THE ROLE OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND SEXUAL INNUENDO IN US HUMAN RITES CRIMES AGAINST GHANAIAN: PART TWO: ONE

This is a case of destroying the “savage strong man,” from the bush [Africa], the ‘noble savage,’ as western sociologists and anthropologists named him. In part one of this publication, I showed how students and professors at St. Jerome’s led themselves into believing exaggerated and imagined stories about me and the size of my genitals that some of them felt inferior or became unnecessarily jealous of me. This led to personal, but, actual policies formulated at the highest levels in Canada and United States to torture, persecute, destroy or kill me. San Francisco appears to have become the final threshold for the conspiracy. At St. Jerome’s as in San Francisco, the underlying deceptive assumption for these edified attacks has been that "something is wrong about this man, “he is sick,” and it is the duty of Americans to fix him.” As the reader would expect among the things that were allegedly wrong with me is my sexuality. This then is one of the things United States has the duty to correct. By now the reader knows that this assumption is not only false and deceptive, but also, purposeful. This is how the conspiracy of medical experiments and eventual destruction of the savage has been financed by Bill Gates and maintained by United States.

In this framework then, women are warned from associating with me: "He is different. He is a suspect. He is dangerous." Where the people claim that the objective for this malicious defamation was preventive, to prevent me from mixing up with their girls [lest they would enjoy due to what has been perceived as the size and strength of my 'manhood'], the claim falls flat on its face, because, I never had a girl-friend before this began. This brings me to one of the central elements in this conspiracy against me, namely, PREEMPTION. The initial attack in Canada was completely PRE-EMPTIVE, and so has been the continued attack in United States. The idea was that I had the prospective potential; therefore, if left onto myself to interact within society I would actualize that potential. The white man and later instigated minorities would not allow that to happen, because, as far as they were concerned, I did not deserve to succeed that much, because, I am African. The gurus had gauged my success level as only “a little.” This was where the secret policy of choosing winners and losers was first applied to me by the system. I was targeted to fail.

What did this have to do with women and sex? It is common knowledge that prospective immigrants who associate with the right type of women definitely achieve their goals. The conspiracy to savage me with wild stories or insular characteristics was precisely to ensure that all such women would be driven away from me. This idea to control my sexual appetite with drugging and social isolation presupposes that either I was sleeping with more ladies at the dormitory than I had to, so I had to be restricted, or I carried some sexual disease, and therefore, my interaction had to be restricted. Both assumptions, in Canada and United States were false and deceptive. I had no girl- friend, then, and I have no girl -friend now. In San Francisco, the enemy has associated me with both women and men; most of whom I do not even know let alone done anything with them. But false belief [ a Nancy Pelosi typology] is the nature of the conspiracy. So the public cares not if whatever they are told about me could be false, as far as the source is Nancy Pelosi or one of numerous stogies.

In Canada ladies I tried to date the system literally chased away. Some of them were allegedly told that personally I was dangerous to be with, because, I was A MUSLIM and I was being watched by the 'neighbor." The neighbor as I have learned was United States [CIA] with logistical support from Condoleezza Rice and African Americans. Today in United States, the “Neighbor’ still is the core of the agency ruining my life. The Muslim characterization, which continues allegedly, was the work of Condoleezza Rice, US ‘African expert,’ who was given the work of turning me, a baptized and confirmed Catholic into Christian! The ‘Muslim curse’ was picked on by American patriots who still insist on eliminating me because, I am foreign or different. For these people, I had no right to date a woman in North American. The “neighbor’ has the duty to ensure that if I date a woman, my head should be severed.

Even as the effort was made to prevent me dating in Canada, a conspiracy had been hatched to create the impression that I was having an affair with a married Professor from the Department of Geography, University of Waterloo. This Indian lady was the wife of a retired Professor of British origin. I took a couple of courses with her as did several African students. She did help African students in the School of Environmental Studies of which the Department of Geography was affiliated. We all showed her respect as African students in this part of the world often uniquely show professors. I knew not nor heard not of any African student who thought of her seductively let alone I. To the best of my recollection, her relations with African students, particularly me, was teacher-student. Only the racist and hateful CIA and American politicians who sought to punish me for my potential to succeed, or, who were intolerant of my views thought they could use that situation to incite white animosity against me.

I never learned of this conspiracy until I arrived in United States, because, I was not particularly aware of that part of North American society that automatically characterizes the black man, “naturally suspicious.” This means that people in North America impute to the black man an agenda of vice, and this is axiomatic. So, even before they say “hello,” to you, they suspect that you have some crime or wrong doing in mind. My experience thus far is that this is the nature of North American mindset [vice], which they try to impute or extrapolate onto Africans. I have been victimized this way, and I will continue to seek publicity for this crime until those who created this evil victimization are all caught and punished. In the United States, these would include elements of the CIA, politicians such as Senator Boxer and Nancy Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall and Katherine Crier, formerly of CNN.

If the conspiracy of the affair I allegedly had with the professor came from United States, then, the people mentioned here had a lot to do with it as this discussion would unravel. The CIA and Cathy Marshall [U or YOU] claimed to Americans that they saw me have an affair with that professor and informed the Canadians about it. I further learned the CIA and US politicians, in fact, bugged my bedrooms with the purpose of catching me having sex with that professor and other women. So for the rest of my stay in Canada, professors and other professionals, particularly, WHITE MEN loathed me, because, they believed that I had an affair with the wife of their brother. Today, professors are among those entrenched in the conspiracy against me.

To worsen it, I was associated with the daughter of a math professor, who I barely dated. For all I remember, I went out for a drink with her only on a couple of occasions. She left for York University in Toronto, because, she was not happy at Waterloo. Thereafter I lost all contact with her. Still, in United States, the plot to kill me allegedly included the demand from that math professor that I tried to mess up with his daughter, and, I should be prevented from ever messing up with his daughter. US supremacists led by Nancy Pelosi and the CIA added this to the roster of my violations. I learned of this only when I arrived and lived in San Francisco. United States, playing the role of PROTECTOR of the WHITE RACE had imposed death penalties on me for these alleged violations in Canada before I arrived in United States. ”We have been looking for you for a long time.” “Eye tricked you to come to United States.” Can you see United States was playing the role of God? In other words, is there any law, secular or divine, that empowered United States to take these actions against me?

United States named me enemy of the system that women in particular were warned to avoid. Therefore in Canada, from Waterloo to Ottawa, I was severely isolated from women. I kept focus on my studies, since that was my purpose here. Throughout my stay in Waterloo, I therefore, did not have meaningful dates. The 'environment' did not co-operate with me, because the 'image' that something was up with me gained grounds in the minds of the people. I had not the slightest hint that I had been framed by North Americans with homosexuality, and that programs were in play both in Canada and United States for this purpose to perpetuate such an image until I was totally destroyed. Did the false sense that I was having sex with all these women, that I was “so big that women who had sex with me would enjoy too much,” so I should be prevented from dating, etc. give rise to the homosexual immersion, or it was the other way round?

I hope that by now I have not successfully tricked the reader to forget the genus of the objectives in this crime; destruction and rites. If I have, please, do not worry, because I will remind you of it at the appropriate time. The issue of sexual harassment is one among many activities in the so-called program as I have explained in different publications and chapters for the report. In the publication after this, I will discuss how US Government created images of women who Americans believe I like. These women in whose images the stories were created gained the right to compete to win and own me, even when I was still in Canada. Meanwhile, I had no idea of such criminal conspiracy.

Even after been exposed and caught, some of these people believe that I am obligated to them. They have violated me and destroyed all my life’s goals, but, I am obligated to them, because, they invested in me! I do not want to squeeze the juice out of the bottle before the right time for consumption. But be informed that these are the people leading these sexual harassment activities against me in United States; the people who have sought help from doctors and nurses to kill me, because, they will gain if I die. The American public has contributed its lot through harassment, hostility, hatred and even violence. They would continue to do this until I become homosexual, totally enslaved or killed.

Now, I would like to take the reader back to Waterloo to conclude my discussion about dating. As I said before I did very little of that, because, I had been declared unfit, rejected, different, danger to women and even US enemy due to intolerance, particularly, American hatred that spewed across the border.

This was the time Americans led by Nancy Pelosi and Condoleezza Rice joined willing Canadians with the slogan “We will not let you think, let alone speak.” It was the era of mandatory “B” grades from willing professors and the genesis of the “slow down drive” until you become ‘a patient’ parody of Nancy Pelosi and the supremacists. This was where “retard him,” began and the slighting with mental maladies popularized Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer began.

With these things going on, women who were told to stay away from me understood that I had agreed to participate in such distorted, albeit, destructive activities to mess up my life so that I would win a CUP and an American woman. The said cup was to be filled with my blood and the woman would be a castrated man fixed with plastic female parts, the American brand. It was the time of total misunderstanding, where citizens of both Canada and US did not realize that they were watching a shake -down racist crime right from the outset. Still, uninformed and absent-minded, I went around with the routine life of a foreign student poised with ambition, and with determination to be the outstanding student that I always was.

This was the time when I tried using advertisements to get dates. Perhaps the use of advertisements ushered in a phenomenon of sexual innuendo that reinforced this continental conspiracy against me. This was because; I usually indicated that I wanted to meet a white woman, blonde with green, blue or hazel eyes. After all, I had already been burned by the few Black women I approached at Waterloo. I did not get a lot of responses to the advertisements I placed, because, of the program. But this was the actual beginning of US and supremacist hunt for me for wanting to date white women. Black men who date white women are characterized pests, rodents, suspects, etc. and as such they must be eliminated.

One afternoon in 1987, I received a call from a lady from Dallas, Texas in United States. ‘You answered my ad,‘ she said. I asked for her name and I believe she said either Cathy or Katherine. She claimed that she could not talk for long, because she was tired, because, after driving 45 miles from work. I promised to call her back and discuss what future I had with her. She permitted me to call her and leave her messages. So I called her about four days later and left her a message. She did not respond. I did call about six to ten times without a response before I gave up. Frankly, I gave up on her and forgot about her. From what I have learned since 1994, this was what actually set the ball rolling in United States on my case.

Apparently, she was a judge, and hence, white men and supremacists swore and that I would never get near her, or they would kill me first. Instead, they created their own suitors and replaced her with a host of them, including homosexuals. White America allegedly insulted me as ugly and unfit for a lady of her status. They allegedly cited my nose and face as ugly features, with particular disgust for my childhood mark. They described it as a tattoo, something with negative connotation in Western societies.

Black American women led by Condoleezza Rice and other minorities led by Barbara Boxer also decided to oppose the ad woman on the grounds that there were better-suited blacks and minorities for uppity white women like herself, if they wanted to marry black or minority men. They also joined the conspiracy, not only to destroy the ‘match-up’ but also to kill me in Canada, before I had the chance to know who this lady really was. This is how I believe Bill Gates and Microsoft Research headed by Cathy Marshall entered fray with genetic and social engineering. Now the purpose was not simply to prevent me from meeting the said lady, but to use me for genetic and social engineering research and turn me into homosexual as a form of punishment. Now, the intent to destroy my sexual capabilities with chemicals and drugs intensified. This was also how Nancy Pelosi’s search and seizure activities already underway against me became an enslavement campaign. It was not until 1994 that I got the hint of all this.

