US FORCES SUSPECTED IN LYNCHING OF GHANAIAN IN UNITED STATES?

Some people believe that the United States is a war-mongering nation. And the warrior nation label fits this nation whether the commander-in-chief is a hawk or dove. Of course, whenever such belligerency is suspected of this nation, usually, the posture and conduct would be towards another nation, big and not so big, far and or not so far from the US. On  occasions, terrorist organizations and suspected members of such organizations have been at the receiving end of this nation's arsernal and armory. All of these adventures, whether close to US or far away in another part of the world, have been undertaken to "protect US national interests."  Militarism is a major instrument for this purpose.

But, since when did United States deploy its massive military might against an individual; a non-Muslim African, an international student who used to study in Canada, and, who came to the US solely for academic purposes? And what US national interests would be served, if it is true as alleged by Americans in San Francisco, that the United States has deployed its military might in an underground operation against this solitary African, whose vocation is  academic adventurism, and, whose primary object of inquiry, is Africa? Does it sound like monkey business to your ears?

Since I am the target of this military excess by US, perhaps, the only Ghanaian to be so targeted[?], it would be worth the while for me to stand out of the shadows and personalize this piece, and, if they are forthcoming with an explanation, let the Pentagon answer. Otherwise, let Mr. Holder, the US attorney general,  investigate the allegation of the potential War Crimes charges, that US military is being used in underground operations against me in San Francisco [here] in United States.

And let it be known to the racists behind these treachery that I am not from Saudi Arabia, or Yemen, or Egypt. I am not even from Iraq or Afghanistan. I am from Ghana, Africa! I am not a Muslim. I am a baptized and confirmed Catholic, and, no hatred or misinformation would change this fact.

What is suspected, if proven, would be an unforgivable military iniquity, albeit, offense; nevertheless, a War Crime in the meaning and in violation of the Geneva Conventions. This is why many people would be shell-shocked to learn of such amateurish foreign policy crime by a leading world power that should rather be setting examples in how nations treat citizens of other countries.

Perhaps, too many people have over-graded this mighty nation when it comes to human rights, racial and ethnic relations, and, in particular, in how much respect its leaders accord people of African ancestry. Yes, African ancestry has a lot to do with this case, and, not even the election of Barack Obama as President, has smoothed off the pockets of intolerance for Africans on the American continent, in general, but, in particular, for me. It is the program, STUPID.

 I remain a prime target of American racial and ethnic hatred, acute and institutionalized discrimination,  officially-directed bullying and financed acts of intimidation. I have always known of the involvement of elements of US intelligence agencies and the bad nuts in the San Francisco police department in these acts hostility, search and seizure and clinical attacks against me. The military's alleged involvement in these acts of hatred, however, takes the whole thing to another level.

 Didn't you think that the US military wanted to win wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, [and places like that]. or against terrorist organizations? So, when did the US, the mother of liberty and freedom, turn to use its military against an individual foreign student, and, for what practical reason? The so-called operation is said to have followed me to hospitals and clinics in San Francisco to enforce an alleged 'slavery investment program' cooked by US leaders against me as part of activities meant to display and illustrate US  might and white superiority. This began before the saga of Cliven Bundy and Sterling and how they think of black people.

Unfortunately, in this target's experience, even Black Americans [African Americans, where the insignia fits], particularly, those with revenge agendas against Africans, support what could be termed ethnic cleansing and war of intolerance against Africans. I am well aware that scores of Africans immigrants have been trapped and killed in San Francisco, and, a sense of quiet jubilation and applause seem to greet the news of every abduction, disappearance or kidnapping.

 I have survived some of these criminal pranks and other esoteric means meant to eliminate me in United States. In recent days, for instance, I have battled attempts of food poisoning via cafeterias, restaurants, and, even through acquaintances. So, the allegation of the US military's involvement in these callous attempts to kill me in San Francisco is plausible. Of course, the question remains, whether such is an official US policy, or, whether such military personnel have been recruited by US POLITICIAN- CONTRACTORS who I have learned of  for long to be  hunting for me, because, an identifiable section of the American elite, intolerant of my opportunity to succeed, placed a bounty on my life, amidst accusations, framed up charges and mischaracterizations.

