Dear Senators:

It is with deep concern that I most respectfully appeal to you and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to immediately and promptly institute an investigation into the persecution, torture and other crimes against humanity that have been committed against me in this country since 1994, but, most importantly that aspect that has extended to the Courts of the United States. This letter and request may not be unfamiliar to you, because, I have sent several letters to members of Congress and other branches of the United States government, and, in fact, international organizations. What makes this letter different is this: Firstly, I believe that I can specifically point to the involvement of leading members of the United States Congress and top officials from the White House[past and present] as not just accomplices, but, indeed, instigators and movers of the crimes. Secondly, I am a foreigner, a Ghanaian by citizenship. I sought political asylum against Canada where I was a resident and my native in 1994 to this country, when a plot to destroy or assassinate me by both countries and their allies was exposed that year. Under international law as I will soon explain, this country ‘contracted an obligation’ to me with regard to my safety and respect for my human rights and dignity. Thirdly, the crimes that are being committed against me violate international conventions that United States is signatory, as I will soon indicate. Fourthly, I have been made aware of the startling information that the main remote reason for the harassment and persecution I face in this country is that the United States considers me an enemy and national security threat to this country, in particular, due to my academic and scholarly views and ancestry. Fifthly, I have reliably learned that the intolerance of this society to information that some former CNN employees [women] had affection for me partly led to this ‘national interest strategy’ to destroy, because of my African and what some believe to be Jewish ancestry. Sixthly, I have decided to file a complaint with the United Nations Human Rights Office against both Canada and United States, hence, I deem it proper to inform your Committee sin fulfillment of required protocol, and, in respect for the Committees’ roles in facilitating relations between and among United States citizens and citizens of other nations as in safeguarding the security of the United Sates and the well-being of its people.

As you read this letter my life remains in dire danger for which only prompt, decisive and sincere action could ameliorate. From the police to the judiciary, through politicians, lawyers, doctors, criminal organizations, so-called environmentalists, homosexuals to the homeless, black white and minority, I am prime target for hostility, sexual and civil harassment, torture, ritual, voodoo, magical and witch craft attacks, drugging, food-poisoning, laser attacks, anti-immigrant intolerance etc. and etc. to the degree that I question why this society is touted as a democracy, free society, civilized, Christian and copyright for oppressive societies. That all this is part of a systemic plot to PROGRAM and CLONE me TO FAIL in every aspect of my life has been as astounding as shocking. As you can already inveigh, this will be a highly-charged communication. I plead your forbearance, however, to humanize the message, personalize it and the understanding you require to comprehend this point
of view shall be readily forthcoming. I have already sent a similar letter to Senator Orin Hatch, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, outlining aspects of the persecution that have taken place in the courts and for which his committee must be responsive. Before I turn to the background of what has become for me a personal tragedy and human suffering of unknown proportion, here is my complaint statement.

SUMMARY OF INJURY, DAMAGE AND HARM SUSTAINED

Irreparable physio-biological, psychological, physical, emotional, material [cultural, social, economic and political] damage, humiliation and embarrassment.

COMPLAINT STATEMENT

I now believe without doubt that the government of the United States, in conspiracy with Canada and their allies, has unfairly targeted me for elimination through set ups, branding, misinformation, undermining, torture, sexual and civil harassment and other instruments of persecution informed by racial, ethnic and national hatred, personal jealousies, animosities and rancor that must shock the conscience of the civilized world. This plot which is an ongoing national or systemic circus, probably began in 1986 or thereabout when I was an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo in Canada. But, it was definitely formalized in 1994 during the administration of President Clinton who in agreement with Black American leadership may have even approved my assassination. The objective to assassinate me, make me insane, castrate me, humiliate and embarrass me with homosexual, criminal and impoverishment stunts still continues. The centerpiece of this crime is the infamous EUGENICS,
American’s own version of genocide fused with similar offensive, destructive and harmful experiments that began in Canada. Public information that United States has prepared and groomed TRANS-SEXUAL AND HOMOSEXUALS for me and has sworn to use chemicals and para - science means to make me homosexual and hence destroy my lineage is more than offensive. The goal to cut me off my relatives, Ghana and Africa has not succeeded, but has done as immense a damage as the irreparable bodily harm I have suffered. The whole society is organized against me to the point that the judiciary is now the institution doing most of the persecution. In the belief that I am one of those Africans unfairly targeted for elimination, failure or destruction by this system, I issue this call on the government to institute measures to promptly end this crime of hate and restore my dignity. Furthermore, I call on the Committees to bring the truth to the government and expose the culprits to face the rigors of
their crimes.

BACKGROUND.

I sought political asylum to this country on October 12, 1994. I filed that application as a matter of emergency and last or only resort at the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa. As I waited for an interview date from the USINS who had indicated from the Aburns, VA office that my documents had been sent to the Lyndhusrt, NJ. Office for interview scheduling, the Canadian public and authorities attempted the last onslaught against me. I was only saved by a tip-off from the Monks of a Trappist Monastery at Oka near Montreal, PQ, Canada, on February 19, 1994. I made my escape on foot midnight February 20, 1994 to the Canadian border town of Rouses Pointe, and crossed to the United side[Blackpool]. I received a warm reception from law enforcement [highway police] who took me to Plattsburg, NY. From there, hostility intensified. I was told to leave Plattsbrug, because, I was being tracked and followed by some big bad people. I left for Albany. NY. Soon I was told that I was not welcome in the United
States. I met the same situation as I hitch-hiked through snow, freezing rain and ice to Boston, MA, Providence, RI and Wilmington, DE to Alexandria, VA. I used to live here. But the warmth was gone.

In the beltway where I expected a warmer reception, because, I lived there from January to August, 1994, I was in for a rude awakening. I was told by friends that they had been told that I was persona non grata. Three groups of Ghanaian friends threw me out as I groped to understand what had happened to me. At the Immigration headquarters in Arlington, , I was told that my political asylum file had been “messed up.” I was also told by that office that I was invited for an interview but they could not indicate which INS office kept my file. This was still early March, 1995. Due to the threats on my life in the beltway and not having a place to stay, I left for Florida. I tried to get my political asylum file moved to the Miami office, but, I was told that that office did not admit dark-skinned people for asylum on a visit there. I criss-crossed Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina and Virginia between march 1995 and March 1996. I was met with hostility and ritual violence that mainly targeted my genitals [as instituted by the Canadians] wherever I went. These attacks worsened, if I became stationary or sedentary as in a work situation or a visit to a shelter. I was met with social hostility, because, the public had been told by the INS that I was illegal and a BAD person. In one particular instance in Greensboro in April 1996 where I was almost attacked by a black man on probation for ‘manslaughter’ at a Salvation Army shelter place where I was staying , the police officer who reported to the emergency call asked me to move out, because, “the INS told me that you are an illegal.” She also demanded to take my other identity cards, indicating that the INS told her to do so. I left Greensboro for Conyers, G.A. the following day, and, within a couple of days, the rest of my identity cards were stolen. Even at Conyers, I was not safe. I was alerted by a Kenyan who was supervisor at a factory that I found a job as a laborer of a plot to lynch me with baseball bats by Black Americans who also worked there. Having been warned of a possible arrest by the Atlanta police who were using the then coming Olympics to arrest and jail alleged criminals, I decided to leave Georgia for the West. Prior to this I had been arrested on August 11, 1995 by the police at Stone Mountains, near Atlanta, GA. for hitch-hiking. I was jailed for eleven days until I paid one hundred and thirty-two dollars. The black magistrate who held the habeas corpus hearing simply told me to serve the ‘sentence,’ without giving me the chance, as he gave others, to explain the circumstances leading to my arrest. The payment, after 18 days turned out to be a double jeopardy. I learned threat those who requested the arrest included the TALL BUILDING.

So with danger and arrest lurking for me in Georgia, amidst the violence, I decided to leave there for the West until the Olympics were over. When I reached San Francisco [April 21, 1996] and realized that they have a political asylum office, I decided to locate my file and have my hearing. This is how the present calamity for me began in San Francisco. Over here and throughout the years, I have learned that, not only is the United States government and its officials, directly involved in what I see as a clear attempt to take my life, but, also that they are involved in all the set ups, frame ups and plots against me that go back to Canada, and, perhaps, as far back as 1986. I have learned that through dubious means, United States and its officials have framed me up as an enemy of the United States, with the intent of using that frame up to kill me. I have learned United States authorities were involved in the assassination attempts made on me in Alexandria and Ottawa in the summer of 1994 and all subsequent attempts to kill me. That first assassination attempt, allegedly consummated by the Clinton White House, Congress and Black leaders has been one of the hallmarks of black hostility against me in this country. The gun man was a black man called Adams of who you will hear more later. I have learned that the U.S. government, alongside the government of Canada and their allies, including the government of my native, Ghana, are intent on destroying me through biological warfare, drugging, food-poisoning, ritual attacks and other forms of para-human devices to which I have no defenses, because, I have no white blood????, but, have potential to succeed???. I have learned that United States government has the full support of black Americans-rank and file-in this plot to destroy or kill me, having manipulated them through the emotions of slavery, in particular, cashing on my first name which means THE KING. I have learned, in fact, with shock, that the White House
and Congress are the movers of these attacks and that there are leading members of the White House and Congress [past and present] who have been put on my tail since 1986 to plan set ups, frame ups [which they call tricks] to lead me to capture. I have learned that since then, there has been a twenty-four hour watch over me co-ordinated by the NSO and now from the White House by which a MICRO-CHIP enables these people to watch and report on every one of my activities, as well as, direct would-be attackers as to where to find me. I have learned that this evil and pervasively violating device is now co-ordinated by Condoleeza Rice, the personal said to have FRAMED ME UP for all this, and, perhaps, the longest serving U.S. government agent-tormentor against me, as I will explain later. In San Francisco, she is assisted by Nancy Pelosi and Mayor Brown, as by all the other STRIPES who believe that I [AFRICAN] am trying to be what I am not [WHITE], and [CONSERATIVE] so I should be
beaten till I know who I am.

Before I left Canada, I was intimated that the real “opposition” is in the United States. I have met this opposition in the mix of white, black and white people that I have encountered in this country for the past eight years. I also learned that my attack was from EIGHTEEN CHURCHES and that it was all about NATIONAL SECURITY. I learned that blacks were supposed to take me to the CORONER. Where possible, I will show how these codes words and others led me to the culprits in this crime. However, I reached the United States before I learned that some judges, lawyers and professors in Canada wanted me dead. Instead of such people placing the chargers against me before a court of law, they have used underground tactics to attack and interfere with my life, an indication that they are liars, manipulators and criminals. I also learned that feminists and radical women wanted me dead, because, I did not sleep with this Professor in my graduate school in Ottawa, Linda Freeman[appointed by the
system to capture me] so I disgraced all Western women, who then have the right now to decimate me. Although the immediate trigger of this letter is the interferences and injustices I have experienced in the cases listed on EXHIBIT 4 enclosed, I have already made a decision to file a complaint with the United Nations Human Rights Office concerning the torture, abuse and persecution that I have been subjected to in the country. The purpose of this letter is to specifically enjoin the Senate Foreign Relations and Intelligence Committees to advise the government to bring this crime to an end and to openly charge me with any crimes that I have committed against this country, and do so OPENLY. I also want to see the interferences in the cases I have in U.S. courts cease promptly so that I can enjoy my human rights like every human being. I want the truth and justice advanced.

HIGHLIGHTS OF ABUSE, TORTURE AND PERSECUTION:
THE BLUE-PRINT.

As I have indicated, I lived in Alexandria [Fenton Court at Brenmar Park] from January 1, to August 1, 1994, and, then, spent three more days at a Catholic shelter at downtown Alexandria, before making and ill-fated visit back to Canada on August 4, 1994, that led to my seeking political asylum. Events of that period provided the blue-print for the torture and persecution I face in this could, hence, a summary thereof would suffice. My host and co-tenant James Gbormittah introduced me to a tall and lanky black American male, by name Adams, on the morning of that New Year’s day. He had visited to begin the New Year’s party James was about to hold. In his introduction, James also mentioned that “Ohene is going to UVA to do a PHD.” This received a long, intimidating “advice” from Adams which I sum up as follows: “ You can’t come to this country and then say you are going to school to do PHD. There were some people here before you and they are doing PHD. You must learn from those you met and do as they are doing. At least, you must settle down for about a year, do some work, such as cleaning, as others are doing before you think of school. You need documents and some direction. You need a Green Card. There are cracks in the system, some people fall through, some use the cracks. So you must learn of those cracks and do what those you met here are doing. In America, school, PHD, UVA, all that is for the white man. Why do you want to become a white man? You got to understand black people and do as they are doing. You met people here, some were here before you and they are not doing PHD………..There are also movies, cinema,…….This is not Canada show… This is America and this is ME/MI show…… .” As if to prove the “ME/MI” show, Adam was the first assassin sent after me by the Clinton Administration and Black American leaders in the summer and fall of 1994, both in Alexandria and Ottawa, Canada. Ottawa police refused to arrest when I called. Black animosity towards me since
then, partly has been built on this thing to defend Adams, who was born here.
That greeting on January 1, 1994, was a shocking early morning ONE from this friend of James’. I concluded that James who is famous for not knowing how to keep a secret might have told this fellow too much about me. But as I found out later and know now, he was sent, a messenger of the Federal government or people who had ties to or with the government and black American leadership. He was the first assassin sent after me between July and October of 1994, in both Alexandria and Ottawa and most certainly, one of the reasons for black America’s opposition to my presence in the country. Within this period, I was subjected to such massive drugging through Adams [ he was James’ friend, could visit anytime and succeeded in drugging my food], it was felt that I had lost my mind. In and around the beltway, as I roamed looking for jobs, I was advised, instead, to seek political asylum, promptly. During my last week at that house, Adams virtually moved to live there. From what I gathered
later, he was to shoot me to death, he did not because, he felt he had shot me to destruction through drugging and food-poisoning. I traveled to Canada on August 4, 1994, intending to sign for my student loan which had been granted, in order for me to enroll in my doctoral program at UVA on August 26, 1994. What I did not know was that Canada which considered my intent to attend UVA, an escape, due to their nefarious intent to keep secret the malicious and evil crime committed against me, had plotted with US authorities and black leaders to kill me. The person who used to be my best friend at the time, a Ghanaian by name Benjamin Boachie and the Ghanaians I stayed with, had all been brought into the plot, as it was done in Canada. Those Ghanaians I stayed with were from the Ewe tribe, the same tribe to which Jerry Rawlings, the then dictator of Ghana, belongs. None of them therefore informed me . Criticism of his regime’s policies in my Masters Thesis, allegedly unsettled Western
governments that declared me an enemy of my country. It was therefore not difficult for the enemies to rally these Ewes against. Partisanism, even in politics in Africa, relies to a great extent on tribal affiliations. Canada and the United States built on such innate antagonism to plot my doom.

By the time I reached Canada, grounds were ready for my lynching. It took the voluntary intervention by some groups in Washington, DC, in particular, folks from Tempts & Co.{I worked for them on temporary assignment} and Atlanta to diffuse the attack planned for Toronto. But Adams followed me to Ottawa, and, allegedly had co-operation from Ghanaian friends, including my host at the time, Dr. Ignatius Peprah, in the attempt to assassinate me. I detected him and reported to the police, who basically ignored me, indicating that, “you are alone and were are too busy.” Events which followed that need not be mentioned here led to my seeking political asylum at the Embassy of the United States, the only place in Canada, at the time, prepared to entertain my concerns. Throughout this period, I was warned of federal buildings, national security and black people. This latter I was told by the staff at Ottawa Civic hospital, “would take you to the coroner,” if you are not careful. Events since
I re-entered the United States, now as a political asylee, have not much deviated from the tenets of this blue print I presented earlier.