In 1994 when the conspiracy was exposed, I learned that the lady whose ad I answered could be Katherine Crier then of CNN [later Fox News]. Since coming to United States I have learned that she may also be a law professor at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, hence, the public codes her “GU.” While all this may seem flattering, the truth is that I had no obligation to her, because, I had no agreement with her. From where I was born in Ghana to North America, I could have any number of women who could claim similar claims to me. Just because I answered and ad and talked to the one who placed the ad, without a meeting of the minds to establish and continue a relationship does not entitle that person claims of a relationship of any nature with me. So if Katherine Crier used that brief contact to lay claims to me and solicit US government help to whip me into line that would be a breach of the law. Even the idea that she set up some spiritual program to control and direct me would be tortuous, because, this was done without my permission and agreement.

But it gets even worse. Americans who allegedly opposed establishment of such a relation, allegedly replaced Katherine Crier with their own choices of women and men who they thought met the lower standards I presented. They went ahead to impose their own programs, some with death sentences. These programs included peonage, enslavement, gay immersion, castration and all sort of harassing and oppressive activities. These were the activities which were exposed in 1994, and with it, the whole program. If the one who placed the ad did not create a legal relationship enforceable by law with me, what of those who placed no ad, who ad I did not answer, who I never called, but who claimed that they replaced the original person, because, the US government and Americans sanctioned them as replacements? Apart from non-existence of legal obligation, does this not completely defy commonsense? Can you imagine that the women involved in this include Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, former US Senator from Illinois Carole Morsey and Lynne Russell, formerly of CNN? In the next two publications, I would be discussing this issue, because, in United States, many women and men have joined this criminal crowd with support from the government and citizens with the sole purpose of killing me and stealing all the money that should come to me as compensation, etc.

This has given rise to several theories for explaining this conspiracy, without which the whole episode absolutely irrational. Two of these theories would suggest, indeed, Katherine Crier placed the ad, and she was the person with whom I spoke. In the first theory, I predict that he was intimidated by white men, Black Americans and minorities, or even frightened by all the efforts to kill me, so she stayed in the background, playing for time, maturity and reason to prevail. By 1994, she was even embarrassed to come forward, after all the untoward treatment the public gave me. In the second framework, she could have been one of the agents who purposefully placed the ads, to nab me, after studying my ad habits for some time. There has been talk of supremacists in pursuit of me to kill me for rites throughout my stay in North America, Canada included. This could have been the objective of the second framework. Even at graduate school in Canada, I learned of conspiracy among some of the professors to “capture him,” all of which giving meaning and import to the continental conspiracy in which sexuality has played a unique role.

If I place an ad for a girl-friend in North America, how does United States get the right to hunt me down, seize upon me the and use me for experiments? Does that give United States or any American dominion over me? Does that give Black Americans or so-called minorities the right to attack me, oppose me or kill me? I have news of individual white men who allegedly wanted some of the women who sympathized with me, and felt they lost the women because of me, the African idiot. For Americans reading this publication, the question this raises is that of safeguarding our security in the current international system. In later publications [political aspects], I will address this issue in detail. It is fair to state in both Canada and United States, the infrastructure built by Katherine Crier survives and it is being used against me in both countries with devastating consequences. Those who allegedly inherited the structures , especially, Cathy Marshall, Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, etc. have built following to continue to pursue their goals, despite the illegality embodied in such goals and activities, and the systemic watchdogs who advance the pest paradigm are all out to get, despite the fact that I know none of the women or men, let alone have anything to do with any of them.

The lingo for my vice I believe was, "He was watching KKK TV channels." I have also learned that this was how Condoleezza Rice and Senator Barbara Boxer were appointed by the US government and supremacists to trick and kill me, while I was busy with my studies in Canada. The angry minority women joined angry white men [alias KKK] to hunt me down because I had declared preference for white women. Little reasoning was given to the impact on environment of social choices people like had to make. Rather than a preference, it was the dominant choice available in that environment. But did I owe an explanation to these so-called minority women for my choices in social relations? Or was it still the white man's game colored? Nonetheless, the enemy started its pre-emptive program of attacks against me, while I had not even dated any woman. This was why the program became that big in United States. The US government now had a duty to prevent this uncivilized African from messing up with American women.

With regard to Condoleezza Rice, I delineated her stance in solidarity with the ‘sistas” against Clarence Thomas-type Uncle Toms when I described the alleged reason why Rosie Allen of KGO-NEWS in San Francisco was sent to undermine me during my political asylum interview in San Francisco. Another African American news woman and a Nancy Pelosi stogie, Barbara Taylor of KCBS news in San Francisco, is an alleged stalker in this case and one of those organizing Black Muslim gangs for the CIA against me. These African American women allegedly believe that I was a Clarence Thomas type, who they should team up with 'white liberals' and supremacist to destroy. When it comes to Condoleezza Rice, readers must remember that she had gone to Canada with a group of fanatics allegedly sent by President Reagan to seek to change African students from Muslims to Christians. I was one of those who would not change, because, I am Catholic. At the same time, the CIA and Black Americans deemed me a “Big Fish.”

In short, these are angry Black/African American and minority women, sort of liberated, who have resolved to destroy any prospective Black man who seeks to date a white woman, while some of them date white men. Then, there are those seeking revenge against Africans and a white establishment that wants to appease them. The beating down of an African royal seems very appropriate. Otherwise, I did not have anything to do with American racial and ethnic conflicts, so why did these people extend the conflicts in American society onto me, African studying in Canada?

The consensus among these mean-spirited Blacks and minorities and their white overlords is not at all accidental. They belong to the same class and benefit from similar conspiracies. Condoleezza Rice, Rosie Allen, Barbara Taylor [another Nancy Pelosi stogie with KCBS news and stalker in this case] and Kamala Harris, Barbara Boxer, etc. are all known to have been sent by white supremacists led Nancy Pelosi and Bill Gates to get me. They had with it the feminist fervor, the sources of which I address in the next publication. Again, the reminder is that I am not Black American. I am African, Ghanaian cro en cro, and therefore, it was not simply wrong, but also, offensive for United States to have extended its racist policies to me. I do not know when Ghana surrendered national sovereignty to United States. Even so, no Ghanaian leader has the right to mortgage the individual sovereignty any Ghanaian. I will address these issues in the publications on enslavement and political aspects of the program with concern for the security of Africans, in an international system unable to stop the elimination of dark skin people on such a grand scale.

For now, the hint is that some form of elite alliance was built among Ghanaian and American leadership, and from behind this alliance, US racists committed these crimes against me and other Africans!. Having being fooled and misled by the type of Condoleezza Rice and the Black Caucus in US Congress, the Ghanaian leadership kept mute over these indecencies and atrocities against a thoroughbred Ghanaian. No matter the number of letters, petitions and pleadings that I have sent them, the response from Ghana continues to be an eerie silence that seems to justify American suggestion that the US and its citizens have approval of the Ghanaian leadership to destroy me or kill me.

One of the reasons for this is that they believe that they have to protect Condoleezza Rice, and neglect me, a bona fide Ghanaian, for Americans to kill me and Rice get rich. Worse still, the Ghanaian leadership barely knows that Condoleezza Rice, like every African/Black America, is cover for Nancy Pelosi and white supremacists. So guess who the Ghanaian leadership has been protecting against me? These people could kill any among the Ghanaian leadership and that might have been the case in the recent past. They ceratinly have killed many Africans [including Ghanaians] in US and Canada, merely because those Africans dated willing North American woman. This type of killing rages as you read this publication. Ohene Boakye-Yiadom is not alone in this. Let the truth be known throughout the world. Still worse, when such killings are justified as customary or a new source of capitalist enrichment, then, real judicial questions have to be asked. Sexual luring is now one of the entrapment instruments for such extrajudicial killings in North America.

As we all know now, the control and preventive programs had already been imposed on me, and therefore, those who answered my advertisements turned out to be co-conspirators and tramps, mostly from United States, secretly placed within the CIA to trap and kill me. When they were exposed, then, it became a love affair competition, an investment ploy and then an elimination program. In U.S. even those who did not answer my ads like Senator Barbara Boxer, Speaker Pelosi, Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall, Lynne Russell formerly of CNN, etc., claimed that I am obligated to them, because, I had been sold to United States and Bill Gates to be dispensed.

The UN Charter for Human Rights, the Canadian Charter of Rights, and the Human Rights Charter of the Americas, the Geneva Conventions and US Codes Titles 18 and 42 forbid any form of peonage or enslavement arrangements similar to those explained in this case. The vociferous Thirteenth Amendment would caution any enlightened American against such stupid conduct. Here, we are told that the government and its leading operatives planned this, having dubbed me, "A Big Fish," and of course believing US could not be punished, no matter how henious the violation.

There seems to be no reason for this other the fact these people are American, and their government has assured them that it can always hold an African or black man down for Americans to oppress and dominate him or her without consequence. Two reasons have been cited for this American savagery towards Africans. First, Americans believe that Black Americans are their standard for dealing with blacks throughout the world. Thus whatever they do black Americans could be extended to black people from any part of the world. Black Americans agree with this, because, they want Africans especially to experience the cruelty they claim to have experienced from white folks. This was another reason [besides revenge] why Condoleezza Rice’s purpose has been to recruit me to serve, albeit, to become a slave. The problem is that there is no record that Condoleezza Rice served any white man, was abused and tortured or persecuted by whites for being black. The second reason for American cruelty and disrespect towards Africans is that African leaders appear to have been bought with foreign aid, or they indeed lack spine to face off some of these bullies of the international system. These are issues of human rights and they should not take second seat to other issues in any country’s relations with others. For Africa and Africans, it raises the issue of security in the international system.

Hold on steadfastly, then, because, here we have one of the most annoying, offensive and injurious examples of a racist hate crime, which many Americans lack the conscience to apprehend. The American public has been told that the decision to "WASTE HIM" is because, "He is incapable," "He is retarded," "He is primitive," "inferior," albeit, "African." So how does the US leadership get the Ghanaian leadership to accept that they are of an inferior breed? Of course, all this about the same person described as 'faster than ME," and therefore must be SLOWED? I am yet to read where it is written that United States chooses winners and losers in this world; that United States determines the standard of what it is to be human and citizen of this world. I think that the courts, the US Courts must decide that question, and not Nancy Pelosi or Bill Gates. May be the snubs or scorns of "Don't shine," "Mmo," "slow down, "sit down,” and etc., raging in San Francisco could legally be scrutinized, first by US courts.

I have to make it clear here that the control and preventative objectives of the sexual harassment program became permanent when a foreign power, United States, sent its agents across international lines to Canada to secretly participate in this crass dehumanization. I was an international student who was not sponsored by the United States and who had no reason to harm United States interests. I might have been a social and political critic who wrote and spoke on issues like Apartheid, and the empowerment of less powerful people, regardless their region. But, short of generalized examples, I never targeted my criticism to United States. Even when I did this it was purely an academic exercise in an academic environment. But when we have the Congress of United States approving an attack against me, then, a certain rational boundary has been traversed. Women have been used as the excuse, but there may be other socially-embedded reasons that expose even more expressly US hypocrisy in this crime.

