HOW UNITED NATIONS HAS HELPED UNITED STATES TO COMMIT
HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS

What happens to a bad behavior that is not punished? It gets repeated ad infinitium, right? What happens when a father tells his bully son not to worry about his bad behavior, because, "my children cannot be charged with criminal violations?" The one issue I have with "Born Again" Christian theology is NOT the self-assurance that Jesus died for those who have accepted him as Lord and Savior, but, the extended interpretation that the so-called saved believers could go on and sin whenever they like, axiomatically believing that they had been forgiven even before they sinned, because, they were already saved through the sacrifice of the Christ. This same defective logic is practiced at the United Nations, particularly, by the United Nations Human Rights Commission and the elsewhere United Nations High Commission for Human Rights with regard to human rights violations in the West. This is the reason why the US has adamantly committed human rights violations against me for over twenty five years and sees no reason why it should stop. This is one of the reasons why at times when western observers frustrated with the UN's workings are wrong when they pontificate that the UN is dominated by the interests of developing nations.

The principle at the United Nations concerning human rights violations and Western countries is that Western countries cannot be charged with human rights violations, because, 'Western countries do no have RECORDS of human rights violations against THEIR OWN PEOPLE.' I have paraphrased the principle for this purpose. I could not believe my ears when UN human rights commission officials from Geneva and Washington, DC uttered these words of bias and favoritism to me for countries that claim to be at the forefront of the fight to guarantee and protect human rights. The official in Geneva further stated, "You would find it difficult to prove your case against either Canada or United States." This was in 1977. I never heard from Geneva again. Both John Neff and Immanuel Wallerstein have rightly surmised that in some Western countries, the devil is always believed to be in a foreign land. And so are human rights violators. Nancy Pelosi and alleged sustained critic of human rights violations in China and in whose district I am illegally seized and confined is als the guru of this program of violations.

Now, I understand why in United States, human rights issues are deemed foreign issues, namely, these barbaric violations do not take place in United States. In fact, a cursory glance through the HOT LISTS of US Congress men and women would yield empirical results in support of this view. This is what you would find if you undertook this simple and yet revealing experiment: Almost every Senator and House Representative has ANIMAL RIGHTS on his or her HOT LIST, but, less than TEN in both houses have HUMAN RIGHTS on their hot list. A hot list is a catalog of items, issues and topics that are presumably dear to the heart of the Senator or Representative. What story does that tell the solitary observer? Human rights violations, not in our neck of the woods! Those who know about the fate of Africans in United States in general, and my case in particular, however, would tell you that United States is full of human rights violations, and the world would be a better place, if UN human rights agencies would see to vigorously police United States and nations with similar privileges about human rights standards.

In San Francisco, where I have been forcibly confined since 1996, the people are focused not merely in immersing me in the deviant gay lifestyle, but, to even ensure that I would not to able to get an erection, let alone ejaculate. The public admonition "emma" or "don't come," is routinely shouted to me by adults and children alike, amidst simultaneous attacks targeting my genitals. "Emma," which means "don't come," is culled from the "Akan" language of Ghana. This may be too graphic and derogatory for digestion here, but, it is the fact, and so is the crime. At the same time, the public call on me to be in the mood to have sex with men just as female dogs do before the males have sex with them. Again, they use Akan words, "waso" meaning 'you are in the mood,' and 'so,' 'be in the mood,' to convey to me that the program to castrate me and immerse me into homosexuality has succeeded. Some of these Americans even tease that I am impotent and cannot have an erection. Others contemplate when I would have the operation to complete the process of change to become female. I am therefore the living evidence, the record on this crime against me.

If I do not get these messages, then, San Francisco would send 'young men' after me to throng around me and simulate the act of having sex to me. I was supposed to be given lessons on how to have sex by Black Americans, prostitutes and gays. But since I avoid them, the conspirators would send them to me. The public often deride, "embarrassing, is it not?" Meanwhile, San Francisco General Hospital and drugs manufacturers [the sponsors of the crime] continue to peddle the drugs for castration and mental attenuation to deepen the damage. Now , you tell me, is this a crime, a violation of my human rights? The people doing this know that what they are doing is a violation. What are we told about homosexuality not being a deviant lifestyle, if you have programs to deliberately effect and institutionalize the behavior? Is there a place where programs are run like the one I have experienced to induce heterosexuality in United States? Show me that place!

How do you suggest to me that such a treatment does not constitute a violation of my human rights? I sit because you do not deem me to be human? Now, let me attempt to take apart the UN contention to expose the fallacy of reasoning it embodies and expose the hypocrisy and the privilege offered US and similar countries to get away with human rights violations.

1. As a general observation, I would like to remind the UN that the Nuremberg Convention which formed the basis of the Convention Against the Crime of Genocide and Other Cruel, Wicked and Inhuman treatment or Punishment was established long before many countries in the developing world came into being. Activities such as using human beings for experiments did not exist then in the Third World. Even currently, apart from countries such as South Korea whose phenomenal economic rise has enabled them join areas as stem cell research, experiments oh human in the Third World is still practically non-existent. Apparently, therefore, Western countries were the target of both the Nuremberg Convention and the UN Convention Against the Crime of Genocide. This would mean that such activities, which were deemed to be human rights violations took mainly place in Western countries. United States, for instance, is on record for having pursued a policy of forced castration, for instance, as part of its eugenics and social Darwinist policies in the 1930s. Is eugenics or its antecedent forced castration a human rights violation? This policy still continues in United States, to the best of my knowledge. I am a case in point. In San Francisco, I have observed that even whites are placed in similar inhuman programs. UN's characterization of human rights violations vis-a-vis Western countries may therefore be a distortion of the historical record.

2. Now, I would like to dissect the statement, "Western countries have no record of human rights violations against their own people." There are two concepts that hold the key to understanding this statement of privilege and apriori pardon; NO RECORD and THEIR OWN PEOPLE.

A. When the UN contends that Western countries such as United States have NO RECORD of human rights violations against their own people, notice that it neither means nor says that such countries do not violate human rights, or do not have human rights issues, but, that records on such violations against their own people are either not kept or are destroyed. In other words, it cannot be proven that US violates human rights against its own people, and so US or any such Western countries could not be faltered on these crimes against humanity. This reasoning is not only nonsensical, but, indeed, fallacious. First, technical language is being used to obfuscate the fact that US and other Western countries have human rights issues, but, if such issues cannot be proven, then, they do not exist. Second, if such human rights violations are against other people, then, they do not matter. Third, are those violated, indeed, human enough to matter?

In United States there is an euphemism known as the BIG PICTURE. This was what I was first told to 'take a look at' when I arrived in 1995 seeking political asylum. I observed the picture and saw several slides and segments in it. In particular, I observed the acute homelessness, the dismal situation of poor blacks, native Indians and even the poor white. Then I observed forced gay immersion and chemical castration segments of this picture. I was told that this was the life to which I was welcome, because of my African origins and dark skin. If indignation and dehumanization are human rights issues, then, the RECORD exists in United States, NOW. How many of you have heard of racial hatred in United States? How much of such hatred is incited and instigated by the government and political leaders?

After fifteen years in the streets of United States, I am still the target of civil and sexual harassment by the public. The worst aspects of these attacks are ritual torture and molestation conducted via sorcery and other forms of voodoo and principally targeting and splitting my genitals. This horrible form of abuse render the drugging episodes a kid's game. Still, this barbaric attack is instigated by the government and managed by the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Condoleezza Rice, The City of San Francisco, Cathy Marshall, Katherine Crier, former Senator Carole Mosley Braun, etc. But, this is not human rights violation, because, United States is a Western country and I am not one of their own people. Just world?

In 1995 President Clinton took an unprecedented step to do what his predecessors, including the self-styled human rights guru President Carter, failed to do. Bill Clinton admitted one of America's human rights secrets, the reality of the Tuskegee Project. This was the project by which 399 Black American men were used for syphilis experiments in the 1930s in a secret government project.They were followed, refused treatment and their complaints denied as groundlessly bordering on insanity. This way they dropped dead one by one like virus-infected fowls. By the time President Clinton accepted the truth and apologized for the violation, only one of these people was alive to be exonerated. Is the Tuskegee Project RECORD precedent and enough of human rights violation in United states? Moreover, how many such projects are ongoing and hidden? My case is an example of such dehumanizing projects, and this is why I have resolved to fight United States to the end.

3. When the UN contends that western countries such as United States have no human rights violations against THEIR OWN PEOPLE, I for one feel sick in my stomach realizing what privilege is being given certain countries to violate human rights without commensurate punishment. The UN seems to admit that the US for instance, would have human rights violations against people who ARE NOT THEIR OWN, and that is alright. If the violation is against people who are not YOUR OWN, then, it's okay, right? This is where you and I come in: if you are from a non-Western country and you are in the West, my friend, this is your fate. This explains why even fools, as far as they are American, have been allowed to violate me and have done so with absolute impunity, because, their behavior is without consequence. Now, you know why Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Katherine Crier and Cathy Marshall,and in particular, leaders of San Francisco, believe that they have the RIGHT to enslave me, molest, torture or even murder me, because, they are Americans and as such nothing would happen to them: They believe as do 'born again Christians' of a priori pardon; that is, that they would get away with it, because, the UN has assured them that the privilege of being citizens of a Western nation is that they can violate the human rights of those who are not their own people and get away with it.

