As you brace for the New Year, please, be reminded that a Ghanaian by the name Ohene Boakye-Yiadom has been in your midst suffering with daily abuse and torture, eugenics, biological warfare, persecution, etc., because, African leaders neglected to stand up against Condoleeza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Carole Morsey-Braun, Dianne Feinstein, Cathy Marshall and Microsoft, Willie Brown Jr., Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom, Black Muslims, Black/African Americans, White Rites and Purification Supremacists, the U.S. Congress, etc. for organizing and imposing peonage-enslavement and gay-homosexual programs against this African. Twelve 'Thanksgivings and Christmases' you enjoyed with your families and loved ones in this country, Ohene spent these in the cold in San Francisco, looking over his shoulders for the much talked about assassins, for the 'intimidator,' or other lisenced killers. It was drummed by Senator Barbara Boxer that he was insane, sick, stupid and a high school -drop out, who should end up here. It was drummed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi that he was a homosexual and has found marriage with a British transversite spy, alleged to be one of the underground agents San Francisco has recruited to destroy him with homosexuality, and, trick him to be killed. Ms. MI5 or MI6 is said to be working fruitlessly with African Americans, Black Muslim Executioners and 'authorities' to capture and behead Ohene in San Francisco: Revenge or Sacrifice? San Francisco has not seen enough 'African blood.' San Franciscans chip and chirp with resounding support for the plot to sodomize him, disgrace him and kill him for daring to expose 'our popular leaders' in this crass violation of his human rights. What happened to the great institution of marriage and family, which conservatives of America and most African and other enlightened people cherished in this country? It is the program!!!

Ohene's efforts to get Ghanaian authorities to help him solve this problem are frequently obstructed and interfered with by Senator Boxer, Secretary Rice, District Attorney Kamala Harris and Willie Brown Jr., among others, through misinformation calculated to slander and libel him. This smearing tactic is to ensure that the multifarious entrapment programs instituted by San Francisco against Ohene are given the chance to succeed. The supply of pornorgraphy[including underage pornorgraphy and solicitation] to entrap anybody should be deemed a crime. But, this is one of the principal strategies currently on stage against this African[Allegedly spearheaded by Senator Boxer]. False rumor to defame and character assassinate an innocent person, because, the leaders approved such tactic, is still a crime. But, against Ohene, it is good, because, this is the program, and, he's U.S. enemy!!! I respectfully charge African leaders in Washington D.C. to probe this matter to find out what charges the United States government has against me.

It is true that in this country, some people really believe in the institution of peonage and enslavement. But, I do not, and, the United States Constitution forbids these evil practices. It is true that some people believe in the homosexual behavior. But, I do not. I am a traditional African. Some men may appreciate homosexuality, but, I do not, I am a natural man. People live or behave by their conscience. Therefore to impose some evil way of life on another person with intent to destroy that person's life is vile. In this country, it is unconstitutional. This is supposed to be an enlightened country, leader of the 'free world.' But, Democrat President Bill Clinton allegedly approved this crime against Ohene, and, Republican President George has refused to revoke it. Why did a liberal-minded President sanctioned eugenics-peonage programs against an African student?[ Did not Africans believe that President Clinton was their friend?]. And why has a conservative-minded President failed to order stoppage of the imposition of gay-homosexual programs on this African? Why has President Bush turned his back on the Lord's word and the virtue of family life for Ohene? Legend is that Secretary Rice, Speaker Pelosi and Senator Boxer prevailed in both instances. First, they conspired to frame up Ohene for this cruel punishment as minority and feminist icons, and, second, to advise the Presidents to ignore his pleadings, because, he's a fool, besides being an enemy of America, and, his country, Ghana, does not care. These may just be representative of the multitude of factors at play in this case. Still, Americans believe the 'drummers' stories.' STORIES. Please, African leaders, urge your American counterparts to live the standards they set for others: Freedom, Liberty and Justice [Human Rights a la democracy]. The plotters probably wanted to show mere cruelty and wickedness to this African. In so doing, however, they have revealed a lot, a great deal about this country. For this, they would have themselves to blame.But, in this hour of pain and suffering, I would like to ask African leaders and Africans to stand with me.