At this point, whether the Canadians invited the Americans to join in this apparent white men's raid on an "African pest" remains oblivious, even irrelevant to me. What remains apparent is that a continental conspiracy to torture, abuse, persecute, destroy and even kill me in pursuit of white supremacists and neo-Nazi social ordering and purification ideologies was hatched and implemented against me. The first of these ideologies was that I sought to date white women, a breach of the supremacist social engineering, racist and Black American beliefs, and therefore, I had to be punished. For this reason, the ideology must be called Americanism. For United States, the additional concern was that, if drastic preventive measures were not taken against me, I would date women in United States too, destroy white culture and Caucasian supremacy as we know it, all by myself!. The various actions taken against me have been mentioned is several sections of this report. The working principle for these actions is "pre-emptive strikes," a beloved Condoleezza Rice strategy. “Let us get him before he destroys the white race.”

Both action and intent against me from both Canada and United States constituted a violation of my human and civil rights under all international human rights laws Charters and Conventions, including the laws of Canada and United States. I have shown in another part of this report that the sexual harassment and innuendo, while most widespread, may not be the most fundamental reason for the attack, especially, considering that white supremacist purification RITES component of the program, targeted me to be killed for sacrificial and ritual purposes, or to be recruited for enslavement purposes and to be owned by Bill Gates and his conglomerates. The sexual factor might have been the baiting component. I will address the enslavement issues in another set of publications. But, I need to mention here sexual harassment and enslavement components of the crime are intertwined. The offices of the United States Attorney General and the Solicitor General may promptly investigate this case for serious criminal human rights violations. Now I would like to define and discuss the nature of violations against me that I believe meet legal rendition of sexual harassment.

Here, I define and operationalize sexual harassment as all those activities used to prevent or control me from naturally feeling and exercising my sexual organs or deriving human and natural enjoyment or benefits from them. These may be physical, social, psychological, biological, spiritual or otherwise. These include activities preventing me from contracting relations with women by throwing men in my face or epithets of same sex relations as a blockade. It also includes activities of intentions of sexually incapacitating me with drugs, chemicals, food, medical procedures, satanic attacks and mutilations, and etc. where they are undertaken with intent to prevent me from sexual activity commensurate with performance, enjoyment, child bearing and the right of fatherhood, and other benefits of male-female relations. These activities have included drugging, electronic attacks, social engineering and misinformation about deviant sexual behaviors, electronic attacks and surveillance and homosexual immersion and diatribes.

This harassment has been a widespread activity involving the whole public, but, particularly, governmental agencies and parastatals, computer technicians, magicians, doctors, professors, lawyers, feminists, minorities, the news media, intelligence agencies, the police, etc. This extensive network of strategically-placed people and groups has made it easier for the masses to believe that this is a systemic project approved by the leaders and agreed to by a cross-section of society, why should ordinary people fear to participate in it. The result of such mass instigation and incitement against me is beyond repair. I am totally disrespected by the American public, and some even offensively query why I am still alive. The ensuing expectation of imminent danger in such disposition visa-a-vis clear leadership indifference to my woes, quite frankly, at times, make me think whether I should not consider pre-emptive retaliatory acts. After all, is survival not the first law of nature? I have been pushed beyond reason and patience. But Bill Gates has not stopped paying the bills for the crimes and Nancy Pelosi keeps reaping profits. Shouldn’t these people answer to the law?

Those politicians who are eager to have my lineage and academic pursuits destroyed pounced on the idea that I was a pest here to mess up with American women. So, they okayed "pre-emptive strikes" against the man who hardly had dates. The saddest part of all this is that the drugs for such harassment were directly prescribed by doctors, and indirectly sent to cafeterias and restaurants where I was limited to buying food. It is definitely different when drugs, alcohol and tobacco are used to target food and beverages to prey on humans as my experience has shown in San Francisco. This has been one of the most damaging activities since the crime began in 1985 at St. Jerome's. In San Francisco where I have been diagnosed with different life threatening ailments, including kidney and heart failure, I am under no illusion that this is the accumulated result of drugging attacks, including those by hospitals. I discuss this issue in a different chapter, nonetheless, I have to emphasize that I intend to take due legal action in lieu of these outcomes. I consider all such drugging part of the deliberate conspiracy of United States and its citizens to destroy me through sexual harassment.

If all of this began at the St. Jerome's University dormitory, then, I did not take notice of it. After all, I was a naïve African in the midst people who saw human value resident in their origin, color and looks. Besides, which international students in their right minds would suspect that those who charitably offered them scholarship and opportunity of life would turn around and destroy such students? Now, the dictum, "There are no free launches," finds its real meaning. The legal issue arising, however, has to be resolved. What I remember is that the research part probably began at the Infirmary of the University of Waterloo, Canada, and continued at the Kitchener-Waterloo Regional Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. A Kitchener chiropractor and the Kitchener-Waterloo Regional hospital had been the next link in the conspiracy before I moved to Ottawa. The Ottawa Civic Hospital allegedly took charge of the medical experiments from 1988 to 1995 or thereabout.

In all these places, I was not given treatment, although x-rays or laser devices were often used as part of the examination process, whenever I complained of some ailment. It is possible that laser treatment and x-ray diagnoses at those places and over the years were part of the slackening procedure meant to weaken my genitals, wreck my spine and lower back. I have also experienced laser, computer and other electronic attacks. In 1994, when the so-called was exposed, I was subjected to open electronic attacks, particularly, whenever I entered government buildings. Now I ache all over my body, the direct result of these attacks. Along with that I have been subjected to such unbelievable economic hardship that threatens my very existence. Even the little disability monies I for which I applied have been subjected to the same conspiracy.

US agents, particularly, the CIA are helping my enemies such as Condoleezza Rice. Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Kamala Harris, Cathy Marshall, and etc. to interfere in these claims with the declared aim of killing me and stealing the money. The Asians have been involved since 1999 in the stealing my court cases for Kamala Harris, Condoleezza Rice and Nancy Pelosi, etc., from San Francisco to Washington, DC. They rely on a bunch of know little do little Asian staff at the Aid agencies and in the bureaucracies to conduct these corrupt and evil practices against me. These Asian immigrants led and tutored by Barbara Boxer should be investigated in these fraudulent activities, whether they are proxies for Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi or Cathy Marshall of Microsoft [also coded donor]. For all I know, they would not help these people to steal from me, if I were Asian. This case has exposed Senator Boxer as a hypocrite, and racist, who despises in particular, African immigrants and dark-colored people. She must consider herself a sure bet defendant in this case.

The effort to steal the disability money is partly why the enemies are said to be lobbying doctors and nurses at the San Francisco General Hospital to inject me with poison during dialysis treatment and kill me. May be the FBI, to which I have sent numerous tips on the case and the Ethics Committee at the US Congress would want to visit the issue. Meanwhile, I renew my call for sympathetic lawyers and publicity experts interested in helping me to contact me.

This is an introductory publication of the role sexual harassment has played and continues to play in US ruination programs that have targeted me for decades. I expect to include pertinent sections of these publications in my report on the violations to the US government and the United Nations. They would also be the basis for the ultimate legal action in the case. I have already published a more specific aspect of this chapter, the role of gay harassment in the so-called program. In these publications, I intend to show that several forms of sexual harassment have been used as instruments of oppression and domination in this biological warfare program by United States against me. In describing the violations I use explicit language, therefore, readers who are sensitive to explicit and frank use of language are cautioned. Ohene Boakye-Yiadom.

Since my publication on the gay immersion aspects of this Eugenics Program unlawfully instituted by United States as an in your- face regimen of reprisals made up of intensified sexual and civil harassment, gay-related attacks, chemical and drugging attacks, and other forms of social violence against me, as if to say that “America is too big to be faulted.” The center-piece of these resurgent immoral and illegal attacks appears to be a program of prostitution solicitation by which the whole society believes that the entity called “IT” [NO or ONO], and the principal violators could combine SATANISM, electronic manipulation and drugging [prescription drugs] with social engineering to influence or force me to buy sex from designated system prostitutes [many pilots of the sex change industry] as part of the ‘gottacha” conspiracy going on against me in North America.. The trackers and stalkers are dovetailed by US SHARP SHOOTERS, willing shooters from the California Highway Police [ CHP], the mob or gangsters [ including Black Americans chosen executioners], retired marines, and even homosexuals, who have either been hired to try to kill me for the system, or who have resolved to kill me for not embracing their lifestyle and behaviors. This nonetheless exposes another level of American hypocrisy.

After they gained their long-fought war freedom to enjoy their individual rights, thanks to the Ninth Amendment, American homosexuals now believe that they should take my individual rights including that of being heterosexual and the right of self-defense from me. These are among those who believe that I should be killed if ever I dated a white woman in Canada. But, given the chance, they would sleep with me, the inferior guy! The element of hatred in this type of behavior and social organization is baffling. The homosexuals, I have learned, also kill their victims for rituals. It is not just the supremacists or klans who believe in such passé and gruesome customs. This is why they are part of the prostitution and sex change conspiracy against me. Following the failure of the prostitution ploy, the enemy appears to be considering more scientific means, such as surgical attacks via willing doctors and nurses from the San Francisco General Hospital system. Clinical execution, that is.

Professionals, such as doctors, lawyers and professors have been part of this case from the outset. But the level of involvement of these otherwise enlightened people of esteemed vocations in a crime as dastardly inhuman as this is alarming. In San Francisco, lawyers and doctors have helped to oppress and ruin me just so investors in human experiments projects that targeted me, such as Nancy Pelosi, Bill Gates and super markets outlets used by these people, would be covered up. Now that the cover up conspiracy did not yield projected results, hospitals are being sought out to be the execution chamber. Willing doctors, interns, residents, nurses, medical technicians, I believe, have been organized in the San Francisco General Hospital system to use gradual medication and injections to induce serious bodily and personal injuries, and perhaps, even execute me, if I am STILL awake [The combination of Lipitor and other drugs and injections was supposed to put me to sleep forever]. This deadly theatrical option appears to be the last desperate strategy hatched among the architects of the programs, willing officials of the City and County of San Francisco and the Microsoft folks to COVER UP this disgraceful crime for American leaders.

Of course, I have an option to avoid the execution, if I accept alternative punishments such as chemical castration, homosexual immersion or a life time as a guinea pig. If you ever doubted that this crime has been a US government official policy, then, imposition of these alternative punishments should leave you in no doubt that THIS is an official US policy to destroy this African for daring to succeed. This is also why the crime and its antecedent violations are systemic and widespread. The US government believes that I have to be humiliated with homosexual diatribes and innuendos before hitting me with the behavior’s dreaded sidekick, HIV/AIDS. Since the gay conspiracy has become an embarrassing failure to the CIA and politicians like Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer, the San Francisco General Hospital where I am currently undergoing dialysis for disabilities directly caused by these abusive programs appears to offer these violators another avenue, not simply to infect me with HIV/AIDS or similar diseases [I do not discount rife rumor], but to frame me with sexual harassment while sexually harassing me. Now, after making sure that I am confined, the enemy could use drugs to castrate me, use gay nurses to frame me or the so-called ‘Chicago nurses ’ to lure me into execution.

The City and County of San Francisco, which has its own entrapment project for African immigrants [The Rodent Elimination Program] based on sexual luring by, gays, teens and prostitutes has long targeted me for elimination. This began before I reached San Francisco in 1996. The US attack against me in Canada was led by San Franciscans and Californians. So when I reached San Francisco by default in 1996, the ground for attack was already in place for me. The CIA and other bureaucrats and politicians organized and led these attacks. This worsened when I sued and won a civil rights case against the City and California in 2001. The case was stolen by organized crime in San Francisco. The City Attorney’s office, federal agents, and politicians Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer were widely rumored to have participated in the conspiracy to deny me justice in that case. Most likely, the Mayor at the time, Mr. Willie Brown Jr. participated in this interference and obstruction of justice. In response to my cries for justice they incited the public to harass torture and abuse me with gay labels, tags and motifs.