The politician-contractors also seek means to raise funds for their campaigns. Mischief met greed and the result has been mayhem, treachery and malicious prosecution of vulnerable people, mostly, immigrants of my caliber. The question is, where is US law enforcement in all this when the US military is being used for acts of domestic violence and terrorism?

No matter which group has the US military on my back [politicians, lawyers, doctors, corporations, etc.?], however, it is without doubt that WAR CRIMES of gargantuan proportions have been committed against me, and, I will continue to publish on this matter until the evil criminals are finally exposed and punished for this hate crime.

US Targeting Ghanaian With Gay Immersion Has Midas Syndrome-2

In PART 1 of this publication titled, US Targeting of Ghanaian With Gay Immersion Has Midas Syndrome-1 and published at www.ohenespointe.com,  I explained how Canadians and Americans created a hate crime they named PROGRAM, and,  imposed this on me to ensure my ruination. The program has run for decades and devastated me, albeit, utterly destroyed me. Still, nobody has been apprehended for such reckless violations; the crime continues and so does the excitement Americans get from it. The program has several components, among which are the gay immersion and sex change re-runs now centered in San Francisco and managed by US intelligence agencies. Of course, where else would a gay touch mud-sling take a stronger hold?

The crime's strategy is to frame every one of my activities as homosexual, because, the American architects and experts of the gay immersion social engineering program believed that merely repeating and throwing the gay frame epithets and slogans at me would,  eventually,  make me homosexual, even if drugs and social manipulations fail to achieve the desired results. Why should I blame American experts who make their living making up facts to get the budget they need from political and cultural leaders who sponsor such hate activities? The US leadership apparently supports this hate crime, because, the principal conspirators are American citizens and surrogates for the leadership. [I remind the readership that in this case, leadership, does always mean what you think it must].

 In particular, in San Francisco, where the general public has demonstrated absolute gullibility and vulnerability to lies fed to them by the power structure,  where anti-immigrant vibes are silent, but, virulently dispersed through ethnic groups, and, where support for this hate crime is overwhelming, the public hears every word I utter, and every move I make as program-directed, and hence,  gay immersed. In Midas terminology, I have the Gay Touch or Gay Curse.

In other parts of the world, people ordinarily take baths and showers. In San Francisco, only gays do!  In this city, all I have to do is to talk to a male individual and the alarms bells would ring! Even if my brothers, nephews and friends call me from Ghana, Americans are told that the program is working, because, "He is socializing with men." Of course, these are examples on the lighter side of things that you cannot take for granted in San Francisco. In this victimizing program, the leadership creates language and meaning relying on what I consider to be straw man technique and rationality, the driving force for social interaction, deception, branding and control in this program of violations.

Thus, fallacy and misrepresentation adopted by the conspirators illustrates the impunity and fraud with which defamation associated with the program has been implemented against me. US legal authorities surprisingly look the other way; or they hide behind codes, the public and innuendo to spearhead this crime. In a sense, the city and the program have their own identity, and, this identity has compromised morality to the extent that even a crime such as Americans attacking and destroying an international student, because, he has the potential to succeed, is heralded as heroic, patriotic and civilized. Victim blaming litanies, such as, "Why did you come here?" "Didn't Ehai say do not come here?"  have blinded the general public to the reality of this egregious violation and dastard dehumanization. What happened to the constitutional society and international standards?

 Whether it is death, crime,  sex or sin city, San Francisco has shaken my trust in the American system. I have been flummoxed by the resounding support for this hate crime and reckless violation of my human rights in San Francisco. Even immigrant groups have embraced this band-aid for a homosexual beneficiary, and, they support a program based on hatred for my origins, and,  disdain for my beliefs in traditional morality. The homosexual or bisexual beneficiary of these crimes is a hero among Asian and Latino groups in San Francisco to the extent that they see me as a nuisance and an enemy, just as the programmers want it. I am  aghast that these people cannot see through  the official deceptions and cover ups of the crime and crime architects [including the white homosexual] who go by popular code-names, which include  YOUR, YU, EYE, GUISE, HERE, THIS, etc.

