PUBLISHER’S COMMENTARY TO LETTER EIGHT.

I sent copies of this letter to the Committee on Immigration at the White House and the Congressional Sub-Committee on Immigration [This is part of the Congressional Committee on International Relations]. I received no response from either committee. I also served several copies on the Secretary of State and her staff at the State Department. None replied. I was not shocked to discover when I reviewed my files at the office of the Immigration Court in San Francisco recently that the Congressional sub-Committee on Immigration instructed the Immigration Appeals Board with a note written on a yellow ribbon paper to do whatever it could to take care of the matter. I read that to mean that the former advised the latter to cover up the conspiracy, fraud and corruption in the case. To prove this, I have published the Board’s response to my request for appeal below. I have already cited some of the reasons why I received the cold shoulder [none responses] from U.S. authorities [White House and Departments, Congress and the Judiciary] in letters already published at this website. Particularly, you would think that Letter 8 should have received a well-thought out reply from the DOJ’s OPR. But, it did not. I would like to suggest a couple more reasons for this raw dealing I continue to receive from these authorities. I wish to declare, unequivocally, that I have embarked on this endeavor not to have my asylum case re-considered. I have accepted my rejection, because, ‘emotional dispositions cannot be legislated.’ For those who do not know, I even won a ‘Green Card Lottery’ in 1994. The INS and its cohorts in this crime retrieved the letter from friends in Alexandria, partly because, Dr. Rice and others of the ‘Selection Committee’ advised that I was a threat to U.S. security, among other things. Assassination attempts were made against me [both in Alexandria, VA and Ottawa]. Rumor has it that the ‘Green Card” was eventually processed for an immigrant from a more desirable region of the world. What I seek to illustrate in these publications are these: conspiracy, fraud, obstruction of justice and corruption used against me in these processes to violate my civil and human rights; these violations caused me injuries; I deserve justice and compensation for such violations and injuries. Again, after this depth of rejection, I get it. But, I will pursue my case to Geneva, if I have to, for justice can neither be compromised nor surrendered.

So, why have US authorities, thus far, failed or refused to respond to my complaints in ways that clearly undermine the principles that constitute the foundations of the United States? Principles such free market, rule of law, judicial process and individual rights. Why do inaction, indifference and silence reign where utter evil has and continues to wreck havoc on an innocent man?

1.The United States government, it has been suggested to me, cannot talk to me, because, it talks only to its 'Loyals or Loyalists.' I have been told that the U.S. government would not listen to me until I submit or surrender to its ‘loyals’ or loyalists led by Secretary Rice and Willie Brown Jr., former San Francisco Mayor [in my case]. "We would not listen to you. We would only listen to Rice. Let Rice do it....." [Let Rice do what?]. This makes me naive for believing that the United States believes in 'individual rights,' due process and the individual’s right to pursue happiness. In the same vein, it has been said that, Secretary Rice is my 'lawyer." [Talk of an impostor!]. This is one reason why lawyers in the country have refused to represent me in these cases. This was how ‘deals’ were made behind my back to make me lose the cases. She has been imposed on me, willy-nilly. The general perception now is that Secretary Rice wrote my briefs in these cases. This is one reason why I should not be allowed to win any of the cases. Think of it, that I do not even know this individual, have never met her, and, think of the fact that sensible people could believe that she or her cohorts sent these ideas telepathically to me for me to transcript or transcribe them onto paper, and, you would have just began to understand the world's most foolishly plotted scam. You would also have understood why my life is in danger. But, this is the tip of the iceberg. It is known among the public that these people used the same method to write all my college essays for me. The gullible ones believe this and believe that I cannot get jobs because Rice did all my college work. This belief is rampant in the media. So there, now the mystery is ended! Crime! Scandal!!! I misread the First and Ninth Amendments. The result is that if I refuse to talk to Secretary Rice or any of the appointed surrogates and investors, then, no U.S. department, agency or institution should deal with me. I refuse to deal with these entities because the process they offer is non-transparent, illogical and outside the realm of legality. The substance of their involvement in my life is illegal and criminal; peonage-enslavement, eugenics, gay experiments, deprivation, etc.

2. United States government and its citizens are trying to modernize and civilize me. Have you ever heard of the notion ‘the white man’s burden?’ I appear to be it in this ‘program.’ The tag word for this modernization is change. Until I change nothing would be done for me. This change entails several things. Two of these are: I should change to become a homosexual and I should change to be a 'born again Christian,’ otherwise, my life has ended. No U.S. official would, [not even the courts], would want to have anything to do with me until these two conditions are manifestly certified as satisfied. The public is fervently involved in the process in bringing about this change, because, beneficiaries of this nonsense “are popular.” Again, if individual rights do not matter in this country, then, Amendment Nine is only part of a paper tiger. This was the same Amendment used by homosexuals to justify their rights of individuality. Is origin the case, then? [If you are reading me for the first time, then, you would not know that one of the pillars of the so-called program against me involves gay-homosexual immersion experiments undertaken through medication [prescription and street drugs], social engineering and ritual abuse. Where prescription drugs are concerned, San Francisco General Hospital continued where Ottawa Civic Hospital left. I believe that pharmaceutical companies involved have made windfall profits on people like me. So, I intend to bring human rights violation cases against both hospitals and who whatsoever benefited from the vicarious violations. I have already notified the government that this is genocide in the meaning of 18 USC 1091 et seq. and allied UN and other international conventions. But do they care? Surprisingly, US citizens [particularly in San Francisco] are fully involved in the commission of this crime. Public figures mentioned in this conspiracy, unfortunately, are not fictional or fictitious. Resolution for them is that until I change to be gay or bisexual, a slave, a fool and failure, until I stop academic and professional pursuits, strategies for personal development, the abuse and torture would not cease. I wish to hint the reader that the ‘gay demand’ was one of the main reasons why the Asylum Unit of the INS in San Francisco rejected my political asylum application. After rejection however, US leaders decided that they would use force to make me gay. This ‘force’ has turned into false accusations, set ups, innuendo and violence in San Francisco as I write. Agents have poured into the streets wearing Boxer, Rice, Pelosi, angelic and even male guises with intent to entrap, kidnap and kill me before I cause more humiliation and exposure. What do you think, if you are a conservative American, or, even a reasonable liberal? This matter is fully discussed in the report, "My Case against the United States." Would you be surprised, therefore, to hear that every day of my life in San Francisco, is a day of rumors about me having homosexual sex with this or that guy? Would you be surprised to hear all the rumors about all the prostitutes I have been paying when I have no money, hit with economic embargo? This is what Speaker Pelosi, Secretary Rice and Senator Boxer and their hateful intelligence agents are up to. I wish they would understand that defamation [libel or slander], even by public officials, is an 'actionable tort.' I wish they would understand that this type of atavistic hatred makes them look stupid and shallow-minded. How does the Speaker of U.S. House of Representatives feel after spreading rumor that this person she does not even know is gay, Muslim, criminal, etc.? Does this have anything to do with the fact that she might have stolen the money is the Title Vii case in question?