The fact that I have not given up seeking justice in that case was one of the reasons for the imminent danger I face on this continent. This is because the case involves a large amount. Moreover, content that they would succeed in killing me the conspirators already selected my alleged inheritors, apparently, criminal gold diggers, who now want me dead. San Francisco politicians appear to have subcontracted the dispute to the mob and big business [according to public information], which in turn have been using rogue police, gangs, doctors, gays and feminists not only to frame me but also to try to kill me. In recent days, due to increased instigation and incitement, the public, particularly, youngsters, have become increasingly hostile, disrespectful, insulting and at times, even dangerous. In these instances, sexual epithets related to homosexuality have become the public most preferred instrument against me.

Generous public hints indicate that THIS in San Francisco continues to be the work of District Attorney Kamala Harris, Senator Barbara Boxer, Condoleezza Rice, Mayors Brown and Newsom, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Microsoft's Secret Agent Cathy Marshall, and of course, the CIA. Unfortunately, these people still hide behind African Americans and other minorities [particularly those of Asian origins] to commit these violations. The surging role of Asian immigrants in this crime is the function of the role of Senator Boxer, the filibuster and incipient racist allegedly appointed by Nancy Pelosi to lead reprisals, drugging, homosexual and prostitution activities against me since the 1980s. Is Senator Boxer simply a minority-feminist champion focused on destroying an African immigrant with potential or US attack machinery scouting the North American territory to ensure that African immigrants such as this author do not succeed? From what I have learned thus far about her involvement in this case, she is a major player, one of those who believe that I should not associate with the rich and elite, lest I undeservingly would succeed. It is no wonder then why she allegedly was elected to give me "lessons" as part of this program of violations. I will soon discuss the issue of the "lessons" in another publication. What is the nature of the competition in which the Senator is allegedly leading Asians immigration to help “Rites” to win?

The US Congress is said to have approved such programs to kill me with the message, "Let the English try to kill him. Who's this English? Surprisingly, the main suspect happens to be a British lady in San Francisco, an alleged British spy who US citizens believe would be the best person to kill me, because she is sexually alluring. The insanity of this belief is that I have nothing to do with the individual. She is tagged "the citizens," a clue to the suggestion that she might have been framed with that role by the likes of Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer who rely on rogue police to do such dirty tricks against immigrants. Without mentioning her name known at this time, I would like to advise that individual and British authorities in San Francisco to stay clear of this evil plotting by Americans. If the City and County of San Francisco would like to go on forever with the folly of framing me as gay and the evilness of killing Africans and other dark immigrants, please, let them not involve the British in such regressive and racist behavior. For whatever they did, the British never intended to own people from their former colonies. United States hatred for people of African origins must not be extended to other Western countries.

Still, I am on the lookout for any homosexual, bisexual, trans-gender, military or civilian, western and non-western that would come after me. It is high time these sick, deranged and misled men got the message that I have the right not to like the gay lifestyle. Those spearheading these attacks do so from a center of hatred and weakness. Those who support these attacks would by all means end up hateful, morally weakened and spiritually porous. This crime is even bad for politics. Americans could do better than to embroil themselves in this “Nazi-type” hate crime for decades. To insist that a man is what he is not is a practice culled from Nazi ideology that insistence on a false belief about your enemy could make that belief a reality. But the Nazis failed, and so must this program of ruination.

The District Attorney for San Francisco, Kamala Harris who allegedly created a program to net men buying sex from the City’s numerous prostitutes is said to be the main official in charge of recruiting and sending these prostitutes to harass me with demands for purchases. This prostitution solicitation is allegedly being done to honor Speaker Pelosi, an alleged queen prostitute. For this reason, San Franciscans believe that I have to go out there and buy sex from prostitutes, “whether I like it or not.” This remains the last chance to get homosexuals attack and rape and kill me. Failure to do so means I would continue to be punished by Speaker Pelosi with harassment, undermining, impoverishment, denial of work and benefits, etc. Cohorts such Senator Boxer and Senator Feinstein support this idea of prostitution in honor of Nancy Pelosi by instigating certain social groups to participate in the persecution.

Presently, particular ethnicities have been selected to target me with this immoral solicitation. This has led to unbelievable levels of sexual harassment, suspicion, framed ups and branding against me in San Francisco, particularly, by men. In San Francisco, men have taken up CIA accolades and codenames such as 'YOU/U," and "Eyes," in support of this harassment. Wherever I go, any man I talk to, interact with, or otherwise, must feign gay and begin to harass me. This Nancy Pelosi frame up has become so sickening that sometimes I think of hurting the people who directly do these things to me.

It is not difficult to tell that the prostitution solicitation is meant to be a plot to kidnap and kill me. Many Africans have been killed this way in San Francisco. I have survived thus far because of the enemy's over-reliance on this elementary entrapment strategy. The problem for the enemy is that having thus far under-rated me [to the degree that I Americans believe that I could not even decipher these in your face deceptive cognates], its plot is always exposed before it is implemented against me. I have to admit that I have been forced to adopt involuntary abstinence from sex, alcohol and eating from many places just to survive. The legal issues thereof arising are definitely indescribable. Yet, the potential of such liability has not even forewarned the enemy to halt these atrocities against me. The enemy’s belief is that America would kill me before I could file a complaint on the violations. America has to kill me and prevent me from becoming rich. So, America has enrolled me in insurance policies, and Americans must compete to kill me in order to enjoy the premium. Thus far, the hospitals and courts have sided with America.

Still, I intend to re-send several complaints to the Supreme Court of the United States, despite the fact that I am aware of the conspiracy of US leaders and powerful groups to interfere with and obstruct my efforts for justice. This obstruction is specifically anchored by US authorities, politicians, lawyers, doctors, and indeed, those of the general public who see no reason why a dark skinned African should also make noise when abused by white Americans. Some of these people, indeed, believe that I should be grateful for being tortured and ruined for the last two and half decades, because, “IT IS WHITE.” I have no business trying to get "ME’s" money!

As you read this publication, be assured that I am under the gun in San Francisco, because, authorities believe that, co-conspirators and preselected inheritors such Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, Cathy Marshall, Condoleezza Rice, Barbara Boxer or a Willie Brown Jr., etc. and lesser known cohorts such as Barbara Taylor and Rosie Allen [both local African American broadcasters on Nancy Pelosi’s payroll for this crime] in these crimes against humanity could be exposed to face consequences. San Franciscans believe that it was Rosie Allen who doubled as an INS official and interviewed me in 1997. She allegedly falsified the information and doctored my record with data that I overstayed my visa and then applied for political asylum. This made me an illegal immigrant in United States. Despite empirical evidence to the contrary, US authorities allowed this mis-characterization to continue for till now. For fifteen tough years, I have had to cope with prejudicial consequences of being characterized illegal in United States. The truth was and remains that I was invited by the INS for that interview. I still have three letters related to the interview; letters overlooked by the Immigration Judge and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

During the Clinton and Bush eras, Directors of Immigration, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Committees for immigration and Civil Rights at Congress and the White House also ignored me on this issue. As a matter of fact, the Congressional Committee on immigration even instructed the INS and the Office of the Immigration Judge to do whatever they could to cover up the fraud in this case. The issue as it turned was about my status as a human being and if I deserved to be respected [when I had been condemned to death as a sacrificial goat by supremacists] rather than my immigration status. Those who allegedly rejected me rejected my very humanity and not simply my application to the US. I had been condemned to be killed as a goat or turkey for ritual celebration in both Canada and United States. The alleged rejection and the immigration issues were alibis. Why was Rosie Allen used in this fraud and conspiracy?

Rosie Allen the radio news caster at ABC studios in San Francisco was allegedly selected by Condoleezza Rice and Nancy Pelosi to double as an Immigrant Official to specifically interview me, because, being dark colored, she resembles an African woman, the fact as symbolism being that the enemy could conspire with and use Black people with dark skin as I have against me. Echoing the use of this divisive plot against me in Canada, a Somali who had his ear to the ground told me in 1994 in Kitchener, Ontario, while we were waiting to see a doctor that: “They say they could even use those who speak the same language as you do against you.” He was explaining to me why all my friends had deserted me during this unjustifiable United States punitive raid.

It was during that visit to a doctor that I first learned that I was the subject of a research program. This was the family doctor of a friend who starkly indicated to me, “I cannot treat you because I am not allowed to treat you. You are being used for research and you have to be followed.” Interestingly, I was also considered a ‘big fish,’ and I am still deemed so by both the CIA and Black Americans. The fact that my friend knew what was going on but refused to tell me because he had been told not to tell me was evidence of the divisive strategy the enemy had in play against me. Even the Ghanaian leadership could not avoid being used against me. Ghana continues to ignore me at US insistence that Americans involve in this must be protected. “They would fall," if the crimes stop. Instead, "Let us dispense with the African," is the apparent resolution. The sexual attacks are intended for this end.

I make this point to remind those who do not understand this case to be aware of a couple of things. First, this a crime based mostly on racial hatred and dislike for those of African origins, still Africans support my enemies. Black Americans and leaders who have participated now have to be protected from punishment. Second, white people committing this crime have been nervous about their misdeed vis-à-vis the role of blacks, particularly, African Americans. White people feared a backlash with Black American disapproval. Such disapproval never happened. Still, lingering nervousness and fear make white Americans seek proof for themselves that Black Americans are loyal to white people and not to Africans. This observation does not suggest that the Black American objective of seeking punishment and revenge with this case due to my family background is nominal. In this and other publications, I showed the basis of consensus between black and white Americans for attacking me and other Africans in North America. Black America’s participation in these sexual-related attacks makes no sense, given the obvious racial intent of the violations. But they believe that they have an axe to grind. The historical grudge factor is more important to them than perceived racial matters.

Still, behind that veil of consensus is the big white stick demanding allegiance and loyalty from black Americans. It is not simply about the American pie the share in which Africans must be prevented, but also, it is a demand by whites that Black and African Americans see themselves as property, not simply possessed, but indeed, owned by white people to whom loyalty must be total. Nancy Pelosi is the alleged iconic reminder of such a demand on Black Americans. This was why she extended that rude territoriality and quest for possessive dominion to me when she sent Black Americans to tell Canadians that I was indeed, a Black American who escaped from enslavement, and therefore, had to be recaptured and returned to slavery. The very mention of slavery by any modern American leader should be considered a social arson. Hence the deliberate perpetration of this act of enslavement against me by United States, a violation of the Geneva Conventions and the War Crimes Act, must be condemned throughout the world. I fully take up the slavery component of this unconscionable crime in a different chapter and publication.