POLITICAL ASYLUM TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS IN SAN FRANCISCO.

When I reached San Francisco on April 21, 1996, it was my intent to stay for a couple of weeks and then depart for Denver, Co, where I had previous admission to the University of Denver, to further negotiations thereof, before returning to the Southeast, after the Olympics. But, when I learned that there is a political asylum office in San Francisco, I decided to trace my file and transfer it to San Francisco, in order to have the interview. Even with help of the International Rescue Committee (IRC) branch office in San Francisco, it took a while for the file which had been routed to all INS offices in the country to be sent to San Francisco. I was denied the asylum because the office there doctored my file with their own information, including that I never applied for political asylum at the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa and that I was never invited to the country for an interview. They refused me access to my own file even though I represented myself. After I retrieved some of documents from the file through a FOIA that I filed at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco, and, got proof of INS interview invitation to me, The Immigration Judge who heard the case, Judge Gonzales, decided that “I do not entertain discovery in my court.” Instead, he wanted me to proof, otherwise, why INS claim that I was admitted to the country as a visitor at a New York IA and overstayed my visa and then applied for political asylum was incorrect. The appeal I filed with the Immigration Appeals Board in 1999 is still pending. The interferences in my life and in particular court cases, began with this case [A 073 539 570]. When I realized [from public reaction to my presence in the country and INS manipulation and hostility] that political asylum would not offer me, let alone, guarantee protection, I decided to abandon the political asylum pursuit, and, instead, seek withholding of deportation, till such a time that I could leave the country, either to Ghana or another country. The
judge allegedly settled on that option, because, the government lawyer had agreed that I was entitled to Withholding of Deportation [Under the Non-refouler Clause of the Torture Convention]. This was when the ‘opposition” sent an EX PARTE letter and alleged claims against me which I was never given the opportunity of a notice, let alone to answer and defend myself [Amend. 5]. The importance of this point is that the cases that triggered this letter as I explained in EXHIBIT FOUR attached, have been subjected to similar interferences and EX PARTE letters by the “opposition,” just so I would be denied justice and they would take ‘advantage,’ as I will soon explain, then, kill me. The said ‘opposition,’ an amalgam of white, black and assorted minorities, liberal, conservative, Democrats and Republicans, allegedly led by Black, Congressional and White House Appointees who either serve or are associated with The Congressional Foreign Relations and Intelligence Committees, are, therefore,
severally and jointly, the focus of this requested investigation. They have local links in The Bay Area and California.

OPPOSITIONS' AIM AND OBJECTIVE

As I will explain more fully later, the aim and objective of the ‘opposition’ are immediately variegated, but, directed towards ultimate my destruction. One of such objectives which they share with the INS and other law enforcement and clandestine organizations involved in my torture is to destabilize, harass, molest, torture and humiliate me until I decide to return to Canada. They even use para-human devices, such as MIND-CONTROL, voodooo and ritual abuse measures by which the whole North America is expected to put spells on me to confuse me to get me back to Canada to be killed. For them the fact that I sought political asylum here means nothing. I have therefore decided to reiterate here part of my argument to the INS and the Immigration Appeals Board, indicating why I could not be returned to Canada.

3. Those who believe that the crimes committed in Canada have taken so long that I cannot sue that country should note that there is what is known as ‘The Agreement On The Non-Applicability of Statutory Limitations On Genocide and Other such Degrading, Cruel and Inhuman Treatment or Punishment.’ This is the reason why the Jews, still legitimately can pursue the Nazis.

The United States is signatory to these laws. As far as returning to Ghana is concerned, that is what the future is. I have contacted the Kuffour administration about my case [because the Rawlings regime was cohort in this crime], but, I have heard nothing from them. Even though the government has declared “an amnesty’, the fact of their “no-response” coupled with the fact regime leaders who agreed for me to be killed are still in the country, does not usher well for my immediate return to Ghana. There is always the choice of a third country, if my presence here that much irks the American public. The fact of the situation now however is that I have been violated unduly in this country, and homage has to be paid as law [rule of law] requires. To reiterate, I am not Canadian and there is no law that can force my extradition to a country that violated my rights for a decade and even attempted to assassinate me. Even what I suffered is alleged to be ably supported by Canadians. To the
best of my knowledge, blacks, Congress and White House appointees who the agents of my persecution and terror since the 1980s are the ones behind this illegality and extradition call. They are also the ones undermining justice for me in the courts.

WHO ARE THESE AGENTS??

To the best of my knowledge, they include people in several areas of government, the media, and other professions, and, assorted hate groups such as ‘radical women,’ so-called environmentalists [killers of dark-skinned immigrants], politicians, homosexuals, etc. So with this letter and as far as the interferences in my life in the country currently are concerned, I wish to point out that the leading terror agents are from the U.S Congress and the White House, and, they may have been since the era of President Reagan. I will soon explain why. These people include, but, are not limited to, from what I have been led to believe, Condoleeza Rice, Rep. Nancy Pelosi and Senator Barbara Boxer. They have ‘local links’ who are led by Mayor Willie Brown of San Francisco and some radio talk show hosts, lawyers doctors, undercover police, para-military personnel and even Church leaders who have been convinced that I am a threat to U.S. national security.

STRATEGIES FOR OPPOSITION: “DA TILL DEATH SEE US PART.”

The ‘opposition” has Ghanaians who teach them how to sat snobbish things in Akan [Twi] my native language. Then they spread such insults for the public to taunt me with. The most surviving one is the id the “DA,” “DAA-DAA” or “DAE” strategy. “DA” is Akan for “Sleep.” With this strategy, I am supposed to sleep till death. In other words, “get wasted.”This is why the courts ignore whatever I do, just like the INS or any other places I applied to for some service. This is how they deny me work every type of service. I am supposed to be a dog, ‘charmed’ by the agents to sleep and other take advantage and prosper in life. “DAA-DAA”, is Akan for trickery or deception. That happens to be one of the strategies at work now. In short, all what has been said about me are lies and all what I hear from the public or government officials are lies. Condoleeza Rice’s “snake strategy”, if you will. “DAE” means dream. To wit, this also means, I came here for the American dream and I will end up really in a dream. As I sleep and continue to be tricked, that is UNREAL, then I am fooled. Presently, these are the things going on, because, the public really believes that I came here looking for these people, but, then I am going to end up deceived and wasted. The judges involved the cases cited on Exhibit four are therefore helping to get me deceived, tricked and wasted for Nancy Pelosi and Condoleeza or whoever Condoleeza Rice covers up for. In addition to that is the “HA” strategy. Again this a twi word meaning three things at the same time, depending on context. These include ‘HA’ for ‘BUG,’ by which the public has been instructed to bug and destabilize me till I drop dead. The Judges are now in this bugging activity. HA for HERE, which I have discerned means I am supposed to die and be buried here. This is why the Judges delay on my cases, refuse to rule till I am killed by the ‘Nancy’ or “Nine O’clock” night attackers. Then there is HA for HUNDRED. A one-hundred thousand -dollar
hit contract has been placed on my head by Canadian authorities. This is SAID to be in the hands of some U.S. political and black leaders. I am learned that Rep. Nancy Pelosi is one of these people. Waiting to be killed here is one reason why I have to be made to sleep through drugging and inaction.

DECEPTION, AVERAGE AND SLOW

Where Condoleeza Rice and the other “SNAKES” symbolize deception, Nancy Pelosi and her gang symbolize “averaging”, or preventing me from being an achiever, and, Barbara Boxer and her throng symbolize ‘slowliness’, in other words, secretly using drugs such as RIDIN, COCCAINE, etc. to slow me down, just as the Canadians did. The feminists as they are, they also want my muscles to soften, mellow and weaken as my punishment for not sleeping with Linda Freeman at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, 1988-1991. With these three strategies combined, they are able to convince the judge that I am not competent to represent myself. They are the same people who have ensured that I get no legal representation. Through deception, I have been framed up for everything that is against U.S. national Security interests her in San Francisco.

QUID PRO QUO

Although it appears as if these attacks against me in U.S. are spontaneous, I have learned that I may have been targeted since 1986, when as a first year undergraduate at he University of Waterloo, I and other international students were contacted by some people who described themselves as Americans, to convert us to the American worldview. They claimed to have been sent by President Reagan himself. I was one of those who would ultimately shun them because we were also asked to convert to “born again Christianity.” When I told them I was a baptized and confirmed Catholic, they dismissed it. I dismissed them in turn. It is said that since then U.S secret agents have followed me and tried to kill. Where they failed, they framed me up as a communist, enemy of the United States, anti-white, anti-black, anti-capitalism, homosexual, criminal, etc. I also hear that during the Gulf War in 1989, the U.S Army under instruction from Rep. Nancy Pelosi, attempted to kill me, even when I was in
Canada, because, I did not support the United States. I did not. But I also remember that some Presidential candidates during that war openly declared their opposition. So did some members of Congress and millions of Americans. This happened again during the outset of the current Iraq invasion. On November 19, 1998, after an unreasonable and brutal attack on me by deputies in San Francisco, the deputies further molested me, tortured, forcibly undressed me and even attempted to choke me to death, when I responded, ‘NO” to the question, “do you like America?” What about “America”, I realized it is not the United States of America they speak of, but, one of the Congressional people [opposition], one of them asking for my head and my blood, like the rest through LOVE SET UPS. This is why they can go court and ask the judges to rule against me or deny me justice whatsoever. The judges, just as the public, have been convinced that I came to this country looking for these women and men to sleep with or marry.

This is why I cannot win a case in court, because, if I do, then I either won Condoleeza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer or some She-Male, whose blacks, browns, Filippinos and Irish desire. “Who are you to come here to take our women and she-males, they inquire angrily. They do not know that they have been fooled and stupefied to attack and kill me, because, I do not know these people and I did not come to this country because of them. How can a United States Senator or House leader lie in such a way to their own people, just to get another person killed, and, for what price? One hundred Thousand from the Canadians?

I remember how blacks tried to frame me as an al Quida, or a Muslim, etc. in San Francisco ever since 2000K, but, in particular, after event 9/11. The import of this is that I sense specific hatred for me even by leaders and policy leaders of this country and that hatred is what they have used to interfere in my life and cases I have filed in courts for the violation of my rights. In San Francisco, presently, especially, with Nancy Pelosi on holidays[just as any time she is on holidays], there is no other topic, but, I. “Is this the time I am going to be killed? Who’s going to do it? Where would I be buried? Under the bay?, etc and etc.” Similar questions and public anticipation rage now in San Francisco.
The indication that this crass violation of my rights my have a religious dimension places the onus, once again, on the government to reveal the people behind this crime, because, they violate both U.S and international laws on the freedom of religion. Could the United States be organizing religious inquisition against me? Article One. The interferers, who also believe they are master ‘manipulators’ have exposed themselves by instigating people to write me from Ghana imploring me to become a Christian in order to end this ordeal. This is besides their contacting my relatives to disparage me to them and encouraging them to disrespect and forget about me. What a way to the grave they have got!!
‘BECAUSE YOU DID NOT KNOW IT’ OR HOW DO YOU SAY REPEAT WHATEVER HAPPENED IN CANADA.: ‘THE ME/MI SHOW’

It would be impossible for me to state all the reasons I have been offered for my continued persecution in a country I sought protection. The notion that I should have known an entity called IT seems to be central to their reasons. Is IT the same as ME/MI, THEM, EYE(Aa!), etc. or a combination of all these? One thing that is not missing is that I was promised that whatever happened to me in Canada would be repeated here, and, for EIGHT years, I have experienced over EIGHTY times, the torture, pain and suffering that drove me from Canada. This means:

--drugging, food-poisoning, chemical and gas agent attacks, laser attacks,
--genocidal, eugenics and other biological warfare experiments
--attempts at forcible chemical and ritual castration, mental attenuation or nerve disturbances,
---social, political and cultural hostility, bureaucratic intertia, blockades,
---severe unemployment, deliberate push into impoverishment, involuntary servitude,
---sexual frame ups and set ups, mean and diabolical charges, etc. etc.
----sexual starvation, denial of male-female relations and the right to make a family of my own, etc.

The new addition includes acute homelessness, extreme poverty, sexual starvation deliberately instituted by society. Women are banned from talking to me and if they do they may “disappear”, because, I am said to be here to be made a homosexual by the federal government, and, not fit to sleep with a women, lest I would have children my image and likeness. I am to be cloned to be like the ‘basket case’ black American. I am to be punished for slavery. I should submit and play second fiddle to blacks Americans, in particular, Condoleeza Rice. I should forget my books, which have been confiscated and given to those with “white blood in them.” ETC.AND ETC. This latter defines the essence of the “ME/MI SHOW.” Of which I was hinted by Adams on January 1, 1994 in Alexandria. But my life has been worse than this in San Francisco. You will learn of the rest of the details when I file a complaint with the United Nations Human Rights office and I serve a copy of the government of the United
States. But suffice it to say the judges who sit in judgment are not themselves. They are either mayor Willie Brown or some other Black Leader, the President of the United States, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Dr. Condoleeza Rice, Senator Barbara Boxer or any such systemic symbol chosen for the occasion. Against these people I cannot win. In my employment discrimination case, one of these people is the defendant and another is the judge. So it is in my other cases. Whoever it is has the defense of black people. To defeat them, to win in court, then, I have to defeat all black people.

FOCUS AND REQUEST OF THIS LETTER

Apparently, the “opposition” which also goes by “NA” or North America has pervasively penetrated my life, right down to me genitals and beyond. . They have done it in ways that violate any known international and U.S. law regarding human or civil rights. In particular, to interfere with these cases in courts on false and criminal bases as they have and continue to do, with the purpose of even killing me, and, then, reaping benefits of these cases raptures the conscience of civilization itself. The claim that I am illegal immigrant so I have no right to sue those who violate me is bogus, or, else, let the Senate Committees tell the whole country and world about my illegality and other violations against America. If people want to the cases to a resolve in the courts here, there are procedures to follow. This has not been done, because, these people are criminal and feel too superior to admit their violations. The fact that leaders from Congress and the White House led and camouflaged
by blacks are really the movers of this crime is appalling . The so-called Congressional leaders are said to have met leaders of my country [Ghana] who agreed for me to be persecuted, tortured and killed, to prevent me from participation in Ghanaian politics. How does my going into politics in Ghana affect U.S national security interests? Worse still, these leaders have misled the public and therefore succeeded in inciting and instigating them against me with wild stories of crime and sex bordering on libel and defamation. They even claim to know me, have met me and that I appointed them to be my representatives. All this is believed by the public, and, surprisingly, the judges in the cases cited on EXHIBIT FOUR. It is for this reason that I petition your Committees, in conjunction with the Judiciary Committee, to investigate these cases to ensure that I get justice and fairness in these courts and that these people leave me alone. I am preparing to bring these cases to the Supreme
Court of the United States, but, if these interferers are not exposed, I do not know whether the Supreme Court may also not be misled by THEM.
So do I have the right to sue for employment discrimination? Do I have the right to sue a state or City whose personnel send deputies to beat me up, jail me, molest and drug me, then, get their judge and District Attorney to fix me with a criminal record, perhaps, suggested by the Black Caucus, all because I am too dark and was not born here, with all this potential? And now all the judges should help???? And Congress and White House too??