Furthermore, such violators do not really believe that some people are human enough for their destruction to matter. US social engineering and eugenics policies are formulated on the belief those targeted are indeed less human than their predators. This is why white men in America are on a mission to castrate me and use drugs to dilute and attenuate my brain: They believe as does the bully boy that their crimes are already forgiven before they even commit them, and, in fact, I am inferior, anyway. This is why I call on all those convinced that human rights violations really exists in Western nations, westerners and non-Westerners who see this UN argument as illogical to join me to fight this injustice against me and other people suffering similar indignation.

Let us take the Tuskegee case for a brief example, now that we know and the record shows that Black men were used for the experiment. Was the reason that those Black men were not human enough, or they were deemed not to be Americans or AMERICA'S OWN PEOPLE? Quite telling, isn't it? Unfortunately, Black Americans are in the forefront of the torture and molestation I currently suffer in North America claiming that they are revenging against me, because, being West African, my ancestors sold their ancestors into slavery. This contention by Black Americans, whether incited or not is misguided. First, the pros thrown at me in the streets do not even know that they are working for Black American elite [including lawyers] assassins paid to destroy or kill me or other achievement aspirants from Africa. Such African Americans deliberately frame targeted Africans as radicals and militants, in order to get paid to eliminate them. Second, nobody in United States[Black or White] could show me evidence that my family sold ancestors of African Americans. If they have such proof I want to see it.

Better still, if African Americans are as aggrieved as some contend, or if they believe that the slavery issue remains a human rights issue, then, the best thing for them to do is to lodge a complaint with the United Nations or other human rights courts against African nations and the United States. The practice of mugging solitary Africans in the hinterland of this nation is not simply wrong, but indeed, a crime, a human rights crime. Moreover, it would not offer the satisfaction they seek. This is another area where the United Nations may want into look to amend its passe view and slanted policy on human rights violations in the West. Talking about violating their own people, can that principle be applied to the Black American muggings of Africans in United States? Let's I forget, the 'Born Again' Christian theology is applicable herein.

2. A Ghanaian student studying in Canada is attacked by systemic headlords from Canada and United States because it is felt that he has too much potential. He must not be allowed to SHINE. Those who offered him a scholarship made a terrible mistake. He must be stopped, otherwise, he would be a dominant figure. He must be made a failure, whether he likes it or not.

3. WE [i.e. America as in US] must not allow him to succeed, because, he if does, his cousins in United States would be angry. We should sit on him, oppress him. A dark man like him succeeding would set such a bad precedent in America, which would culminate in upheavals, which America may not be able to CONTAIN.

4. He was getting better grades than MEE. He was supposed to be an average student ['B'] student. If he is faster than MEE, slow him down. make him a down-syndrome.

3. This Ghanaian looks too ugly and too stupid that he must not be allowed to date women, marry and have children. He must be castrated and made gay, whether he likes it or not.

4. He must be enslaved under tutorship and management of his wiser African American elite, such as Condoleezza Rice, Willie Brown Jr. This would also serve to appease African Americans who want to take revenge against Africans for the enslavement of their ancestors. He must be owned by either Speaker Pelosi or Katherine Crier, Fox News anchor and sorcerer-in-chief in this oppression. Deprive him of whatever he acquires or gains and give them to the peonage investors. Let Americans take advantage of him, because, Americans are more civilized and more powerful.

5. He's too muscular, so no woman should love him. He should love our men instead. If he sleeps with a woman on the American continent, kill him [By the Order of POO BAH, NA]. He has to sleep with men as conjured by our sorcerers, doctors and magicians. He's already placed under the watchful eyes of our computer technicians, executioners and assassins.

6. Give him to the Knights and Orders to sacrifice him for rites. this is all what these people are good for. After all, WE will eliminate all of them, whether they like it or not.

7. Deprive him of all his rights and property and give his academic property to Condoleezza Rice and Katherine Crier, the ones who deserves to think. If he thinks, then, he must be gay.

8. Keep computer surveillance on him as Cathy Marshall [White U] has done for twenty five years, sneaking into his bedroom, toilet, etc. and then disseminate the findings. This way American can track him harass and humiliate him. Americans could look into his bedroom to ensure that he is not sleeping with a woman, especially, white women. Everything he does must be on camera. He is the American MASCOT, the source of entertainment for our children. If we stop molesting and torturing him, how would we replace him as a source of laughs for our people?

9. Exile him and transplant him to America. He must become a descendant of slaves just like African Americans. After all, Ghana governments would say nothing. The leaders there hate him, because, American trick them with stories of mental sickness, criminality, radicalism, etc.

10. Civilized and popular Black Americans such Condoleezza Rice and Willie Brown Jr.[Black U] get paid to destroy him. They have vested interest in his destruction, so why should America stop? Black Americans [the ordinary and the not-so-ordinary] believe that he's a big catch in their revenge strikes against Africans. You know in these strikes, WE have taken the side of ''those who were born here."

11. He refused to have sex with a radical Marxist professor and feminist who had been selected to control and take advantage of him. Rice, Boxer and Pelosi now mimic her after US Congress issued an edict in support of the Marxist professor from Canada. How could a stupid ugly African like you refuse to sleep with a white woman? Continental feminists and hen-pegged politicians are up in arms. 'Dominate that man.' Of course American Knights in line with the " be with your own rule'" believe he slept with that professor, and since she was a white woman, he must die. 007 in a Catch-22?

I know that you want to know of more of these reasons offered Americans to justify this crime. This is why you must make it a point to return to this blog often. I/We have read with shock and disbelief the blog of Ohene Boakye-Yiadom concerning the gruesome and gross violation of his human rights by the government and citizens of United States for over two decades. This world has reached such an advanced stage and has developed a high sense of human values and dignity that hearing of such barbaric forms of abusive practices in a country like United States is a devastating set back for humanity. Involvement of political leaders such as US Speaker Nancy Pelosi, former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, US Senators from California Senator Boxer and Feinstien and others in crimes such as ethnic cleansing, biological warfare, chemical castration, drugging and ritual killings sends a chilling message to the rest of the world about the type of leaders these people have been. Whether these allegations are true or not, they are serious enough for President Obama to appoint an independent investigator to the case. It is a shame that Presidents Clinton and Bush ignored petitions from Ohene Boakye-Yiadom to halt these abusive and hateful programs. United States must set a leadership example, if it expects smaller countries to respect and guarantee human rights. I/We therefore join all those who are upset by this egregious violation to unreservedly condemn United States for this barbaric practice, and to call on President Obama to immediately stop these crimes against humanity, and appoint an independent investigator to look into what apparently appears to be criminal violations.

Think of yourself as the African student who journeyed to North America to study only for the governments and peoples of that continent to seize you up so that one or some of them could steal your IDENTITY as if your existence has been a lie. Some of these people would intercept your emails and eventually get internet providers to assign your identity to them. They actually go to your email sites, read letters and delete documents. Are they criminals? They take life insurance policies on you, with the implication that they would target you for elimination, whether you leave or stay. If I take life insurance of you, how do I get the policy to mature? Think of having those people claiming that, in fact, you are not Ghanaian as you claim, but, a black American, a descendant of slaves, and so your country should not worry at all about helping to get you out of the situation. DAYIE would take care of you. Comes the test for morons: If you are Black American, then, why did USINS say that you are an illegal immigrant? Willie did not think of that, did he? What of the MAMA POOBAH? This is how officialdom and others violators protected to commit this outrageously offensive crime have cheated MIDDLE AMERICA. The crime of institutionalized misinformation, violence and deprivation and discriminatory aminus must be stopped.

Think of two classes of people with an American division of labor. On the hand are the financiers and the other the killers of Africans. This nefarious scheme of unpardonable human rights violations has escaped the watchdogs of human rights. Or, has it? This is the case of Identity theft, plagiarism, blood donor theft [criminal trespassing causing bodily injury], impersonation of the identity thieves, internet piracy and electronic terrorism, etc. Which of these is not a reason good enough for you to protest to the US government to STOP THIS CRIME it has committed for over two decades? What of police assault and brutality? What if you knew that I sued California and San Francisco for police battery, judicial framing and frame up, and I have been told that if I win the case DAYIE would kill me? What if you knew that lawyers, CIA agents and deputy clerks were used to mess up the case and deny me justice in San Francisco and all this was attributed to the BOXER. Who would you blame for it? What would you do with DAYIE's intimidation?

DAYIE created ridiculous and the U gang of hitters and fitted them with phosphorus type devices and set them on expeditions using very highly flammable instruments, and still expected them not to burn. You see, DAYIE has perennially relied on the seeming invincibility of U: He plays fast ball faster than them all, and the likes of this author slow, gay or morbid, and hence, must be eviscerated. If nobody sees it then we do not have to answer any questions. Transparency of policy, particularly, with regard to the sins of big powers must not terminate at what Secretary Clinton or Ambassador Susan Rice does or presents to the rest of the world, but, must look even deeper in the hinterland of nations to see what a Mayor, District Attorney, Police Department or some assortment of U would be up to. Is a Congressman or woman or Senator covering up human rights violations in his or her district? Does anybody care?

The most unfortunate aspect of this case is the degree to which citizens and local authorities have corroborated and collaborated to commit these human rights violations as American leaders present pleasant outlooks to the rest of the world.“ The devil is out there, overseas." Time has come for those who finance the U-Project to stop, those who pay U to commit these violations to be stopped. Time has come for the American citizen to stop supporting the U-types in these reckless and unprovoked attacks. Christian reading this piece must remember one of your admonitions as per the book of Galatians, King James Version: " In as much as thou liveth, live peacefully with all people." Now, that is a very high standard. Stopping BAD is not. This you could do by denouncing this crime and by sending that protest note to President Obama calling on him to STOP THIS CRIME. WHO ELSE SHOULD READ THIS BLOG BESIDES ME?