2B.You would understand then that I have been forcibly, albeit, unlawfully confined to San Francisco for the purpose of these gay-homosexual experiments that were meant, notably, to distort my lineage and family aspirations, disrupt my academic pursuits, and, disgrace and humiliate me. I place this ‘holding’ or “seizure” for these purposes squarely at the doorsteps of the government and citizens of the United States [See, for instance, County of Inyo v. Bowers, 489 U.S. 593(1989) & Byars v. United States, 273 U.S. 28, 33 (1927) both of which I extensively cited in the complaints, and read what Justice Scalia believes amounts to a seizure by the government]. Until these happen to me, I would not be allowed to have money. If I get money, I would avoid the traps, the dribbling, robbery, chemical attacks, the peppering, the suffer program, and, the execution! Now, I am deemed trapped and holed-in with the gays and prostitutes [the HIV/AIDS messengers]. “Eye has got you where Eye wanted you’ is the most recent comment of jubilation uttered by the enemy. Now, the agents, drivers, gangs and the angels would get the fullest opportunity to operate on me. Kids are told to disrespect me, spit on me, etc. as I wait for ‘my turn to be taken home’ by the invisibles angels of darkness, where the PUBA would dance on my grave after the funeral in the butcher’s garage. This was one pivotal reason why I could not win my cases and why nobody would answer. If I know all this, then, women with prostitution should trick me. This is how I could be arrested and imprisoned. In the United States, this is policy. What do you call this? So, the United States has a policy to destroy me, Africans, or, is my case an isolated incident? How many Africans have suffered this fate in San Francisco and in United States? So why do African leaders in Washington, D.C. continue to keep quite?

3. The United States Department of Justice and the Judiciary appear to me to have ‘outsourced administration of justice’ to outlaws, gangs, drivers, assassins and warlords. Until I register with these entities, the US justice and judiciary system cannot meet my needs. There is no space for me. I have no rights. This is not Africa. I should fall in line and obey these paid agents, whether I know them or not. I should be afraid, because, America is the greatest. All my friends and some family members have been brain washed by U.S. agents to help bring me down. The justice and judiciary systems are not there for my ilk. But, I know that even alienage is not a bar to justice in this country. See the Fourteenth Amendment.

4. If the formal justice and judiciary systems respond to me as they would a white person [See, the preamble of section 1981 of Title 42], or, even to the recently emancipated, then Blacks or African Americans, particularly, Condoleeza Rice, would be angry. Avenger blacks believe that they never received justice in this system, so no African should. For Secretary Rice, she is an INVESTOR [along with Speaker Pelosi, Senator Boxer, etc.], so she would not like her investments tempered with by some 'nonsensical' dose of justice for this stupid African. ‘She has worked hard all her life’ to own a person, and this idiot came along, hence, "MEDEA" Now, somebody wants to divest her of this golden opportunity. This is why many blacks are angry at Speaker Pelosi. They believe that Secretary Rice is the one who should have stolen the money from my Title VII case. None believe that I [too] have the right to justice, because, they believe that I have no rights. This case should have ended in 1994 when the conspiracy was exposed by anchors at CNN at the time. It took a ‘human fence’ that included the Executive of Tempts and Co.[including its lawyer then, Barbara Olson], a temporary work agency for which I worked in 1994 to stop a so-called ‘Minority Attack’ against me in Toronto. The would-have-been attack was organized from United States. It was shortly after this incident that Adams tried the hit attack on me in Ottawa. So who do you believe could have been architects of this plot? Presently in San Francisco and the Bay Area, these threats are ongoing. The fact the United States has continued this cruel, wicked and inhuman treatment [Eight Amendment] means that it sent Secretary Rice, Senator Boxer and Speaker Pelosi and their cohorts in this gross and multiple violations.