CONCLUSION.

Since 1994, my grandmother, mother’s sister, father and his brother have died in Ghana. My father was buried on August 1, 2003, a month or so after his brother. I am the first son. I should have been there. But in all these instances, I could not even send money for the funeral expenses. First, I have no money, because, one of the “opposition’s” aims is to ensure that I never get enough money to live on let alone to send some to my relatives, including my daughter who now in High School and lives on loans. As a matter of fact ‘home remittances’ is one reason why Blacks and U.S. government leaders[Clinton’s] allegedly insisted that I should not be given a job. I should be dependent on THEM and receive WELFARE, with my Bachelors in Political Science, Masters in International Affairs, law school and professional teaching experiences. This would make me a basket, symbolic of the stupid, childish black male, irresponsible, non-obligatory, who was never ever able to raise a family. GRAT
EUGENICS CANDIIDATE. Anytime I have held a job, I have been harassed[ritual abuse targeting my penis, etc.] to the stage of insanity. But always, I had to be fired, because, I refused to succumb. This was what happened that led to the employment discrimination case described in EXHIBIT FOUR, one of cases the “opposition” has hijacked in San Francisco, intending to REAP the profit.
For SEVEN years I have slept with the vagaries of the streets of San Francisco. I am not welcomed at shelters, or, I shall be gassed or choked to death. I hear of death squads daily, especially when Nancy Pelosi is in town or when Mayor Brown get angry. They know my relatives now and imitate the bad and evils ones in my family to torpedo me. The federal government is said to have sanctioned that too. I hear that I am a death penalty candidate, the system, having gathered all my crimes from Africa and having reached a decision to eliminate me. “Did I do that abortion with that girl in Nigeria? Did I have a conflict with a friend in my teenage years over a girl? Death penalty, then. Or is it those who hate dark-skinned people, those to follow me wherever I go to kill me? Even to Africa? The knowledge of this is no longer rumor!!!
It seems to me however that THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY is that to which many people wish would stick, now that the RAPE CHARGES or those plotted those charges cannot come forward. And that national security is consummated as CONDOLEEZA RICE, just as AMERICA is NANCY PELOSI. Talk show hosts of San Francisco promote these and other individuals, leaving the gullible public still blind and misinformed. What of the federal government cloning or demanding that I become homosexual and the allied rumor that I am now in a homosexual Advertisement with another Ghanaian [alleged to have disappeared mysteriously], the last straw to humiliate and embarrass me, all the work of the ‘opposition’ Congress leaders and White House officials. Black America. I could go on ad infinitum.
But the request here is simple, if I, Ohene Boakye-Yiadom, am a threat to U.S. National Security, then, I want charges brought against me immediate in any open court in the land. If not, then, I have been grossly violated and injured, and the U.S. must answer. In you positions, you must be able to find answers to these questions. But above all and for immediate action, I most respectfully request you committees to investigate the interferences in my life and in matters I have in the courts to see who are behind these illegal and criminal acts. If the United States is a true super power, then that status also has a moral obligation to go with it. This morality includes respect for human rights. The leadership of every country should be responsible enough to be able to separate victimization of foreigners through personal jealousies by well-placed, but, dangerous and cruel personnel, from genuine complaints about the country’s threat perception made against such people. This is the
standard that separates powerful and confident leadership from the powerless and nervous.
If United States authorities considered me an enemy or a risk to national security in any manner, shape or form, then, my application for political asylum should not have been taken by the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa in 1994. More importantly, the INS should not have followed with an invitation to attend an interview. The public view that I was tricked here to be imprisoned and killed finds proof here. The lynching and harassment from the judiciary mark the epitome of such a trick. Otherwise, I respectfully call on these honorable Senate Committees to promptly institute action into this matter. As I have indicated, I will file a full Human Rights complaint with the United Nations and I may even take the matter to International Human Rights and War Crimes Court. The issue of this letter, however, is the treatment I have received and continue to receive form the Court and the apparent involvement of these Congressional and White House personnel in the matter, FRCP. Rule 19, notwithstanding.
Finally, I know that there is a viewpoint in this country that challenges the assertion that links the [re]action of certain international individuals and groups to the United States with this country’s policy towards such people. My experience of this illegal, inhuman and immoral treatment in this country [EUGENICS] makes me support that assertion. What else could my experience be? Cloning to be homosexual? Cloning to ensure failure? Cloning to ensure I forget my roots, people and country, even in a country where dark-skinned people are not like? Otherwise, I have to be charged with what your clandestine organizations have so far concluded are my crimes. I believe that the courts would then act to restore confidence and integrity in the judicial process.

Dear Hon. Kwasi Osei-Adjei:
1. INTRODUCTION
Following years of agonizing speculation about how to get the government of Ghana to step in and up for me in United States, where decades of eugenics torture/biological warfare programs, etc. targeting me have completely devastated and ravaged my life with incalculable impact on my family, relatives and even friends in Ghana, I decided that another report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may be in order. Thus far, I have not been able to get United States officials to stop the crime. Even if they did stop the violation, they already have plans in place where by compensation due me would be distributed to leading Congress people, governmental operatives, feminists and African Americans [so-called slave masters and slave drivers], who have been ‘officially selected’ and protected to destroy me and take advantage of me. One particular plan is to send African American assassins after me and get my head chopped, wherever I go, in order for Americans to keep my compensation, remedy, and other monetary payments as part of their revenge package, and, to cover up the crime. As you can tell, I have persistently reported the matter to governmental entities of Ghana [including office of the President, Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Embassy in Washington, D.C. and the High Commission in New York], but, I have been ignored. Nevertheless, I have decided to re-submit my report to the government, knowing that the Ghanaian leadership has been misled by United States authorities to ignore me and let me be killed. I intend for this letter to be distributed [eventually] to every Executive, Minister or Member of Parliament in Ghana, because, it has implications beyond the obvious. I will follow up this letter with a more detailed one meant for the United Nations and all governments mentioned in this case. Please, as you read this letter, keep in mind that the author is a ravaged complainant who is terribly injured by foreign people and feels abandoned by his own country, but, believes that the situation could still be salvaged with political will.

In this introduction, I would like to ‘power-point home’ the main issues in my complaint with the following questions to the Ghana government:

v Why is difficult for Ghanaian authorities to understand that my human rights have been severely violated in Canada and USA, because, I have been forcibly, wrongfully and punitively used for psychiatric and other debilitative experiments and research, and, that, in the meanings of United States, Canadian and International human rights laws, I have the right to full and adequate compensation, treatment for the injury and rehabilitation?
v Why is it difficult for the leaders of my country to appreciate the fact that it is their duty and obligation to rise to my cause, because, I have been intentionally and forcibly placed in EUGENICS TORTURE PROGRAMS [biological warfare, ethnic cleansing], due to my national origin, ethnicity and color, in Canada and United States, where this unlawful activity violated the laws of Canada, United States and the UN Human Rights Charter, as well as, other international human rights conventions and covenants?
v Is it difficult to understand that as a result of this EUGENICS PERSECUTION, I have been forcibly placed in gay-homosexual and sex change and ‘immersion’ programs, morally and spiritually defiled thereof, and, that I have been secretly subjected to drug and chemical applications intended to result in castration, impotency, infertility, blindness, heart diseases, mental attenuation and dilution, memory loss, Parkingsons,’ Alzheimer’s, stroke, etc.?
v That I am currently subjected to the ‘Lot Syndrome: Sodom and Gomorrah episodes of the biblical times to socially reinforce the gay-homosexual program pursued through prescriptions drugs, food doctoring, computer programming, etc. for over twenty-two years? This ‘so-called’ social engineering is said to be the reason why I have been ‘seized and held’ here in San Francisco [ostensibly, the gay-homosexual headquarters of the world]. The belief is that, if drugs, spiritual attacks, laser attacks, persuasion, etc. fail to change me, then the ‘environment’ would be used against me. This was how the set up to frame me was hatched. Frankly, the very fact that a person is in San Francisco creates that doubt about him or her these days. This is why the Speaker of Congress [Nancy Pelosi], District Attorney Kamala Harris, Senator Boxer and the police, etc. created and sent reports castigating me as homosexual to the U.S. and Ghanaian governments. The impact of such innocuous and destructive diatribe is such that a defamation suit would be one of the lesser responses.
v Would my country's leaders accept to help me if they understood that as part of the EUGENICS PROGRAM, I have been involuntarily subjected to enslavement and humiliating servitude activities to benefit leaders in U.S. Congress or other such politicians, and, citizens commonly called ‘investors,’ still interested in taking dark-skinned people slaves? That this activity has reduced me to a vassal of a human being? And, that, Ghanaian authorities during the reign of Rawlings [allegedly] sold me to the United States to be destroyed? While I believe that neither President Rawlings nor President Kuffour would ‘sell’ a Ghanaian, the notion conveyed here is a ‘sell out’ or betrayal: ‘I do not care,’ could urge cruel and wicked people on forever!
v What of the belief that all this is an African-American Revenge Program, resourced and covered up the United States government? What if Ghana realized that I have been a victim of an African American revenge program targeting West Africans [particularly those with royal-like names, i.e. Nana, Ohene, etc.], and, ‘officially’ covered up by the government and people of United States? The policy for the U.S. government ‘not to interfere’ in an ‘African American-African civil war’ is also ‘official.’ This intentional neglect must be absolutely denounced. So have any of you leaders heard of such a war? Tighten up them for, by the end of this case, you would have learned a lot about it.
v That African Americans support the EUGENICS PROGRAM against me, and the government and the American public support the REVENGE PROGRAM against Africans and me in return. Hence, I am not alone? That all Africans and African leaders are targets of this revenge program? That we have all been condemned to the justice of FATWA by Black Muslims, and, that many an African death in USA or Canada has been part of this revenge program by African/Black Americans or Black Muslim Terrorism? If they came over to get me in Canada, because, they heard of my name OHENE, then, consider, when they get NANA OHENE NTOW, Chairman of the NPP, or, NANA AKUFFO ADDO, likely to be next president? Remember the cases of Sannie Abacha and Abiola of Nigeria? What about the Ya-Na? I believe that the ‘Wuaku Commission’ should search for clues from outside.
v That African scholars and students are targets of these secret activities by the CIA, and, hence, I am not alone?
v What if Ghanaian leaders learned that one of the reasons for the prolongation of the 'program of violations' is because feminists in North America led by the United Senator from California Barbra Boxer asked and were granted the permission to retaliate against me, or, stage 'reprisals' against me to destroy my life, for refusing to have sexual relations with a feminists Professor when I was in graduate school in Ottawa in 1989-1991? They have reinforced the gay and castration attacks, because, they have 'official' permission to do so.
v Or, as far as this Senator and others were concerned, a dark-skinned person like myself [or any Ghanaian] is not supposed to be more intelligent than ‘brown skinned people,’ [such as Condoleeza Rice], so I should be drugged until I become a 'downsyndrome,' just like dark-skinned African Americans, for daring to outperform ‘whites and browns’ in Canada?
v That there is a ritual violence, spell casting, witch craft and other paranormal aspects of this program of spiritual 'control and destruction' that has sought help from Asian, African and Ghanaian shrines such as AKONADI to hew me, in order to cover up the embarrassment awaiting United States and African Americans?
v And, what if the government were aware of the "DA" aspect of the 'program?' Yes, "SLEEP TILL YOU DIE?' Hence, none of your complaints would be heard, looked into, or, investigated, for the simply reason that you are INFERIOR?” That the District Attorney of San Francisco in charge of this “DA’ program since 1999, has committed other set of human rights violations against me and other Africans that must be investigated by an international panel?
v And the COMPETITION? What if Ghanaian leaders knew that all this is SAID to be part of a 'competition' which the governments of Canada and USA helped some individual or individuals to hold against me? And if they learn that the said 'competitor(s)' could be Secretary Condoleeza Rice and African Americans, or, ‘American Minorities’ in general? Or, 'white men?' symbolically represented by and covered up by Rice, Black Americans and other minorities? In the body of this letter, I will expatiate on this rhetoric in one paragraph to show how United States has held me down for the said ‘competitor(s) to destroy me.
v What if the Government knew that the American society is helping to hold me down to be used for experiments in fulfillment of the “ABUNU PLAN” hatched by conspirators to primarily benefit Ms. Rice ? “Abunu’ or 50-50 share-holding plan is equivalent to the plan in Ghana where a laborer or farmer enters into a contract with a ‘landowner’ so that at the end of the yield, the profits are divided into two halves, one half for laborer and one half for the farmer. In this case, I am being used to test drugs and other devices, so that Rice [or whoever wins the competition] would get 50% of whatever compensation I get. Rice and plotters of this crime have told Americans that I agreed to do this. I do not even know Rice or any of the people in this crime. How’s is this for human rights violation?
v What if the government knew that Rice’s Dependency sub-program has ensured that I do not get employed, when my counterparts are receiving ‘six-figure’ salaries and payments? Instead, I should depend on a government stipend of $150-200 biweekly, just like Black Americans on similar programs. This would ensure that I live on the streets forever. It is hoped I become drug and alcohol dependent, for this is the reason for the ‘stipend.’ Since I did not use the stipend that way, it had to be stopped? I should be forced to eat in food kitchens where ‘doctored food’ is served to the ‘rejected of society,’ or STARVE TO DEATH? That I have been assessed for disability benefits, but, the government claims that BLACK AMERICANS would be ANGRY if I am paid compensation or given benefits? In the same way, if I win any cases in court, Black Americans and their slave masters would kill me? So, I should drop dead? More about this later.
v I am very sure that you have been informed by the ‘spin doctors’ that my case is political, but, did they inform you that: 1. the political involved campus activities and classroom discussions in Canada which spilled over to society and then to the United States? 2. the political activities involved my views in support of ‘disempowered people? 3. the political activity involved my role in stopping the Political Science Association at University of Waterloo of which I was Secretary from representing ‘the Apartheid South African government’ at a UN-simulated conference at Harvard University in 1987? I was to be a member of this ignoble delegation? [At the time the Apartheid regime was NOT even a member of the UN, because it had been kicked out in 1958 due to its racist policies]. 3. that as President of African Students’ Association [ASA] at Carleton University, I was called upon to resist a similar immoral act when the Political Science Association of that University, acting on orders of Canadian and US Intelligence’ deliberately invited the South African Ambassador to Canada to give a talk at Carleton University ? 4. that feminists through the National Organization for Women [NOW] decided that I was a chauvinist who must be killed, because, I refused to have sex with a feminist professor in Canada who was also a member of my Thesis Committee? 5. that I was warned to cease or desist talking about Ghana and policies of the Rawlings government, otherwise, NGOs would kill me? 6. That I am told to be 'liberal' in perspective and as a way of life, or, I would be tortured? What if you knew that the United States Congress and the American people allegedly imposed death sentences on me due to these incidents that took place in a different country? Is this the essence of the ‘Sole Super Power World or it is Absolute Racist Dictatorship?
v What if the Ghana government learned that Rice and the other so-called ‘messengers’ were authorized to interfere in every aspect of my life to ensure that I succeed at nothing? Education! Work! Romance! Contact with my family! Total isolation is the strategy. The ‘investors’ have ensured that no girl or woman connects with me, except ‘prostitutes [including males] sent by them to trick me and get my head chopped off, or, to give me AIDS. Women or girls who ignore the advice may be hurt. A Chinese lady who agreed to date me in 2002 is alleged to have been ‘hurt.’ Those who oversee this vigilante program include Microsoft computer programmers, the police and African Americans gangs, Black Muslims, White supremacists, etc.. Sex has been used as ‘weapon of war’ against me and Black Americans are in the forefront of this war for purposes of REVENGE. To achieve this purpose, women and girls in North American have been warned not to fall in love with him. Is this not genocide in the meaning of 18 USC 1091 et. seq?
v What if the leadership in Ghana learned that these investors intend to claim ‘ownership’ of me, because, they believe that I was sold by the Rawlings regime for Foreign Aid? And that they have the right to molest me and appoint whoever they like to inherit me? Hence, whatever given to me would be re-possessed? Speaker Nancy Pelosi is said to be the leading ‘Repo.’ This is the Speaker of the United States Congress who believes I am her slave, because, I am not better than the ones she’s got? This flies directly in the face of the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution. With the “repo” I get ‘nothing.’ This is why some ignorantly suggest that Rice’s 50-50 option is the best deal. A deal on my blood, integrity, humanity and life? Has Rice condoned ‘enslavement, cruel and inhuman treatment? Has United States of America? Please, see, U.S. 8th Amendment.
v So, if Ghana learned that the computer giant Microsoft and its lead programmer, Cathy Marshall, allegedly have ‘Congressional Approval’ to program me into a failure, a fool, a homosexual, a drug-addict, etc. because, I did not deserve my own God-given potential? That these electronic, laser and computerized attacks began in the 1980s when I was an undergrad at Waterloo? That I have been under 24/7 computer surveillance since then ? That a ‘computer chip’ is said to have been placed in me to allow tracking wherever I go so that whatever I do is reported to the general public in the West for scorn and laughs? That electronics are used to attack me and harass me persistently to control my activities? That the justification is that I am US enemy, when, in fact the real reason is to waste me, distort my behavior and prevent me from orderly life, so that I would not be able to concentrate and do academic, spiritual and responsible things? That Microsoft and Cathy Marshall are heroes for this and have or would be rewarded for preventing me from achieving my life goals? What of the news that I have American men[gays] follow me everywhere I go, physically demanding to have sex with me, while ritually attacking me, because, as far as they are concerned, I have been programmed to be gay, so I should be? This is the said ‘Compromise’ sought from me, championed by Rice and the white men behind her? And, if I do not oblige, men would be send to rape me, kill me? As I will indicate later, I have thus been prevented from marrying and making a family. This is genocidal, even under US law, 18 USC 1091 et seq. This law is derived from the International Convention Against Genocide and Other Cruel and Inhuman Treatment of, which the US is signatory.
v What if the government became aware that there have been ‘Divide and Conquer’ and exploitation of tribal differences strategies championed by U.S. authorities led by Senator Boxer that has targeted Ghanaian officials at home and abroad in this case? I have been described as the stupid man form the hinterland, an insane fool, who is about to die and must be ignored to Ghanaian authorities in the embassies, because, they are ‘coastal people.’ People from Ashanti, Volta and Northern Regions have been variously canvassed against me by this Senator who allegedly claims that she’s helping Secretary Rice to win a competition against me. She is also the leader of Minorities [‘brown-skinned people who believe they are competing against dark-skinned people here in North America]. More will be said about this ‘feminist-minority liberal icon’ who poses a great danger to me. What about the Ohene impoverishment and indebtedness strategies championed by Senator Feinstein, as part of “Congressional Intelligence Activities,” against this U.S. enemy? Can Ghana call on the United to state why I am U.S. enemy?
v What about the massive misinformation conspiracy? This is what has been used to prevent me from effectively communicating with Ghanaian authorities and my family. With what is said in this letter, is the Ghanaian leadership prepared to overcome the smear, maligning, dirt throwing, deception, mudslinging, etc. by U.S. officials, to see that this a tragic violation of monumental implications. The recent invention in the misinformation uses the codename "DENNIS." Dennis Herrera is the City Attorney of San Francisco. But those using that code include Condoleeza Rice, Nancy Pelosi and the District Attorney of San Francisco County, Kamala Harris. Both Harris and Herrera are Mexican Americans fighting territorial wars against Blacks. The City of San Francisco is congruent with the County of San Francisco and the District of San Francisco and Nancy Pelosi. Their recent information to Ghana, according to the grapevine here is that I joined a 'gang.' I am the target of an 'isolation program,' so with who did I form the gang? Black Americans see me as their enemy, so with whom did I form the gang? Africans here are wiped, so with who did I form the gang? You would quite well understand this branding, now that you are aware that I have A ONE TRILLION PLUS SUIT AGAINST THESE PEOPLE. The gang thing is a set up likely to instigate police attack against me, or, for record distortion. But I am up on that strategy. Unfortunately, some of these people believe that all Africans are fools, so they could continue to deceive Ghanaian authorities to ignore me forever. They call my family and friends to instigate them against me, although, not even Rice knows who I am.
v What if the government knew that all this has been part of a CIA-led U.S. intelligence destabilization program against me for most of twenty two years? Targeting so-called radical scholars whose scholarship would not help United States, targets are subjected to many forms of programs before they are killed. Drugs, electronic attacks and civil harassment, etc. are used to confound, confuse, destabilize and humiliate them, before, if they are unlucky, they are eviscerated. My assassination plots and attempts peaked in July-August, 1994. In the big report promised, I will offer more information about the CIA’s involvement in this case. Unfortunately, the Ghana Embassy in Washington, DC has refused to co-operate with me in this effort.
v So far, I have determined the following people for having played a role in this crime in United States: Secretary Condoleeza Rice, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, U.S. Senator from California Barbra Boxer, former U.S. Senator from Illinois Carole Morsey-Braun, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft Computer Co., U.S. Senator from California Dianne Feinstein, Katherine Crier of Fox news, Laney Bishop and Susan Hoskins of Washington, D.C. and Hanna Storm of New York. This by no means exhausts the list of cohorts. For instance, I have had knowledge since 1994 that a Black American called Bernard Shaw, former CNN anchor, who probably lives in Washington, D.C. has been one of the main architects of the Revenge aspect of the crime. This means he was involved in the brutal attempt on my life in 1994. Such a person should be investigated and brought to justice. There are many men like himself who have now gone underground to avoid detection. In San Francisco, the government appears to have taken a solace in the existence of an ‘abuse infrastructure’ and major opponents of Africans consisting of the former Mayor Willie Brown Jr.[Avenger], the current District Attorney Kamala Harris [Avenger and’wannabe’] and other African Americans seeking revenge against Africans, as well as the Mexican American factor to continue the abuse. Along with the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, Black Muslims and the ‘Mexican Resistance,’ these people run the “pepper him program,’’ which has repeated and intensified the violations, believing that they could kill me, so why should they not? They have 'Congressional Approval.' They have repeated everything that happened to me in Canada over TEN times and do not intend to stop until I am totally destroyed.
v Could I take my cases to the courts? I could, except that 'I have no rights,' because, I could win when 'I am not to expected win a case in a United States Court, because, I am inferior, I was not born here and I am not a descendant of slaves.'. Presently, I am filing a case of police brutality in the United States Supreme Court, for which the states courts in California used ‘kangaroo’ courts to deny me justice, as usual. The people mentioned in the last paragraph, along with lawyers, judges, politicians and church leaders sit in these secret courts. This is to ensure that in the end they would be able to deprive me of my rights, win the case for themselves and take the money from it. In a previous employment discrimination case that I was supposed to win, the African American judge presiding, after ruling for me, issued another judgment in favor of the defendant[when it was thought that the gangs could succeed in killing me]. The Speaker of the U.S. Congress in whose district I currently ‘hang-out’ allegedly took $100, 000 from the case to get it dismissed, because, I was 'going to die.' I have decided to bring a conspiracy case against the judge and the defendant for this fraud and deprivation. This happened for two reasons. 1. I have no lawyer. 2. I am supposed to be a failure and slave, so I cannot even win a case in court in a democracy. The case I am taking to the Supreme Court may end up similarly. And there are billions of dollars in that case. Then, there are human rights violation cases to be based on this report. This is why I wanted Dr. SKB Asante, Sam Okudzeto, etc., to be my lawyer(s) in Ghana to push matters to the U.S. embassy in Ghana. The question is, how wrong would it be for Ghana to ask the United States to allow the ‘rule of law’ to work so that I would see justice in U.S. Courts? Would it be out of place for Ghana to request the U.S. to respect my human rights or to allow their own laws to function without interference of obstruction from gangs, African/Mexican Americans, Supremacists? Yes. African Americans, Mexican Americans and Supremacist would be ANGRY that AN AFRICAN TOO received JUSTICE in the THE US of A.
v Yes, and there is a religious factor. What if the government learned that authorities here have allowed religious denominations battle for my soul? These allegedly include Wickers [Witches], Born Again Christians and Black Muslims. These groups allegedly believe that 'Catholicism' is no good religion, and, by the way did not the Pope excommunicate me for criticizing the Church in a conversation with my dormitory co-habitant? U.S. leaders, allegedly, are convinced that I may be a SECRET MUSLIM FUNDAMENTALIST, because, look at my name, Ohene Boakye-Yiadom !!! Condoleeza Rice is alleged, therefore, to have insisted that until I become a 'Born Again Christian,' I am Muslim. This means my life is in danger anywhere I visit. This has been the situation before and since event 9/11. Does the United States have the right to make anybody a member of one religious group or another? This is a frame-up job. Unfortunately, the religious groups have been allowed to use spiritual means available to them to attack me whenever they choose. This is in fact to block my way to any form of spiritual development as it is to destabilize me.
v Academic: As you can tell all this originated for academic reasons. When I arrived at St. Jerome's, I was allegedly thought to be unlikely to succeed academically, because, I was 'too dark-skinned," hence in the white mind, I was supposed to be STUPID. This was the justification used to turn me into a 'guinea pig.' However, when I picked up 'steam,' it was thought that I should be stopped, before I became a THINKER. Since I was nominated BEST STUDENT in International Relations and Political Theory at the end of my HONORS PROGRAM at Waterloo, I became the enemy. In San Francisco, what could have been my first, second and third books, have been stolen and allegedly burned on the orders of the government. Were these books burned on the orders of the government of the United States, or, on the orders of entities [Rice, Pelosi, Boxer, etc] within it? I would have to do what I have never done in my life, and that is to brag about my academic achievement. But, I can tell anybody in Ghana that some of my ideas have been stolen here in United States, and the desire of these people that I do not get credit of ideas originally propounded me be [dark skinned African] is part of why I have series of death penalties against me. Quite recently, I have been the only non-Western scholar who has confidently argued that the United States is not ‘A Sole Power.’ I believe that the United States is what would be referred to in Latin as the ‘Primus Inter Pares,’ ‘The First Among the Equals,’ in English. Understandably, the American elite disagree with me, because, in their minds, the US has ‘no equal(s).’ Some people however, believe that the academic factors started in fall of 1985, my first term at the University of Waterloo. Every undergraduate student had to pass and English Essay exercise to get his or her degree. I wrote the test in my first term and the topic was, “Now, we found the enemy, it is us.” My answer was allegedly passed onto to the CIA and the United States government, because, I talked by humanity placing a man on the moon, while we have failed to solve human problems here on earth. Every essay I wrote from there to graduate school was read, and, my seminars were allegedly secretly watched for pointers of offense. At the Law School, I denounced the notion that a person could be owned by another as inconsistent with the notion of property in the philosophy of John Locke, for instance. This was also an offense to the United States, the reason why I should be OWNED, to show that a person could be owned. And so on and so forth.
v I believe that I could go on ad infinitium with this introduction. But, I would like to believe that I have provided enough food for thought here. In the rest of this letter, I wish to furnish authorities with summaries of certain aspects of the case to round it off for now. As I indicated earlier, I will be submitting a full report of the matter to the United Nations and all governments mentioned in connection with the matter. Several aspects of the following were included in my letter to Dr. Asante and Sam Okudzeto a few months ago. I sent a copy of that letter to the Ghana Ambassador in Washington D.C. to be forwarded to Dr. Asante. As usual, I did not hear from either about the letter.

2. BRIEF BACKGROUND
I was offered a scholarship by the St Jerome’s University, an affiliate of the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in 1985. I enrolled in the liberal Arts program and obtained an Honors degree in Political Science in1988. Then, I went to Carleton in Ottawa for an M.A. in International Affairs. It was at Carleton that the conflict with the feminist professor, which has now become a major part of the case, as far as feminists and NOW are concerned, occurred. I enrolled in Ottawa University Law School in 1993, but, I was surreptitiously pushed out from the school by what has become known to me as ‘the eugenics persecution or biological warfare.’ As I understand it, at the time, the persecution was waged by Canada and the United States through the ‘intelligence communities’ of both countries. But, I did not fully come to grips with this horrible crime until 1994, when the first clear assassination attempt was made on me by agents of the United States and black Muslims in Alexandria, VA and Ottawa, Canada. I had come to Virginia to enroll in a doctoral program at UVA, after I was driven from the Law School, unaware of the nature of the crime, and, danger I faced. I believed then that it was a matter of ‘simple racism,’ it happens to all of us. Believing, nevertheless, that I had escaped what was supposed to be a lifetime of abuses and torture, agents of Canada and U.S attempted to murder me using African Americans. This attack was said to have had U.S. Congressional approval. This was how the crime got exposed to me. I will provide detailed account of this later in the anticipated detailed report. For now, I wish to convey to Ghanaian authorities that not only has the crime resulted in incalculable and irreparable personal and other injuries to me, but, indeed, the crime itself has been worsening. This is because Americans are convinced that I have nobody to help me bring the matter to light and cessation whatsoever. They are convinced that they have the Ghana government on their side. In this letter, therefore, I intend to convey the message that I am a bona fide Ghanaian, and, that I find it to be the unreserved obligation of the Ghana government to protect me and defend me against aggression, no matter its source.

Although the crime began in Canada, information I have indicate that most of the crime even in Canada was committed by United States Intelligence and Black Americans. Since I left Canada in 1995 to protest the crime, it has worsened in United States, where the leaders have intentionally closed their ears to my pleadings, as they secretly instigate perpetrators led by African Americans, Microsoft, gays and homosexuals, politicians, etc., to intensify action to finish me off here in San Francisco. Worse still, Ghanaian authorities [both the embassies and high commissions in North America and Parliament and the Executive at home] have refused to intervene or request cessation of this crass, gross and uncivilized indignation of an innocent man. Moreover, the United Nations and other international human rights organizations have ‘passed’ Canada and USA as part of the Western World, where no record exists of the governments’ violations of the rights of their own citizens, so there would be no basis for my claims. Black Americans who have a pivotal role in this crime, either to seek revenge against a West African whose ancestors allegedly sold the ancestors of Black Americans, or, as good deed for whites who hate a dark skinned African proven scholarly, and, hence, he must die, are assured protection against exposure or punishment whatsoever. Since I refuse to succumb and die as the taunts call upon me to do, I have decided to re-open my case with the Ghana government, as Hon. Adjei Yeboah advised, believing that the Hon. Minister for Foreign Affairs, other Hon. Ministers and the President as well as Members of Parliament will be adequately apprised of this rare instance of human indignation. I would never wish even my worst enemies what I have suffered in this persecution and torture. And it is not over.