Nevertheless African/Black American women demanding my head in the gutters of San Francisco allege that they have “a Clarence Thomas type hatred” for me, because while in Canada I dated from a race which Black Americans do not approve. In other words, Condoleezza Rice, Barbara Taylor, Rosie Allen and other uppity African/black women want me [the Ghanaian] to be castrated, or my heart, kidneys, brain, eyes, muscles, nerves, joints, intestines, liver, etc. destroyed, because, while in Canada I dated women from a race they would not approve. Excuse me; African Americans are trying to kill me because I dated women from a race other than black? Is this what the United States system has spent money organizing its citizens and other countries, including Ghana, for support against me? Did you see behind the veil of angry black and brown faces, the pale moustaches, beards, silver smoking pipes and goggled frames I saw? Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Can this be rationalized? I am not related to any of these African Americans. I do not know who they are and they did not sponsor me to Canada. I did not know that Condoleezza Rice completed her task of ensuring that Black American men dated only Black women before she crossed the border to Canada to implement that policy against Africans immigrants. The story line may sell but not the sense it conveys. In this consensus paradigm, white hatred becomes African American anger as both are directed towards the African for a purpose other than the obvious. As you read this publication, these people have been at work, seriously lobbying doctors and nurses from the San Francisco General Hospital [who understand their plight] to help them to castrate, deform, kill me; clinically destroy me. The sexual and civil harassment aspects of these rude onslaughts aside, there seems to be a general impression on the Continent that these people should be supported against me, because they cannot be allowed to fail. In other words, the system has put impediments in my way purposefully to prevent me from defending myself against these seeming Black American, but indeed, systemic intrusions, threats and attacks.

The apparent rationale is that these people attacking me have worked all their lives for whatever they have achieved, so allowing me to defend myself against them would amount to destroying them. It does not however take much head scratching to realize that behind the façade and appearances of Black American onslaught are the white attack machinery, plots, conspiracies and rationale for this crime; racial purification. So even now in San Francisco, where the atmosphere is charged with rumor of impending attacks against me by Black Muslims, where Filipino nurses [thanks to the hypocrisy of Senator Barbara Boxer] are chosen clinical executioners at the General Hospitals and where targeted cafeterias receive CIA orders to doctor my food whenever I show up, the faces behind the veil are white. For me this confirms what I was told in Montreal in 1995 about the enemy’s strategy to get me: “They would put black people in front to bug and confuse him, then when he loses his focus, it will come from behind and whaaam!” This was the theoretical rendering of using Black Americans as bugs, blankets, fences, in fact, a cloak of human blockade to prevent me not merely from knowing the real enemies in this case, but also, from perceiving reality. The sexual harassment aspect of the program was created as part of the web of confusion and deception to mar my judgment and render me vulnerable in the face of the attacks.

So led by Condoleezza Rice and helped by Senator Boxer, Black Americans have helped with the conspiracy to castrate me, immerse me into homosexuality and destroy me, while falsely claiming that they did it for racial and ethnic loyalty. After proving their allegiance and loyalty to white America, Black Americans now have turned to the system to be protected, lest, this African would expose them and seek punishment against them. They have even extended demand for coverage to the Ghanaian leadership, which continues to see the case through the goggles of the enemy. In seeking cohorts for their purpose, African Americans have reliable allies in feminists and homosexuals, two groups whose case against me appears to provide the system with solid grounds for these attacks. The surge in plots to harm me in San Francisco in recent days is due to the exposure of these aspects of the conspiracy and enemy realization that I will seek justice no matter what the threat or intimidation.

The surge in attacks in the general public is marked by homosexual harassment instituted against me by those who believe that I do not deserve to have a relationship with a woman and those who believe that they have the right to use me for homosexual experiments, or they would humiliate me with an otherwise ignoble behavior. For most San Franciscans who certainly enjoy their participation in this crime, the reason is that I am “too straight,” a San Francisco lingo meaning that I am a professed heterosexual. To them, that is offensive. African Americans, politicians and feminists see it as deserving punishment. Interestingly, even my enemies who are using the gay QUID PRO QUO against me in the system appear to have a negative view of the behavior. Otherwise, why would they use it as an instrument of oppression and humiliation against me? If homosexuality is natural and not bad behavior, then why use it as a toll of punishment? Need I scratch your head?
When she interviewed me in July 1977, Rosie Allen had a name label. She bore the name MS. WUAKU [capitals, my emphasis].

I wondered who she was and what she knew. The basis for the query was that there was a WUAKU COMMISSION in Ghana investigating the attack on and beheading of the YA NA, the most powerful King in Northern Ghana. I wondered whether she was Ghanaian, married to a Ghanaian, and therefore, all this was coincidence, or she must have been saying something about the killing of the Ya Na. If the latter became the case, then, one would have to raise very serious questions about United States and Ghana’s so-called close relationship with that nation. The inexplicability of US attack on me, a student in Canada and US citizenry waging of offensive and ruination programs in this attack may well offer a new interpretation for US relations with Africans, and suspicions such as the one regarding the case of the Ya Na. Could all this be appeasement for Black Americans, or a new white supremacist agenda to wipe the Black man from the surface of the earth, so get them wherever you find them? Why has United States targeted with homosexuality, chemical castration, and similar activities of biological warfare when United States is aware that these activities are War Crimes and they violate the Geneva Conventions? See US Title 18 Section 1091 ET. Seq. and allied Codes and Conventions .

I would need the help of St Jerome’s University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in order to explain this US enslavement attack. This is because that University offered me a scholarship to study in Canada. I was enrolled in a liberal arts program, and ultimately graduated with honors in political science. The scholarship to the best of my knowledge was not for enslavement education. It was unconditional. So, St. Jerome’s would have to explain why United States showed up on campus with its ownership education for me. From that explanation, the reason for these sexual crimes, hopefully, would emerge.

Meanwhile, I can report that the City of San Francisco has been the house of exile for me since April 1996. In San Francisco, I am in a seizure, albeit, held against my wish and will in an environment of social and medical vagrancy, where I have suffered, perhaps, irreparable disabilities from the attacks. Here, the unsung and ignoble make demands on me to become homosexual or die. The nobodies in front of this push to defile me with the sins of Sin City are patronized by the most powerful and affluent, those most intolerant of my capability and potential, because I am African. These people have used sexual innuendo, including serious cases of defamation, because, they believe that they could use sex [particularly homosexuality and prostitution] as a tools to humiliate, embarrass and control me. As these publications are intended to show, the enemy’s instrument has worked very successfully, and as a result, I have suffered irreparable sexual damage.

Apart from the sociopolitical damage, I have also suffered very serious physical and personal injuries from drugs that have used in the attempt to chemically castrate me and from ritual and electronic attacks used as part of the sexual harassment violence. Again, at the risk of repeating myself, I should indicate that the current focus on the hospitals for help to kill me is because the plot to use sexual entrapment to nab and slaughter me apparently has failed. Those who had contracts to assassinate me and those who still want to kill me for rites purposes placed their trust in gays and prostitutes to entrap me. Many Africans have been entrapped and killed in the same way. The role of African Americans in such slayings is well known in San Francisco and the Bay Area. This act of domestic terrorism is now presented as celebration of the 9/11 anniversary, as if to give a crime legal justification.

I have made several frantic appeals to past US Presidents as indicated by publications at my websites and blogs, but, these appeals have been ignored, because, it is assumed that I have already been condemned to death. More so, the likes of Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall, Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer cannot be betrayed by America. They deserve to be protected against this primitive African, because, they are loyalists and patriots who saw and attacked a person [me] who could be US enemy, the CIA'S sleeping cell. Of course, much is not said about the investment and purely hateful intents of the violations. Not even the election of Barack Obama as President changed the minds of those Americans who believe that I have to die because I have the potential to succeed and destroy the principal violators. Those who believe that they have to kill me for purification purposes have neither relented nor regretted for this nefarious intent.

The problem as I see it for the President is that he has not openly condemned these activities. Refraining from open condemnation of violations concomitant with the mass extermination of dark-skinned people, destruction of the lineage and roots of an African and his family and the promotion of immoral and deviant behavioral practices against a sovereign individual with the purpose of forcibly depriving him of his liberty and the inalienable right to happiness, etc. appear to indicate that very powerful people are behind this crime’s objectives. If the end of this life is happiness, then depriving any human being such an end is tantamount to depriving such a person existence. This is what has happened to me in North America for the past twenty six years. I intend to show that President Obama must address pertinent aspects of this case with the forthrightness of a leader full of angst for such dehumanization. He would enrich his legacy if he opts for human rights and protection of human dignity.

Otherwise, he would be remembered for how he neglected this gross human rights violations perpetrated by against an African by Americans who felt that the African did not deserve to succeed. President Obama inherited this case from President Bush who inherited it from President Clinton. As a matter of fact the case began during the reign of President Reagan. President Obama has the advantage to turn this around.
The sexual harassment aspect of the program allegedly began in the fall of 1985, when the University of Waterloo community allegedly decided that I was too muscular, ugly and sickly-looking to be allowed to mix with their girls from that community. The solution was that I should be slackened, weakened, softened, etc., with drugs and other devices until I look like “Me.” The conspiracy was to limit my social interaction and capability vis-a-vis the opposite sex at that university. I still do not know how Americans got that university in Canada and how Nancy Pelosi became the symbol for all women. This is why if I talk to any woman, then, it has to be concluded that I want to sleep with Nancy Pelosi, and therefore, I have to be castrated. Of course, there is more to it than meets the eye, but suffice it to say that the so-called program was intended to castrate me and to prevent me dating women, particularly, those who could bear children.

This remains exactly the purpose of the program today in United States, and particularly, in San Francisco. "Do not touch Omani, if you do, you are dead" "Omani or mani" is culled from my native language in Ghana, Akan, where it means "citizen." It is said that every citizen is symbolized in Nancy Pelosi, deemed the holy queen or Phuba who would be defiled if touched by non-white men. Since Nancy Pelosi and her supremacists believe that I am "inferior and sick," and as such do not deserve to mate with American woman, particularly, Caucasians, my punishment for doing so will definitely be death. This edict has been extended to all women as the plot to capture me with women from selected ethnicities apparently failed. The fact of the situation is that all African immigrants are at risk of being killed, if they date certain women. This is due to several factors that I will discuss later. I would like to focus on my own case for a while. Just be reminded that the US raid against me in Canada was also due to the perception that I was dating too many white ladies. The fact was that I was prohibited from dating women due to my origin and African America revenge.

Now, I would like redirect myself to the part concerning St. Jerome’s, my sponsors. The truth is that the claim that I was ‘too muscular’ and ‘hyperactive’ to be allowed to mix up with ladies was an exaggeration of the size of my penis by students at St. Jerome’s University Men’s Residence. This story of the ‘monkey-man’ evoked atavistic jealousies or the sense of inferiority among certain white men, including professors and apparently politicians from a neighboring country, who have pursued these programs of castration, impotency and infertility against me for over two decades. The view that I was sickly-looking was unfounded, because, it is this program that has sought to induce ailments in me through prescription and street drugs.
This was a mis-perception based on an already biased view of me. At one of the lowest points of it all, a professor at St. Jerome’s University misrepresented himself as a doctor for my physical examination at the University Infirmary. This was a Catholic Theology Professor, who I now believe was on assignment for the University to size up for measurement my genitals and to test me for homosexuality. I suspected his identity and inquired if he had a brother who was a professor at the university. He replied that he did not. Then I told him that, indeed, he resembled a professor at the university. He replied, “We are everywhere, aren’t we?” As time passed, I realized who he was and I believed that he was embarrassed. But I made no case of sexual harassment against him or the college. Now that it appears to me that he laid the grounds for abuse by white men, professors and professional, and with references being made to him in United States, I believe that I could make a case out of that incident. I hope that St. Jerome’s would come around and face its role in these violations. St. Jerome's provided the basis for the intransigence I face in San Francisco from professionals, gays and Black Americans.