5. Americans have the right from my family, particularly, my dead father and his mother, to destroy me with witchcraft, magic and voodoo. Such power is reposed in Speaker Pelosi [the mother], because, she represents my grandmother and my father. According to this fable, my father and his mother cursed me never to be rich, never to marry and to be used for rites [because, I was his first son]. So the United States [the leading logical-rational society] has the right to turn such curses into ‘social policy’ against me. Secularly and spiritually, all these powers are embodied in Nancy Pelosi. I am the sacrificial goat, sheep, etc. and American Pastors have justified this with the biblical story of Abraham and Isaac! Due to this, in San Francisco, some people call me Isaac. In this spiritual “who IS who,?” Senator Boxer allegedly represents my mother’s rival [one of my father’s other wives]. The American public knows her as the ‘baker.’ Senator Boxer’s job is said to help her children to succeed, while bringing about failure mother’s children. The woman is Ashanti and my mother was Brong. So, again, what we see here is not simply the United States jumping into my family in Ghana to use ‘Divide to Conquer’ to destroy us, but, also, to do so using ethnicity or tribalism, by calling on even on Ghanaian leaders not to listen to me because I am not from their tribe [During his visit to Kenya two years or so ago, Senator Obama admonished Kenyan leaders for this same evil canker, tribalism. Now United States leaders [especially Democrats] promote the same against me?]. In the same vein, Secretary is Rice is also said to be channeling a rogue from my father family as part of the paranormal effort in America to destroy me. This rogue, a nephew of my father is called Kwame Asare [alias Kwame Boye]. He is said to have used destructive voodoo as he followed me from Ghana through my travels. This has made him a hero in Americans. Americans allegedly believe that I am afraid of him, so I would be afraid of Rice. Kwame Asare’s voodoo cannot be reason why I would be afraid of Secretary Rice, because, I would not succumb to such fool voodoo. I happen to fear traitors and backstabbers. I know that certain avengers have dastardly distorted and disrupted my life. Even as I write, Speaker Nancy Pelosi is said to be in my hometown [of course through African Americans’ Nation of Islam] canvassing my family, friends and elders to help her to use voodoo to defeat me. It is public knowledge here that one Ghanaian shrine AKONADI in the Eastern Region of Ghana, has been consulted by American leaders for help to torpedo me. If I have been condemned to be sacrificed, then, U.S. authorities would not intervene, I am told [Did not people escape assassinations in Europe to come to America?]. For the same reasons, the courts should not prevent obstruction of justice, because, those appointed to kill me would inherit whatever is due me. So, I am sacrificial goat! What happened to the ‘logical-rational society’ so loudly berated about? What happened to Western Enlightenment?

5.B. Everybody in the United States believes that I am a slave and that I have accepted to be re-educated following my alleged attempt to escape [Meanwhile, Ghanaian authorities have been told, among other things, that I volunteered to be used for experiments in North America. You see why this is key to unlocking this conspiracy?]. Armed police and gangs are said be on watch to kill me, anytime, I try to ‘escape.’[Escape? Am I not Black American?]. But, the real narrative of this offensive and injurious violation has two facets. One is that African Americans seeking revenge against me believe that I should be forcibly enslaved, just as they were, and, then, be owned by Nancy Pelosi [So, was Condoleeza Rice enslaved?]. Thus far, nobody has stopped them. The second is that U.S. authorities [per Nancy Pelosi] believe that I should serve the United States, because, it was taxpayers’ money that was offered to me as a scholarship by a private college in Canada [Note: my scholarship was not given by the Canadian government. Some even believe that Canada made a mistake for allowing me to attend university there, because, my types do not have that chance in USA. This explains why I was prevented from enrolling in graduate programs in this country. If I was allowed to win these cases, then, I would be able to fund the rest of my education. Beside that, United States does not want me to pursue further education, because, I would know too much. So, if a Canadian college offers a student a scholarship to study there, an American political leader can assume that she has the right to enslave him as a result. Would you say that what we have here is a “vast continental white conspiracy?”]. A social worker [white woman whose name I am holding for her safety] confirmed to me in San Francisco that I was expected to be a slave and serve. According to her, ‘you were brought here to serve Nancy.” She even directed me to a place that used to be called 39 Fell Street [ Mcmillan Center], indicating that the Blacks there would fully informed me of what to do. The manager for such enslavement education is said to be Secretary Rice. In San Francisco, former Mayor Willie Brown Jr., current Mayor Gavin Newsom and current District Attorney Kamala Harris are the leading local Managers for these programs [An Eightyplus-year old Black Pastor is said to have risen to these ranks lately]. Most African Americans, including even the homeless, believe that they are enshrined with Secretary Rice’s powers to control, suppress and push me down to be dominated by Nancy Pelosi, the anointed sun?. Clearly, enslavement is one of the main reasons why U.S. authorities refuse to attend to this rather offensive, injurious and racist program. The belief is that one day soon they would get lucky with food poisoning, police shooting, vehicular accident or Angel mugging.

6. I sued California and San Francisco for police abuse and judicial fraud, so I was given another death sentence. The District Attorney and the SFDP are allegedly in to be charge of the program to try to trap and kill me. The so-called ‘mandate’ to the District Attorney from the U.S. Congress in part allegedly said, “If she can kill him, let her do it.” This ‘mandate’ was allegedly given in 2005. This coincided with the INS refusal to renew my EAD of which you have read in the letters published. Kamala Harris is said to have been involved in this case, along with the City of San Francisco, since 2000. But the mandate was given to her in 2005 to cover up for Pelosi, and since then, my life has worsened a thousand times. So, the mandate is one of the reasons why I received no responses to the letters you read. It is partly for the same reasons why I have been prevented from winning my Title VII employment discrimination case and my civil rights case against California and the City and County of San Francisco.

7. I sent copies of ‘the U.S. Senate Committees letter’ to Africa, and, Cape Town University Students’ Association published a copy at their website. It appeared on the internet and five thousand plus people read it. This means I exposed and embarrassed U.S. leaders, so I should die. If I am sentenced to death, then, I can’t win these cases. One has to wonder why the United States believes that all that is going on here must and should be covered up. This attitude of taking leave from responsibilities and obligations is what would bring a huge embarrassment to the American leadership. The war against terror should begin at home, just like ‘charity.’