Perhaps, Americans, simply out of hatred, enjoy seeing an African immigrant destroyed in true form [this is neither video nor movie], and then, feel proud about it,  as if it took place in an arcade game. What of these immigrant groups? If I have found one truism in this, then, it is that many Americans embrace the homosexual component of the conspiracy,  because, the American political culture (itself) has amazingly succumbed to this questionable moral phenomenon. Immigrants usually simply follow citizens to advance hatred just so they could get a piece of the pie. This seems to have created a morality crisis in individuals, groups and communities in United States. Moreover, the crisis appears to have swept over individual sovereignty and the constitutional right of an individual not to be bothered with 'something,' even if ninety-nine point nine percent of the people embrace 'that something'.[Ref. John S. Mill in On Liberty].

Currently in United States, even those who do not believe that sodomy is a natural right may have accepted the rationale of eugenics adherents who view homosexuality as a natural population control strategy against disliked immigrants of my ilk [And I do not enjoy beating myself down]. Elimination is what eugenics is about. Just fancy this: Thus far, I have not found a lawyer or human rights organization in United States to assist me with this human rights crime, partly, because, lawyers and human rights outfits in US have now accepted the homosexual rationale, namely, it is a civil right. They also play the quid pro quo game on me, because, they have to support their own. The suggestion is this: If you want us to take your case, then, you have to embrace homosexuality [Cover up this!]. Of course, the demand of the programmers is that I MUST become homosexual or become nothing. As I understand it, these activities are financed  by tyrants and oligarchs like Bill Gates. What still bamboozles me

Still, many people who support the program against me are misled by gender or ethnic advocates who have sworn  to ruin me to cover up their own trade, contract assassinations, and, avoid accounting for the program. Unfortunately, well-meaning feminists have been confused to believe that they are waging war against a woman hater and one who picks on old ladies [That would be I], where they have been misled by politicians and political operatives who actively function as killers for money, and, who may be working for corporations and NGOs who pay them to eliminate so-called radicals and 'enemies of capitalism.'

If  feminists and NOW placed the gender issue upfront, and, all parties were openly allowed to present their versions of the facts, I am sure that majority of women would not support the cause on the feminist agenda against me. I will address the issue of the female professor who ignited the venom of North American feminists and homosexuals against me later. Suffice it, nevertheless, race, ethnicity, intolerance and ignorance have been fed into the matter, because, this is how these assassins and questionable experts operate. In San Francisco the source of hostility towards me from professionals is said to be one of the powerful politicians in the conspiracy. Lawyers, doctors, professors and others have sold their souls to this cruel individual in support of a hoax, a scam, an extortion, and a reckless act of dehumanization. This is not simply a moral issue; it is, indeed, a serious criminal conspiracy, so, US authorities must apprehend it as such.

Confusion in the political and cultural morality with regard to sodomy hardly implies that the gay issue is a done deal or settled in United States. Thus far, only about ten US states have laws legalizing gay relations. In in liberal California, the people rejected the proposal in a referendum. That case is now with the US Supreme Court.  The problem I have with  these lawyers, human rights organizations,  and of course, politicians promoting the program is why do Americans have the right to impose homosexuality on me, if even among Americans the issue is not resolved? Why have Americans made homosexuality quid pro quo for my existence, if,  in fact, individual rights are the foundation for homosexual agitation; where, life, liberty and pursuit of happiness still remain  building blocks of the US Constitution? Why should Americans associate everything I do with homosexuality, when I find such linkage offensive, injurious, defamatory, and, indeed, a violation of my human rights?

