It is also the case of generalized systemic torture, sexual harassment and an imprudent frame up job whose invidious discriminatory animus underpinnings are constitutionally and humanly wrong enough to justify an international probe. 1.The social tool next to homosexual innuendo for Americans against me is prostitution frame ups and unsolicited solicitations. There are two main reasons why American framers believe that publicly soliciting sex from me would help America deliver the knockout blow against me. First, prostitution is said to be advertised in honor of the “Queen Bee” Phuba Pelosi and her able assistants such as Senator Boxer. So, liking prostitutes would mean that I would like the Queen Bee, who not co-incidentally is among the peonage architects of the crime. In other words, Pelosi and the other leading women with her see this crime an investment strategy. Could you think of anything this tortuous, anything this wrong? So why are the US Congress, businesses, lawyers and doctors protecting her?
Secondly, through prostitution, Americans sought to embarrass me, particularly, with male prostitutes and as well infect me, with HIV virus, if I became stupid enough. This was meant to be a killer strategy in which the US government instigated the whole public to participate. In San Francisco, men [whether gay or not], intentionally, would position themselves next to me not simply to entrench the frame up ['We are helping It'] against me, but also, for the photo-opportunity and the reward thereof. I learned a long time ago that the City and County of San Francisco offered ten thousand dollars to those who would be able to collaterally harm me with these officially approved violations. Sodom and Gomorrah did not exhibit this much in your face harassment and insults.
2.Of course, why would I forget feminist reprisals? As I learned, the National Organization for Women [ NOW] had been granted permission by the US Congress to actually harass and molest me and undermine my life in every which way for refusing to have a sexual relationship with a Marxist professor from my graduate school in Canada. In United States, feminist from Congress led by Barbara Boxer and Nancy Pelosi stood in for the said professor, who allegedly was 'hurt' for being spurned by an African student of all, and had sworn to destroy this African. The US government allegedly presented Condoleezza Rice as the “spurned professor” in order to get the general public instigated and incited to harass, torture and molest me, with the goal of avenging my alleged spurn. “You disrespected our auntie,” the ignorant bastards poked fingers and spit in my face. I have already discussed this in detail in other publications, but, due to the nature of damage I have suffered as a result of these dastardly gross attacks, I find necessary always to highlight the significance of this specific aspect of sexual harassment in this case for a couple of reasons.
3.First, it is one area of the case that appears to have featured prominently in the conspiracy. Second, it marks the unprecedented instance where one country has attacked an international student because of an issue that happened between a professor and the student in a university environment in another country. While reckoning with the fact that US motivation was and remains purely hatred-- racial and ethnic intolerance-- and not concern for gender relations [First, in terms of gender relations, the professor was in a more powerful position than I and has demonstrated this by destroying my career. Second, if the professor were African woman, US government would not have interfered], the fact that US politicians and intelligence outfits would overlook all possible international relations implications of such an attack, and indeed, act with such impunity, poses the question of the maturity of US international relations strategy. I am aware of the possible angst of some American leaders when I thus comments. But, they would have to direct such anger towards those political and intelligence leaders who okayed this barbaric and hateful attack against a foreign student who meant no harm or injury to Americans or their interests. Again, this is another issue on which I intend soon to question US right to act against me. Third, this arduously discriminatory attack on a black man, no matter the role of African Americans, tells of US disrespect for black men and black people in general in this world. The impression perceptive Africans would get is that, United States believe that it has the right to attack Africans anywhere in this world and get away with it, because, such attacks would be supported by Black Americans, or would be seen as an appeasement for them.
4. The disrespect just noted in this case finds expression in what appears to be a decision by United States that as a subhuman, I am not allowed to use my sexual organ, because, white men disapprove of the size of my organs. Those who find the description here shocking and objectionable, must first think of how I feel about behavior and attacks justifying such obnoxious beliefs. Should I have to endure such disruption of my life because I am African and black? Even where I am the one grossly violated, I am still the one who should explain why Americans decided to behave in such uncivilized and uncultured ways. To seek to destroy a man just because you envy the size of any part of his body is uncivilized and uncultured. Above all, it is a violation of the Geneva Conventions.
5. When United States sent CIA agents to stalk me in Canada, when they wired my bed and roof they allege that they learned that I “did not know how to sleep with a woman”. United States therefore took it upon itself a duty to give me “lessons” on how to sleep with women. These lessons were to be given by first Asians sent by Senator Boxer and homosexuals sent by the system, Nancy Pelosi, and African Americans led by Condoleezza Rice. This was one reason why the public was ordered to harass me until I submitted myself to those who were to give me these lessons. These same people were also supposed to me enslavement lessons. I will discuss this in the publications on enslavement.
As far as the homosexual harassment goes, the new explanation is that America is testing me. I a foreign student who was in Canada studying, and for twenty five years have had to be tested by Americans, not simply to know whether I know how to feel a woman, but also, to see whether or not I am homosexual. This is why I should be harassed, tortured, beaten, framed, drugged, castrated and even be prevented from pursuing my career objectives? If you tell a stupid story in America and you are American, you must not sound or feel stupid, because, such stories are part of being American. Does the notion that 'he's being tested,' correspond with 'experiments' in your mind, and social engineering for that matter? What of the crimes to which these activities amount? Ha! ha! ha! ha! Ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!!!!!!!!!!! Now, you must support my call for a high level investigation into this matter.