8. Feminists led by Senator Boxer and the National Organization for Women [NOW] have secured a program of retaliation and reprisals, including a death sentence against me for being a CHAUVANIST. The feminist issues against me are multifaceted. For this purpose, I will mention a couple. One: It is said that Senator Boxer and Secretary Rice discovered that when I was back in Ghana in the 1970s, I had a fight with one of my sisters and I violently brutalized her, so I am sexist. According to the sources, Senator Boxer now believes that I violated United States Constitution, so I should die. Two: There arose a conflict between a radical Marxist Professor and me (i) over method of analysis for my M.A. Research Paper and (ii) of something sexual in nature [sexual advances]. NOW is said to have taken over from the professor to secretly engage me in warfare. I have realized that it is part of the purpose of this feminist war against me to make me embrace the extreme left and its ideals embodied in and personified by Senator Boxer. They hired assassins to kill me, with approval from the U.S. Congress, it is alleged and all the liberal-leftist organizations. This has been ongoing since the late 1990s. There are a lot of issues here, but, tell me, what is the U.S. Congress doing getting involved in a conflict on a university campus in Canada? And this is not the only instance for such U.S. interference in my life [I discuss the rest of such interference in My Case against United States]. Oh, by the way, did I say the Professor was a far left Marxist? So the leading capitalist nation in the world is at war to help a radical Marxist professor indoctrinate some lonely African student with radical ideology? The end of ideology indeed!! Would say that race is an issue here? Why is the United States racing after dark-skinned Africans?

9. I was alleged to know too much of U.S. Secrets. This gets me another death sentence. This would be true, if you believe that Condoleeza Rice is my friend, relative, confidant, etc. If not, then, you could say I learned about those secrets from books, the American public and the media, etc. But, if I were not seized [Fourth Amendment] and forcibly held [against my will] to examine what the citizens refer to as the “BIG PICTURE,” I would NOT have been PRIVY to the so- called secrets. Yes, I have examined the ‘slides’ in this BIG picture and I do not like what I see. I do not like what I hear. I do not like this picture. But, do not blame me. This is another reason why I have been prevented from winning my cases, to make a living, or a family. I am supposed to suffer till I drop dead! This is the purpose of the BIG PICTURE!

9B. One of the slides in the BIG PICTURE happens to be the conspiracy to engineer me [through drugging, ritual attacks, social and electronic manipulation] to become gay. San Franciscans love this plot. Along with this is a program of offensive propaganda managed by cohorts of Speaker Pelosi, Senator Boxer, Secretary Rice, Kamala Harris [D.A. of San Francisco], Cathy Marshall of Microsoft and SFDP, among others. I would like to say a word about this program of diatribe, sexual harassment and humiliation, then, link it to my belief that this is all ‘a white supremacist discriminatory policy of the United States government. Yes, African Americans are deeply involved in this. Such involvement of African Americans and other minorities does not in substance vitiate the racist content and objective of the policy. Let us call that proxy racism. This is not to overlook the fact that African American revenge practices against me are rife and potent. The reader should not lose sight of my suggestion that such revenge appears to have been adopted by the United States as an official, albeit, undeclared policy. This is evidenced by these publications. Some enlightened African Americans are recruited to implement the discriminatory policies as the U.S. covers up African American revenge activities against Africans [ For instance, a Black Pastor from the Bay Area entered this fray with gangster activity against me, because, he allegedly claimed that I sued his ‘buddy’]. It is such dreadful partnership that helped to place people like me where we are: in harm’s way. Thus the gay immersion, revenge and retaliatory programs against me are part of America’s racist and discriminatory policies against Africans [including me], which must be denounced by all civilized, conscientious and peace loving people. The following issues highlight my point.

I. Do you remember the sexual innuendo aspect involving a Professor from Carleton University that I described above? Among the retaliatory tactics of NOW known to me was the plot to sexually link me with men, albeit, gays. Both secular [social, medical and spiritual strategies] are alleged to have employed against me for not responding positively to advances from the feminist professor. So, just because I did not want to have sexual relations with one woman, I became ‘women hater’ and homosexual. By the way, the time NOW and the professor were angry plotting to kill me for ‘dissing’ her, some white men in Canada [including professors] were angry with me for sleeping with a white woman professor, when I was expected to be with ‘you own.” It was the ideology of your own, which pumped up African Americans into the frontlines of this case. I realized that they too carried their assault after me to the United States. What you do not hear is that Professor-Student relations were prohibited by the University. One of the reasons for making such relations illegal was that those who were more powerful, if spurned, would victimize the less powerful. This was exactly what happened in this case to me [How do you like to hear the Speaker and others shout to me about how powerful they are?]. Whence remains the question, where is it written or mandated that I should take any woman who throws herself at me, no matter how powerful they are? Show me where it is written that if I do not cajole to such women, then, my life should be destroyed? I believe that this is because of the held belief that a black man hardly has rights in this part of the world, let alone the right to date the woman of his choice. He is expected to take whatever the system throws at him. This is what explains why the United States would go over the border to the North and attack Africans, because, they dated white women, or dared open their mouth in the classroom. Do you believe that the United States would implement such a policy against an Irishman, Iranian or an Afghan? Mexican?

II. On the same issue, please, tell me what would happen, if the tables were turned. If I, the African, was the professor and the white was woman the student. Let us assume that I propositioned her and she refused me for unknown reasons, then, I decided that she would not get her degree, her career or life. Then, I followed her to ensure that I undermine every effort she makes to advance in life. I asked for help from an African Association of men and we appealed to our brethren and others in the country to the north, we even solicited help from the Congress of that country to help us destroy this ‘troublesome’ white woman, disrespecting a black Professor! Let us assume that we described her as disrespectful, arrogant and a loser. What would be the result? Would I get help from the government to the north to pass a ‘DA POLICY’ against this girl and her family? Would medical and witch doctors, lawyers, judges, the law enforcement, courts, citizenry [Black, Brown, White, Immigrant, Domestic, etc.], agree to help me destroy this white woman? Would you say then that the GAY diatribes and DA policy championed by Speaker Pelosi, Programmer Marshall, D.A. Harris, Senator Boxer and Secretary Rice, the Nation, the media, the Congress, etc. against the white lady would be logical, rational and free of all belief systems?