As you try to fulfil your vows for the New Year, please, remember this man, whose family in far away Ghana is torn away from him[emotionally and psychologically], because, of this program: peonage-enslavement, eugenics and biological warfare and African American revenge. Please, promise yourself that this New Year, you wil call on all meaningful Americans, the intransigent San Franciscans, the bureaucrats and politicians to ABANDON THE PROGRAM AGAINST THIS GHANAIAN. Dear Congressman Lantos:


1. I am Ohene Boakye-Yiadom. I am a Ghanaian political asylum seeker seized since 1994 by United States, and, currently illegally confined to the Bay Area for what is alleged to be impending ritual killing purposes. I reside in 'District 8,' but, I sought help from your San Mateo office recently as matters worsened. I find it disappointing that you and your office in San Mateo do not care about parental or human rights abuse. Congressman, I have learned first hand that if a child from one household was molested, abused or tortured and he or she went to another household to tell the parents there about this abuse, torture or molestation, you think that it will be none the business of the second household to say a thing about the situation. Or, if a foreign student resident in a Californian district other than yours [district 12] found his or her way to your San Mateo office to report that he or she was abused by the host district, and requested help from yours, you and your office in San Mateo would say that, "we do not care." [NIMBY]. If the student insisted that he or she came to your office because he or she learned that you were a holocaust survivor and the Chairman for United States House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Relations [Affairs], your office indicated that you would say, "I do not care." So are you for parental abuse or against it? Are you really for human rights? Have you told your San Mateo office to cover up for your colleagues who may be involved in this human rights violation?


2. I am reporting what has happened in my encounter with the lady in charge of human rights in your San Mateo office, Ms. Margery, in the last eight months or so. I decided to go to your office for the following reasons: A.. I learned that you are a holocaust survivor, which means you would understand me, because, what I have suffered since 1985 is a type of genocide [eugenics-biological warfare] waged by Canada and USA. B. I learned that Senator Brownback of Kansas and 'yourself' and another Congressman constituted the Human Rights Caucus at the U.S. Congress. This means that you, Congressman Lantos carries 33.3 per cent of the 'load human rights conscience' on your shoulders. C.. I further learned in my research that you are one of the 'few' in Congress with 'Human Rights' as an item on your 'Hot List." Over Seventy five percent of those in Congress feature 'Animal Rights.' D. 'District Eight' failed or flatly refused to offer needed help. So, I never believed that your office could ever have a policy of not caring, where an innocent foreigner is a target of a vicious abuse and hateful program that is aimed at killing him in a nearby District Eight. So should not a United States Congressman care about such an issue?


3. Among the reasons cited for this unparalleled dehumanization is that I am a black Jew. Jew, Congressman! Your liberal leaders, blacks, feminists and supremacist [some from as close to you as San Carlos and Menlo Park, CA] are torturing this African, because, they believe that he may have Jewish ancestry, and, you, a holocaust survivor, you do not care? For the sake of argument, let us say that my Jewish ancestry ['Akan' through 'Sier,' if any of this must be believed] thing is an exaggeration. Where these people still want to torture, molest, deprive and kill a Jew, should a holocaust survivor care? May be it is the 'black factor." But, should the Congressman not care about the killing of 'black African Jews,' as he would about the killing of any type of 'Jews?' I guess then that the fact that this African is alleged to be on all 'Assassination Lists" in San Francisco and the Bay Area would not matter to the Congressman.