This is a must read blog for every human being who believes that inhuman treatment must not merely be condemned in no uncertain terms, but, also, that those who indulge in inhuman treatment must be severely punished, no matter their position or status in society. In the past where such people were allowed to use their own reason and judgment to censor their behaviors, the world got it wrong. Some of these people who are falsely viewed to have a high sense of probity simply lack the human conscience to respect other human beings and their rights. This is why a case like this offers a whole host of people and organizations the opportunity for introspection, and where needed, reform. Moreover, you may be the one who would recognize, by reading about this crime, that your next door neighbor has been similarly mistreated, but never sought help or justice in the false belief that all the abuse and torture were normal. You have a role to play, because, human rights are everybody's business. In particular, if you find yourself in one of the following categories, then, please, read this blog. Individuals, groups, churches, colleges, embassies, government officials, organizations and even businesses that care about the well being of human beings would benefit from reading this blog.

1. All human rights activists, groups, organizations and associations in United States or overseas should read this blog to know their own contribution to this crime. Amnesty International, ACLU, Human Rights Watch and UNHCR are among those groups that have thus far refused to help me. I have diagnosed several reasons for this intentional neglect. I will mention only two of those reasons for now. 1. Financial contributions to these human rights organizations from Canada and United States have prevented objective rendering of their promised goals of stopping indignity and denigration, in particular, if such countries are implicated in the commission of the vices. 2. An unpolitic observation is the predominance of feminists and gays in these human and civil rights organizations. Let's face it, these people are among my fiercest enemies in this case. Those reading these pages must therefore caution themselves as to what help is available out there for me. If you would like to know how a United Nations law has helped United States and Canada to commit this crime in broad day light without the least fear for reprimand, please, return to this blog soon. Human rights organizations need to digest this blog

2. Lawyers in human rights, personal injury, torture, persecution and other crimes that mimic genocide[biological warfare, ethnic cleansing, etc.] practice, please, read OheneViewsPolitical. This also means lawyers familiar with both medical and legal malpractice law. If you know any such lawyer, particularly those concerned with legal ethics and professional conduct, please, ask them to read this blog, because, I have cases pending against several hospitals in this case. These include The San Francisco General Hospital and the Ottawa Civic Hospital. There are also drug firms as yet to be named as defendants. Unfortunately, even though I enrolled in a very good law school in Canada before this crime chased me asunder, lawyers tend to view me as the enemy. This is on top of the fact that at least a couple of lawyers contracted assassins to kill me. I believe that if many lawyers read this blog to understand the sheer human suffering, denigration and official robbery this case represents, then, they might consider to give this case a shot. In particular, I invite lawyers to read my other blog Oheneybyiadom@wordpress.com to come to grips with the judicial lynching, aminus and miscarriages of justice I have faced in both United States and California courts. Then, we could go into the personal injury and genocide laws. Genuine lawyers would be enthralled. Again, this is not about relationships as the shallow-minded have misled the public to believe. 3. Doctors, scientists and drug manufacturing companies into drug experimentation, social engineering and similar such surgical malpractices might learn something about their responsibilities and obligations by reading my blog.. A private investigator indicated to me once that about three hundred thousand people are murdered yearly by doctors in United States. This case has proved to me that the private eye may be correct. Doctors, scientists and drug manufacturers are definitely essential part of society. But, they are also in business. It is criminal trespassing amounting to human rights violations if such people use people as subjects or guinea pigs for profit maximization WITHOUT SUCH PEOPLE AGREEING TO BE SUBJECTS for such experiments. I never agreed to participate in this program in Canada or United States. I even did not know about the program until 1994. Doctors, scientists and drug companies should read this blog in order to understand the violations involved this type of conduct, when they take peoples' rights for granted. Similarly, those who have been hurt by some of these mean-spirited and greedy exploiters must understand that they have the law to lean on. If the nation's law does not work, international law would. International criminal courts exists for these purposes.

4. Universities and organizations that grant scholarships to prospective students and then turn around to use them for research and experiments on the rather subtle notion that "there is no free lunch," should read about this case to prevent breach of the legal, ethical and moral standards that would inevitably mean painful legal battles. The idea of 'no free lunch' assumes the legal theory of gratuitous bailment. However this is could be countered with another legal theory, 'invitation to threat.' A scholarship is an invitation to threat unless the provider unequivocally and expressly states any conditions that would vitiate the responsibility, should mishap happen. Some of those caught up in this crime tried to indicate that the scholarship I was offered was tax payers' money, and therefore, the tax payers have the right to use me for experiments. They could molest and even kill me? I will suggest to people in similar circumstances that the tax payer argument is vacuous, not even tangential. There is a liability here and the 'no free lunch' theory, which assumes trickery would not hold in a court of law. I intend to write to the universities involved soon, in particular, where I have learned that Americans bought me from the university, which offered me the scholarship. I believe as would all sensible people that let me offer you a scholarship and then destroy you would not be a sensible proposition to anybody.

5. Students, especially those from developing countries who seek or accept scholarships from North America must read this blog to ensure that they are not unduly entrapped with such offers with unexplained and non-transparent conditionality. In my case, the Registrar at St Jerome's University at the time mentioned to me on several occasions that: "Ohene, your scholarship has no conditions attached to it. It is a free offer. We hope that some day you would succeed and be able to help your people. So the scholarship is our contribution to Third World development." I do not know how Americans travelled thousands of miles to Canada to retrieve 'taxpayers' money, which they did not pay. Is this some white conspiracy? Americans citizens who do not know this story, and merely follow the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Katherine Crier and Condoleezza Rice to demand payment as if I owe them, must spent time to read this blog, digest the information and make informed decisions about where to place their emotional support. African students overseas must read this blog to understand how they would behave if they were to undertake studies in North America. They would learn that their relations with fellow students, professors, land lords and the public overseas would be a great learning experience of lifetime consequences.

6. This is a case of BLACK ON BLACK VIOLENCE. Often when we hear of Black on Black violence, we think of street and drug people killing each other, do we not? This case shows that Black on Black violence is a US government strategy to divide black people to conquer them as they are instigated to kill each other over non-issues. Black assault in this case is led by former Secretary of State professor Condoleezza Rice and Mr. Willie Brown Jr. former Mayor of San Francisco and lawyer. are these street folks? Another Black elite noted participant has been the rather goofy newsman and former CNN anchor Bernard Shaw. He was said to be one of the masterminds of a 1994 assassination plot against me in Washington, DC and Ottawa, which featured a fellow called ADAMS, black American and Washington area drifter, as the would-have-been hitter. There are scores of other Black American elite [including Pastors, Judges and media personalities] who have participated in this violent crime against me, and certainly in other crimes against other Africans on this continent. Black Americans may have an axe to grind with Africans, but, the element of instigation and incitement coming from outside Black societies is significant enough to throw light on the issue of Black on Black violence. This has now been extended to Africans. On the one hand Black Americans are paid to kill Africans and on the other, Africans are paid to undermine Africans. my case is an example of the latter. Ghanaian leaders have been apparently recruited to join in this effort to destroy me. This is why it is openly spoken of in San Francisco that the former President of Ghana, John Kuffour gave President Bush the permission to kill me. That permission was then licensed to Willie Brown Jr. and the District Attorney of San Francisco, Kamala Harris.

Condoleezza Rice and Nancy Pelosi apparently had the Kuffour bunch in their pockets as they instigated the Ghanaian officials to ignore me to be killed. Africans in North American must know that the governments would instigate Black Americans against them, whether they want to believe this or not. Reading this blog would prepare you the African for this type of hostility while in North America. Black on black violence is one of the thousand reasons why President Obama must take steps to immediately stop this crime. I am very aware that when the "programs of crimes" began against me Obama was only 22. Similarly, during the slave trade, even my great grandmother was born, but I must accept the blame for it.

I am therefore not putting the blame of this eugenics on President Obama, just as I would not want Charles Wrangles, Jesse Jackson, Willie Brown Jr. and Condoleezza Rice to put the blame of slavery on me. Obama however is United States President today, the decider of last resort in this country, as this crime is in commission. If he fails to stop this crime, then, just like Iraq and Afghanistan would become the Obama Wars, Ohene Boakye-Yiadom's programming crimes would become the Obama Crime Program. Is President Obama going to be the next instigator of Black on Black violence? This is why the White House and the Obama team must read this blog. They must not rely on the local affiliates and surrogates who have foolishly compromised themselves in this crime for the advisement they lacked themselves.

Governments, especially those in the West, to understand that they are not exempted from punishment for violating the human rights of foreigners as the UN may have falsely misled them to believe may want to read this blog. Conventions on crimes of research and experimentation [ such as the Convention Against Genocide and Other Crimes, 18 USCA 1091 et seq.] were written not with countries such as Togo, Laos or Haiti in mind. Citizens of these countries do not undertake such experiments. The Tuskegee Project in which the United States used 399 Black men for syphilis research in the 1930s and let them drop dead one by one without treatment could have been an exemplarily strange venture in Cape Verde, Somalia or Cambodia. let us face it, human rights violations abound in Western countries. reading this blog would help you discard those notions that falsely privilege certain countries and prevent them from punishment for egregious human rights violations.

8. Every African should read OheneViewsPolitical in order to know that there are coyotes and foxes out there waiting to devour everyone of them in North America in the current circumstances. The security of Africans is really at stake if both United States government and Black Americans have elimination programs against us as my case has shown. Has US declared a secret war against Africans in fulfillment of some global eugenics or ethnic cleansing agenda?
Is there an African American revenge agenda against Africans? Did your relative die, disappear, suffer unexplained illness while in North America? Reading this case may offer some of the clues you might be missing.