III. One of the principal reasons for the ongoing sexual and other assaults against me was that I was accused of dating too many white women while I was in Canada. So the United States sent attackers after me [Protecting the white women is a global duty?]. If they would admit the truth, the attackers also included angry minorities allegedly led by Senator Boxer, Professor Rice and the Nation. It is alleged that they claimed to have been messengers of “white supremacists.” [The Nation sent by Supremacists?]. I do not know as yet what role Speaker Pelosi played, “sender or messenger.” But, I heard of her in Canada. These assaults worsened in USA, partly because, it was again, alleged that there were some white women here in United States who were believed to have intentions for me and had expressed desire to meet me[Some out of sympathy or empathy]. These would be among those from CNN who blew the whistle on the plot by US agent to lynch me through minorities in Toronto in the summer of 1994. So again, minorities were asked to act as blockade, a fence, a blanket, etc. to prevent me from meeting any of these renegade white women. Rumor among African Americans indicate that the father of one of the ladies is involved in attacks against me. But so are African American lawyers and Pastors. There is little doubt that this ‘punishment’ for this BAD habit of not dating ‘his own,’ is policy. This explains the massive bouts of slackening, chemical castration and sterilization, brain attenuation, heart attack and other such deadly prescription drugs with which I have been hit over the past two decades. It is well- known that in San Francisco, the General Hospital is the source of such drugs. Rumor of pharmaceutical involvement is more than rife. Of course, couple that with the desire of San Francisco’s politicians to prevent me from winning that big civil rights case against them, and the agony of those who put their pride on the line to subdue me, then, you would have understood why I am where I am: highly endangered.

IV. Do you remember the professor on whose behalf NOW purchased the conflict and transferred it to the United States? One of her complaints was that I discriminated against her, because, she was an “older white woman.” Why the qualifier, “older white woman?” I have shockingly learned that there is this general belief in both Canada and USA that I had relations with another older professor, except that she was Indian. I learned of this in disbelief, because, the said professor was a married woman. Now, I understood my other charge, that I had relations with a married professor [Indian woman married to a white professor]. First, the truth is that this was and remains A HOAX, a set up to induce lynching. I have disappointingly learned that this lie was cooked by U.S. intelligence. As for discriminating against ‘older women,’ this appears to be the reasons why Senator Boxer and Speaker Pelosi took up the cause to spread it across the continent and to Africa, wherever they could find older women to incite them to hate me, conjure curses and spells and voodoo against me until I am destroyed. This is the reason why the system punishes younger woman who dare interact with me. The effort to drive them away from me has succeeded tremendously. To show you, the reader, that this reaction and contagion of anger from all these feminists have been irrational, please, ask yourself this question: Why did the professor or any woman who followed her example believe that they had the right to determine the type of woman I should date? Why did they believe that they had the right to impose non-child bearing women [and plastic men!] on me, when I, a traditional African, have always believed in marrying and having many children? As African, I believe, no man is successful, without a wife and children. All this goes back to the fact that I was offered a scholarship in Canada. But, I have to say, with all respect, that United States [despite offering millions of scholarship to international students], had not a hand in my scholarship. The question, then, does not arise of the piper and tune, unless race or some other such emotional disposition is invoked! Hence, condescendence apart, this matter goes beyond ethnocentrism. Speaker Pelosi would not treat an Irish freshman similarly. Senator Boxer would not subject a Cambodian immigrant to similar treatment [She would have done it to my co-tenant in 1987]. And Secretary Rice, surely, would not throw such stones at a Mexican, Puerto Rican, etc. immigrant. So, these women have been captors, used by a disparate system to implement a hateful policy.

V. So now white people should accuse of me REVERSED RACISM [This is the guy who has been hated and discriminated against since 1985 when he landed on this continent. “He’s too dark. He has an ugly nose. He is ugly, He looks stupid. We like his brothers better. etc.”]. I will not allow the phony ALIBI to stick. A couple of issues explain this phenomenon. First, I discriminate against older white women. Second, I discriminate against white homosexuals. For this second factor, the enemy’s reason is that IT has evidence that I had sex with a Ghanaian drifter called Nelson, who used to hang around in San Francisco until he disappeared in 2002 [Have Mercy!]. The story about him is that he probably was tricked by the law enforcement to frame their main target, ME, as part of a deal to forgive him part of his many of violations. His compromise, allegedly, led to the creation of a gay video featuring him and me in a shower. This compromising video is said to be running on the internet [I have promised to pay ten thousand dollars to anybody who gets me the tape to enable me sue the perpetrators]. The problem is that I was never naked with Nelson anywhere, not even in the washroom at the shelters in San Francisco. I never had a shower or bath in the same building with Nelson. So, where did my picture come from? Since Nelson disappeared, this question assumes urgency. The talk around town is that both photographs were probably taken from different bathrooms at the shelters by those who enjoy watching men naked, and, then put together. These then are two STILL pictures pieced together to make a hateful, but, an unwise point. Hopefully, experts could prove this theory correct. I have commented on this frame job in several of my letters, because, this is one of the claims of defamation I intend to take to the United Nations. Whose work is this? It has been suggested that law enforcement and Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall were responsible for this dirty work. But, who were the actual brains behind it? ]. In San Francisco, I can report that men follow me everywhere I go as they did to LOT in the Bible, believing that they could fulfill the system’s dream of framing me as gay to destroy my future in politics in Ghana, wiping my lineage and distorting my life.