So,  I likened my persecution to the Midas dilemma. If Midas had the golden touch syndrome, then, in this case, I have the gay touch syndrome. Where Midas had the curse of gold, I have the gay curse. But, unlike Midas, I did not ask for it. It was thrown at me as an act of revenge and punishment with intent to embarrass and humiliate me for several reasons. I did not ask for a homosexual date let alone the one foreigners have imposed on my head in United States. This is why I need an explanation from the US government as to why it has the right to invade me with demonic powers and impose a ruination program on me. Why has US fixed me with the gay curse?

Although it is impossible for me to adequately compare my case to that of King Midas, because of the many versions of the former, and, because, the latter is not a myth, I hope that this analogy would help inform the rest of the world [or whosoever reads this piece] of the curse known as homosexuality in United States to which I am now enslaved for aspiring to succeed in North America, for attempting to actualize my potential, for pursing economic independence, for celebrating choice making and upholding liberty in pursuit of a life of happiness. America has punished me for succeeding and for asserting my individuality, and, threatens me with more violence, if I contemplate further academic pursuits, or, dating women. Of course, I have already suffered a tragic consequence of the program, namely, end stage kidney failure! What do you call this: Hatred or punishment?

I was an eager international student, ever grateful for the opportunities given me via scholarships to improve my lot and that of my relatives in Ghana. The enemy turned the scholarships into debentures, because, "the money was taxpayers' money." But, this was not wholly true, because, my initial scholarship was neither governmental nor institutional. It came from a privately created fund to which willing individuals voluntarily contributed. It had nothing to do with United States Aid [USAID] or scholarships given by the Gates, Rockefeller of Ford Foundations. So, how come American attacked me for something awarded me in or by Canadian private sponsors?

But envy, jealousy and hatred nurtured and transported by those supremacy-minded Americans hunted me down for the kill, because, "He does not deserve the opportunity. What of those born here?"  The interference and ruination of my dream by Americana is named program, as if to say that makes it legal and constitutional. It continues now, because, those who created the hate program are American leaders and experts, who as you know, must not fail. They must prove their theories of the black man's inferiority, because, this is about the fate of the race.This is why racists are bragging about that they have captured me, or, I have surrendered.

Is it surprising that in San Francisco a cabal of experts and professionals are said to be behind any mayhem or mistreatment meted to me? To be specific, at SFGH and UCSF Medical Center, professors are profusely mentioned anytime people set eyes on me in these locations, as if to remind me that the source of this Midas calamity was the elites of this society, and, not the bombs of the streets or witches of my family in Ghana. This is why I will use the rest of the publication to explain some of the professor-professional connection to the case while sublimely posing the question, whither professional codes of conduct? It is unsavory. So, reader, please, be advised.

I am now aware that even students I taught in Ghana and Nigeria in the 1970s and 80s read my sites. Some of them have joined me at facebook [nanaboakyeyiadom@facbook.com].  What a great reward for a teacher! They would like to know what happened to their teacher in North America. This is one reason why I split the bean wide and deep, even though some of the detail herein recounted is unsavory. Another reason is that American leaders--politicians and intelligence-- and Black Americans are strenuously feeding Ghanaian leaders with misinformation about the program to the extent of mudslinging me as a CRIMINAL in Ghana. In the minds of my friends in Ghana, I am a criminal under investigation in United States. Meanwhile, the program continues. As you know, I must become homosexual or become nothing. Of course, with these exposures, I do not have to stretch your imagination that I face multiple death sentences from secret courts in United States. This is why the savory and the unsavory must be spelled.

Imagine you are an African student[a visa student] confronted with the decision to reject romantic advances from a professor on your advisory committee[for reasons you best know], who, needless to say, threatens to wreck your studies, academic goals and life,  if you do not concede. She is not punished for professional infidelity and misconduct for breaching her fiduciary duty, let alone for the threats of violence and mayhem . Instead, the university hires a lawyer, albeit, a Queen's Counsel [QC] to come after you. He sets a continental attorney hostility in motion. Then, he reaches out to hospitals to seek help to destroy you , and, then,  writes to tell you to attend hospitals, because, you are sick. The opposing attorney now wants to be your adviser. Doctors and hospitals have always been part of the program. We have the professional conspiracy in place to reinforce a pre-existing eugenics program. It is clinical warfare galore in every sphere of the practice.

