DEATH LISTS. Caught and embarrassed, America wants to eliminate and erase the main evidence. Does Stanford share in this liability and what steps would Stanford take to discipline their Professor who has willfully participated in these very serious human rights violations?

2. There is another matter that ties the academia and Stanford’s treasured professor to the war crimes underway against me in North America. I am referring to neither her role to recruit me for enslavement and to be owned by Americans, nor the decades-long plot to kidnap me and slaughter me for ritual purposes; the rites option. I am not referring to the insurance and inheritance schemes she has concocted with Nancy Pelosi, Microsoft and others by which they intend to steal whatever I own or acquire on this continent to show that they are the new powerful. Aided by their lawyer, Willie Brown Jr., they have allegedly already stolen an employment discrimination case of which none of them were parties from me from a United States District Court in San Francisco along with a least, one hundred thousands dollars. Along with the District Attorney of San Francisco, Kamala Harris [leader of the new wise] and Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, these conspirators also stole a civil rights case I filed against the State of California and the City of San Francisco worth trillions of dollars. The case arose from a police attack on me allegedly ordered by the conspirators in their effort to silence me.

I am talking about Professor Rice’s role in a feminist-led professorial persecution and torture in aid of a radical Marxist called Professor Linda Freeman of Carleton University Ottawa [My Alma Mater] who since 1988 has been anguished that I refused to have sexual relations with her when she was on my Advisory team, and therefore, swore to destroy me and my family in Ghana. Due to this conflict of interest and the vicious manner she conducted herself, I had to remove her from my committee in order to complete my degree program. My understanding thus far is that the wailing Professor from Canada managed to get the National Organization for Women [NOW] in both Canada and US [perhaps, throughout the world] to convince the US Congress and willing individuals and organizations worldwide, to impose a program of systematic ruination and death on me, because, she allegedly represented an American politician, most likely Nancy Pelosi, who sought me for still undisclosed and unclear purposes.

Thus I earned the wrath of the professor, Nancy Pelosi, feminists and all leftists. The US Congress therefore approved the alleged request from the national Organization for Women for me to be severely punished and damaged. These include a life time ban on relations with women, chemical castration, forcible immersion into homosexuality, a ban on economic and professional careerism, and a host of other punishments of depravity, most of which were already in operation against me as part of the ongoing eugenics persecution programs spearheaded by the US government, the Bill Gates organizations, drug firms and hospitals, lawyers and the general public.

The problem is that at Carleton University in Ottawa faculty Code of Conduct prohibited teacher-student sexual relations for the reason that besides the likelihood of such relations creating atmospheres of indiscipline and suspicions for favoritism, those who get spurned in these relations usually tend to undermine or victimize the other party. In most cases, if the more powerful individual is the one spurned [In this case the Professor], then that person would seek to undermine, frustrate or even destroy the student who would be in a weaker situation. This was exactly what happened in my case. Unfortunately, the professor's ensuing plan to destroy me is now a continent-wide conspiracy of sexual harassment, forms of persecution and even threats of death. In United States where Professor Rice, Speaker Pelosi and Senator Boxer are the iconic representatives of

Professor Linda Freeman, they have instigated the public to participate in these acts of victimization as if Professor Rice or the other women were the ones who figured in the case at Carleton. I petitioned the University for redress, but, they would rather go to court, assured with the services of a Queen's Counsel. Willing lawyers and willing professors have therefore joined hands on her behalf with the purpose of destroying me and covering up this aspect of the persecution. The advice to Stanford is that their Professor has been part of systematic sexual harassment against me because I refused to have sexual relations with another professor in another university in another country. I intend, at the appropriate time, to seek redress against this professor and her cohorts, and therefore, by extension, those playing the transferred roles in United States.