9. African government officials must visit this blog and use it as a source of information to regulate the behaviors of their citizens in North America. They need the facts of my case in order to better protect their citizens' interests and security against the vicious and hostile world of evil out there. African diplomats in Washington, DC, in particular, should critically examine the received wisdom of their associations with certain elements in United States.

You need to read this blog in order to understand why the United States from nowhere, seized an African student in Canada and recklessly imposed a homosexual immersion program on him, confident that once the President of this country approves such seizure, then the deed is done; he shall be an American slave. Have international laws been broken? Have United States laws been broken? You must care, must you not?

11. This is a case of how United States intelligence and politicians targeted a promising African scholar and hacked him down to prevent him from 'SHINNING.' This is not a case of a foolish African looking for love from powerful American women and men as Americans have framed it to be. It is a case of obstruction, interference, seizure, confinement and occupation; a punishment for success!. Therefore readers would learn about the traditional and not so traditional ways in which such intelligence organizations operate against perceived enemies. Reading this blog would prepare novices and unsuspecting targets for the ordeal before they are preyed on by such powerful organizations. With fourteen Intelligence Organizations in the United States, you must know that some American EYE would be watching you. But, should these dogs conduct themselves in legally and ethically acceptable ways?

12. Has the use of witchcraft, sorcery, spells, charms, curses, etc. any place in interpersonal relations in the West? Can a person be destroyed with magic, witchcraft, etc. by his or her enemies? This case may have the answer for the question.

13. One of the most annoying, offensive and destructive aspects of this crime is the extensive use of sexual innuendo, especially, Gay- homosexuality frame up and programs against me. Gay immersion aspects of the crime is the central focus of the EUGENICS qua ETHNIC CLEANSING aspects of the crime, and therefore, those who have been assiduously associated with this strategy have committed the most heinous of the violations. To take the right of an African man to marry and have children is to kill his very soul. Every authentic African would agree with me that an African man without a wife and children is not a successful African man, no matter what else he's got. This is why I view seriously the gay nonsense intentionally organized around Katherine Crier, Cathy Marshall, Condoleezza Rice, Willie Brown Jr. and the rest of North Americans involved in it as the biggest fraudulent characterization in this case. In fact, I warn those still running around to frame and hurt me with this American foolishness that there would be a costly price to pay for it. Again, the gay immersion and diatribes are a serious violation of human rights and I will go to the court, whether in Europe or on Mars, to find a court that would hear my case. The white man and his unreflective African American associates who believed that they would use drugs, social engineering, intimidation and violence to play GOD in my life may be just toothless DOGS before the law. If you visit this blog, please, be prepared to read the specificity of this reckless violation, and you would understand what destructive crime United States has committed against me. Katherine Crier, the said originator of this aspect of the program could have destroyed African Americans, not white men. At least, they are American citizens. After all, they would not have sued HIM! With this African, HE is out of luck and cantry. He is a lawyer, was even a judge?

14. This is the North American hidden weapon against the unsuspecting drugging African who lands up here. Read this blog and learn how the governments on this continent, the doctors and the hospitals are the real drug peddlers. There is no crime on earth that these people cannot commit with prescription and street drugs and other chemicals. Whether it has been outright castration, mental dilution, homosexual immersion, ailments inducement. nerve destruction, etc, drugs have been widely used in this crime against me. This was how the likes of Condoleezza Rice, Katherine Crier, Nancy Pelosi, Cathy Marshall, Willie Brown Jr. etc. get paid. You see, they have been contracted by drug manufacturing firms and hospitals to supply these fools to be used as subjects of study and guinea pigs. Had it succeeded, for instance, payment for the homosexual program against me would have gone to Katherine Crier, and payment in the castration to Condoleezza Rice. Of course, the enslavement payment benefits Nancy Pelosi. Whether you are American or foreigner, read this blog, and understand the nature of this crime, in particular, the characters of the people involved in this crime, and decide whether these people have earned United States respect as a human rights protecting nation.

15. This is a case of domestic terrorism of several types, but, in particular, computer terrorism and gross pervasive violation of my privacy for over twenty years. This criminal activity has been led by Cathy Marshall, an alleged computer wizard at Microsoft and managed by Condoleezza Rice. Who else? United States forgot about its disgraceful domestic problems and jumped the border to Canada to attack me on a university campus because Marshall and Rice allegedly identified me as potential US enemy. As soon as I find some brave American lawyer to take this case, I would first advise him or her to demand that United States release all information about me suggesting that I was US enemy. For now, let me say that over fifty percent of the damaged and injury done to me came from this source. All my bedroom conversations, my toilet rituals, etc. have been taped and documented by these people. They intercept my mails, my emails and faxes, and sometimes even respond to these. How would any sensible woman marry a man who's on camera 24/7? The issue here is where is the national security concern? I know that one of the concerns is that if I am not watch, I might just slip and have sex with white women. I have explained in another paragraph that this one of the reasons for this crime. So it is "American security" or " white security" that is the primary concern in this crime?

16. A seemingly absent-minded and naive African student landed on the Canadian academic soil in 1985 on scholarship from a little known Catholic University and the civilized world ended? Contrary to expectations, he outperformed his due. This was when the anger began. The plot to derail him was captured in the phrase, "We will not let you think, let alone succeed." This was when the drug fest began. Then, the electronic and sorcery attacks followed. Help came in from south of the border. Western civilization and capitalism under attack from an African alien. This was billed competition, but against who?. His academic writings have been seized under the pretext that the actual authors were either white men or wise Black Americans. This crime is called conversion in the law. Competition from students, professors, lawyers, judges, doctors and even government officials, not to talk of the unsung continues. When you read this blog, therefore, you would be reading about academic suppression from inside and outside academia, the crime of conversion, envy and jealousy, etc., in a world that might have had the rude awakening to caution its notions of superiority and its levels of tolerance.

Race has reeled its ugly head is this case in several ugly ways as I have indicated. this case could also be viewed as one of Professorial abuse, which became a continental political manhunt for a unsuspecting African student whose only crime was that either I was too critical for some professors, or I was seen as too African [conservative] in social matters. I was thought of as too feisty and independent to be tolerated. This was continental measures were put in place to control me. In particular, my refusal to have sexual relations with that professor is what energized feminists on the continent to stage reprisals against me. Unfortunately, even the university involved and its lawyers turned to assassins from United States and the rest of the world to eliminate me. The ensuing violations of my rights and destruction of my life offers the reasons for legal action.

16. To understand how democracy, competition, the court systems, and capitalism have been undermined by the same people elected to safeguard these ideals in the context of this case, please, you would have to also read Alexis D'Torquiville's 'Democracy in America.'

17. In the media age, you would think that a case of this severe consequence would have found itself on your television screens and in the front pages of your dailies. But the saddest aspect of my persecution and destruction is the role the media have played, ultimately joining the North American system in a totalitarian oppression akin only to fascism. One reason for this is that some of the principal violators came from the media. The most outstanding of these have been Katherine Crier of Fox News and Bernard Shaw, that goof clown formerly of CNN. In San Francisco, Radio affiliates of ABC and CBS in particular, have competed against each other in sending obstructionists and plotters to fuel the conspiracy against me, because, they support of the leading conspirators. Talk show hosts, some showing ambivalence, others not so sure of how to pronounce my name, etc. have thus far not done justice to their listeners by not spelling the anatomic essence of this case as a gigantic example of a racist onslaught against me fronted with African American faces.

The mention of talk show hosts brings to mind an example of the unnecessary set of contradictions, which have been exploited by the American leadership to deviously ignore my case. Here are the series of contradictory blame games Americans have evolved to disregard this case of mayhem: Blacks blame Whites and Whites blame Blacks. Conservatives blame Liberals and Liberals blame Conservatives. The Left blames the Right and the Right blames the Left. Democrats blame Republicans and Republicans blame Democrats. Consequently, Republican Presidents and leaders would want me to support them before they tackle the case. Then, if I do not support the Democrat President and their Speaker, Senators, etc., even in a case of such egregious human rights violations, they cannot help. Leaders of these sets of contradictory ideologies sent such messages of punitive neglect through the ranks to the grassroots to ignore me and let me drop dead. How has this maniacal political mischief found its way into the media and reflected back on my case?

The answer is through Radio Talk Show, in particular, in the fight between conservative and liberal hosts, which apparently is contagious, infecting their listeners and audiences as they get their big salaries. During the era of President Clinton, democrats from San Francisco allegedly accused me being an enemy because I regularly tuned in to the Rush Limbaugh Show and similar shows on KSFO in San Francisco. I was told to stop listening to Rush Limbaugh, otherwise, the government would not listen to my petitions. As far as I know, no Americans were similarly ordered from exercising their freedom of expression. During the era of President George Bush [ The second], conservatives sent me a similar message, because, I tuned in to the Ray Taliaferro show on KGO 810 and similar shows on that station. Within this era, I was even further associated with homosexuality, because, these are liberal and leftwing hosts. This was said to be one of the reasons why Condoleezza Rice and President Bush ignored my petitions to stop this crime. What about Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator Boxer and Senator Feinstein? Why did these politicians not say that if he listens to Ray [who apparently supports their views and policies], then, he may not be as rightwing as alleged?