 Her gender and colleagues already in a fraternal collision named NOW begin reprisals and attacks against you on the continent with help and support from the US government, leftist [radical, sometimes, progressive] organizations and a myriad of demonic drone attacks to which you hardly have defenses. They rein in the homosexual frame to defame you to cover up the shortcomings of their colleague. The demonic magic common in the race  is resourced out to the public to use against you as if you are now game. Other races and tribes are instigated to use their own resources--spiritual and secular--against you. Your own government stands aloof far away in Africa believing that, indeed, you are a criminal, because, US officials say so. For them, making you an international fugitive would be safer than simply requesting US to stop and investigate this case. Subjected to continuous demonic torture, you end up in San Francisco, homeless, shackled, hospitalized, traumatized,  harassed, framed, discriminated against, abandoned and yet threatened with elimination. For some reason, the American public heartily supports this degrading gaming.

Why did they do it? Why did feminist, professors, lawyers, doctors or professionals attack this African student, when he was the one who was solicited by a supervisor? The simplest answer, thus far, given is that, otherwise, the student [I] would destroy the professor's career. The truth remains that it was the professor herself and her colleagues [and surrogates from United States] who spread the details of this matter beyond  the primary characters in the case. Even when the professor made life most difficult for the student when he was writing his Research Paper, he never concluded that she was in revenge against him for not responding positively to her advances.The student was already a target of US intelligence, African Americans, NGOS and multinationals and contract assassins.

Many feminists well know that the issue of sexuality in the work place is about power relations, where the fear is that one party [the more powerful] may aptly victimize the other party [the less powerful], if the former is rejected. The primary reason why romantic relations are outlawed between bosses and subordinates is that some people are simply emotionally immature, and so, they cannot maturely handle rejection. When such superiors are rejected by underlings, the former usually would victimize the latter. Not only did I study this phenomenon in teachers' college, but, also, I witnessed this happen in several instances as a teacher. This was what happened. Thus, feminist contention that I would have destroyed the professor's career holds no water [it smacks Aunt Sally], because, as an independent African student [ I was not government or institution sponsored], I was in a vulnerable position vis-a-vis a radical feminist professor from North America, and, hence, I would have been the last one to contemplate exploiting that issue to destroy the professor.

Indeed, in this case, I was in the less powerful position, and, I was the last person to divulge the open secret. So what gave cause to the fear that I would destroy the professor's career, and so, professors, lawyers and doctors the world over should be organized against me? Does this illustrate racial intolerance or professional arrogance? Does this not fit the analogy of bringing a gun to kill a fly? So should one woman's sexual indiscipline end up in ruining all my life? Why? The point is that there was more to it than the eye could see, as I would illustrate in future publications. Now this candid observation:

Let us suppose it that the facts of this case were reversed, and, I was the professor [African] who proposed to a Canadian girl [white] who was under my supervision, and, she declined. Let us then suppose that I declared that, 'I would not take "No," for an answer,' and then, I resolved that the Canadian lady would not advance her career until she surrendered to me. Then, I declared social and demonic warfare against her. Would my professional colleagues and males in North American join me in fraternity to hunt this lady down in the assumption that, otherwise, she would destroy my career ? Do you see Aunt Sally?

Would the university hire a lawyer to hire assassins to go after the lady so that I could have and protect my career? Would the lady be declared a wet blanket and lesbian on the continent for refusing to date one man from Africa? I believe that the whole continent would help me with demonic attacks, torture and harassment to discredit, defame and dehumanize that lady. Do you not think so?

Feminists enjoined the gay immersion program and persecution as reprisal and punishment in support of that professor who must not take a "no" for an answer. So NOW [also [WON as coded in this crime] must join the conspiracy in full scale and instigate obstructions, misinformation, violence and death threats against me. Still, underneath that was the agenda for the pre-existing program, a component of which was and remains gay immersion and sex change to which I must be accursed.