4. I understand that you care about human rights when they become an issue in the rest of the world. So, why do you not care about human rights in this country? I have to tell you that I marveled when Margery told me that 'the Congressional Human Rights Caucus' does not deal with human rights concerns in this country? Wow! So, Congressman, why not? It would be hypocritical to assume that you care about human rights abuses in 'the Sudanese Darfur,'[that Nubian Enclave in the Sahara], but, you do not care about the United States Darfur[ Torture and killing of dark skin people by the 'Two Nations,"]. You or any Congress person could take peace making trips to the Middle East[Say Iraq] , and, then, STILL, keep slaves in SOMA or the Mission District in San Francisco, and, that is all right? So you see my consternation. I have been a slave in San Francisco for Eleven Years Now. My property has been stolen. I have been drugged and poisoned, beaten in "District 8." Now I am the number one Candidate for chemical castration and social isolation in San Francisco and United States. My bank accounts and credit cards have been accessed and stolen from by "authorities." My mails are seized at the post offices. I am cut off from my relatives and friends in Ghana. I live like a beast in San Francisco. And all I hear is that, if I do not shut up and take it, then, the SFDP, the CHP, the National Guard or the US Marines would be sent to kill me. Guess what, I sought political asylum to this country!!!! Does that mean anything to anybody?


5. Congressman, I am ashamed to admit that you are not alone in the disowning of the innocent [No reference to the trust issue between Peter and Jesus]. I have written thousands of letters to your colleagues, but, I have been greeted with inaction, indifference and silence. Margery misled me to believe that she would take action, if she found out that I was not INSANE, the destructive missive disseminated by Senator Boxer. Now, Senator Boxer and other liberals and patriots from the Bay Area have framed me as gay, criminal, a fool and failure of whom advantage must be taken. They have even set their eyes on my family in Ghana, to maim, scorch and annihilate. I have been put on the streets, my immigration documents have been seized so that these people could 'delegitimize' and 'delegalize' me. My personal properties have been stolen, because, I am too stupid to deserved them, according to your Bay Area Democrats. I do not deserve to marry, so I cannot date. If I talk to any woman, then, either I or she should be killed. She would be safe if she reports to the 'vigilantees.' Black Americans, 'the Nation of Islam,' 'the Aryan Nation' and elements of the rank and file of SFDP and SFSD are in charge of diss. If I want to have sex, I should have it with men. San Francisco has all types [Natural, plastic and implants. So what do I want?]. In fact, a video featuring one African and me in a homosexual 'strip tease' has been making the rounds in San Francisco for the last six years. Unfortunately, the African who allegedly co-operated in this 'strip tease dissing ' is either in the slumber or feared dead. So, is the killing of Africans and African scholars like myself an official policy, Congressman?


6. Two more observations before I conclude this letter. First, Every United States 'Congressman or woman' is like a 'trial judge' in the state or federal judicial system. Trial judges have what is known as 'general jurisdiction,' with regard to 'subject matter.' Like judges, 'Congressmen' have general jurisdiction over subject matters, such as 'human rights,' no matter where that becomes an issue in the United States. A United States Senator or member of the House of Representatives who tells me that he or she does not represent 'District 8,' so he or she does not care about human rights violation in 'District 8' has no business telling me that he or she cares about human rights violations in 'Darfur' in Sudan, Venezuela, Burma or Cuba, places far away from the United States. In this specific case, I can plausibly argue that neither 'Darfur' nor " Burma ' is in San Mateo [U.S. Federal District 12]. So why does the Congressman care about what goes on in 'Darfur-Sudan,' or 'Burma,' but, not about what goes on in his 'neck of the woods.'[District 8], which is next to District 12? Over the past few weeks, Congressmen and women throughout the country have been on the case of one Mike Vick in a 'dog killing case' that took place in Virginia. Questions: Does every Congressman man or woman who spoke about this matter represent that district in Virginia where this crime took place? Or is it the case that even dogs are superior to me and other Africans? Conscience.