The conspiracies to destroy my penis, operate on it, cut it penis into three parts and destroy my natural presence and capability on this earth as a reproductive man, and hence, the intent to destroy my lineage began at St. Jerome's. It was a clear act of genocide and biological warfare, which has been viciously carried out to term.
I have to remind the reader that one of the reasons for this case was that some crop of American leadership decided that I did not deserve to be offered scholarships to study in Canada. As far as they were concerned I resembled a slave not a professional. They believed that they needed to stop me before I become a thinker or a spiritually developed person. This was partly the reason for the massive attack with psychiatric drugs. Experts believe that such drugs could destroy a person's concentration, and therefore, capability for academic and personal development.

As a matter of fact, North Americans claim to had information that my father wanted to kill me as a sacrifice for his gods, so Now Americans arrogated to themselves the power and authority to declare me a sacrificial turkey waiting to be slaughtered for white purification purposes. This is partly the reason for satanic attacks, spells and display of witchcraft against me. The public likes the use of these paranormal agents against me, because, I have no comparable defenses against the attacks. The raid against me in Canada and the ongoing activities of abuse and torture are in preparation for such customary rites. I will have a full publication on the specific reasons for the so-called program. This brief explanation is to help the reader understand that the sexual harassment and gay innuendos are part of the strategies meant to weaken and break my resolve.

When they chase after me to hospitals to seek help from doctors and nurses to destroy or kill me with medication, then you realize that the spiritual warfare has not achieved its desired results. With a billionaire as the crime's paymaster and a super power patron, every ethnicity and social group in San Francisco is involved in this conspiracy of ruination. The current rush to nurses and doctors in San Francisco for help is said to be spearheaded by the 'police' and 'Muslims'[euphemism for African/Black Americans. The 'police' mean some "City officials" in law enforcement positions are involved. Some of the so-called Muslims suspected for this ignoble foul play are well-known news personalities with ABC and CBS affiliates in San Francisco. I would like to remind ABC and CBS that I wrote to them in 2004 or so warning that I would sue them for the involvement of their employees in these violations. Readers of my blogs would know by now that I have issued and published similar warnings to Stanford University and Microsoft Corporation. I will definitely have a lot to say about these violations in later publications.

As you can tell such activities violated my rights and protections guaranteed by the International Covenant for Civil and political Rights, The United nations Human Rights Charter, The Canadian Charter of Rights, the United Nations Convention Against the Crime of Genocide, the United Nations Convention Against Torture, The United nations Convention Against Cruel, Wicked and Inhuman Treatment or Punishment, the War Crimes Act and the other Geneva Conventions, etc. The amazing thing is that Americans have shown no remorse. They are pre-occupied with speculation about the man who they believe will win, or the number of death lists that have my name on them.
I invite human rights organizations throughout the world, physicians who could independently examine my medical records, attorneys interested in personal and medical injury, civil litigation and human rights to read my blogs and contact me to see which ways in which they could be of help. Soon, I would be seeking publicists and private investigators to unravel the secrets of this gross violation. THE ROLE OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN UNITED STATES PERSECUTION OF GHANAIAN: PART ONE

This is an introductory publication of the role sexual harassment has played and continues to play in US ruination programs that have targeted me for decades. I expect to include pertinent sections of these publications in my report on the violations to the US government and the United Nations. They would also be the basis for the ultimate legal action in the case. I have already published a more specific aspect of this chapter, the role of gay harassment in the so-called program. In these publications, I intend to show that several forms of sexual harassment have been used as instruments of oppression and domination in this biological warfare program by United States against me. In describing the violations I use explicit language, therefore, readers who are sensitive to explicit and frank use of language are cautioned. Ohene Boakye-Yiadom.

Since my publication on the gay immersion aspects of this Eugenics Program unlawfully instituted by United States as an in your- face regimen of reprisals made up of intensified sexual and civil harassment, gay-related attacks, chemical and drugging attacks, and other forms of social violence against me, as if to say that “America is too big to be faulted.” The center-piece of these resurgent immoral and illegal attacks appears to be a program of prostitution solicitation by which the whole society believes that the entity called “IT” [NO or ONO], and the principal violators could combine SATANISM, electronic manipulation and drugging [prescription drugs] with social engineering to influence or force me to buy sex from designated system prostitutes [many pilots of the sex change industry] as part of the ‘gottacha” conspiracy going on against me in North America.. The trackers and stalkers are dovetailed by US SHARP SHOOTERS, willing shooters from the California Highway Police [ CHP], the mob or gangsters [ including Black Americans chosen executioners], retired marines, and even homosexuals, who have either been hired to try to kill me for the system, or who have resolved to kill me for not embracing their lifestyle and behaviors. This nonetheless exposes another level of American hypocrisy.

After they gained their long-fought war freedom to enjoy their individual rights, thanks to the Ninth Amendment, American homosexuals now believe that they should take my individual rights including that of being heterosexual and the right of self-defense from me. These are among those who believe that I should be killed if ever I dated a white woman in Canada. But, given the chance, they would sleep with me, the inferior guy! The element of hatred in this type of behavior and social organization is baffling. The homosexuals, I have learned, also kill their victims for rituals. It is not just the supremacists or klans who believe in such passé and gruesome customs. This is why they are part of the prostitution and sex change conspiracy against me. Following the failure of the prostitution ploy, the enemy appears to be considering more scientific means, such as surgical attacks via willing doctors and nurses from the San Francisco General Hospital system. Clinical execution, that is.

Professionals, such as doctors, lawyers and professors have been part of this case from the outset. But the level of involvement of these otherwise enlightened people of esteemed vocations in a crime as dastardly inhuman as this is alarming. In San Francisco, lawyers and doctors have helped to oppress and ruin me just so investors in human experiments projects that targeted me, such as Nancy Pelosi, Bill Gates and super markets outlets used by these people, would be covered up. Now that the cover up conspiracy did not yield projected results, hospitals are being sought out to be the execution chamber. Willing doctors, interns, residents, nurses, medical technicians, I believe, have been organized in the San Francisco General Hospital system to use gradual medication and injections to induce serious bodily and personal injuries, and perhaps, even execute me, if I am STILL awake [The combination of Lipitor and other drugs and injections was supposed to put me to sleep forever]. This deadly theatrical option appears to be the last desperate strategy hatched among the architects of the programs, willing officials of the City and County of San Francisco and the Microsoft folks to COVER UP this disgraceful crime for American leaders.

Of course, I have an option to avoid the execution, if I accept alternative punishments such as chemical castration, homosexual immersion or a life time as a guinea pig. If you ever doubted that this crime has been a US government official policy, then, imposition of these alternative punishments should leave you in no doubt that THIS is an official US policy to destroy this African for daring to succeed. This is also why the crime and its antecedent violations are systemic and widespread. The US government believes that I have to be humiliated with homosexual diatribes and innuendos before hitting me with the behavior’s dreaded sidekick, HIV/AIDS. Since the gay conspiracy has become an embarrassing failure to the CIA and politicians like Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer, the San Francisco General Hospital where I am currently undergoing dialysis for disabilities directly caused by these abusive programs appears to offer these violators another avenue, not simply to infect me with HIV/AIDS or similar diseases [I do not discount rife rumor], but to frame me with sexual harassment while sexually harassing me. Now, after making sure that I am confined, the enemy could use drugs to castrate me, use gay nurses to frame me or the so-called ‘Chicago nurses ’ to lure me into execution.

The City and County of San Francisco, which has its own entrapment project for African immigrants [The Rodent Elimination Program] based on sexual luring by, gays, teens and prostitutes has long targeted me for elimination. This began before I reached San Francisco in 1996. The US attack against me in Canada was led by San Franciscans and Californians. So when I reached San Francisco by default in 1996, the ground for attack was already in place for me. The CIA and other bureaucrats and politicians organized and led these attacks. This worsened when I sued and won a civil rights case against the City and California in 2001. The case was stolen by organized crime in San Francisco. The City Attorney’s office, federal agents, and politicians Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer were widely rumored to have participated in the conspiracy to deny me justice in that case. Most likely, the Mayor at the time, Mr. Willie Brown Jr. participated in this interference and obstruction of justice. In response to my cries for justice they incited the public to harass torture and abuse me with gay labels, tags and motifs.

The fact that I have not given up seeking justice in that case was one of the reasons for the imminent danger I face on this continent. This is because the case involves a large amount. Moreover, content that they would succeed in killing me the conspirators already selected my alleged inheritors, apparently, criminal gold diggers, who now want me dead. San Francisco politicians appear to have subcontracted the dispute to the mob and big business [according to public information], which in turn have been using rogue police, gangs, doctors, gays and feminists not only to frame me but also to try to kill me. In recent days, due to increased instigation and incitement, the public, particularly, youngsters, have become increasingly hostile, disrespectful, insulting and at times, even dangerous. In these instances, sexual epithets related to homosexuality have become the public most preferred instrument against me.

Generous public hints indicate that THIS in San Francisco continues to be the work of District Attorney Kamala Harris, Senator Barbara Boxer, Condoleezza Rice, Mayors Brown and Newsom, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Microsoft's Secret Agent Cathy Marshall, and of course, the CIA. Unfortunately, these people still hide behind African Americans and other minorities [particularly those of Asian origins] to commit these violations. The surging role of Asian immigrants in this crime is the function of the role of Senator Boxer, the filibuster and incipient racist allegedly appointed by Nancy Pelosi to lead reprisals, drugging, homosexual and prostitution activities against me since the 1980s. Is Senator Boxer simply a minority-feminist champion focused on destroying an African immigrant with potential or US attack machinery scouting the North American territory to ensure that African immigrants such as this author do not succeed? From what I have learned thus far about her involvement in this case, she is a major player, one of those who believe that I should not associate with the rich and elite, lest I undeservingly would succeed. It is no wonder then why she allegedly was elected to give me "lessons" as part of this program of violations. I will soon discuss the issue of the "lessons" in another publication. What is the nature of the competition in which the Senator is allegedly leading Asians immigration to help “Rites” to win?

The US Congress is said to have approved such programs to kill me with the message, "Let the English try to kill him. Who's this English? Surprisingly, the main suspect happens to be a British lady in San Francisco, an alleged British spy who US citizens believe would be the best person to kill me, because she is sexually alluring. The insanity of this belief is that I have nothing to do with the individual. She is tagged "the citizens," a clue to the suggestion that she might have been framed with that role by the likes of Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer who rely on rogue police to do such dirty tricks against immigrants. Without mentioning her name known at this time, I would like to advise that individual and British authorities in San Francisco to stay clear of this evil plotting by Americans. If the City and County of San Francisco would like to go on forever with the folly of framing me as gay and the evilness of killing Africans and other dark immigrants, please, let them not involve the British in such regressive and racist behavior. For whatever they did, the British never intended to own people from their former colonies. United States hatred for people of African origins must not be extended to other Western countries.