Again, I have to remind Stanford that the feminist aspect of this persecution did not take place in a vacuum. It took place in an already ongoing eugenics and biological warfare persecution in which their professor and other professors are suspected to have played a major role. It is my belief, as I have hinted that even Professor Linda Freeman was a ‘capturer,’ for the continent-wide ritual hunt conspiracy, who I wisely avoided. Those who have resolved not to allow me to think, shine progress or advance, allegedly went all the way from United States to Canada to lobby my professors to lower my grades in order to make me an average student, or to prevent me from getting scholarships to advance my studies and career. Sometimes, they even took some of my research papers, either to use my thinking against me as part of the persecution, or with intent to steal authorship of such papers. The information I have thus far indicates that Professor Rice and her cohorts such Nancy Pelosi, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, Senator Boxer and Katherine Crier have been architects of this academic conspiracy against me. These people just as those who sent them believe that I am unfit and not good looking enough to be a scholar or a professional. I look like a laborer to them. I must be enslaved. And I have been for fifteen years here in United States. How does an individual who is a product of US Emancipation Proclamation statutes lead a plot to recruit and enslave Africans?


If you read my website, you would realize that the persecution of which I spoke, which began when I was labeled US ENEMY [by the CIA], started in 1985. So by the 1990s, if you instituted a punishment against me, as per the sexual harassment reprisal agenda of feminists, you already had the infrastructure and agents to implement such punishment. However, I do not want to bore authorities at Stanford with details of my anguish and continuing suffering arising out of every violation. I have intentionally provided details of the academic-related violations, which may tie their Professor to these war crimes. This is to suggest that there would be more shocking details yet to be revealed. I have no lawyers, because, lawyers on the continent, when it comes to this case defer to Mr. Willie Brown Jr. an associate of Professor Rice and her cohorts. Together, they are alleged to have lobbied world leaders, including leaders of my country Ghana, to support Professor Rice and her oppressive sponsors to destroy me.

This was why Morrison and Foerster, LLP, a legal outpost based next to Stanford in Palo Alto helped Rice and the rest other conspirators to steal one hundred thousand dollars from an employment case I had at the court, and thus had the African American judge impose a miscarriage of justice on me. Juxtaposed on me by the US government and criminal organizations, as you have already guessed, Professor Rice and others imposed to inherit the spoils in this case have advanced plans to kill me and all my family on earth. At the Jacksonville Police Station in March 1985, as I was running away from the torture without actual knowledge of what was the problem, a white policeman told me this: “DAYIE [Good Night} wants to destroy your foundations, your family and academic foundations."

I was driven out of the Law School in 1993 in Ottawa with demonic and satanic attacks in this case as part of the RITUAL ASSAULT and witch-hunting and United States to prevent me from advancing. This regressive policy is said to be the brain-child of white supremacists. Professor Rice allegedly paid Africans to instigate "bridge burning" against me in Canada to achieve this purpose. A Ghanaian
acquaintance named Stephen Adu-Bofour, told me of how "the Professor from America" paid him "Eight Hundred and Fifty dollars" during the Christmas of 1993, for helping to get me out of the law school. He added, "It was competition." As I understand the situation, Professor Rice might NOT be the only 'American professor' in this case. She probably may have been framed to deceive an unsuspecting African by another serpent. In fact, some Americans believe that Professor Rice is Katherine Crier or Cathy Marshall. Still, there is high suspicion that Professor Rice is one of those set on me to stop my academic and professional advancement. The slogan for these attackers has been aptly, “STOP!” This is a conspiracy, a chain conspiracy.

One theory purported to protect Professor Rice is that "she was sent" by the system, Phuba Pelosi, Bill Gates or US government. For this reason, her supporters believe that she could not be charged. So, if United States apprehends one Karimu Omar setting fire on the White House and Mr. Omar claims that 'I have done nothing wrong, I was sent by Osama and Mallam Umar," then, United States would say, "Good boy, Omar, set him free?" The tort principle would be that being a messenger of a crime does not necessarily vitiate culpability. A competing theory is that Professor Rice is indeed Speaker Nancy Phuba Pelosi, who is allegedly adept in the use of cohorts such as Kamala Harris, Senator Boxer, Willie Brown Jr., Katherine Crier and Cathy
Marshall, etc. in her two decade effort to enslave me, prevent me from advancing, destroying and even killing me. Poor Rice caught in the rites-trap. If this is true, then, would it not be imprudent for a Professor to take the Fifth to protect such an evil person? The conspirators have attacked my academic and family foundations with
these violations and I intend to take all measures to pursue all appropriate avenues for redress. The question is whether Stanford is ready to be a co-defendant in the imminent and impending war crimes suit.