Now comes the Obama era. Suddenly, we are all back to the Clinton era. Liberals, leftists, democrats, ACLU, etc. are up in arms, that gain, I listen to the Rush Limbaugh show. I have been warned again by the public in San Francisco that as far as I tune in to the Rush Limbaugh show, President Obama would ignore my case until I die in the streets of San Francisco [ I still listens to Ray]. It is true that Mr. Limbaugh has said he wants the President to fail, because, he is liberal. His opponents believe that he wants the President to fail because he is racist. And Mr. Obama's folks are very angry. But, this is a observer's view: Did Rush Limbaugh not say similar things about President Clinton, a white guy? The point is that I do not want to be drawn into American domestic politics. Both sides have ignored my case as I have suggested in this very publication. Please, leave me out of American political squabbles. President Obama must be cautious in listening to the advice from his San Francisco friends. After all, the co-chairperson of his campaign, Kamala Harris, who is also the District Attorney has been a co-conspirator in this case for over ten years. She is still viciously attacking through her ethnic folks. Many here believe that she is partly responsible for the City's hateful policy towards Africans, and in particular, its manhunt for me. The city is a haven for Latino and Asian illegal immigrants, but, clearly, not African. I know this and the Mayor knows this! There is a lot to say about these twists and turns in the case. But for now what I would like the reader to note is that this is also a case of the BLAME GAME and ideological victimization dubiously anchored by the media.

I do not know why an American politician must have the right to dictate my academic or political persuasion, particularly in as specific as to which Radio Station or host I should or not should not tune. By so doing however, successive presidents have passed the buck on the case, an act of negligence [an lacking due diligence], where I have suffered tremendous injury as a result of the hateful policy of America. The reader must therefore note that this is an American crime, pure and simple. A crime Americans have committed against a foreigner on the basis of his natural attributes. It has nothing to do with American ideological hangovers and domestic structuration. Don't you hope that the media in San Francisco would bring this out, instead helping in set ups, frame ups, court interferences and misrepresentations against me? Ha?

18. Somewhere in these publications, I have stated that international relations must not simply be a matter of diplomatic corps and country leaders and representatives meeting to have wine and cheese parties and attend to business that pertain to their parochial interests. In the main, international relations must mean the creation and management of relations among peoples from the countries contracting such relations. Of course, at some higher level such relations could be groomed into regional and global relations. The problem for me as African is this view that Africa leaders, diplomats and embassies MUST NOT necessarily represent the interests of citizens of African countries. Instead, they must form alliances with their foreign counterparts mainly for self aggrandizement. I have personally experienced this from Ghanaian Presidents and the Ghana Embassy staff in Washington, DC, which appear to have surrendered me to American leaders to be destroyed, so that they would be rewarded thereafter. This is the voice of the sacrificial lamb.

Moreover, take the case where the US government is looking the other way as some Black Americans kill Africans for revenge vis-a-vis the current trend of African Americans pouring into Africa. Do you think that there could be the revenge of the revenge war some day between Africans and African Americans? There would be time to address the violations in such a policy in the appropriate forum. For now, however, I urge African leaders from all levels to read my blog and learn from the mistakes Ghana made in this case in order to avoid repeating them. American readers must caution their leaders about the impending consequence of such policy of neglect, divide to conquer or not! African Americans who read this blog must realize that their leaders may not be representing them or their interests by killing Africans. Such African Americans leaders may be disgruntled and dissatisfied with white Americans, but, none of that are about the interests of the whole group as a whole. Listening to such leaders and hating or killing Africans, while their leaders get paid for it may not be the best thing for the ordinary Black American. The cardinal lesson here is that the quest to form relations with other countries, must not lead to the abandonment of the interests of your citizens. African countries must be outspoken about human rights and treatment that erodes the security of Africans, just as of other people.

Reading this blog may give all those who wish to destroy Africans a few tricks as to 'How To." AFRICAN'S LATEST CALL ON PRESIDENT OBAMA TO STOP EUGENICS CRIMES AGAINST HIM

This publication is a letter to embassies in Washington, DC and Permanent Missions at the United Nations to put pressure on President Obama to stop the eugenics persecution against me [and as well, denounce the killing of Africans on the North American continent]. EXCELLENCIES, CALL ON PRESIDENT OBAMA TO END CRIME-PROGRAM AGAINST GHANAIAN.

DEAR EXCELLENCIES:

“If you do not stop talking about your country, DEE would kill you.” A Professor made this statement to me at the Department of Political Science, Carleton University in Ottawa in 1989. “Who’s is DEE ,” I kept intuiting. I had already noticed that a lot of secrets were being kept away from me. It was the last time in that University that a Professor had mentioned this ominous character to me. "Ohene, DEE do not want you to get your degree. But I want you to get your degree for all the work you have done," a Dean intoned to me during a difficult part of my life in that university. It was not until I came to the United States in 1995 following exposure of this program qua crime that I learned that DEE might be either Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, or both, where both Rice and Pelosi represents some wicked, albeit, RACIST white men from North America whose purpose is that I should be a failure. By DEE these North Americans simply means “rashness,” or "harshness," where DEE is an “Akan” coinage [Akan is the majority non English language in Ghana ]. Why do these people use vocabulary from a Ghanaian language to describe themselves, unless they have Ghanaian associates who they use to achieve such diabolical ends? So how do any of these people get to execute Ghanaians who speak about THEIR OWN COUNTRY when as Americans nobody kills them for expressing their views about America? African Presidents, Ministers, scholars and students have died violently, randomly, accidentally, or in other unexplained circumstances, because, Africans leaders refuse to listen to survivors like me who have decided to amass all the courage they could get on earth to save our people from this brand of cruel and wicked treatment of Africans. It is only enough for Africans to be oppressed by their governments. So where do the likes of Willie Brown Jr. and his pal Katherine Crier, Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi or such American [the men are still cowardly hiding behind women] get the right to kill me because I talk about my country Ghana? Would this be a just world dispensation?

I wish to remind your Excellencies that people perpetrating these atrocities named themselves DEE, which they understand to reflect their behavior towards Africans as one of ruthlessness, harshness and rashness. Another AKAN word they use to describe themselves and the Black Americans who support them is AMIM, simply translated, MEAN or MEANNESS. The slang for it is "ME or MII" among Americans. White men hiding behind US Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Senator Barbara Boxer, etc. who are actually responsible for these SATANIC crimes against me actually refer to themselves solitarily as "IT." The Akan word they have mastered for that is "ONO or NO." This is why every day I have to hear of what "ONO or NO" is doing against me. I came to American not to expose their secrets. But if there are COYOTES out there preying on your children and property, you take all the necessary steps to stop the beasts, do you not? I have pleaded in vain to past governments of Ghana. The Kuffour bunch [including relatives of mine] indicated that they would rather strengthen their ties with my enemies, and even protect them!

These people have committed human rights violations, not only against me, but, so have they committed similar crimes against many Africans. Presently I have lost count of how many Africans have been assassinated in San Francisco. Does any God care? Our original sin is OUR ORIGIN and INSULARITY vis -a-vis the assumed North American commonality [The pot does not exists, it might have solidified]. If Colonialism in Africa was this victimizing and destructive, no human beings would be left on the African continent. For all they did, the British and the French [among others] did not set out to kill us all for our natural attributes. In this letter, I have decided to expose some of the critical and mean-spirited ploys and tricks the enemy has been using to undermine or trap and kill Africans, particularly me. While focused on my particular case, I will still sense Africans out to the danger we face as a people. African Americans, in my experience, are not our dear lost brethren we need to seek. This is a painful truth, but, be it better known. Without African Americans, I would have defeated whoever the ultimate enemy has been in this case. Led by Condoleeza Rice and Willie Brown Jr. these people have shown that they would never stop until they kill me [And get paid for it]! We need action to arrest this situation and to stop the international manhunt of Africans by a Super power and its underlings who have pursued an underground war against us for decades. Has United States declared war on Africans? African leaders must stop mortgaging the futures of Africans for aid dependency, particularly, from unfriendly countries, and pay more attention to issues of security to which we are pertinently vulnerable. The rest of the world has duty to stop United States from this killing of Africans, either as part of its EUGENICS agenda or as policy support for African American avengers. . It may not appear to be a problem. But every genocide is similar to that widely cited Chinese proverb about making a long journey says, you begin with a step, do you not? The first African was slaughtered long ago. The first step in eliminating my ancestry and lineage has been long taken by the United States. Should I just keep quiet as ordered by Willie Brown Jr. and his financiers?

People I have mentioned in this case are the symbolic representation of the ultimate enemy. They are thus the self-styled apostles and guardians of capitalism, order and stability. They claim that they know that Ghana is full of RADICALS who do not support capitalism. Therefore they have the right to weed out all such Ghanaians. This means Ghanaians expressing their views about policies they do not like are being watched. An even troubling realization is that these people are said to be CONTRACT KILLERS hired by American investors doing business in Africa. The principle is the same. They scout among Africans [Elite, Ministers, Parliamentarians, Heads of State, Scholars and Students, or even the Poor] to isolate those who would speak against a specific investment policy in their own country. These people would be targeted for elimination with the least opportunity. In particular, if the potential investor is from North America or select countries in the West, then, they would approach the investor and arrange to get paid with promise to eliminate the perceived opposition to their investment.