7. Second, as part of the 'official policy' to destroy me, I have been framed as ' a black American, because, it appears to be the policy that Black Americans can be tortured, molested or killed without consequence, because, they are considered 'slaves' the Thirteenth Amendment, notwithstanding. The idea is that as a 'black American,' I would be deemed to have nowhere else to go, and, hence, I should 'accept my situation, shut up, get used to it and suffer.' I wish to state categorically, unequivocally and emphatically that I am 'not one of those' who Americans consider their slaves. I am not African/Black American. And for obvious reasons, I do not intend to become and African American. I am a bona fide citizen of Ghana, who sought political asylum here in 1994, and, ended up tortured, lynched and used for eugenics experiments, etc. This is the first reason why I am going to sue United States and Canada. Sadly, many leading African/ Black Americans are allegedly involved in this persecution, because, they are seeking revenge against me and other Africans for 'our role' in making them 'slaves.' Again, I have to remind you Congressman and your colleagues to advise African/Black Americans to take 'their case against Africans' to the United Nations, The Hague, or any such civilized forum, because, abducting and killing solitary Africans [some of who asylum seekers] in this country as revenge for 'crimes they really did not commit' is a cowardly and an uncivilized act. Consequently, those who give resource and cover to the commission of such barbaric and cowardly acts in this country are cohorts in the commission of such crimes, and, international human rights conventions and laws must be used to judge them. Please, stop this genocide against other Africans and me in San Francisco!!!. Stop it in the Bay Area and California. Condemn it no matter where it occurs in this country. The notion that the Jews had nowhere to go was a big impetus for the Nazis. Remember the shipload of Jews who were denied landing here in the United States only to return to Europe to meet their fate? It is all over again. So, think of it, Black Americans who have nowhere to go! I am Ghanaian illegally seized through CIA led destabilization program, because, if left alone, I would succeed. Those who plotted this crime disregarded my human rights and the impact of such a crime on my family in Ghana. Right now in San Francisco, it has been decreed that I become homosexual, otherwise, I or my family would be killed. But, I am prepared for 'self—defense.' This will definitely lead to the outing of your leaders in this crime as it will lead to the filing of several human rights complaints against the perpetrators.


8. Congressman, all this is said to be 'official policy.' Unfortunately, the Nazis said the same thing about the holocaust. So, where do we go from here? I know I want to take this matter all the way to the United Nations, the Hague, or wherever that I would get justice. I have been framed, attacked and prevented from my life's objectives, because, Americans leaders believe that I do not deserve my own God-given potential [due to my origins]. The impact of the crime on my family and me has been incalculable. I will show this in a report soon to be submitted to the governments involved and the United Nations. I informed Ms. Margery of how the federal courts cheated me in a Title VII employment discrimination case and how the State courts have done a similar job in a civil rights' complaint I brought against California and the City and County of San Francisco. I have given Margery a lot of information, which I believe would be useful to you and the Human Rights Caucus, or, for that matter to those who would want to act on the matter. I have not given up. I cannot. I intend to contact your colleague Senator Brownback of Kansas for help. Hopefully, he would not give in to blackmail from Senator Boxer, Willie Brown, African Americans leaders and gangs, San Francisco politicians or, other destroyers set on my head by the United States government. Senator Boxer along with Condoleeza Rice, Speaker Pelosi and former Senator Carole Morsey Braun are said to have been set on my head since the mid 1980s as part of a United States-Canadian governments Intelligence destabilization program against certain African students and scholars. What is going on in San Francisco, is therefore, not new. The role of San Franciscans spearheaded by its former and current Mayors, African Americans, the District Attorney and law enforcement in this biological warfare against me [and perhaps other Africans] continues to be astonishing. Finally, I wish to inform you that I will widely circulate this letter, just so American citizens, citizens of my country [Ghana] and citizens from other countries would know about this genocide and how United States leaders persist in covering it up. There appears to be some 'hands off" approach from U.S. government and the white establishment to this case so that so-called minorities led by African Americans and Senator Boxer would be seen as those who have a bone of contention with me, and, that the power elite [establishment] is impotent in the face of this "minority" onslaught. But, at the end of the day, one Nation along with Canada would be cited for blame and condemnation for this crime. That nation is the United States. Not liberals or Conservatives. Not Democrats or Republicans. Not gays or heterosexuals. Not Whites or blacks. But, the United States of America. This is country that has authority and the obligation to stop this crime against me and other Africans, but, has refused to do so. The rest of the world will take note of this critical unfolding