When I go to take a shower in the shelters [That is, whenever D.A. Kamala Harris’s point women there allow me to enter the building], there are men who believe that I am enshrined with a popular transsexual in San Francisco, so they follow me making these offensive noises, simulating their imagination with the transsexual. There has been talk of several rape episodes planned against me by some of these sick people. But, with the Speaker herself leading such spectacles with unfounded rumor, you could say that this is also, POLICY. For these people, I am practicing reversed racism. They do not know a life with a woman and children. They are too deviant and sick to realize that the story around me is a frame up job of their leaders. She does not want me near the women, but, Nancy Pelosi throws the men [all races and colors] at me. Brilliant? As far as D.A. Harris, Secretary Rice, Senator Boxer, Speaker Pelosi, etc. are concerned, the society should throw all the gay epithets at me. They should curse me and trample over me, because, I have no rights, just like the rest of Africans herein trapped and trampled. This has continued to prevent me from marrying and making a family. My ties with my friends and family in Ghana are either cut, distorted or undermined by these people. There is even a Black American ‘Talk show Host’ in the city of Takoradi in Ghana who has been charged with the duty to spread vicious rumors about Ghanaians in this country, particular, me. Over there, he is called “Supercharger,” spreading false and destructive rumor about me sent to him by African Americans. If you ask me, I believe this is one of the partnership jobs between African Americans and the U.S. government to commit and cover up crimes against Africans like me. There is rumor that they have even stationed gangster-assassins in Ghana to kill ‘troublesome’ ones like me and my family. Would you be surprised to hear that the United States might have prevailed on the Ghana Embassy in Washington, D.C. not to renew my passport, because, I am a Black American, I am insane and U.S. would like to take care of me, or, I am under investigation for murder? If you have read my published letters, how would you reconcile the insinuation that I am African American with the INS’ view that I am illegal immigrant and I should leave? This ill-thought-out attempt to divest me of my citizenship, to libel and defame me in order to kill me is against the Geneva Convention [See, also, 18 USC 1091 et. seq.].Even worse is the intent of those exposed to push me out there to get me killed. Although I know that the United States does not subject itself to the International Criminal Court, I intend to invoke the Geneva Convention against the United States and other defendants in my impending complaint in defense of my family and myself.

One day, the belief was that I was chasing too many white women, so I should be castrated or be killed. The next day, I was homosexual. So there is a link between white women and homosexuality. As a matter of fact, one of the reasons why the judge in the aforementioned Title Vii case ruled against me was alleged to be that some people complained to him that they did not approve of how I spent my money, so they decided that I should not be allowed to have money at all. The injurious condescendence aside, these people allegedly had the temerity to suggest to the judge that if paid money from the case, I would buy sex from white women, and, I would remit my family in Ghana [prohibited activities], so he should rule against me. This way [by starving me of relationship with women], they intended ‘to give gays a chance’ to woo me [Do you see the genocidal intent here? See, 18 USC 1091 et. seq.]. This elaborate and offensive plot won the day, because, Judge Jenkins literally took the judgment from me and gave it to the defendants, CDS Leopold. An official of the court who was conversant with case insinuated this to me. Under section 1091 et seq. of Title 18, this conduct, if proved, consequentially would amount to genocide. For Nancy Pelosi and her cohorts, however, I am a PEST and I should be PUT IN MY PLACE. The American public, along with law enforcement and the courts have been on this for the last fourteen years, as if the United States Constitution ceased to function. I would like to stress that, even as an alien or foreigner, I intend to invoke the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments, and Title 42 for redress.

Hence the question, what happened to all the salient principles? Why has the United States outsourced justice in my regard to Black Americans, feminists, avengers, assassins, and underground groups whose purpose is to advance regressive policies? What happened to the rule of law, due process and individual rights? What is DA and can the United States explain to the world what crime I committed to be so badly treated? May be, “Project Rice” holds the answer. Why do I owe Speaker Pelosi, Secretary Rice or the Nation? Speaker Pelosi is alleged to have inherited her legacy from former External Affairs Minister of Canada, Flora McDonald! So this ownership thing is continental. Thus, the notion of “House to House” has been invented to describe trends in this rather offensive program of enslavement. I intend to present a separate petition to the Canadian government on the matter.

10. So under “Project Rice” I am supposed to be homeless [Just as Dr. Rice convinced Americans that I was in Africa], in order to be exposed to the vagaries and vices of society: drugs, criminality, gayhood, violence and the warring police. This is because the manager of the program believed that I was an undeserving ‘book worm,’ but, not ‘street wise.’[Is this the call from God to change me?]. While being exposed to these street vices, I would be endangered and likely killed so that those nominated to inherit me would quietly do so. In street life, I would retire to the shelter every evening where monitors and black angels would be instructed to spray me with some chemical, convenient enough to make me pass out on passage to the other side, or, likely to give me bronchitis, etc., which would be blamed on my bad habit. The public in San Francisco describes this tactic and others in the category, “Assisted.” Under this project, I am not supposed to have money, because, I am not expected to make a living, save in the bank, remit my relatives in Ghana, rent a place, etc. If I make the mistake, which other Africans made and accept any City or County-assisted housing, etc., I would be sentenced to death through “Assisted,” hence, the phrase, ‘assisted.’ I could not win these cases because I have been listed as “Assisted.” So, in a free market, capitalist, rational society, what would you rather have a sensible, reasonable, logical person like me do: make a living or receive welfare?

In the Rice-USA dependency program, it is ‘take welfare,’ because, ‘you have to be limited.’ This was why I was harassed, discriminated against and wrongly fired at CDS Leopold Group, which led to the filing of the controversial Title Vii case. I will fully show the reader how I won this case and how the African American judge took the decision from me and gave it to CDS Leopold Group. So, what would you do, if you believe you won five hundred thousand dollars or one trillion dollars in court cases by representing yourself, only to be told that apply to get welfare, because, United States does not deem you fit enough to win cases in our courts until you follow one of our mean spirited impostors chosen to kill you and steal your money? [Aha!]. This is because the money in the case is reserved for Dr. Rice and others for working so hard to make you America’s slave! Would this lend credence to the other rumor that one of these people has taken a life insurance policy on me? Is the next step not how soon you are going to die, if a person takes life insurance policy on you? What happened to America? Now tell me what the United States is up to! What about the impending blood bath from the California Highway Police [CHP], the SFDP or the U.S. Marines predicted by the whole public? Would you join me in asking the Office of the Solicitor General or the Attorney General’s office to investigate this case and to seek a RE-REVIEW of my Title Vii case and the Civil Rights case by the Supreme Court of the United States?