A couple of examples came up in Ghana recently. These were the sale of Ashanti Goldfields Corporation and Ghana Telecom to Anglo American and Vodafone, respectively. Those who led demonstrations against these investment deals on grounds of national interest could have been blacklisted by these contract killers to be eliminated. Could you imagine what the fate of President Atta Mills of Ghana may rest, if he opposed such policies during the Kuffour days? Even for African leaders the warning is the same as I received at Carleton, "Do no talk about your country." At Carleton University [Ottawa, Canada] in 1989, I presented a paper in a Science, Technology and Development seminar, which dealt with the tire industry in Ghana and its dealings with a multinational tire manufacturing company based in United States. The company based in Akron, Ohio, USA, is said to be one of those which have hired assassins to kill me. My seminar was based on a research done by another Ghanaian [who to my current knowledge is not a target] and commissioned by Canada's International Development Research Center [IDRC]. IDRC also published results of the research. As far as I know, neither IDRC nor any of its officials who commissioned that study have been targeted by the tire company of Akron for elimination. If the research was radical, I was not the author and I was not the publisher, so am I the one to be killed? There must be something else to all this. I will come to thatsomething soon.

This was how I was summarily blacklisted n Canada . I expressed what most people would consider to be commonsense criticism [constructive] of the then Economic Reform Program under the Rawlings government in Ghana This offered the United States Congress another reason to approve the assassination hit on me. The plot has thus far failed, but, consider this: What form of imperialism would it be for an American citizen to tell a Ghanaian that if you talk about your OWN country, I would kill you? After all, I was a student and my research was about that policy. So now, even in academia, I could not express my views about a policy option in my own country in which my own future was staked. In graduate school, you are told that your research should advance human understanding and progress. So why do I have the parliament of another country telling me what I should say or know in my own studies, studies that country did not finance? What did Ghanaians do to surrender our sovereignty to this narrow-minded and irrational foreign encroachment? One explanation which is congruent with the race superiority paradigm of my enemies was that I criticized Rawlings because his father was from the West. This was a very meaningful trajectory for racists not simply to help Rawlings to succeed and thus claim proof for their narrow-minded ideology, but, so did it offer them the privilege to pervasively penetrate the social fabric in Ghana. Fortunately, Rawlings could not be sold brand of hatred. Like most Ghanaians, he believes that we need unity, to merely for that cohesive environment for policies, but, also, as an armor against our common external threats. Such divide and conquer prank, unfortunately, was bought and paid for by President Kuffour and his allies.

Now, not only is DEE trying to kill me, but, also, have plans to severe my ties with my family, Ghana and Africa. The policy aim is "isolate him and kill," because, he does not like capitalism, he does not like ME, he does not like EYE, YU, DEE, etc. Am I supposed to like these entities? If I do not like these destroyers, then, you would never succeed. I should be poor, impoverished and life like those on welfare hand outs, scavenging on left overs. "What about my education, training, prospects, etc?" The answer is "GIVE THEM TO ME." So now in United States, the government has institutionalized slavery, poverty and failure against me. I will explain this later. Ironically, policy options of many Western nations [United States included], since the 1930s, have deliberately made these nations socialists countries and intentionally created a class of poor people who should remain in their place. This they shamelessly refuse to acknowledge.
No African country that I know of has welfare programs, bailouts, or even subsidies to the degree United States has. There are no welfare payments as we know them in Ghana, except as pork and rent for the elite. Yet, United States is capitalist and African countries are not. Where they want us is to remain in the bottom of a comparative advantage paradigm that would forever entrench Africa in a structure of oppression, poverty and dependency, just as United States has designed for me. One of the arguments of my Masters Degree Research Paper was this structural imprisonment to which Africa is seemingly condemned. Simply put, Aid-dependency in the comparative advantage paradigm would forever underdevelop Africa. This is one of the reasons why DEE would kill me, or why I am in a seizure in San Francisco.Since I raised the issue, let me please expatiate on the capitalism argument with regard to privatization. Every genuine expert on development and industrialization would agree with the position that a vibrant and an enterprising private sector is crucial to development and the market economy. Even in developed economies, the engine of growth arguably, lies with small to middle-level enterprises. The crucial role of the private sector creating a market economy is why many experts and policy makers support the idea of Direct Foreign Investment[DFI] in Africa. While I believe that DFI must be encouraged by African countries, I do believe that emphasis on DFI has been counterproductive to the whole developmental process, because, such emphasis has been done at the neglect of a sustaining effort at encouraging indigenous [albeit, domestic] private formation. This has left domestic private investors overshadowed and truncated, an as such their contribution to the process just minimal. In effect the lack of strategies to develop this sector largely explains Africa's developmental paralysis. Instead what we see is a deepening of the structural inadequacies inherited from the comparative advantage model.

This is what I mean: African governments usually like to invite DFIs and hand them parastatals in the name of privatization, and then, wait to be helped. The experience of DFIs involvement in Africa is that the investors are mostly interested in taking over existing state enterprises instead of venturing out and starting their own industries in the real capitalist sense. If they are more efficient, why do they refuse to start their own industries and compete against the African governments' industries? What they promise is managerial efficiency, while in most cases, the African nation would bear most of the running costs of the enterprise with borrowed money, usually from foreign lenders. Usually such take overs occur in extractive industries, highways, ports and communications. Most of these are connected to the export sector. DFIs mostly do not care about agriculture, manufacturing or domestic services industries, such as health or education. The usual story is that as soon the country's economy experiences some shock, the DFIs pack and leave in accordance with the profit maximization goal of its mother plant. And this is understandable. But, how does that help the African nation that believed in waiting to be helped by these investors? The trend has been and may be repeated ad infinitium, unless practical steps are taken to solve the structural problem.

Meanwhile, the received wisdom is that it would take that country's domestic [indigenous] sector to create a really sustainable foundation for development and market economy. Therefore, why have post colonial African countries and their allies not formed strategic partnership with domestic private enterprises in these areas, knowing that as people who have a stake in the prospects of the country[people who would not simply pack tools and leave at the least economic downturn], domestic private investors would operate more genuinely in developing the nation's economy than that big global enterprise? If there were such vibrant and enterprising domestic investors African countries, they would provide a better partnership with DFIs rather than African governments in such partnerships. The fact that the colonial paradigm sustaining the comparative advantage structure has been maintained by African governments is an expression of the unholy alliance between African elites and their international counterparts, structural eminence notwithstanding. This alliance only leaves the ordinary African at the shorter end of the stick, while these elites loot and hide the surpluses in foreign accounts or investments. Of course, recent lessons are that the foreign allies would eventually kill these ultra selfish African elites and then pocket the loot. The incremental food poisoning eventually gains hold of the African's internal systems and into passage he quietly slips. I have already been informed that US has similar package of a send off for me. Still, I should keep quiet and slip.
Programs of reform supported by the World Bank and the IMF, by and large, strengthened the comparative advantage structure. Instead of creating opportunities to parallel the structure, Africans were called upon to adjust to it. In the 1990s those of us who argued that countries like Ghana would end up with a debt burden that would be counterproductive to the objectives of the reform, and that a policy that relied too much on exogenous factors [such as the international commodity pricing regime] would be unsustainable in the long run were stigmatized radicals who must be pushed to the sidelines. This was how the World Bank and the NGOs doing business in Africa allegedly joined in the manhunt for me. This was when the plot to forcibly EXILE me from Ghana and TRANSPLANT me in United States to be owned by ME gained grounds. My essays were collected and burned. But the evidence has been in my favor. The exaggerated nature of Ghana's so-called success story was noticed even before the impact of the current global financial crisis hit Africa.

From my vantage point, the only way out of this structure is for Africans to understand the crucial need to develop the domestic private sector alongside strategic mastering of the multipolar nature of the global environment to create and utilize opportunities for national development. African policy experts must take cognizance of such an environment and limit their reliance of the same self-styled experts from you know where whose first objective is to fill their bank accounts. I made such arguments in the 1990s, and I was considered so radical as to earn me multiple death penalties and homosexual, slavery education [my punishment in limbo] in United States. I should be owned and humbled. I was branded communist. I am glad to note that since then, there have been positive signs that several African countries have understood the old proverb of placing your eggs in several baskets. In North America, however, MEE is supposed to own my eggs. But, I should be silent and sleep, otherwise the Black-U would kill me.
Let us apply this knowledge to my case. One reason the Kuffor government allegedly cited for refusing to step in this case and stop this crime against an authentic and bona fide Ghanaian was that " He was not sponsored by the Ghana government." Is this a good reason for a government to abandon a citizen who has been unlawfully attacked, seized and beaten by another government and its citizens who regard him inferior and therefore believe he must not succeed? So now like a domestic investor in Ghana, I have to be punished for initiating contacts that earned me a scholarship for overseas studies. Is there a difference in the views of the Ghanaian and US government about me? But by that effort I saved the Ghana government over one hundred thousand dollars. If this statement attributed to the Kuffour government is true, then, I have proved to you how African governments, with the help of their foreign allies, kill initiative in the private sector in Africa. Ironically, many state to state sponsored students never return or care about Ghana. Moreover, in my experience, host countries give students with state to state sponsorship better treatment than those who used private means to pursue further education. Clearly, even capitalist states shun the idea that an international student on scholarship is not state controlled. These scholarships buy loyalty, but, sometimes stifle independent thought among many international scholars.