Still, I am on the lookout for any homosexual, bisexual, trans-gender, military or civilian, western and non-western that would come after me. It is high time these sick, deranged and misled men got the message that I have the right not to like the gay lifestyle. Those spearheading these attacks do so from a center of hatred and weakness. Those who support these attacks would by all means end up hateful, morally weakened and spiritually porous. This crime is even bad for politics. Americans could do better than to embroil themselves in this “Nazi-type” hate crime for decades. To insist that a man is what he is not is a practice culled from Nazi ideology that insistence on a false belief about your enemy could make that belief a reality. But the Nazis failed, and so must this program of ruination.

The District Attorney for San Francisco, Kamala Harris who allegedly created a program to net men buying sex from the City’s numerous prostitutes is said to be the main official in charge of recruiting and sending these prostitutes to harass me with demands for purchases. This prostitution solicitation is allegedly being done to honor Speaker Pelosi, an alleged queen prostitute. For this reason, San Franciscans believe that I have to go out there and buy sex from prostitutes, “whether I like it or not.” This remains the last chance to get homosexuals attack and rape and kill me. Failure to do so means I would continue to be punished by Speaker Pelosi with harassment, undermining, impoverishment, denial of work and benefits, etc. Cohorts such Senator Boxer and Senator Feinstein support this idea of prostitution in honor of Nancy Pelosi by instigating certain social groups to participate in the persecution.

Presently, particular ethnicities have been selected to target me with this immoral solicitation. This has led to unbelievable levels of sexual harassment, suspicion, framed ups and branding against me in San Francisco, particularly, by men. In San Francisco, men have taken up CIA accolades and codenames such as 'YOU/U," and "Eyes," in support of this harassment. Wherever I go, any man I talk to, interact with, or otherwise, must feign gay and begin to harass me. This Nancy Pelosi frame up has become so sickening that sometimes I think of hurting the people who directly do these things to me.

It is not difficult to tell that the prostitution solicitation is meant to be a plot to kidnap and kill me. Many Africans have been killed this way in San Francisco. I have survived thus far because of the enemy's over-reliance on this elementary entrapment strategy. The problem for the enemy is that having thus far under-rated me [to the degree that I Americans believe that I could not even decipher these in your face deceptive cognates], its plot is always exposed before it is implemented against me. I have to admit that I have been forced to adopt involuntary abstinence from sex, alcohol and eating from many places just to survive. The legal issues thereof arising are definitely indescribable. Yet, the potential of such liability has not even forewarned the enemy to halt these atrocities against me. The enemy’s belief is that America would kill me before I could file a complaint on the violations. America has to kill me and prevent me from becoming rich. So, America has enrolled me in insurance policies, and Americans must compete to kill me in order to enjoy the premium. Thus far, the hospitals and courts have sided with America.

Still, I intend to re-send several complaints to the Supreme Court of the United States, despite the fact that I am aware of the conspiracy of US leaders and powerful groups to interfere with and obstruct my efforts for justice. This obstruction is specifically anchored by US authorities, politicians, lawyers, doctors, and indeed, those of the general public who see no reason why a dark skinned African should also make noise when abused by white Americans. Some of these people, indeed, believe that I should be grateful for being tortured and ruined for the last two and half decades, because, “IT IS WHITE.” I have no business trying to get "ME’s" money!

As you read this publication, be assured that I am under the gun in San Francisco, because, authorities believe that, co-conspirators and preselected inheritors such Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, Cathy Marshall, Condoleezza Rice, Barbara Boxer or a Willie Brown Jr., etc. and lesser known cohorts such as Barbara Taylor and Rosie Allen [both local African American broadcasters on Nancy Pelosi’s payroll for this crime] in these crimes against humanity could be exposed to face consequences. San Franciscans believe that it was Rosie Allen who doubled as an INS official and interviewed me in 1997. She allegedly falsified the information and doctored my record with data that I overstayed my visa and then applied for political asylum. This made me an illegal immigrant in United States. Despite empirical evidence to the contrary, US authorities allowed this mis-characterization to continue for till now. For fifteen tough years, I have had to cope with prejudicial consequences of being characterized illegal in United States. The truth was and remains that I was invited by the INS for that interview. I still have three letters related to the interview; letters overlooked by the Immigration Judge and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

During the Clinton and Bush eras, Directors of Immigration, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Committees for immigration and Civil Rights at Congress and the White House also ignored me on this issue. As a matter of fact, the Congressional Committee on immigration even instructed the INS and the Office of the Immigration Judge to do whatever they could to cover up the fraud in this case. The issue as it turned was about my status as a human being and if I deserved to be respected [when I had been condemned to death as a sacrificial goat by supremacists] rather than my immigration status. Those who allegedly rejected me rejected my very humanity and not simply my application to the US. I had been condemned to be killed as a goat or turkey for ritual celebration in both Canada and United States. The alleged rejection and the immigration issues were alibis. Why was Rosie Allen used in this fraud and conspiracy?

Rosie Allen the radio news caster at ABC studios in San Francisco was allegedly selected by Condoleezza Rice and Nancy Pelosi to double as an Immigrant Official to specifically interview me, because, being dark colored, she resembles an African woman, the fact as symbolism being that the enemy could conspire with and use Black people with dark skin as I have against me. Echoing the use of this divisive plot against me in Canada, a Somali who had his ear to the ground told me in 1994 in Kitchener, Ontario, while we were waiting to see a doctor that: “They say they could even use those who speak the same language as you do against you.” He was explaining to me why all my friends had deserted me during this unjustifiable United States punitive raid.

It was during that visit to a doctor that I first learned that I was the subject of a research program. This was the family doctor of a friend who starkly indicated to me, “I cannot treat you because I am not allowed to treat you. You are being used for research and you have to be followed.” Interestingly, I was also considered a ‘big fish,’ and I am still deemed so by both the CIA and Black Americans. The fact that my friend knew what was going on but refused to tell me because he had been told not to tell me was evidence of the divisive strategy the enemy had in play against me. Even the Ghanaian leadership could not avoid being used against me. Ghana continues to ignore me at US insistence that Americans involve in this must be protected. “They would fall," if the crimes stop. Instead, "Let us dispense with the African," is the apparent resolution. The sexual attacks are intended for this end.

I make this point to remind those who do not understand this case to be aware of a couple of things. First, this a crime based mostly on racial hatred and dislike for those of African origins, still Africans support my enemies. Black Americans and leaders who have participated now have to be protected from punishment. Second, white people committing this crime have been nervous about their misdeed vis-à-vis the role of blacks, particularly, African Americans. White people feared a backlash with Black American disapproval. Such disapproval never happened. Still, lingering nervousness and fear make white Americans seek proof for themselves that Black Americans are loyal to white people and not to Africans. This observation does not suggest that the Black American objective of seeking punishment and revenge with this case due to my family background is nominal. In this and other publications, I showed the basis of consensus between black and white Americans for attacking me and other Africans in North America. Black America’s participation in these sexual-related attacks makes no sense, given the obvious racial intent of the violations. But they believe that they have an axe to grind. The historical grudge factor is more important to them than perceived racial matters.

Still, behind that veil of consensus is the big white stick demanding allegiance and loyalty from black Americans. It is not simply about the American pie the share in which Africans must be prevented, but also, it is a demand by whites that Black and African Americans see themselves as property, not simply possessed, but indeed, owned by white people to whom loyalty must be total. Nancy Pelosi is the alleged iconic reminder of such a demand on Black Americans. This was why she extended that rude territoriality and quest for possessive dominion to me when she sent Black Americans to tell Canadians that I was indeed, a Black American who escaped from enslavement, and therefore, had to be recaptured and returned to slavery. The very mention of slavery by any modern American leader should be considered a social arson. Hence the deliberate perpetration of this act of enslavement against me by United States, a violation of the Geneva Conventions and the War Crimes Act, must be condemned throughout the world. I fully take up the slavery component of this unconscionable crime in a different chapter and publication.

Nevertheless African/Black American women demanding my head in the gutters of San Francisco allege that they have “a Clarence Thomas type hatred” for me, because while in Canada I dated from a race which Black Americans do not approve. In other words, Condoleezza Rice, Barbara Taylor, Rosie Allen and other uppity African/black women want me [the Ghanaian] to be castrated, or my heart, kidneys, brain, eyes, muscles, nerves, joints, intestines, liver, etc. destroyed, because, while in Canada I dated women from a race they would not approve. Excuse me; African Americans are trying to kill me because I dated women from a race other than black? Is this what the United States system has spent money organizing its citizens and other countries, including Ghana, for support against me? Did you see behind the veil of angry black and brown faces, the pale moustaches, beards, silver smoking pipes and goggled frames I saw? Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Can this be rationalized? I am not related to any of these African Americans. I do not know who they are and they did not sponsor me to Canada. I did not know that Condoleezza Rice completed her task of ensuring that Black American men dated only Black women before she crossed the border to Canada to implement that policy against Africans immigrants. The story line may sell but not the sense it conveys. In this consensus paradigm, white hatred becomes African American anger as both are directed towards the African for a purpose other than the obvious. As you read this publication, these people have been at work, seriously lobbying doctors and nurses from the San Francisco General Hospital [who understand their plight] to help them to castrate, deform, kill me; clinically destroy me. The sexual and civil harassment aspects of these rude onslaughts aside, there seems to be a general impression on the Continent that these people should be supported against me, because they cannot be allowed to fail. In other words, the system has put impediments in my way purposefully to prevent me from defending myself against these seeming Black American, but indeed, systemic intrusions, threats and attacks.

The apparent rationale is that these people attacking me have worked all their lives for whatever they have achieved, so allowing me to defend myself against them would amount to destroying them. It does not however take much head scratching to realize that behind the façade and appearances of Black American onslaught are the white attack machinery, plots, conspiracies and rationale for this crime; racial purification. So even now in San Francisco, where the atmosphere is charged with rumor of impending attacks against me by Black Muslims, where Filipino nurses [thanks to the hypocrisy of Senator Barbara Boxer] are chosen clinical executioners at the General Hospitals and where targeted cafeterias receive CIA orders to doctor my food whenever I show up, the faces behind the veil are white. For me this confirms what I was told in Montreal in 1995 about the enemy’s strategy to get me: “They would put black people in front to bug and confuse him, then when he loses his focus, it will come from behind and whaaam!” This was the theoretical rendering of using Black Americans as bugs, blankets, fences, in fact, a cloak of human blockade to prevent me not merely from knowing the real enemies in this case, but also, from perceiving reality. The sexual harassment aspect of the program was created as part of the web of confusion and deception to mar my judgment and render me vulnerable in the face of the attacks.

So led by Condoleezza Rice and helped by Senator Boxer, Black Americans have helped with the conspiracy to castrate me, immerse me into homosexuality and destroy me, while falsely claiming that they did it for racial and ethnic loyalty. After proving their allegiance and loyalty to white America, Black Americans now have turned to the system to be protected, lest, this African would expose them and seek punishment against them. They have even extended demand for coverage to the Ghanaian leadership, which continues to see the case through the goggles of the enemy. In seeking cohorts for their purpose, African Americans have reliable allies in feminists and homosexuals, two groups whose case against me appears to provide the system with solid grounds for these attacks. The surge in plots to harm me in San Francisco in recent days is due to the exposure of these aspects of the conspiracy and enemy realization that I will seek justice no matter what the threat or intimidation.