3. WHAT IS THE NATURE OF THE CRIME
In Canada, it began as a society’s rejection of an African student, due to anatomy, ethnicity, color, looks, academic and religious and other immutable factors. I will explain this in the ‘big report,’ but one example may suffice. For instance, when I arrived at Waterloo, it is now said, that I was considered too dark and ugly that authorities of the university doubted whether I was intelligent enough for university education. What they had no doubt about was that they did not want me to ‘mix up’ with their daughters. This was where the drugging to slacken me, repress my sexual appetite, or, even outright castrate me, began. The gay diatribe was a ‘convenient diversion’ by those who did not want me castrated, but, did not want me to have children. At the same time, it said, that a Ghanaian friend of mine who was already at the university, fearing that I would overshadow him, told the university authorities that I was A BAD PERSON. He allegedly, also, told university authorities that I was his slave, because, in Ghana, Brongs are slaves to Ashantis. University authorities who did not like me ‘just from looks’ decided that I should be treated as a slave. They allegedly hired him to use witchcraft [of which he was said to be full of] to destroy me. So I became a spiritual football for this guy and all his friends from Opoku Ware Secondary School who are in North America. American authorities hired him to continue when he moved to New Jersey. He was hired to pass on the ‘magic’ to Black Americans who continue to use it against me. He allegedly claims that he learned how to use ‘bayie’ to attack me from my family members who used same against me for years. Now, in United States, members of the public simulate all these forms of ‘bayie’ attacks, claiming that [it] too has been officially approved. The name of that person was Benjamin Kwasi Boachie. He was originally from Abira, near Kumasi. Whether he is dead or alive at the moment, I do not know. Because other Ashantis were organized through Ben against me, the crime is camouflaged as Ashanti-Brong Ahafo regional conflicts in Ghana extended overseas. This is one characterization the U.S. government and Black Americans have used to cover up their role. At its peak, it had become a national crime spearheaded by Canadian intelligence and NGOs, who now charged that I was too radical, too close to Ghana and Africa[so my umbilical cord should be severed], and critical of policies in Ghana [particularly the ERP of the Rawlings regime], so I had to be punished.

United States joined when it was alleged that I was communist, U.S. enemy or, a danger to U.S. national interests. So from U.S., it was a CIA - Congressional intelligence destabilization plot, aimed at undermining me, and, killing me, with the opportunity. This was a set up by African Americans who sought revenge and white people who found my views intolerable. Then, it became socialized in United States, where I am now enemy of the system, or, of every ethnic and racial group. In 1994, some ‘Good Samaritan Americans’ used a human wall to protect me against an alleged attack by ‘Liberal - Black Muslim-minority and feminist in Toronto, after the conspiracy to secretly assassinate me was exposed. CNN anchors and correspondents ‘blew the whistle’ on impending attack against me in Toronto. Some of them lost their jobs. I was so badly affected the drugging that I suffered a ‘silent stroke,’ and almost became a cripple. I bear symptoms of that attack till now.

4. DID GHANA PLAY A ROLE?
I have gathered information to the effect that former Ambassador Ekow Koomson might have met with officials from Canada, the UK and USA to decide on how to eliminate me, because, it was felt that I opposed Rawlings’ ERP. Who felt so? Ultimately, this allegation shall prove to be a classical set up by my enemies from Canada and USA who wanted to legitimize their intent to kill me by getting the approval of Ghanaian authorities. Think of the exposure of the crimes described above, exposure of the personalities involved and the money at stake, and, you will definitely agree with me that the deception of Ghanaian leaders to ignore me still continues. I strongly believe that no Ghanaian leader would ask foreigners to molest, torture and kill a Ghanaian, because, he was not in favor of that government’s policies. When Rawlings took power the second time, I was not even in Ghana. Do not get me wrong about how far some Ghanaian politicians may have gone to pursue who they saw as their enemies. In fact, I met one Col Donkor in Ottawa who was at the University of Waterloo at the time. But, he was close to the High Commissioner in Ottawa, because, he was alleged to have come from Rawlings’ office. A colleague informant warned me to keep an eye on him, when he started asking about me. Still, Ghana has to be more proactive in defense of its citizens, no matter where they may be, because, my case was cooked in North America. The government of Ghana Has always been tricked to get angry with me to cover up the real nature of the case.

5. I AM NOT ALONE
I am not the only African in this mayhem. Many have perished without knowing what exactly happened to them. Had I died before August 1994, I would never had known the reason or my killers. The case of Ms. Gladys Larteh, one of the students who may have suffered a worse fate remains very disturbing. She was deemed to be radical too [Because, her heuristic device was Afrocentricism]. She was a former Legon Student who went to Canada on Ghana government scholarship. The gist of her case is that she was drugged and subjected to ritual and electronic attacks to ‘confound, confuse and surprise’ her. This is the classical CIA strategy. The Ghana High Commission in Canada allegedly purchased a ticket for her to return to Ghana in November 1992. The last time I talked with her was October, 1992. But, did she reach Ghana? She is a witness in this case and one of the few who wanted to tell me about me case. She knew that she was in danger, but, did she know who was the enemy? Then, there was the case of a Nigerian Student, Sam Awe Dapo, who was almost ‘brain dead’ by the time his uncle took him home. He was framed as having self-destroyed himself with drug and alcohol binging. But, he never drank alcohol. Luke Ananga from Cameroons, they finally got him in his hometown in the Cameroon. He died of aids. Mr. Amponsah Tando still lives in Ottawa declared insane by his enemies. I have heard of scores of deaths in USA which bear the common traits, and, believed to have been the work of African enemies. Who are these? My father and his brother died within a few days from each in Ghana in 2003. Rumor had it that the enemy’s hand was in at least one of the deaths. My sister has been hit by a mysterious case of diabetes and other relatives and friends of mine in Ghana have recently been with common traits of STROKE. The case of Nana Kwadwo Senti is all well-known to all of you. Interestingly, I heard of these misfortunes hitting my friends and family from the American public before I had news from home! The intent to shut me up has placed all my relatives and friends in danger. So, how much of this should Ghana care about? If indeed, some African Americans are as angry as hell, and, are seeking revenge against us, as I am sure of, then, even those of you at home are not immune from these perceived attacks. Notice that the United States government is aware of the phenomenon, but, the U.S. intelligence has not warned African governments about it. There are several reasons for this. Some time later, I will discuss the issue of a Ghanaian who was killed near Legon in November 2003. He was ruled a victim of ‘armed robbers.’ But he was a returnee from the United States, and he was decapitated! Does this fit a certain pattern?

6. SO WHAT PRECISELY CAUSED THIS THING?
The factors in this crime starting from Canada are racial and ethnic, academic, political, religious, sexual, gender, personal envy/jealousy and hatred. I will explain all of this in detail in my big report. Eugenics is the belief that people of certain origin, color, ethnicity, looks, etc. are unintelligent, and, must be wiped. For instance, dark-skinned people from Africa. So this is a hate crime. But that does not explain why African/Black Americans are involved in the crime. The simplest reason given for their role is that they are seeking revenge against Africans for selling their ancestors into slavery. This is extended to include some intense competition and meanness from them towards Africans, especially, since in United States ‘dark skinned’ people are not particularly welcome. In my particular case, the original reason to prevent me from ‘developing’ ‘progressing’ or ‘advancing’ spiritually and socially[because I am inferior being dark-skinned], has become institutionalized. This has led to intense and vicious discrimination against me from all sectors of society. This ‘social engineering' strategy to ensure my failure is a U.S. ‘program.’ “Programs’ exist for other people of all races for other purposes. Interferences, misinformation, obstructions and harassment, drugging, computer attacks, etc. remain the mainstay of the programs, because, the plotters seek to change me from my natural God-given behavioral patterns to what they believe they want me to be: the purpose of ‘social engineering.’ This is why it is a crime. There is another ethnic reason for the hatred aspect of the ‘program.’ This is the belief that I may have Jewish ethnic ancestry. As mythical as this may sound, the mere ‘belief’ of this has been enough to incite both African Americans and White Supremacists’ against me. I will fully explain this ‘mythical Jewish connection’ in my full report to the United Nations. The other racial factor in the case is about women. It is suggested that United States and its White Supremacists entered the sway to prevent me from meeting prosperous white women who wanted to meet me. Both Whites and Black Americans are said to have called for my head because, one of those ladies might be heir to a large fortune. Part of the destabilization is to prevent me from ever knowing who this person is. Call it envy or jealousy. The notion that I {ALSO} slept with women in Canada annoys Americans so much so that they instituted pre-emptive or preventive actions against me. You can tell what that has meant for me in the past thirteen years. Again, the purpose is to prevent me from progressing, in this sense, socioeconomically, where I had the potential to socialize with ‘professionals.’ This strategy to hold me down and prevent me from advancing is called “DA.” Yes, “Da” for “Sleep.” By the way, I still get death penalty even if I date a Black American women, because, their men [like Willie Brown Jr. of San Francisco] are as ANGRY as HELL. Moreover, they are the tramps used by Black Muslims to catch ‘U.S. enemies’ from Africa. This way, many African men have perished.

7. WHAT SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES ARE INVOLVED?
A. Drugging.
1.When it began in Canada in 1985, it was secret drugging aimed at suppressing my sexual appetite, slackening me, making me soft, etc. because, I was too strong, ‘muscular,’ and too active. “Hyperactive’ was the psychological suggestion. Since these were psychological and psychiatric drugs; meaning they were capable of changing and inducing behaviors and moods, they had consequences unintended. In this sense, they were intended to induce gay or homosexual behaviors, impotency, and, eventually chemical castration. Other drugs secretly tested on me could induce or cure heart diseases, stroke, Parkingson’s, Alzheimer’s, orthopedic problems [bone marrow deficiency, for instance], changes in the blood cells, intestinal bleeding and other damage, kidney failures, blindness, memory loss, brain dilution and mental attenuation[insanity], nervous disorders, AIDS, etc. Through the Ottawa Civic Hospital and Dr. Allison Rankin of that hospital, I learned that the drugs included Luvox, Orap, Apo and Methamphetamine Hydrochlorine. In United States, I learned of dozens of such drugs illegally administered to me. These included steroids, ridin, wee, opium, cocaine, ######, ephedrine, morphin, tobacco and alcohol poisoning. Gassing and other chemical agents that impact behavior have been illegally applied to me. The immediate culprit here is the San Francisco General hospital. This hospital may also be guilty of intentional misdiagnosis leading to prescription of potentially dangerous medication causing serious personal injuries to me. So where proof of this unlawful medication is concerned, I look up to my medical records. Ottawa Civic hospital and the San Francisco General Hospital are the main culprits at this time. But, did they pursue an official policy? It is believed that, even Ottawa Civic hospital was asked by some people in USA to commit that violation. Could this be Condoleeza Rice? Cathy Marshall? Katherine Crier? Which pharmaceutical industries were involved? At San Francisco General hospital, the names of Condoleeza Rice, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator Barbra Boxer, former Mayor Willie Brown Jr.[African American and lead Avenger], District Attorney Kamala Harris[Africa/Mexican American] and Cathy Marshall of Microsoft have been mentioned in connection with malpractice causing my personal injuries.
2. Besides hospital prescription, these agents were administered to me through food, coffee, drinks, sprays, etc. The most offensive ones have been where friends and co-tenants [including Ghanaians: Ewes, Ashantis and Brongs] were given these drugs, chemicals, etc. to put in or spray on my food and drinks in my absence. Restaurants and cafeterias have been likewise used, especially, in the United States. Where I had co-tenants, these people [including Ghanaians], did not only put drugs in my food or drinks, but, also, they could arrange with secret agents to come to my room at night to spray chemicals and gasses on me with intent to kill me in my sleep. And yes, they were allegedly handsomely paid. Now, these people who helped to commit ethnic cleansing crimes against me are my enemies.
3. These drugging programs have been augmented with social programs, electronic and computerized laser attacks, and, use of witch craft, magic, spell casting and application of juju, etc. as I have already described. I cannot begin to describe the impact of all these spells and curses on me at the moment. As I said before, Ghanaians and Nigerians have been sent to West Africa to consult shrines to ‘hew’ or kill me. So have been Black American ‘killer gangs’ and Black Muslim executioners. As I hear West Africa could be as dangerous for me as USA. That I am still alive is a big surprise to many people here.