As you can tell, this is partly how the supranational elite alliance to oppress Africans is sometimes formed. I would like to inform the Government of Ghana and others thus far misinformed by the American intelligence and the political aficionados about me that I face this debacle because I have shown myself to be Ghanaian and African patriot. I have help myself upright in the face an egregious immoral assault and vicious ritual torture. I and not Black American and United States did not pay a penny towards my education. So why are its leaders up in arms against me for not championing their worldview or not following MEE? Does it not strike you as odd, not to mention criminal, that United States would scout classrooms and campuses in other countries to seek and kill students and scholars expressing their own academic freedom about their own countries, or about academic issues? What sort of world do we live in where some nation would kill citizens of other countries for not believing in capitalist strategies which that country itself refuses to practice, or, for expressing an idea in a test, essay, seminar or class discussions? United States agents and politicians requesting copies of my test answers and essays from professors in Canadian universities? What sort of privacy violation was that? Such professors could be liable for negligence and failure to perform their fiduciary duties lawfully. I am issuing a protest against United States and I would like your Excellencies to join me in this protest. Like you however, I see mundane factors for this unprovoked American attack. Let me therefore introduce you to one the factors in this case that must offend the conscience of all ambassadors and high commissioners and not only those from Africa. Some members of the United States Congress allegedly believe that as black African, I am inferior and only fit to be a slave [These people, especially the men hide behind the women, especially, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Secretary Rice, Senator Boxer and a host others in the commission of such crimes]. Therefore I had no business getting educated in Canada and topping classes. Indeed, the blame the Canadians for sponsoring my education. This was one of the reasons why US intelligence was sent to Canada in the 1980s to hit me. To worsen the case, either through Nancy Pelosi or Katherine Crier, the US government allegedly claims that it bought me bought me the President of St. Jerome’s’ University in Canada. The President at the time was a Catholic Father by name Father Norman Choate. The was the University which sponsored my undergraduate education between 1985 and 1988. Since the case was exposed in 1994, I have learned that the Father's nickname was U short for U-2, the US spy plane which was shot over Russia in 1961. This Father was American who was also alleged to be a United States spy, hence U. In United States, it appears to be as they operate with at least a couple of US against me. There might be one black-U, who must be Willie Brown Jr. and one white-U who must be Katherine Crier or Cathy Marshall of Microsoft. I will explain the roles of these people in other letters and publications. The Black-U gets paid for doing this against black people.

In these letters and publications, I have decided to resolve my cases with Canada, Ghana and United States and any other country out there that participated in the conspiracy separately. If I have to go to the United Nations or the International Criminal Court, etc., then, I would address them jointly. But, a brief observation with regard to the alleged purchase of me from St. Jerome's would suffice. This would open a new frontier in the case, because, I am aware that United States abolished slavery in the mid-1800s, and that its statutes and constitutions prohibit slavery and other forms of cruel and inhuman treatment [See US Amendments Eight, Thirteen and Fourteenth Amendments]. Similarly, the Canadian Charter of Rights, the Human Rights Charter of the Americas, the UN Human Rights Charter and Conventions, and the California UNHUR Codes would make such a purchase or sale a crime against humanity. I shall take this liberty to warn all the countries not to be surprised when I take measures in international human rights courts for justice.

Now there are two things going on here: 1. United States officially practices slavery in total disrespect to the people involved, particularly, all people of African origin, including their current President [President Obama is not putting this in mouth. May be 'U' did]. Therefore, without let or hindrance, the whole world must totally and absolutely condemn this evil practice and American hypocrisy. This is not some accidental lapse in behavior, but, a calculated plot to dehumanize a man in order to destroy him. 2. As a result of (1), what may is going on here against me is has been described as "enslavement education." So any talk of he was a radical, US enemy, insane, etc is simply another attempt to throw sand into the eyes of the rest of the world. Still worse, how do I imagine that a college offers me a scholarship and then turned around to sell you for it? Is there something that we are all missing in this case? My answer would be resoundingly positive. President Obama and leaders of Canada may want to meet on this one and let me know why I should not take the matter to the United Nations. I was not such a stupid student to have made the scholarship worthless as I heard from the grapevine.

I believe that I performed extraordinarily well and that irked white men who have always believed that a dark-skinned person, naturally, cannot reason, let alone do so among white people. So what we have here include hatred, envy and jealousy from the so-called MEAN, IT, YOU and EYE. The powers of these entities are allegedly centered in Nancy Pelosi, the US House Speaker! This is why she is allegedly full of such destructive power that none of these American leaders have been able to openly condemn her on her hatred towards Africans. Like Condoleezza Rice, she covers up for Katherine Crier, the so-called CANTRY and the connection to father Norman. The conspirators have allegedly sworn that they would kill me if I make any attempt to leave. But, this plot is disseminated in the name and image of Nancy Pelosi? Why?, is this because she is US Speaker or the PUBA? I want you Excellencies to know that my injuries are irreparable and worsening. There is no end in sight for me as Americans pummel me with intensified spell and sorcery attacks. Therefore, I urge you Excellencies to petition President Obama to immediately institute an investigation into this matter with the aim of punishing everyone who has been associated in the least with this blatantly dehumanizing and degrading violation. It would be disrespectful to the President himself, if indeed, his citizens, including leaders of his own party and Black Americans are involved in this violation as slavery or enslavement of say the Senior Obama [May his soul rest in peace]. Put all such people in jail.
Academic and social development were not the only things Americans came to Canada to stop me from gaining. They also came to stop me from gaining any personal or spiritual development. To do this Americans created another frame up now called THE ORDER. In short I had allegedly joined an order [Amorc, Odd Fellows, etc.] to gain 'personal nuclear power.' This, I should not be allowed to do because, I would be able to protect myself against North American witchcraft, spells, sorcery and other evil-derived attacks that are weaponry in the program. As I will explain soon, these forms of attacks constitute a vicious weaponry in this war of attrition against me, because, I lack defenses against them. The said ORDER I joined is Caruthers Theological Science Society, a personal improvement association based in Illinois. To the best of my knowledge, it is not an order. It is a non-denominational and world wide personal development association. It is not a secret society in the caliber of Odd Fellows or Amorc. Membership is open to people of all faiths and background. You can easily contact them on the internet. So where this Americans get this idea that I was a member of a secret society intending to gain 'power,' I so they should be killed me?

Shockingly, they have extended the attack to my brother in law in Ghana, because, he is a member of the Odd Fellows, and he attends a Church named the Mystery School. I have already been associated with the Church and been intimidated to abandon it, or “Good Nite” would send U after me. Does it not strike you as odd, even criminal, that United States would cite these as tangible reasons to attack a person and his family and sentence them to death? Even if I were a member of Odd Fellows or another secret organizations, what gives other people the RIGHT to tell me that they would not allow me to be a member of such a group? This act of free speech, expression and association is a protected right in the United States Constitution. Moreover, does it not violate natural law to claim that you would not allow another person to improve, advance or progress? As you read this letter, some of the Secret Societies are said to have listed me as a sacrifice for their rites? They are identified by the greeting, "GOOD NIGHT!"

Besides the satanic means to destroy me, psychological drugs[prescription and street] have been some of the weaponry used against me since 1985. According to experts these drugs have the power to destroy a person's concentration capabilities and as a consequence spiritual development. Of the best way to undermine an aspiring academic is to trip and undermine him with drugs. These people threw both street and prescription on me through my co-tenants. Some of these were Ghanaian and Akan like me. Some of the drugs were meant to chemically castrate me. Thus since 1985, these devices have been used against me, secretly and openly. The sorcery, spell, witchcraft, etc. attacks became open to me in 1994. Since then, the public in North America, particularly in US, has openly used these to attack instruments against me 24/7.
Most of the attacks are directed towards my genitals, brain, nerves and internal organs. The overwhelming impact of the resulting torture has been beyond belief. The chief sorcerer is said to be Katherine Crier of Fox News. S/he apparently teams up with the rest of the actors, especially with Nancy Pelosi[Queen witch who claims she has permission from my dead father to use his witchcraft to destroy me], Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, who hides in the peninsula to conduct the set up and criminal pervasive and invasive surveillance attacks against me. Then, there is Condoleezza Rice, Senator Barbara Boxer, Willie Brown Jr., Kamala Harris and a host of others now personified with the crime in all respects. The most important reason why I hurt is that the whole society has been given these satanic powers and drugs with which to attack me at will. If you are African, have you ever heard of daylight witchcraft attack? That is what I have endured for most of my life in North America.[Over two decades]. The immediate purpose is to destabilize and disorganize me. If I become disoriented and lose my focus, then comes the hit. This is a classic CIA modus operandum. Thus far, I have survived the shock and initial destabilization. This is why I have been able to expose aspects of the plot.

Now, after the initial failure of white, Indian, Black American and Mexican witchcraft to destroy me United States has reached over to Africa for JUJU[Medicine] to hew [kill] me. The CIA and politicians have spent and are still spending thousands of dollars sending West Africans to look for African JUJU to kill me. Everybody in San Francisco is aware of this desperate measure. One of the Shrines they have recently visited is the Akonadi Shrine in Akuapem Larteh, Eastern Region of Ghana. Meanwhile, in San Francisco they have upped food-poisoning attacks against me with the sole purpose of killing me or seriously weakening me. My most recent serious food poisoning took place on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at a Community Computer Center in San Francisco. I have suffered similar shocks and tremors at a Burger King in Alameda, East Bay, California. San Franciscans have nicknamed me "Yasser" and "Elvis" due to what they know about these drugging episodes. Black American gang activity has recently soared against me. The reason why this is crucial is that all the killings in San Francisco and the Bay Area of Africans involve Black Americans. For this reason, they openly refer to themselves as EXECUTIONERS. Need I say more? Unfortunately these gangs are allegedly linked the same people of this conspiracy[ Speaker Pelosi, Carole Mersey-Braun, Willie Brown Jr., Condoleezza Rice, District Attorney Kamala Harris and even some Black Pastors in the Area. Matters have worsened for me since Mr. Obama became President. This is because some of the democrats and minorities or lawyers believe he would support them and look the other way as did Presidents Clinton and Bush. I am therefore appealing to all of you Excellencies to sign the petition below and send it to President Obama to urge him to STOP THIS CRIME and PROGRAM[As American refer to this dehumanization] The Program is a CRIME under all known laws. It violates the Torture Convention, the Convention Against Genocide, the Convention Against Cruel, Inhuman and Wicked Treatment or Punishment, the UN Charter for Human Rights, California's UNHUR Codes. etc.