11. It was suggested to me by the American public that by writing these letters, I am asking the government of the United States to intervene in my situation. So a lot of people have queried, “WHY DO YOU WANT THE GOVERNMENT TO INTERVENE?” Okay, I was invited to this country by the federal government, citizens of the country have attacked me and I should not report to the government? Is the government still the custodian of the constitution of the United States? But, wait a minute; there is something being said here, because, it appears to me as if the government and citizens believe that I have a conflict with certain people and that conflict falls outside the realm of United States jurisdiction, constitution and sovereign territory, so the United States could not be bothered. Is this what is being said to me? Or the United States is the attacker, which has floated women, gays, blacks and other minorities in front of the battle lines to camouflage intent and perpetrator? Is this a constitutional society or, as the homeless Black American told me, “America is dog eat dog country [sic]?” Still, my question remains this: President Bush, what did I do to your country?

12. “Your type, when you come here, you all end up here,” was one of the statements I consistently heard from the public until recently. ‘Here,’ meaning San Francisco or United States? This does mean that ‘here’ is a dungeon for my types. “Here” is what the Canadians referred to as “Senegal.” Well!

13. Now that you would not blame me when I apply to the WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM and when I request help from OTHER COUNTRIES, let us examine where we are. This is not simply a liberal-conservative, democrat-republican, leftwing and rightwing issue. These belong to domestic American politics. I am not American. This is a case of Americans attacking an African [resident of Canada] dragged here to be ‘taught a lesson’ by blacks, browns and whites of every gender. This is also not simply a gender issue, because, I have shown that not all males would be dealt a similar attack by NOW, and, if the characters changed positions, the feminist would have no case. If there is a gender problem, then, it is reversed sexism from Flora McDonald to Nancy Pelosi and her followers. As I said, this is only the tip of the iceberg. This note is to indicate to you the absurdity of the conspiracy at hand and how it has been used to deprive me justice in several court cases, and, how it been used to deprive me life. Along with the decisions on my immigration case, I wish to publish the decisions of two of these cases with commentary at ohenethinkslegal.squarespace.com. That website is facing problems currently. I hope to get it fully operating soon. Now, why have lawyers refused to take these cases, when they could win millions of dollars for their help?

14. Are you not shocked to hear that while the U.S. Congress is in the process of preparing a bill to apologize for slavery and its legacies, the sitting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, would be busily acquiring and keeping slaves in San Francisco? As I write, as you read, the epithet ‘slave’ is being thrown at me in San Francisco, because, some of the people love to hear that Pelosi owns me. African American leaders led by Willie Brown Jr. are charged with making sure that this ownership acquisition is actualized. Where I am concerned [Since I am not citizen of this country], the Speaker and the Congress [Since it appears to be ‘policy’] seem to have launched a “hostile take over” of me, as if I am some object, desiring to be owned. I came to this country not to be owned. I primarily came here to pursue postgraduate education in political science. This conduct is contradictory to the unfolding of this country’s history where landmarks reflected by dates such as 1865, 1964 and the event of an African American as the Presidential candidate in 2008 come to mind. This “program” in this historical context is against the run of reason. This [DIS] is immoral and unethical. Just because revenge seeking African Americans would unreflectively agree to lynch any number of Africans does not mean that they should be incited and instigated to do so.

15. Still, the issues at stake may be worse than as yet revealed. I believe that this attack against me was meant to kill me, because, it appeared to be part of a United States underground policy to seek and kill certain international students whose views Americans believe to be radical. I take issue with those who would want to tell me what to study in a college when they did not sponsor me. Even, St. Jerome’s College, which offered me the scholarship unequivocally told me that the ‘scholarship was unconditional.’ I will elaborate on this point in my report, “My Case against the United States,” now in preparation. I will show that several of my colleagues similarly attacked did not survive. [We were attacked in Canada. This raises the question as to how widespread are these cross- border attacks? How many of my types have been victimized or destroyed in this way?] The rumor is rife in this country that I was identified as a ‘radical” by Secretary Rice and other CIA types while I was manning my own business in Canada. This made me U.S. enemy! This coupled with African American revenge programs against Africans throughout the world seemingly adopted by the United States government, and, the feminist retaliatory agenda against me, also, approved by the U.S. Congress, appear to have reinforced the already existing eugenics-biological warfare and peonage-enslavement programs to ensure that I was placed under total subjugation and oppression. Unfortunately, the US leadership has allowed this to go on forever. This is because it has little or no regard for me as a human being with rights, and my origin as worthy of respect. To wit, I do resemble anyone they know or with whom they could identify. The leadership relies on the assurance that African American support for the programs and the silence of the government of Ghana silence amount to approval for U.S. to continue to destroy him. What I wish to stress and what the American government should be held to are its ethical, moral and constitutional standards. Is this how Americans believe people should be treated?

16. If you were me and your life has been interfered with by a foreign power since 1986 due to the jealousy of its citizens such that while those citizens soared, you dipped; as they bought houses and condos, you were pushed onto the streets because even the shelters are usually too full to let you in. Then you are told that you are a slave, so you have no rights. Abandon your profession and train to become a cleaner. Then, you hear this: “America should be grateful to Rice for pushing him to the fringes. Rice pushed him to the sidelines. We bombed him to the feudal ages…” Your dreams of a wife, children and a profession have all been shattered. Everything you do is accredited to her: Your college essays and other scholarly work, and, even these court cases! Your letters are ceased. She claims to be doing it all for some white person, some white homosexual, in competition against you. She claims only to be messenger. The courts refused to hear your case, because, adjudication has been outsourced in your case to crime bosses. You are told to follow Rice, Pelosi, Boxer, Brown, Harris, Morsey-Braun, etc. or die. This way, you catch those involved in the crime. But, the courts would not hear, because, America is an ownership society. The enlightened are out there competing to own you. Plus, Black Americans have been ordered to help the Finnish to defeat you. “ You should wait. You are supposed to be gay or get killed. Let the experiment succeed. Don’t make any plans in your life other we will kill you…” Thus, I warn, if the United States wants this case to end up in a great disaster, then, the people should continue to hold me, to call me a slave and homosexual. Then, they should continue with the drugging experiments, torture, abuse, etc., because, the whole world would know who to blame. This country appears to be addicted to violence. And it is my lesson that the people refuse to take lesson from the many tragedies of violence that hit this country. I wish that leaders of this country would take wise steps to avoid any such occurrence.