7.Enslavement.The enslavement program is to make me understand that as a black person, my place is not in the academic /professional world, but in labor, where I must work for masters such as Speaker Nancy Pelosi to take advantage of me. And if I refuse, then, “Avengers’ such as Willie Brown Jr. would be brought in to teach me a lesson. They would first use intimidation. If that fails, they would use deprivation and obstruction. If that fails, they are allowed to use violence. Willie Brown Jr. is known as the ‘Gate-keeper,’ the ‘Sweeper’ or the ‘Closer’ in the Bay Area. Who do you think he closes? Whites? For this, white folks have named him, “Astute.?” When it comes to putting down and messing up with Africans, this guy is bigger than the United States President. He is now the God on my head. He even wants responsibility for aspects of the crime, which took place before I came to San Francisco. He is the local ‘stand-in boy’ for Condoleeza Rice and the rest of the ‘avengers.’ He oversees Rice’s ‘dependency’ and deprivation programs against me. As part of this program, they have promised, that they could make me as poor as to eat from food kitchens and sleep under bridges. He is the Chief Justice of the ‘Kangaroo Courts’ set to try me. This is why I have not won even one of the cases I sent to the Courts in this country. He is in charge of ‘misinformation’ against me to the government and people of Ghana. If he has not contacted you, he soon will. I will provide more on the profile and activities of this man in future letters. But, before the African parliament requests for him to be sent to Africa to be tried for “crimes against humanity,” committed against Africans, could the Ghana government demand from the United States why they have enslavement program against me, and, why Willie Brown is God and King over me in San Francisco, in a country of the Rule of Law?
Why have I been asked to follow a person who’s against Africans, otherwise, I would not win any of my cases?
8.Peonage Aspect of the Enslavement: The so-called investors, in order to steal the projected amounts in this case, or any money due me from courts, spread the information that I owe them. Leading these are Condoleeza Rice, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft and Speaker Nancy Pelosi. This is why Speaker Nancy Pelosi allegedly stole $100,000 from my employment case at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco. The judge was African American. Right now, Black Americans are angry that the money should have gone to Condoleeza Rice, instead. None of them believe that I should have been given money in the case, because, ‘I was not born here and I have no rights.None of them believe that these people are criminals, no matter their positions. How do I owe people I have never met? How does Nancy Pelosi win a case in which she was no party? This is why it is enslavement, deprivation, rent seeking and sheer stealing. This type of deprivation is unlawful under U.S. Amendment 13 and 42 USC, so why is the United States government sponsoring its officials to commit the violation? Because, it is believed here that they have approval from Ghana government to do whatever they want to me. Is it true that Ghana does not care to this degree?
8b. Approval for Ritual Killing? The Speaker of the House of Representatives [Nancy Pelosi] in whose district I am have been held since 1996 allegedly believes that she has the right not only to enslave me, but, also, to kill me for ritual purposes, because, my father had wanted to sacrifice me to the gods. She is also alleged to have heard a personal story about me to the effect that I rescinded joining the Military Academy in the 1970s, because, of a prophesy that I could be stabbed with a knife. She is said to have convinced herself, U.S. authorities and her followers that she has the right to ‘stab me in the back’ to fulfill that hypothetical prophesy. As far as she is concerned, I was in the military in Ghana, so I have been declared ‘a militant and U.S. enemy’ along the lines of Islamic militants. So far, the ‘STABBING has taken the form defamatory statements such as I am gay, a criminal, insane, gang member, etc. I never underestimate her, however, because, she holds sway over federal, state and county law enforcement officials here in the city and she could send them to attack me anytime she chooses. All Black America and Mexican acts against me are said to be in her favor. This is the same individual who is alleged to have stolen $100, 000 from one of my court cases and who issued an order for me NOT to be given work in the area, so that I would starve to death. She is likely among those rumored to have been given a contract to kill me, or, to kill me for ‘white supremacist ritual purposes. So are you surprised of her hatred towards me? Thus far, she has been very well covered by Black Americans and the system.
10.”Nnaadaa’ or Trickery: This simple means that led by Condoleeza Rice, United States intelligent forces, highly augmented with Angry Black Americans/Black Muslims went to Canada to ‘burn my bridges’ to push me out of there to United States to be tricked. The purpose of the trick is three-fold, at least: 1.To trick me and kill me for revenge [Fatwa], or for purification [racial shrines for white supremacists and order white ritual purposes]; 2. To trick me to become gay-homosexual, or have sex with U.S. undercover agents or Black American women who are trained to spread HIV-AIDS [NOW, radical feminists and racists]. 3. To help Condoleeza Rice, Pelosi, Boxer, Morsey-Braum, Cathy Marshall, Barbra Boxer, etc. take advantage of me [by destroying me and stealing the compensation and other monies due me as compensation in this crime, or money from any cases I file in court as a result]. The American public continues to seriously cover up for these people, because, ‘they are popular,’ and, you are a slave.’
11.Harassment [civil and sexual] meant to intimidate and psychologically subdue me to become gay-homosexual, this evil and humiliating aspect of the crime alone provides valid grounds for United Nations Action. This is open harassment, [spiritual, ritual and secular] by the whole public. My sexual organs have received most of the hits in these attacks. I do not know whether I have been sterilized, castrated or been made impotent with the massive drugging, ritual and electronic attacks. What I know is that I have suffered irreparable personal and bodily injury. But, this would not stop until I am gay, or the crime is exposed. Still, the silence, indifference and inaction from authorities have helped to intensify the attacks. Silence, therefore, is an enemy in a crime like this. I sincerely need Ghana government action to stop this humiliation.
12. Isolation Program: I must be isolated from other people [including my family and friends] for a couple of reasons. First, I have to be slammed as a criminal, a spy and dangerous person, just to cover up the crimes[biological warfare] against me. Second, it would be easier to kill me as a solitary than as someone who has contacts with other people. This was the strategy used to destroy the wide network of people I built over the years in Canada and USA. I believe that ‘success’ comes to people with ‘people-connection.’ So the enemy decided that since I should fail, I must be prevented from relating to other people. I must suffer and die alone. This way, I have lost all my friends, both in Ghana and overseas. Condoleeza Rice was in charge of this strategy, where she would call on Ghanaians or other people who knew me to “keep your distance” from him. This game is now being played by Kamala Harris [Rice’s Assistant and District Attorney for San Francisco]. They use the codename, DENNIS [Remember?]. My family in Ghana is ostracized, because, they are told that I intentionally abandoned them, or that I am a criminal, gang member, lazy, etc. Under 18 USCA 1091 et seq., this qualifies as genocide, because of the embedded intent to cut me off my roots.
13. Failure Program. With the help of Microsoft Computers and witches of the American society, intelligence organizations, I am alleged to have been programmed to fail, because, spiritual reading of my history allegedly indicated to Americans that my father and family wanted me to fail in life. So US leaders and Black Americans believe that they have the duty to ensure such failure. What I would like to know is this: where the leaders of United States or the people in charge of the failure program got the right to implement the evil wishes of my father or any such family member. This is another strategy the United States has used to deface its role in the crime [by ascribing them to my dead relatives or people with whom I had childhood conflicts, etc. ]. The fact is that this has been crafted by both Blacks and whites [and sometimes ‘Browns’], hence, I intend to go all the way to United Nations and other International Courts for justice. Condoleeza Rice and her cohorts were sent to interfere in my life, and, hold me in torture for all my peers pass by me to success. And this has happened. These people are now professors, lawyers, Bank Managers, Vice Presidents of Corporations, etc. They receive ‘six-figure’ salaries. United States and these criminals must pay me for all these years of abuse and torture. They must pay compensation and punitive damages for the crime and injury sustained. So, I must go to court. On this journey, I need Ghana with me. How could Ghana co-operate with another country to do such a horrible thing to a Ghanaian?
14. Deprivation. I am supposed to be deprived of everything, including my life. My Honors Essay and my M.A. Research Paper, which I upgraded into manuscripts for publication as books, and, several similar, but, incomplete works that I have been writing, have been stolen by the police and allegedly given to Condoleeza Rice and Nancy Pelosi. They are said to be the ‘policeman of the world,’ so they have the right to seize my assets. In August 2006, my two-month old Toshiba Laptop was stolen from the main branch of the San Francisco Public Library, after I mysteriously dosed off for about fifteen minutes while the computer was booting. Rumor alleges that the library security and San Francisco police stole it on the orders of former Senator Carole Morsey-Braum, a cohort of Rice’s tagged ‘dangerous.’ Her agents are ordinary Blacks [Muslims] and Mexican Americans. This means that Willie Brown Jr., the ‘sweeper’ ordered the attack, since he is the local man for all these people. The reason given was that, I was about to catch up with up Condoleeza Rice. I had stored my files on my court cases and part of my proposal for a doctoral dissertation on the computer. Another version blamed it squarely on authorities of San Francisco. They allegedly ordered the computer seized because, they allegedly felt that I was about to leave San Francisco. If so then, I had to be deprived. Speaker Nancy Pelosi has always been the one who was to send California High Police [CHP] to kill me if I decided to leave United States or the mayhem in San Francisco. Senator Boxer would send Vietnam Veterans, the Secret Service and the San Francisco Police Department and Willie Brown would use Black Muslim executioners. Now that I have exposed the crime, my life is the main target for ‘deprivation.’ So why can Ghana not talk to the United States about this?
15. Since 1996, most of these issues have happened in San Francisco where I have been a virtual prisoner [because I am under official seizure, threatened with assassination anytime I attempt to leave], because, the United States believes that in San Francisco, I could easily be killed without trace by my family, or, I could by all means be immersed into homosexuality, crime, or, gangster life, either through fair or foul means to the delight of my enemies. With Senator Barbra Boxer, Speaker Pelosi, Katherine Crier, Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, former Mayor Willie Brown Jr.[African American] and Kamala Harris [African/Mexican American], attorney-general, and, others staking their fame and popularity on ‘getting me’ by all means[because, they are all deemed to be doing errands for the ‘higher purpose’], I am faced with some of America’s worst and most deadly killers. I need a lawyer to represent me in Ghana and in US courts. This was why I wrote to Dr. Asante and Mr. Okudzeto. But I also need a country to stand up for me.

16. Love Affair Framing to Cover Up Crime: This whole thing has been camouflaged as a love affair between some stupid African[I] and a lover or lovers he must seek, even though he does not know whether they are male or female. The so-called lovers are the assassins or investors, agents hired by cohorts of the crime to deceive me and get me destroyed or killed and get paid for it. If you heard in Ghana that I am in love with any of these people, please, caution your ears. As they have been exposed, I am more and more likened to a 'gay lover,' whereby any entity codenamed "U," “myself or yourself,’ “MI,” “Here,’ etc. and symbolized by white men and homosexuals, in particular, reigns supreme in the minds of the people as my conqueror. Women who actually love me have been threatened and warned to stay away from me or get killed. This way, those who could TRICK ME [whether I know them or not] have been raised and given systemic status to lord it over me. Where did these people get this right to behave in this way towards me? The Experiment must by all means succeed, even if it was ill-minded, and, even if it has turned out to be a devastating failure and violation. I count on Ghana to stand up for me to get my human rights and respect restored.

17. What About The Ghana Embassy In Washington, D.C.? I do not know on whose side they operate at the moment. I have sent not less than fifty letters to them in the last ten years on this matter with very little response. I have sent several to the Missions in New York, and in fact, Ghana Missions in other countries. At a point, one Mr. Ackon decided to take up the issues, but, then he stopped responding to my mails. US authorities have used the "INSANITY SPIN' to get them ignore me. Three years ago, I filed a renewal for my passport. I paid the required fees. But, the Embassy has refused to discuss the matter with me. I have been telling them to keep the passport for me in D.C. for collection for fear of it being stolen in San Francisco. The truth is that they are more interested in covering up the crime than helping me, so they may have not issued the passport at all. They want to help Rice, Boxer, Pelosi, etc. already helped by their government and citizens. They want to believe that I am an enemy of Ghana, and, I would be killed any time I step foot in Ghana. They are also guilty due to the alleged role of Mr. Ekow Koomson in the matter in the 1980s. Moreover, US authorities have used 'TRIBAL Divide to Conquer' strategies to tell them to forget about me, because, I am not from the COAST, as many of them are. Patriots, indeed! I hear that the same ‘spin’ was used to get President Kuffour to ‘sit on the fence’ in this matter. This may or may not be true. But, ‘impressions’ convey conviction.
18. Impact:
1. Professional/Academic: I have been stopped in my academic and professional careers for almost two decades so that I would do experiments that would turn me into homosexual, etc., because, the plotters of this crime believe that I am not fit enough to be a ‘professional.’ I should be a laborer! My classmates from graduate school, Canada, are now on SIX FIGURE SALARIES. I on the other hand, am told to be homeless and dependent by order of both whites and blacks, or, be killed upon challenging such unacceptable imposition. The pentagon, drug manufacturers and hospitals have made money on me, now, American politicians, Black Americans and others should. And I should shut up or I get the NOOSE.
2. Socio-Familial: My family in Ghana has virtually been destroyed, because, I was the LIGHT of that family. My children’s life and education have been tragically destroyed. My grandparents, father, uncles etc. have expired during this ordeal and I could not even send money to perform funeral rites. Instead, I have been castigated by ‘spy doctors’ of the crime as being gay, criminal, lazy, a gangster, an insane, a drunkard, etc. to my people and Ghanaians. These defamatory castigations are actionable enough. The social humiliation alone is criminal.
3. Acute Impoverishment: Part of the objective of the ‘program’ was to make me ‘baseline-poor’ and starve me to death, particularly in San Francisco. They seized my identity and employment cards and follow me to ensure that nobody employs me to do even the most demeaning job. Details are horrible. I am ‘baseline poor’ [although I have the potential of being a multimillionaire from this case], but, I have managed not to starve. I know of Africans who have been intentionally starved to death right here in San Francisco.
4. Genocidal: It was the intent of this crime to decimated my roots and erase my lineage from the human gene pool, to spread diseases throughout my family through secret application of genetics drugs that are intended to weaken immune systems. I have been prevented from dating and marrying and making a family, because, one of the purposes of the crime is to decimate my lineage and roots. Is this not Genocide? See 18 USC 1091 5. Bio-physiological effects: I have suffered incalculable personal and bodily injuries [damage to my internal organs, heart, penis, eyes, etc.], of which a determination would have to be made by independent doctors. I have severe form of orthopedic pains, lower back and spinal pains, blurred vision, kidney problems, etc. My physical appearance has visibly changed.
6. Likely Diseases Exposure: intestinal disorders, cancer, heart attack, Parkinson’s, Alzhiemer’s, impotency, sterilization and infertility, stroke, etc.
7 Follow-up Question: The question is this: why should those who intentionally caused this irreparable injury refuse to pay to remedy it? I will tell you why? Americans leaders believe that if the Ghana government does not care, then, they too do not. The ‘official’ undeclared policy for ‘I do not care’ is acronymed “NIMBY” for “NOT IN MY BACKYARD.” This simply means that you are not one of us, so we do not care whatever happens to you. But, in a moment, I will show why they are wrong in this case. Moreover, Condoleeza Rice is credited for having advised U.S. governments to IGNORE me, because, I would eventually STOP, when I GET USED TO IT! When I get used to abuse, torture and other violations, I would STOP. Black American leaders allegedly oppose the idea that I should be compensated, because, they allege that Black Americans who were equally violated were PAID NOTHING. Is this true, or, Black American leaders put all such payments in their pockets. By the way, if they were abused
and they refused to fight for compensation that they deserved, why should their failure or refusal to act in their own interests become the benchmark for my case? You would eventually hear that Canada decided to pay $100, 000 for the first ten years of the abuse. But, Canada was stopped, because, Black Americans would have been ANGRY. The crime took place in Canada, the payment was to be made in Canada, and, Black Americans opposed IT? Now, how is this for the ongoing NOOSE JOB?

The second reason for NIMBY is that the white ‘establishment’ believes that ‘civil wars’ exist in American society. I am deemed to be a victim of two of these civil wars. The first is the territorial war between Blacks Americans and Latinos led by Mexicans. But, I neither Latino nor Black American. The second is s aid to be Black American-African civil war. I believe that nobody in Ghana has ever heard of this ‘civil war.’ This is the essence of U.S. policy of neglect and hypocrisy. But, don’t you think that there is some sort of ‘deliberate neglect’ here? I also know that as far as violence among Blacks goes in America, the ‘official’ response is “Let them kill each other.” This policy is also wrong in my case. First, I am a foreigner here and so I am on equal footing to fight in this country against these people. Second, they have been armed by the government, because, their leaders in this crime hold high governmental position, which gives them access to governmental resources to be used against me. This much the government knows. How many are they, 13% of U.S. population versus One African? Ironically, as the effort has been upped by these people to crowd me out of North America, Ghana and West Africa are said to be accepting them in throngs!