The surge in attacks in the general public is marked by homosexual harassment instituted against me by those who believe that I do not deserve to have a relationship with a woman and those who believe that they have the right to use me for homosexual experiments, or they would humiliate me with an otherwise ignoble behavior. For most San Franciscans who certainly enjoy their participation in this crime, the reason is that I am “too straight,” a San Francisco lingo meaning that I am a professed heterosexual. To them, that is offensive. African Americans, politicians and feminists see it as deserving punishment. Interestingly, even my enemies who are using the gay QUID PRO QUO against me in the system appear to have a negative view of the behavior. Otherwise, why would they use it as an instrument of oppression and humiliation against me? If homosexuality is natural and not bad behavior, then why use it as a toll of punishment? Need I scratch your head?
When she interviewed me in July 1977, Rosie Allen had a name label. She bore the name MS. WUAKU [capitals, my emphasis].

I wondered who she was and what she knew. The basis for the query was that there was a WUAKU COMMISSION in Ghana investigating the attack on and beheading of the YA NA, the most powerful King in Northern Ghana. I wondered whether she was Ghanaian, married to a Ghanaian, and therefore, all this was coincidence, or she must have been saying something about the killing of the Ya Na. If the latter became the case, then, one would have to raise very serious questions about United States and Ghana’s so-called close relationship with that nation. The inexplicability of US attack on me, a student in Canada and US citizenry waging of offensive and ruination programs in this attack may well offer a new interpretation for US relations with Africans, and suspicions such as the one regarding the case of the Ya Na. Could all this be appeasement for Black Americans, or a new white supremacist agenda to wipe the Black man from the surface of the earth, so get them wherever you find them? Why has United States targeted with homosexuality, chemical castration, and similar activities of biological warfare when United States is aware that these activities are War Crimes and they violate the Geneva Conventions? See US Title 18 Section 1091 ET. Seq. and allied Codes and Conventions .

I would need the help of St Jerome’s University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in order to explain this US enslavement attack. This is because that University offered me a scholarship to study in Canada. I was enrolled in a liberal arts program, and ultimately graduated with honors in political science. The scholarship to the best of my knowledge was not for enslavement education. It was unconditional. So, St. Jerome’s would have to explain why United States showed up on campus with its ownership education for me. From that explanation, the reason for these sexual crimes, hopefully, would emerge.

Meanwhile, I can report that the City of San Francisco has been the house of exile for me since April 1996. In San Francisco, I am in a seizure, albeit, held against my wish and will in an environment of social and medical vagrancy, where I have suffered, perhaps, irreparable disabilities from the attacks. Here, the unsung and ignoble make demands on me to become homosexual or die. The nobodies in front of this push to defile me with the sins of Sin City are patronized by the most powerful and affluent, those most intolerant of my capability and potential, because I am African. These people have used sexual innuendo, including serious cases of defamation, because, they believe that they could use sex [particularly homosexuality and prostitution] as a tools to humiliate, embarrass and control me. As these publications are intended to show, the enemy’s instrument has worked very successfully, and as a result, I have suffered irreparable sexual damage.

Apart from the sociopolitical damage, I have also suffered very serious physical and personal injuries from drugs that have used in the attempt to chemically castrate me and from ritual and electronic attacks used as part of the sexual harassment violence. Again, at the risk of repeating myself, I should indicate that the current focus on the hospitals for help to kill me is because the plot to use sexual entrapment to nab and slaughter me apparently has failed. Those who had contracts to assassinate me and those who still want to kill me for rites purposes placed their trust in gays and prostitutes to entrap me. Many Africans have been entrapped and killed in the same way. The role of African Americans in such slayings is well known in San Francisco and the Bay Area. This act of domestic terrorism is now presented as celebration of the 9/11 anniversary, as if to give a crime legal justification.

I have made several frantic appeals to past US Presidents as indicated by publications at my websites and blogs, but, these appeals have been ignored, because, it is assumed that I have already been condemned to death. More so, the likes of Condoleezza Rice, Cathy Marshall, Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer cannot be betrayed by America. They deserve to be protected against this primitive African, because, they are loyalists and patriots who saw and attacked a person [me] who could be US enemy, the CIA'S sleeping cell. Of course, much is not said about the investment and purely hateful intents of the violations. Not even the election of Barack Obama as President changed the minds of those Americans who believe that I have to die because I have the potential to succeed and destroy the principal violators. Those who believe that they have to kill me for purification purposes have neither relented nor regretted for this nefarious intent.

The problem as I see it for the President is that he has not openly condemned these activities. Refraining from open condemnation of violations concomitant with the mass extermination of dark-skinned people, destruction of the lineage and roots of an African and his family and the promotion of immoral and deviant behavioral practices against a sovereign individual with the purpose of forcibly depriving him of his liberty and the inalienable right to happiness, etc. appear to indicate that very powerful people are behind this crime’s objectives. If the end of this life is happiness, then depriving any human being such an end is tantamount to depriving such a person existence. This is what has happened to me in North America for the past twenty six years. I intend to show that President Obama must address pertinent aspects of this case with the forthrightness of a leader full of angst for such dehumanization. He would enrich his legacy if he opts for human rights and protection of human dignity.

Otherwise, he would be remembered for how he neglected this gross human rights violations perpetrated by against an African by Americans who felt that the African did not deserve to succeed. President Obama inherited this case from President Bush who inherited it from President Clinton. As a matter of fact the case began during the reign of President Reagan. President Obama has the advantage to turn this around.
The sexual harassment aspect of the program allegedly began in the fall of 1985, when the University of Waterloo community allegedly decided that I was too muscular, ugly and sickly-looking to be allowed to mix with their girls from that community. The solution was that I should be slackened, weakened, softened, etc., with drugs and other devices until I look like “Me.” The conspiracy was to limit my social interaction and capability vis-a-vis the opposite sex at that university. I still do not know how Americans got that university in Canada and how Nancy Pelosi became the symbol for all women. This is why if I talk to any woman, then, it has to be concluded that I want to sleep with Nancy Pelosi, and therefore, I have to be castrated. Of course, there is more to it than meets the eye, but suffice it to say that the so-called program was intended to castrate me and to prevent me dating women, particularly, those who could bear children.

This remains exactly the purpose of the program today in United States, and particularly, in San Francisco. "Do not touch Omani, if you do, you are dead" "Omani or mani" is culled from my native language in Ghana, Akan, where it means "citizen." It is said that every citizen is symbolized in Nancy Pelosi, deemed the holy queen or Phuba who would be defiled if touched by non-white men. Since Nancy Pelosi and her supremacists believe that I am "inferior and sick," and as such do not deserve to mate with American woman, particularly, Caucasians, my punishment for doing so will definitely be death. This edict has been extended to all women as the plot to capture me with women from selected ethnicities apparently failed. The fact of the situation is that all African immigrants are at risk of being killed, if they date certain women. This is due to several factors that I will discuss later. I would like to focus on my own case for a while. Just be reminded that the US raid against me in Canada was also due to the perception that I was dating too many white ladies. The fact was that I was prohibited from dating women due to my origin and African America revenge.

Now, I would like redirect myself to the part concerning St. Jerome’s, my sponsors. The truth is that the claim that I was ‘too muscular’ and ‘hyperactive’ to be allowed to mix up with ladies was an exaggeration of the size of my penis by students at St. Jerome’s University Men’s Residence. This story of the ‘monkey-man’ evoked atavistic jealousies or the sense of inferiority among certain white men, including professors and apparently politicians from a neighboring country, who have pursued these programs of castration, impotency and infertility against me for over two decades. The view that I was sickly-looking was unfounded, because, it is this program that has sought to induce ailments in me through prescription and street drugs.

This was a mis-perception based on an already biased view of me. At one of the lowest points of it all, a professor at St. Jerome’s University misrepresented himself as a doctor for my physical examination at the University Infirmary. This was a Catholic Theology Professor, who I now believe was on assignment for the University to size up for measurement my genitals and to test me for homosexuality. I suspected his identity and inquired if he had a brother who was a professor at the university. He replied that he did not. Then I told him that, indeed, he resembled a professor at the university. He replied, “We are everywhere, aren’t we?” As time passed, I realized who he was and I believed that he was embarrassed. But I made no case of sexual harassment against him or the college. Now that it appears to me that he laid the grounds for abuse by white men, professors and professional, and with references being made to him in United States, I believe that I could make a case out of that incident. I hope that St. Jerome’s would come around and face its role in these violations. St. Jerome's provided the basis for the intransigence I face in San Francisco from professionals, gays and Black Americans.

The conspiracies to destroy my penis, operate on it, cut it penis into three parts and destroy my natural presence and capability on this earth as a reproductive man, and hence, the intent to destroy my lineage began at St. Jerome's. It was a clear act of genocide and biological warfare, which has been viciously carried out to term.
I have to remind the reader that one of the reasons for this case was that some crop of American leadership decided that I did not deserve to be offered scholarships to study in Canada. As far as they were concerned I resembled a slave not a professional. They believed that they needed to stop me before I become a thinker or a spiritually developed person. This was partly the reason for the massive attack with psychiatric drugs. Experts believe that such drugs could destroy a person's concentration, and therefore, capability for academic and personal development.

As a matter of fact, North Americans claim to had information that my father wanted to kill me as a sacrifice for his gods, so Now Americans arrogated to themselves the power and authority to declare me a sacrificial turkey waiting to be slaughtered for white purification purposes. This is partly the reason for satanic attacks, spells and display of witchcraft against me. The public likes the use of these paranormal agents against me, because, I have no comparable defenses against the attacks. The raid against me in Canada and the ongoing activities of abuse and torture are in preparation for such customary rites. I will have a full publication on the specific reasons for the so-called program. This brief explanation is to help the reader understand that the sexual harassment and gay innuendos are part of the strategies meant to weaken and break my resolve.

When they chase after me to hospitals to seek help from doctors and nurses to destroy or kill me with medication, then you realize that the spiritual warfare has not achieved its desired results. With a billionaire as the crime's paymaster and a super power patron, every ethnicity and social group in San Francisco is involved in this conspiracy of ruination. The current rush to nurses and doctors in San Francisco for help is said to be spearheaded by the 'police' and 'Muslims'[euphemism for African/Black Americans. The 'police' mean some "City officials" in law enforcement positions are involved. Some of the so-called Muslims suspected for this ignoble foul play are well-known news personalities with ABC and CBS affiliates in San Francisco. I would like to remind ABC and CBS that I wrote to them in 2004 or so warning that I would sue them for the involvement of their employees in these violations. Readers of my blogs would know by now that I have issued and published similar warnings to Stanford University and Microsoft Corporation. I will definitely have a lot to say about these violations in later publications.

As you can tell such activities violated my rights and protections guaranteed by the International Covenant for Civil and political Rights, The United nations Human Rights Charter, The Canadian Charter of Rights, the United Nations Convention Against the Crime of Genocide, the United Nations Convention Against Torture, The United nations Convention Against Cruel, Wicked and Inhuman Treatment or Punishment, the War Crimes Act and the other Geneva Conventions, etc. The amazing thing is that Americans have shown no remorse. They are pre-occupied with speculation about the man who they believe will win, or the number of death lists that have my name on them.

I invite human rights organizations throughout the world, physicians who could independently examine my medical records, attorneys interested in personal and medical injury, civil litigation and human rights to read my blogs and contact me to see which ways in which they could be of help. Soon, I would be seeking publicists and private investigators to unravel the secrets of this gross violation. If you have been hurt as much as I, or empathize with those who have been, then regardless of where you may be in the world, I would like to communicate with you to share this experience.