17. The fact of this case is that I do not owe Nancy Pelosi, Condoleeza Rice, Kamala Harris, Barbara Boxer or the Nation of Islam, so there is no reason why they should steal from me, and, the courts would not hear the case. There is no reason why they should place me in destructive and disgraceful programs and I have no recourse for redress. There is no reason why officials of California and San Francisco should violate me and the courts refuse to render justice. I am not Black American and I would never become one. I will not give up my quest for academic and personal development as United States leaders are said to be demanding. I will not give up my fight to reverse the miscarriage of justice imposed on me in the Title Vii and the Civil Rights cases. I will pursue justice in the ongoing eugenics-biological warfare and peonage-enslavement persecution and against all those politicians and political operatives who have driven roughshod through me. Let Black Americans continue to serve. I am not a slave and those who seek to so characterize me would face the law. This would require that the judiciary in this country must be allowed to maintain its assumed independence. Justice Breyer once candidly noted: “In United States judicial independence has developed into a set of institutions that ensures that judges decided according to the rule of law, rather than according to their whims or the will of others, including other branches of government.”[An excerpt from a speech given by Justice S.G. Breyer, Associate Justice, U.S. Supreme Court, at a conference of Supreme Court Judges of the Americas held in Washington, D.C. in October 1995, as published in USSIS, issue of December 1996]. In my Title Vii case, I believe that the Clerk at the Ninth Circuit, Catty Catterson and her deputies made the decisions instead of judges, and, they did so according to the whims and wills politicians, the defendants CDS and their attorneys, Morrison and Foerster, LLP. In the civil rights case, most of the decisions at the trial court were made by deputy clerks and Mr. Robert Bonta, the alleged deputy city attorney for San Francisco. In both cases, the trail judges lost jurisdiction of the cases through automatic disqualification, but, they refused to recuse themselves. The problem is that the Appeals Courts in both situations refused to review. This calls into question whether they made the decisions “according to their own whims,” or according to the rule of law. The exhibits on file bear out the preponderance of the evidence. So why did the Supreme Court of the United States refuse to hear?

18.The problem of my cases is not merely that the decisions were made ‘according to the will of others, including other branches of government,’ but, also, that those not empowered to be judges made most of the crucial decisions with the purpose of denying me equal protection. This happened all the way from the trial courts to the United States Supreme Court. I believe that no justice of the California State Supreme Court or the Supreme Court of the United States read my petitions. I intend to publish the most important briefs along with decisions rendered on them so that readers would get a better grasp of the issue at stake. This is not a question of street gangs attacking some stranger with a gun in some back alley. This is a question of tortfeasors [People familiar with the law such as lawyers, Senators, politicians, law enforcement, etc. with guns to my head in broad day light, saying, “Give me your money or I will kill you.” This is the case I am reporting to the United States and the rest of the world. The government cannot fail to act this time. The world knows the truth now.

19. I respectfully call on the Supreme Court not to allow matters brought before it to be outsourced to criminals, racists and fascists, but, restore confidence in the judicial process by ensuring that those of us whose substantial rights have been egregiously violated would be accorded due process.

20. Since I started publication of these letters, the situation has worsened for me in San Francisco. Speaker Pelosi, Secretary Rice, Senator Boxer, former Mayor Willie Brown Jr., District Attorney Kamala Harris, Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall, Fox’s Katherine Crier and all the people mentioned in these publications are said to be angry with me, now, afraid to be exposed. These people and their local cohorts in the law enforcement, voodoo practitioners, sources of prescription drugs, gays, etc. have doubled their attacks against me. But, I cannot be any more afraid than I have been in the last two decades. I believe that this crime must end, NOW. President Bush must be convinced that leaving this crime to be solved by the next President as did President Clinton would not be ‘An Act of God.” President Clinton allegedly believed that ‘his people should be allowed to decide his fate.’ In my case that would be Black Americans. [Do I have people in this country? Is this how a country like United States resolves foreign/immigration cases? By my people did he mean those seeking revenge against me? Now, you know why we are where we are!].

21. The crime itself began during the reign of President Reagan. It was enhanced during the time of President Bush, 41. President Clinton consummated it. President Bush, 43, had the golden opportunity to solve it. But, again, it appears as if even in the reign of the compassionate conservative, indifference, inaction and silence won. My family in Ghana and I have lived through enough pain, hurt and destruction. I therefore call on all well-meaning people out there to call on President Bush to get these American assassins off my back. Get these people out of my family. I am not part of any competition and I am not an object of any competition. Prosecute the slave takers and slave managers, now. Investigate the drug companies, the drugging episodes, the torture, the gay projects, now! People of this country must respect the dignity of all human beings and their rights to live the life to which you aspire. In order for the reader to appreciate the magnitude of the cost of this crime to my family and me, I will publish my graduate school class list after the publication of the copy of the letter from the United States Immigration Review/Appeals Board. Your leaders told you that I did not even complete high school. Please, look for me as, Boakye-Yiadom, Ohene. On the class list, and, determine for yourself the nature of crime committed by your leaders against me. Then answer these questions: Does this man deserve to be heard? Does this man deserve Justice? What did he do or did he not do to deserve this? Does the United States have the right to hold with the purpose of ‘limiting’ his advancement?