8. Why is ‘NIMBY’ Wrong in my Case? Because, I am a foreigner attacked by U.S. citizens in U.S. territory, so the U.S. cannot ‘NOT CARE.’ “NIMBY” is wrong. United has a duty to protect anyone within its territory by virtue of the 14th Amendment. Even though African American ‘Revenge’ is real, that issue is tangential to the whole ‘program’ to destroy me. Black Americans are mostly a front for this case[to shield White Supremacists, pharmaceutical industries, Microsoft, and other big interests in the case from exposure]. Moreover, the notion that “Africans’ are the ‘people’ of Black Americans, so Black Americans should be allowed to treat Africans in America the way they choose is RACIST and a violation of international human rights laws. Ghana should demand that the United States take positive proactive measures to stop this crass dehumanization and bring justice to those who instituted it.
18.SPOILS?: Already, some of them might have stolen money from as much as $100, 000 from a projected $500, 000 Employment Discrimination case that I should have won at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco. The judge, African American, influenced to STEAL the case from me showed the typical VENOM of an AVENGER. The U.S. Supreme Court and the Congressional Committee on Judiciary that could have vetted this Judge, thus, far, have ensured that this daylight robbery continues, because, I am a slave and I do not deserve justice. I am going to the Supreme Court again with a case worth one trillion dollars. Which ‘investor’ is the Supreme Court going to help to get this ‘spoil?’ Then, I have projected human rights and personal injuries against hospitals and the United States. So, ‘investors’ look to making billions of dollars from me, as far as my country keeps quiet and their country steps in to STEAL for them.
19. Personal Statement:
Now, I wish to congratulate the President and the people of Ghana on the occasion of Ghana’s Silver Jubilee independence anniversary. While we begin the march towards the second fifty years, let Ghanaians renew and rekindle the promise that became the lighting rod of this pioneering phenomenon in Africa. Ghana’s independence would remain meaningless, however, unless it amounts to economic, personal and spiritual freedom for all Ghanaians, no matter where on the surface of the earth they may be. As I write, as Ghana celebrates, many Ghanaians still wallow in poverty, enslavement and oppression at home and around the world. Forgotten by the home government and ignored by leaders of USA and Canada whose people have spent the best part of the last twenty-too years trying to destroy me, I may not be the only Ghanaian or African in this experience. As a matter of fact, many have died who were subjected to similar ‘programs’ of hate, torture, persecution and biological warfare. My case, however, has reached the tipping point. Now, where is Ghana in all this? What happened to the independence promise?
20. CONCLUSION
This is a case of untold human rights violations, genocide, biological warfare, eugenics and, crimes against humanity, violations that must offend the conscience of every civilized people. It is a crime that clearly exposes the hypocrisy of the United States and of Black Americans. The case appears to about me, Ohene Boakye-Yiadom, but, it has revealed a crime committed against all Africans, and, much of what is wrong about the United States of America’s Africa policy. It has revealed the ineffectiveness of the African leadership in dealing big powers, where Africans are victimized. This is because, I have been subjected to about two decades of biological warfare, eugenics persecution and torture or genocidal crimes, which violate the laws of countries involved, the United Nations Human Rights Charter and other International Conventions or Covenants on Human Rights, and, what I hear is that my leaders are WARY of required inquiry because they fear economic retribution from the United States. Pardon me! Is this not blackmail, if true? ……..

The crime began as a preventative policy at a Catholic University in Canada to inhibit me, because, I was a dark skinned African and ‘muscular’ among thousands of young white women, so I had to be restricted before I became sexually interested in any of them. Moreover, my mental, physical, academic and social activities had to be controlled through secret application of psychiatric drugs and devices and social engineering, because, I was deemed to be hyperactive. I was to be retarded to prevent me from becoming an academic pillar, because, I am from the Third World. Those with this agenda received a boost for their nefarious intentions when another Ghanaian student allegedly informed authorities that I was ‘a BAD person.’ Now, the medical and other abusive strategies were said to be forms of control to limit my performance in every activity. This was also a 24/7 electronic surveillance, which continues as I write. Moreover, when it became clear that I was not a fool, and, that I was up to the challenge posed by white students, the program became more punitive: this time the drugs were to attenuate and dilute my brain, and, zap my memory, so that I would not be able to THINK. Then, I became a permanent subject for testing these psychiatric drugs by pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. I also became a permanent subject for a homosexual experiment for doctors and the Microsoft Computer Company, where programmer Cathy Marshall was in charge of the electronic and laser surveillance and manipulations. I have allegedly been used to test other electronic and laser devices for the PENTAGON. The so-called program also became a program of punishment for me. This means people were asked to make reports about me, reports about my activities and personal history, whether this had anything to do with the society or not. This was to make it possible to justify application of the electrical jolts, drugging, laser attack, etc. to me at any time. Canadian and U.S. Intelligence Organizations invited themselves into the program because they believed that I had to be stopped in my academic pursuits. So they conspired with willing professors to use uncanny set ups to frame me as a radical, even communists and Muslim, who wanted to expose the secrets of the West. My advancement was seriously stalled in Canada. So I left for United States in 1994 to pursue other avenues for progress. It was during this time when I was in Alexandria, VA that I was almost killed through what is now described as a U.S. Congress approved hit job against me. President Clinton was in office and was deemed to have approved this attack. I did not know that I was U.S. enemy. Of course, I did not know of this attack until I returned to Canada on August 4, 1994 to sign papers for a student loan. It was during this time that I learned that I had been the subject of such a program for almost ten years. I also learned that the Rawlings regime was responsible for the attack. But, even if Rawlings approved such attack, then, he was misled by cohorts in the crime who chose a conspiratorial strategy based on ‘divide to conquer’ to cover their act.

My attempts to solve a case that had burgeoned for ten years turned into frustrations, because, new efforts were made to eliminate me and cover up the whole matter. Before I knew about it, I was the target of serious ritual, magical and spell attacks from all sectors of society. I was openly haunted by evil spirits and taunted by society to compound my bewilderment. It became clear to me that the objective of the attackers was beyond stifling my progress and development. They now aimed at ending my life, while I was in a terribly confused and traumatized situation. I was absolutely destabilized, confused and confounded. But, I was told that nobody would tell me what the problem was; I was to find out for myself. I approached Canadian authorities for a solution. But, the Federal Human Rights Commission and the Ministry for Immigration and Citizenship indicated to me that they could not help me. All Africans [including Ghanaians and my friends] were ostracized from me. Churches turned me out of their Chapels. I left Ottawa for Montreal in November 1994, where I sought spiritual help and guidance from a Monastery following the advice of a Catholic Father, Lawrence of St Patrick’s Basilica in Montreal. By this time, I had already requested the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa to grant me asylum in the United States, believing that I would be safer there and that I would be able to solve the problem there. What ever it was, both in human and spiritual form followed me to Montreal, and, soon, I was overwhelmed, again. I left Montreal on February 20, 1995 for the United States when the matter, particularly, the ritual, spell and magical spell targeting my brain and genitals worsened. By this time, the drugging and chemical attacks had decreased. But, electronic and laser attacks increased. So did civil and sexual harassment.

It was in United States that I learned that the U.S. government and NGOs were part of the attack in Canada, and, that, mostly, I had been a subject of CIA destabilization program, because, I had been identified as U.S. ENEMY. The shock of it was that they had help from Black Americans, who had targeted me because they learned of my name and background and believed that my ancestors sold their ancestors. I also learned that the NOW [National Organization of Women] in North America had been part of the attacks in support of Professor Linda Freeman of Carleton University who had an issue with me over a failed attempt to ‘befriend me,’ when she was my Research Paper [Thesis] Advisor. Then, I heard of all the other issues discussed above. Thus, basically, I walked from Canada [frying pan] to the U.S. [fire], where I have been rebuked as having been tricked with the asylum to come United States to be tortured, imprisoned and killed, because, Canada gave me the chance to DEVELOP TOO MUCH, when I am from the Third World. Of course, Black Muslims had sentenced me to a fatwa punishment because of the slavery thing. There was also a gay-homosexual immersion aspect of the ‘program,’ which I had never heard about. Apart from the programs that began in Canada, the U.S added its own. These include enslavement, peonage, rent seeking, deprivation, impoverishment, gay-homosexual sex change, permanent exile and destruction programs. These programs have reduced me to a vassal of a human being, because, I have refused to compromise or comply. For instance, the gay-homosexual and sex change program is a reward-punishment program. Since I have refused to comply, I have been subjected to untold wicked and cruel treatment and punishment.

Throughout 1995, I moved from city to city and state to state, to avoid the harassment, abuse and violence. By early 1996, I had lost all my identity cards [some to the police and others to acquaintances]. I had also began for feel clear hostility from African Americans. This peaked in my arrest in Georgia for hitchhiking. I was sent to jail for 18 days by a Black Judge for a violation that only should have been ticketed. I had to borrow $132.00 from a friend before I was freed. In that jail, I was physically attacked by another prisoner and ritually harassed by other inmates. The rest of the prisoners led by the guards lambasted me as one of those foreigners who came to use American resources to get an education I studied only in Canada. Even though I gained admission to several doctoral programs in United States, I have been prevented from enrolling, because of the program]. Even as I got out some of that jail in ‘Stone Mountains,’ Georgia, the inmates threatened that they would get me killed. The good news was that I also learned that the ‘tall building’ was among those who got me jailed. I have since learned that the ‘tall building’ is one of the many accolades for Condoleeza Rice. This was close to the Atlanta Olympics in 1996. Shortly after that, I found work in a steel factory at Conyers in Georgia. During work on my first day there, the Supervisor [originally from Kenya] informed me that African American workers there were planning to attack me after work that night with baseball bats. He signed me off and showed me an escape route. This was the last of many such threats that drove me to San Francisco on the West Coast in April 1996. I was not aware that the conspiracy was as widespread as nationwide, so I was initially shocked at the hostility that welcomed me at San Francisco. This was the District of Representative Nancy Pelosi, who I have since learned had been on my case since 1989 [when I was in Canada]. I also learned that the two Senators from California, Barbra Boxer and Dianne Feinstein, had not only been among the leading agents of the crime since the 1980s[when I was in Canada], but, also, they live in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Not too far at Stanford University was Condoleeza Rice. And believe it or not, Microsoft Computer Company and the lead programmer who had been keeping surveillance over me and manipulating me with laser and electronic attacks lived in Santa Clara, a mere thirty or so miles from San Francisco. And San Francisco, this is the gay-homosexual and sex change headquarters of the world. In short, either I ran into the enemy’s traps by the power of the ‘program,’ or, I subconsciously followed the tracks of these people who had disturbed my life so badly in Canada.

In San Francisco, I have been in a virtual seizure [both my personal property and I have been forcibly seized and unlawfully held through societal aminus and intentional official neglect. It was in San Francisco that I believed that there is a co-ordinated systemic conspiracy to deprive me of everything, including my life; it was here that I learned first hand that African/Black Americans are indeed at war to revenge the enslavement of their ancestors, and that they have played a major role in my case, hence, they believed that I should also be enslaved. I learned that most Africans Americans are in ‘a team’ playing games I did not know against me. Here in San Francisco and the Bay Area they are led by Willie Brown Jr. [former Mayor], but, played for the “Miss America,” Nancy Pelosi, current Speaker, Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall and Secretary Rice. Here, I became aware that the eugenics program was meant to destroy me [for me to look like those blacks similarly destroyed], and that this program of destruction was an aspect of the African American revenge against Africans as well as white supremacists agenda to erase the ‘human dinosaurs,’ for who I was significantly emblematic [dark skinned African]. Hence, in San Francisco, I was ‘welcomed’ to slavery education supervised by African Americans led by Condoleeza Rice, Willie Brown Jr., Kamala Harris and a host of others. I learned about the Black Muslim factor, and, the fact that these lots have allocated to themselves the right to eliminate any black individual who they believed had not achieved anything. I was a candidate, because, they had been alerted that I did not even attend ‘High School,’ that I did not graduate from university and that Professor Rice did all my university work for me. I still do not know who She is[And, remember, I was best student at the Department of Political Science, University of Waterloo, [1987] in International Relations and Marxist Theory].

In San Francisco, I learned that even Canadians knew of the CIA Black American hidden agenda against me, but, they chose to help Dr. Rice, Marshall and others to get control over me through social and economic policy. This was because, I was U.S. enemy, according to CIA agents, including Rice, and, that I was to be re-educated to like the U.S. or I was to die. Simply, this meant liking, believing and following Rice, Pelosi, Marshall, etc. in whatever they did. Still, I do not know any of these people. I learned that Black Americans told authorities that they could implement a ‘suffering program’ against me, and, make me SUFFER until I become homeless and eat from a ‘food-kitchen [hoping that ‘homelessness’ would get me into gangs, street drugs and death, or, that eating in ‘food-kitchens’ where the food is doctored to cause maladies of morbidity could get me on fast track to becoming a ‘down-syndrome’]. The purpose of this, it has been suggested, was that, I had proved that I was ‘academically capable,’ now I should prove if I were ‘street smart.’ So it was a ‘test.’ Does the United States, or, San Francisco, have the right to conduct such a ‘test’ on me?

It was in this modern ‘Modern Sodom’ that I was told that I was expected to be gay-homosexual, and, if I resist, I would be killed, because, United States had a program to CONTROL the birth rate of DARK-SKINNED people like myself. I was not expected to have sex with a female [woman or girl], and, any resistance would lead to my assassination. I was in the ‘NOOSE PROGRAM [Equivalence of EUGENICS], hence, I was not expected to be highly educated, very wealthy, very wise, or, look at ‘women.’ This is a classic racist tactic to resist the development and progress of so-called inferior people. Unfortunately, Black Americans, the iconic exemplars of such forms of hatred are the ones leading and covering up this admonition. That I did these things, it is alleged, was what caused the problem in Canada. So, if I did any of these in United States, then, I would be killed. I was specifically reminded by the public to take a look at the BIG PICTURE. I saw, at least, three of implications form this advisement. 1. A disappearing black race of which I am member [hence, the dinosaur, for ‘dinar’ for coding], and, 2., a fledging life of gay-homosexuality, the community program of which it was believed I had been immersed, willy nilly. 3. I observed, first hand, the mysterious disappearances of African natives, and, of this lot, I had been listed as candidate. Black Americans, law enforcement and gay-homosexuals were to use hostility, harassment, intimidation and violence [with help from Senator Boxer] to drive me out of the United States, and, then, get me killed ‘OUT THERE.’ It was here that I learned that a Professor John O’Manique from Carleton University was responsible for most of the social and ritual attacks against me, because of several childish reasons. First, he was in conflict with the then head of GIMPA [Green Hill] and transferred his anger onto me. Second, he stole money from me and used that as a prank to drive me out of Canada, before I could sue him., Third, he tried to cause me my M.A. degree [when he was the Examiner during my Defense of my Research Paper [Thesis] and feared retribution]. He organized so-called IRA dropouts against me, because he was one of those who believed that that I did not like Rawlings, because, his father was as Celtic as he. He was pro-Apartheid, both for South Africa and everywhere. These are some of the reasons for the frantic being made to drive me ‘out there.’ There remains a lot more to say. But, I believe you get the message.

In short, most of the information in this case, including names of personalities, attacks against my family in Ghana, my friends and other Ghanaians, etc. came to me here in San Francisco from individuals, the public and at times, the media. I have suffered the severest social, economic and travel embargoes in my life in San Francisco, particularly, since 9/11, because, I have been accused of being responsible for the death of some of the agents in my case who perished in the 9/11 incident. If I leave San Francisco, agents would be sent after me to kill me. I have been told that I am in prison or in interment, but, I have not been told the crime I committed [This has made Japanese here most sympathetic of my situation, because, many of them suffered interment during WW2 here in North America]. In San Francisco, I have suffered, at least, five attacks; two of them were allegedly ordered by the team of Senator Boxer, Speaker Rice, Secretary Condoleeza Rice, then Mayor Brown and then deputy City Attorney Kamala Harris. These attacks by ‘Undercover Police’ and the San Francisco Police and Sheriff Departments were meant to ‘shut me up,’ for Rice to ‘do her work,’ when I was protesting the ‘robbery’ of my academic documents. ‘Let the lady do her work,’ I have been told. What if her work is about destroying me? As you can tell, I cannot exhaust discussion on the role of politicians, Black Americans and San Francisco in this mayhem, but, I can tell you that even lawyers and judges from this city and its environs are part of this conspiracy to destroy me. In me they see what the media have referred to as a ‘natural enemy.’ The same designation would apply to any Ghanaian. The time is now for Ghana for stand up for one of its own.