I would like to cite two more of the known factors for this crime, which clearly violate the above laws, then, your Excellencies could ponder an act. You just read about sorcery and how it is now central to the attacks. The American calls this nuclear power. They are delirious that I have no defenses to it. In deed, it is said that the first nuclear attacks were staged against to see if I had "power" to protect my academic gains. The fact that I have no such witchcraft to defend against three hundred million people in itself is a crime. This is also why I should be made a slave. If I topped their students academically, then, they would top me with sorcery. Those who have been exposed for their role in this spiritual carnage decided to use spells, potions, charms, mixtures, etc. to attack me. They have paid thousands of dollars to West Africans to consult witch doctors there to hew me. Of course, the enemies have a solution for me. The solution is that if I become gay, homosexual, then, 'US or Cantry' would give me sorcery to protect myself. Not only is this suggestion nonsensical, but, also, it is a 'kid's play.' Gay immersion" was central to the original EUGENICS program began in 1985 against me and continues to be crucial today. This is a direct violation of the Convention Against Genocide [18 USC 1091 et. seq.]. The defamatory aspect of it is partly social engineering and partly calculated to humiliate me. The government and public officials promoting such activity[ Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall, Katherine Crier, etc.] must know that I will cite defamation calculate to malign and smear me, tarnish my image and bring down my standing in society as one of my charges against them.

The annoying part is the QUID PRO QUO aspect of this gay defamation. If I do not become gay, then, I should even forget about living, let alone prospering. I believe that some of my grades at universities were lowered as punishment for my refusal to turn gay. I was prevented from continuing my education both in political sconce and law. I was hit with an economic embargo. I was denied asylum in United States and pushed into the streets. Courts ruled against me, the police attacked me, society has to shun me, until I become gay. In all this however, there is something that I have missed: When did United States or any of its citizens gained dominion over me to rudely usurp my personal sovereignty to thus order and dictate to me? I have briefly discussed this in the section under slavery. But I intend to do a separate publication for this issue soon. Those who would understand the quid pro quo aspect of this case would have understood fifty percent of the case. Even as I publish these papers, the enemy believes that only homosexual sex would set me free. And by the way, if I do not have this expected homosexual sex, then, I would get zero in compensation. This is the stage has been set for the ultimate confrontation with SATAN.

The person allegedly selected by the system as my gay partner would be that individual you see on television called Katherine Crier. North American spiritualists and secularists have tied HIM to me with the objective that I am doomed to live and die here in the United States. S/he is to profit from me and may be one of those who have already taken insurance policies on me. S/he is said to be the one for whose sake United States attacked, seized me and imprisoned me in the streets with this insult: " I jailed a stupid African to keep him for MEE/US." S/he is the main reason why the gay program has intensified against me. S/he must not be caught, cannot be caught, otherwise, America gets caught. Black Americans [led by Willie Brown Jr. and Condoleezza Rice] have helped in both the frame up and cover up till now. Rice remains one of those who have led the fight to compromise my morality with homosexual trickery. For this activity, her command is "COMPROMISE!" In fact, Willie Brown Jr., former Mayor of San Francisco and African American [ a Rice associate] now masquerades as Katherine Crier, the BIG T.V. He allegedly gets paid for his role. This is why this case deserves a very serious action from President Obama.

Past Presidents protected these people and President Obama is expected to do likewise. As you probably expected me to indicate, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator Boxer, Kamala Harris [D.A. for San Francisco] and the usual culprits, have actively participated in this gay frame up and immersion to destroy me. Harris is a twelve year San Francisco veteran of these violations. As I will discuss in my legal analysis on my case with the State of California and the City and County of San Francisco, Ms. Harris joined the cadre of local oppressors when she was a deputy City Attorney. Now, the District Attorney and the Mayor believe that they must protect the image of San Francisco from the smear of this author. Unfortunately, they forget that committing human rights violations against Africans in San Francisco is not the best way to enhance the image of San Francisco. You may have heard that I agreed to be used for theses experiments including the gay immersion order for me to marry Condoleezza Rice, Katherine Crier or some other such individual specially prepared me, the stupid African. All these have been American type lies or stories. What they fail to tell you is that they launched the programs as a SNEAK ATTACK. I was never supposed to be aware of the crime let alone the perpetrators. Could you ever imagine United States committing such a heinous crime, and then telling stories to cover it up? Yet, I am here as your evidence.

If you have read my other publications, you would have known this already. My case began during the reign of President Reagan. It was purely underground during the reign of President Bush [41]. It was exposed during President Clinton’s time. I pleaded to President Clinton for six years and for eight to President Bush [43], but, they turned the deaf ear. This was because Condoleezza Rice ADVISED them to ‘IGNORE HIM,’ because, “I can convince his leaders to be silent.” Then Black American leaders who sought revenge against West Africans agreed that I should be enslaved by Nancy Pelosi [ "Suffer what we suffered"]. I would like to know where white people beat Condoleezza Rice and Willie Brown Jr., fed them on dog food, put them on the streets, stole their property, etc., then, I would say I have suffered what they suffered. US leaders believe that Black Americans would help to cover it up. This is past US Presidents allegedly decided Black Americans should be allowed to "DECIDE HIS FATE." The avengers, assassins and executioners should decide my fate? As you would read in my legal analysis, the champion of these is nicknamed INTIMIDATION, where his white counterpart is nicknamed TYRANNY. So far they have done a lot of damage to me, but, they have failed to cover up the crime or scare me off my purpose of seeking justice .Again, this letter is to urge you, Excellencies, to send the petition below to President Obama. Please, call on him to STOP THIS CRIME. President Obama must STOP THIS CRIME, not simply because this crime is disrespectful of him and his heritage [particularly coming from his own liberal-democrat aficionados], but, more importantly, because, he promised not to repeat the MISTAKES of his PREDECESSORS. Therefore I most respectfully urge all of you, Excellencies, to call on President Obama to immediately halt this crime against humanity and call for an investigation of all the principal characters is this carnage without fear or favor. The President should extend residuals of the his stimulus policy in the form of human rights, fairness and justice to this African.

Presently, the most disturbing aspect of the case is the spillover to my family in Ghana. Nancy Pelosi and her desperate African Americans have started targeting and meddling with my family to the extent of instructing my own daughter and nephews to disrespect me. The meanness of these people is beyond belief. The strategy is that United States wants to cut me off my family for a couple of purposes. First, when I am completely isolated [a Rice tactic] then when I am killed none of my family would know. This way, the peonage investors get to inherit me as planned and approved by US government. Second, my family would believe as they do now that I have abandoned them, after allegedly becoming rich and meeting more civilized American women and men. They would then support Nancy Pelosi's plot to murder me or use witchcraft to disturb my life until I become confused, disoriented and then killed randomly. Not only does this Democrat leader claim to have overwhelming and versatile supernatural powers to achieve this[she appears to have illustrated her magical prowess by getting the whole North American continent up in arms against me], but, the citizens, having been schooled to embrace and cover up tyranny appear poised to help in achieving these evil ends. You would have thought that the American exceptionalism would suffice to create conscientious resistance among some of those who cherish family and individual effort. I warn that this may be a dangerous path for Nancy Pelosi and her loyal troops to trek, because, there would be the time when those who have been so badly victimized would be conscientized and rise up in upheavals of self defense. I have by no means exhausted recalling issues in this case. A scintilla of factors still remain to be delineated in my next letter to you and the public. These include the black American revenge menace and the role of appeasement in the perpetuation of this crime against humanity. Others are feminist continental matriarchy that developed into a systemic sexual harassment and reprisals to cover up professorial sexual abuse. This has only helped Nancy Pelosi's hen-pegged politics and destructive dominance. I will revisit in deeper detail the role of Cathy Marshall and her associates with regard to criminal violation of my privacy [and perhaps yours] the chip surveillance regime, the GPS locator and the gangster endangerment all these have ushered into this case. The rest include ethnic cleansing, Ghana's acquiescence, especially President Kuffour's government [my relatives therein] alleged approval of the death sentence against me to protect an evil satanic agenda, Black Americans, feminists, and even paid Ghanaian errand boys in this case. The case has already satisfied the Burundi principle/standard. How far must this go before the international society takes a stand?

PETITION TO PRESIDENT OBAMA OF UNITED STATES TO STOP THE CRIME [PROGRAM] AGAINST OHENE BOAKYE-YIADOM

Dear President Obama:
As a member of the Diplomatic Corps, but, above all a human being, I find it particularly disturbing and worrisome to read about the dehumanization and denigration Mr. Ohene Boakye-Yiadom has endured at the hands of United States. Like my colleagues, I would like to believe that these stories are untrue. But, after reading the same stories for over ten years, I am convinced that this man is telling the truth, and that he has been unusually and inhumanly treated. I believe that he has been abused, tortured and persecuted in violation of known United Nations and other International Human Rights Conventions. He raises several awesomely disturbing issues, such as African Americans killing Africans for revenge and his enslavement. Please, Mr. President, in the name of humanity and God, order an immediate cessation of all programs against this man, because, they violate the War Crimes Act and constitute a crime against humanity, a shock to the human conscience. Please, Mr. President, in order to restore this man's human rights and dignity, in order to ensure the rest of the world that United States is a world leader that respects and protects human rights, order an immediate investigation into this case and ensure that injuries caused to this Ghanaian are completely redressed.