6. Do you remember all those agents who I was allegedly in the country to kill? Americans changed from the 'murder' tune to the "Wait, wait, wait" tune. Now, 'you were supposed to wait for me,' because, being American and for that matter more useful than I am, whoever Americans have in mind to eventually to possess me, have to finish whatever they want to achieve in life so that they would turn around, change, mature, reform and then marry me. This 'wait, wait, wait' call is a demand, because, I am expected to be limited in my endeavors lest I would advance.
7. To force this "wait" demand, Americans have to drug me to insulate me of sexual feeling and activity until the iniquitous agents are ready. If I make attempts to date, I should be harassed, abused, tortured, beaten or even killed. Even doctors and nurses in San Francisco have followed this plan to the letter, in the process utterly devastating me. I believe that whoever that has or have been held up as those I have been held down to wait for are front and center of this conspiracy, whether they are homosexual or heterosexual. The fact is I know none of these violators, I have nothing to do with any of them and I would have nothing except filing charges against any of them. I am calling on the American tortuous authorities to admit their crimes and let this case take its course.
8. I have recently reported San Francisco General Hospital and the UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco for their role in these conspiracies. I am sure that among the issues the California Department of Public Health and USDOJ would find investigatory are issues of sexual harassment that I have discussed in detail in that report. Often, I hear that these attacks against me are due to mis-perceptions by politicians and the public, and profiling by the police and intelligence organizations. But, as far as I am concerned, perception or misperception has nothing to do with crime. Similarly, to say this is due to 'profiling' is to look for an easier way out. The fact is that this is a conspiracy, intentionally plotted to destroy me and my family. This is a conspiracy which partly originated from the fact that I was an outstanding student who Americans [white men] sought to pull down to prove that they have the power to destroy uppity black men. This is a conspiracy to appease African Americans, the newly emancipated, who believe that they are ashamed of their history,and therefore, should destroy Africans in revenge. This is a conspiracy of white supremacists who believe that dark people like me have no business dating white women, and hence, they would make us look like the pests and rodents they believe we are. This has nothing to do with profiling or perception. Nancy Pelosi and her cohorts actually believe that they can destroy me and homosexual immersion or frame up and entrapment with prostitution are some of the potent strategies at their disposal. In San Francisco, they have succeeded in trapping and killing many Africans with prostitution, internet dating and other forms of elementary inducements. I personally knew some of these people who have been sucked up into the ether of San Francisco. This is a crime for which United States must receive not merely condemnation, but indeed, international punishment.
As you read this publications, citizens and immigrants [including illegal immigrants] have been incited by US intelligence and politicians to intensify these attacks against me this thanksgiving. Where sexual innuendo remains part of the strategy to distort my life, even if I speak with my family in Ghana [my brothers and nephews], US intelligence and the Microsoft outfit stalking me report to Americans that I am calling my boy friends. Usually after such calls, Nancy Pelosi's men would send their own young boys to come around to solicit me for sex. This is an example of the nature of unwise and imprudent harassment to which I have and continue to be subjected. Even if I talk to women, the next moment I should find men, particularly, white men, feeling themselves around me. US Intelligence, white supremacists and Nancy Pelosi sent them to come get sex from me. The reason: That woman to whom I just spoke was "in it" or was 'in no," etc., where "it" or "no" would be the “homosexual-general” prepared by United States to kill me and steal whatever belongs to me. Thus, until I become "it" or "no," these attacks would not stop. In this sense, homosexual immersion activities and prostitution have become the hallmarks of the strategy of this failed policy. Moreover, it makes my enemies, particularly, white men among them, to feel more powerful and victorious. Then, of course, my colleagues who were supposed to profit from all this by succeeding as American ensures my failure are thrilled. California, the Bay Area and San Francisco now hold the front line for United States and Canada in this hateful attack.
Since April 1996, San Francisco and Bay Area have been the host of this gross and egregious violation. They even imposed their own version of the program known as CALFEE, managed from San Francisco with California's brand of exclusionary cruelty and wickedness. The import still is QUID PRO QUO; if I do not become homosexual and if I do not agree to become a failure, then, I would continue to suffer, to be harassed until I drop dead. This is one of main reasons why I have been held in San Francisco. Under what circumstances are such violations permissible in this world? What are the likely implications for US respect for Africans, and Americans' respect for black men in the context of this dehumanization? The personal security and safety of certain races and ethnicities are definitely placed in doubt where people like Bill Gates or nations like US place their surplus value at stake in such destructive social and biological engineering activities. African American's secret war against Africans may have offered American supremacist the alibi to wipe as many dark colored Africans as they can lay hands on in United States, and African leaders heard none of it. They are busily amassing. The worrying part of all this is the question of the African leadership preparedness to defend Africans against such international viciousness. If my case offers an clues at all, then such clues offer no hope that Africans could rely on their leaders to fight this neo-imperialist leviathan.