What Action Have I taken, thus far?
I have written to almost everybody on this earth who counts in this case; from the least to the most important leaders in the world. I have been told that Professor/Dr./National Security Advisor/Secretary Rice advised all these leaders to ignore me, because, I have ‘nobody in my family to fight for me. She is the ‘African Expert’ from the State Department, and her advice has been followed to the letter. Senator Boxer allegedly reinforced this by intimating authorities that I am ‘not important.’ I have also heard that cohorts of the crime believe that I have not suffered ‘damage severe enough as yet,’ so they would not stop. These utterances underscore the fact that the crime has been purely intentional. In general, I have sent over ten thousand letters around the world since 1994 when I first learned of my own calamity. The most important of these was a letter I sent three of the Committees in the U.S. Senate, a copy of which found its way to a website of the University of Cape Town. After about 5000 visits, the letter was removed a few weeks ago. Besides that, I have written and pleaded with Butros Butros Ghali and Kofi Anan at the UN Secretariat, the headquarters of the UNHCR and scores of its branch offices. The position of the UNCHR is that ‘Western Countries do not have ‘RECORDS’ for human rights abuses ‘AGAINST THEIR OWN PEOPLE,’ so they could not accept a complaint against USA. I have written to Presidents Clinton and Bush of the United States, Prime Ministers Major and Blair of the UK, Premiers Jean Chretien and Paul Martin of Canada, President Rawlings and Kuffour of Ghana, The African Union [OAU], ECOWAS, the Commonwealth, EU, etc., and, 95% of all the Head of States in the World. I have sent scores of letters to Canadian, British, Ghanaian Parliamentarians and United States Congressmen and women, and, diplomats around the world. I have specifically informed United States Departments of Justice, State, Defense, and, the White House, some State Governors and even local authorities. In California, I have contacted the offices of the two Senators and the Representatives from District Eight and Twelve. In the offices of Senators Feinstein and Boxer and Representative Pelosi, I opened files for investigations on the matter. But, after about three months on each occasion, I was informed that, “we cannot help you.” Senator Boxer, in one of her responses to my pleas for help, indicated that the matter was not political, but, legal. She indicated to me to find a lawyer to help me.But, lawyers are alleged to be part of the conspiracy. Thus far, I have heard that she [along with Speaker Pelosi and Willie Brown Jr.] involved in interferences in all the cases I brought to courts in San Francisco. In Representative Tom Lantos’ office in San Mateo, the human rights official there Ms. Margery took about six months to tell me that the ‘holocaust survivor Congressman’ could not help me with a case similar to what he claims go have survived against the Nazis. I have written to most of the world’s international human rights organizations, including those with offices in Ghana. I have done similarly with the media throughout the world, including the Daily Graphic [See Graphic’s front page article for July 29, 2003]. I even wrote to the former Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, Nana Kwadwo Senti [Nana?], a relative of mine, who did not want to be bordered. The general impression seems to be ‘DROP DEAD! I decided to write again to the Foreign Minister and the rest of the leaders, because: First, with Black Americans gradually assuming responsibility for the crime, my case is clearly getting worse. Second, the truth of this matter has been kept away from Ghanaians. Third, The United States has a responsibility to ensure that its citizens respect the human rights of other people, including mine. Fourth, those who have violated me must be brought to justice.

It is in this context that I find it disheartening that the government in Ghana would sit by and believe that the United States [based on its self-acclaimed adherence to the rule of law, etc.], would see to it that I get justice in this case. One of the objectives of the PROGRAM is to deprive me of my rights, privileges and immunities protected by the United States Constitution. The enemy has done this intentionally, because of the belief that Ghanaian authorities are too dependent on Foreign Aid to be able to stand up to the United States on this matter. I am not asking Ghanaian leaders to ‘stand up to the United States. I am not asking Ghana to go to war with the United States, even it could. What I am asking is for Ghana to demand that the United States has an obligation to the rest of the citizens of the world to observe human rights, because, the community of nations exists due to the mutual adherence to the elements of the ‘social contract.’ In this real, the U.S. is required to ensure that activities of its citizens are within parameters acceptable to all civilized societies. The International Community is a ‘Community of Laws.’ Without this, we would be back to Hobbes’ ‘State of Nature.’ Hence, U.S. citizens must obey the ‘rule of law’ and human rights as they require other nations to do. If U.S. citizens [black or white] violated my rights, then, those who did it must be punished according to law [U.S. and International Laws]. I am asking Ghana to determine, whether and to what extent my rights have been violated, whether and to what extent there exists an African/Black American revenge program against Africans and how that instance has affected my case. Whether and to what extent have Americans [Speaker of the House of Representatives] enslaved me with the help of their government, Secretary Rice, Willie Brown, etc. I believe that Ghana should determine whether Ghanaians and other African scholars have been tortured, undermined or killed in North America by Black Americans [or even the CIA]. And would the United States government be aware of such genocide? Ghana as Africa should demand to know whether and to what extent the activities of Black Muslims in the United States have affected Africans, and, in particular, this author, his relatives and friends. Ghana should demand to know from United States if it placed me an eugenics program, peonage program, gay-homosexual program, social engineering program, any program at anytime since 1985, and, why? Ghana should demand to know from the United States the nature of my crimes against the U.S. Why am I a UNITED STATES ENEMY? Why must I serve Speaker Nancy Pelosi and why must I follow Secretary Condoleeza Rice, Senator Boxer, Senator Feinstein, and the rest of African Americans been set on my head to maul, torment, malign and smear me in San Francisco since 1999?

Who could substantiate my story? I believe that there are many people who would, if they could be assured of their safety, verify and confirm this case. I know about ten Ghanaians who could help investigators authenticate my story. Some have already been heavily bribed with work, etc., but others such as the former Ghana High Commissioner to Canada, Mr. Agyekum, would have nothing to loose. I do not want to place some of these people in any danger by suggesting their names at this juncture. But, if warranted, I would be more than glad to suggest certain names for contact. In addition, my medical records, and, examination by independent doctors would clearly yield required evidence. United States authorities in the Justice Department, Department of State and even the White House could exchange such information with Ghanaian authorities. I believe the officials of the Ghana Embassy such as Mr. Ackon are fully aware of the actual details of the case. Then, again, many of them, including former Ambassador Ekow Koomson, have been silenced with jobs and gifts. Would you think it to be ironic that the Ghana embassy staff in Washington, D.C. allegedly bought the ‘elementary deceptive tactic’ by U.S. officials [including Senator Boxer, Kamala Harris, District Attorney for San Francisco, etc.], that ‘Ohene is NOT EVEN GHANAIAN? So they should forget about my complaints? That I am INSANE or even DEAD? I even heard that they sent pictures of a fellow African [Nigerian] who they have drugged to destruction to the embassy and declared, ‘THIS IS OHENE !’ Unfortunately, by believing these elementary lies, the embassy helped to enslave me. The embassy may have ‘implicated’ Ghana in this case by its failure to decipher deceptive cognates. This may make Ghana liable to me in this case. I would not want the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or for that matter, any Executive or Legislative entity to behave as the embassy staff in Washington, D.C. has in this case.

Why You? In a case of this nature, many readers would question why I am the only one faced with such a case, or, the only one complaining about it. The answer is as I have already related: ‘I am not alone.’ I am only one of the most fortunate to be alive, and, to have known what happened to me to talk about it. The same thing may have happened to Dr. Aggrey in 1927. In 2006, a fellow that I knew from New Drobo was allegedly shot in New York. They call him there Nana Obour [Nana?], because, he was a royal of the New Drobo Traditional Area. In 1995, I met a Ghanaian woman, Sara, in Charlottesville, VA, whose husband, a doctoral student had been killed in a ‘car accident’ [‘Ha se den?’: Decoding ] in Atlanta, GA. “Accidents” are among the main strategies of the ‘revenge program’ and advanced scholars are prime targets. My case can also be likened to the case of monkeys being hunted. Usually, from a crowd of monkeys, the hunter would ‘target’ the most outstanding, size or location-wise. I have been targeted for reasons of magical and secular vulnerability. For instance, some people in America believe that my father and his mother ‘played drums after me,’ even as far as to this part of the world: Drums of failure. So even after the death of these people, some North Americans believe they have the right to turn ‘those drums’ into ‘social policy’ of disinformation and destruction. They ‘drum’ libel and slander after me, castigating me gay, criminal, communist, etc., until I become a failure. The drummers presently include Secretary Rice, U.S. House Speaker Nancy [Miss] Pelosi, U.S. Senator Barbra Boxer, District Attorney of San Francisco Kamala Harris, Willie Brown Jr., Cathy Marshall of Microsoft, etc. Do these people have the right to do this to me under U.S. or International Law? Take the case of the Senator who believes that as a ‘witch,’ she likes to imitate my mother’s rival in order to thwart my progress, in order to protect ‘U.S. national security interests,’ and you would know how personalized this attack has been. But, why does Senator Boxer have the right or anybody have the right to use magic to derail my progress? What about the case of racial and ethnic PURIFICATION? So, I should be sacrificed for ‘white or black American prosperity,’ because, somebody allegedly conjured that my dead father, once upon a time, wanted to sacrifice me to his family gods, because, I was the first son? [And I was not my father’s first son]. Be that as it may, who is it that has the right to impose such a WILL on me under United States of International law? The Black American revenge program fused with the biological warfare of the ‘supremacists’ is very well-choreographed to target me, because, I was assumed to be a loner. It was rumored here that I had no family, and, that, my only family member was Condoleeza Rice. Ghanaian and African leaders need to look at and beyond this BIG picture for the truth, the cover ups, conspiracies and brandings. We are in this together, which is why I am glad to inject herein ‘The Jewish Refrain’ to bring home the point: ‘When they came for Jacobu, I said nothing. When they came for Joshua, I said nothing. When they came for Isaiah, I said nothing. When they came for Naomi, I said nothing. When they came for me, there was nobody left to say anything.’ In Ghana, we say that when you see your brother’s beard on fire, fetch water and place it by yours.

This is hate crime that has brought typical racists, Mexican American territorial protectionists and African American Avengers in a ‘consensus of the willing,’ to wager war against Africans, so that the eugenics programmers and territorial protectionists would cover up for African/ Black American revenge seekers, both of whom clothe themselves in the “garb of patriotism and protection of national interests and security of the United States.” This is why “Ohene is U.S. enemy,” is echoed by whites, browns and blacks, even if they do not believe it. The case of the ‘Browns’ led by the Thai-American Senator Barbra Boxer would not be surprising if she were Mexican-American. For an Asian American to target Africans in North America for elimination, purification or rites purposes, because, they are stupid, ugly and ‘dinosaurs’ [they would soon be extinct in USA] is as horrible and egregious as offensive a violation that should receive absolute global condemnation. Think of it this way: my family and friends have also been targeted, and, perhaps yours: We are goats and sheep for other people? This is why Ghana must care about this case. It is offensive and injurious for any American leader to claim that they have the RIGHT to take me a slave and placed me in a peonage program, because, I am as black as the ‘Black Americans’ they have enslaved. I am not aware that Black Americans accept to be mistreated as slaves by Senators and Congressmen. But, I am not Black American. So I would like to know where these people got the right to which they lay claim. It is injurious for Americans to ‘invest’ in a program to bring about my death so that they would be paid money, even if the United States did not claim to be the champion of democracy and human rights. The 13th Amendment says it all. Even as I write, the U.S. Congress is in the advanced stages of a Bill to apologize for ‘slavery and its legacies.’ So, which of would be missing or lost to the people, even, if I were Black American? It is injurious for Black Americans, whether it is Secretary Rice, Willie Brown, Bernard Shaw, Pastor Cecil, Barbra Taylor, lawyer William Jones, Judges Martin J. Jenkins, etc. to claim that I do not have RIGHTS, so if I am violated in North American, I cannot go to court for redress, because, their ancestors were sold by some West African. Is it right for a Black American to order that I should be killed, if I sleep with a woman in the whole of North America, because, African Americans are seeking revenge against me, or they are helping white supremacists to dominate and control me as part of some primitive purification rites? What of those who placed me in homosexual immersion programs [Senator Boxer, Speaker Pelosi, Cathy Marshall and Condoleeza Rice, etc.], and, then, went about spreading news that I am gay or homosexual? Why should these people not be charged with character assassination, defamation, slander, libel? What of those, such as Willie Brown and Kamala Harris, spreading false information that I am a criminal, gang member, lazy, etc., just because, they want to destroy me and destroy opportunities available to me? Should they not face the law? One of the reasons for Black American participation in this horrendous crime, they allege is that, when their own people were thus violated, they were not paid compensation. So instead of joining me in the fight, they oppose me. But, I cannot worry too much about opposition in this case from people who are the ‘iconic exemplars’ of the cries about racial subjugation in United States. I would like the Hon. Minister and all dignitaries who read this long letter to place themselves in my situation, imagine what I face and the impact of this on my family. Let each person who reads this letter make this personal, perhaps, that way each of you would forgive me for the provocative tone of this letter.

As I write, I am the target of the PEPPERING PROGRAM [Some call it the ‘SUFFER or SULPHUR program in San Francisco]. The District Attorney, Kamala Harris, is in charge of this program to ensure that I experience ‘suffering’ to the maximum. Some of the folks even use the ‘Akan’ or ‘Twi’ word ‘soro wisa,’ or ‘wisa’ for ‘black pepper’ to describe the level of hurt and pain I am supposed to endure to show how conversant they are with basic issues in the case. You would be shocked to hear how even whites pronounce some of the ‘Akan/Twi’ words such as ‘DI YA,’ ‘WE SO,’ ‘YARE,’ ‘ASINKANE,’ ‘ASANE,’ “TUMI,’ etc, associated with this persecution are commonplace. This is proof that the perpetrators have Akan cohorts who coach them how to correctly use these words to accompany the actions. Kamala Harris relies heavily on Willie Brown Jr.[African American] former mayor of San Francisco, who, as I hear, is federal officials’ number one man to execute me. He may even take responsibility for those aspects of the case that took place before I arrived in San Francisco. So, he demands that I shut up and suffer! But, he would not say so, if I were Black American. Here is another ‘deception.’ Please, Ghana, Beware! He is said to be the ultimate ‘stand –in’ for the main obstructionists and interferers in this case, Secretary Rice and Microsoft’s Cathy Marshall, etc. The purpose of the obstruction or interference has always been to turn me into gay and make me a failure in life. Since those who did this program cannot demonstrate a source of RIGHTS that empowers them to so act, I believe that they have violated my human rights, as protected by California, U.S. and International Laws. The perpetrators should answer to the appropriate legal jurisdiction in order pay me remedy for my injuries. This, Ghana knows how to use its diplomatic channels to handle. If this appeal fails, however, I would take this case to wherever I should to get justice. Finally, if I appear to have presented myself as a perfect and infallible person, then, I do hereby apologize to all those who would read this letter, because, I am not perfect. As a human being, I have made mistakes. I am not infallible. Still, I believe that I whatever mistakes I made did not merit the cruel, wicked, inhuman and unjust treatment thus far described. I assure all those charged with responsibility in this case, that I would co-operate fully with them to find a lasting solution.

Lastly, this case is fraught with danger and daily threats of violence against my family and me. Given the high degree of vulnerability in which my family, relatives, friends and myself are currently placed, I wish to indicate, unequivocally that any such actualized violence against my family, relatives, friends and me, can only come from people, organizations and governments mentioned in this letter. Notably, the District Attorney of San Francisco and the San Francisco Police Department that have been pursuing me for years and elements of Black Muslims that act as executioners could be of immediate threat, because, they are among those who ‘hunt’ for many of the people mentioned herein as constituting danger to me. I wish that all those who have bones of contention and scores to settle would use the civilized media presented by the judiciary systems in the countries involved as I intend.