If I would not date that woman, then, it means I hate women, in particular, old women. So all women should reject me and hate me, particularly, old women. Moreover, I should be forced to embrace homosexuality and become gay, because, I hate women. The hypocrisy of NOW exposed is that any man in the professors's position would have been charged with sexual harassment. I cannot even imagine what would happen to an African male professor doing same to a white lady student in North America and still being alive. Still, zealots of this conspiracy have ordered violence against me in San Francisco with intent to bully and intimidate me to submit to the voyeurism and other deviant lifestyles the case embodies without the slightest regard for my human rights.

Voyeurism entered this program when a Theology Professor from my undergraduate university, where the program began,  masked his identity and appeared as a doctor at the University of Waterloo Infirmary [Canada] to conduct a physical examination on me in the fall of 1985. Since then, the conspirators have followed me to my bedrooms and bathrooms to catch a glimpse, not merely of my body, but also, of any sexual encounters in which they suspect that I may be involved. In San Francisco, authorities and politicians have never lost the opportunity to take pictures of me or even make videos of me, whenever they believed that I was naked. They would then publicize their catch to the public. Where the intent is to embarrass me, the conspirators have revealed themselves to be people who hate.

I know this, because,  the public would then talk back to me about it, scorn and make fun of me in provocative ways about the lies just sold to them by their own authorities. In San Francisco, authorities have to ensure that I never get to date a woman, because, I am prohibited; banned from relations with women as required by eugenics and the punishment prescription. "He must use the men." This ban is the program, the competition and the punishment. But, all told, is this legal and constitutional?

I have stood my ground, and, I would forever stand my ground against this 'tyranny of the majority' [Ref. Alexis d'Tocqueville in Democracy in America]. Needless to say, the misbehavior of that professor led to some of the gay framing against me, in particular. where white males and professors are concerned. I am sure that some of the frantic efforts  in San Francisco to cover this up is to protect these professors from punishment they deserve. But, who represents these professors in United States, and, specifically, San Francisco? It appears to me that there is more of racialism than professionalism to such representation, in particular, if such representatives are politicians. So why have US politicians taken up a fight with me in a case that happened between professors and me on university campuses in Canada, and, thereby, destroyed all of my life? Ironically, these would be classic cases of professorial abuse had the victim been a white man! This one has legal merit.

Recently in San Francisco, men, the police and gangs seem to have surged to the front of opposition lines in defense of America, and, to cover up the scandal known as program. This has intensified the acts of torture, harassment and gay framing against me, with wild stories of sexual encounters involving me circulating like wild fire in the West African grasslands during the harmattan season. These days, all I have to do to be gay in the minds of Americans is to talk to a man, especially, a white man. It does not matter whether the man is a nurse, doctor,  storekeeper, bus driver, a street dweller, sane, insane, etc.The conspirators need images in the camera to help them continue with the misrepresentation. Without such fallacy, America loses.

All what matters is some level of interaction with another man and I would be suddenly under demonic torture and harassment that usually targets my genitals as ordered by the program. The white man's fascination with the size and strength of my genitals goes back to the fall of 1985, as illustrated by the disguised physician examination by that Theology Professor. Ever since that time, the enemy has fueled his imagination to contort uncanny and wild stories about me, and,  as well,  fired up his envy and anger to think of me with a woman! Women who take this chance with me, particularly, young women, would risk visits from authorities or Black American gangs. They may also face isolation and other unknown punishment. This makes this case not simply racial, but, indeed, also, personal hatred.

Meanwhile, the public should scorn and tease me with how I have been starved with sex. They should remind me that if I make any attempt to date a woman I would either find myself on the cliff hanger,  or my neck in an encounter with the chain saw. It could also be bullets in my forehead, as the youngsters would always gesture when they meet me in the streets. In fact most of them believe that the only way I have getting out of San Francisco alive would be via a homosexual and homosexuality. So now it appears as if the experts, programmers and engineers need my help in order to prove their theory against me. Otherwise, then, I face wilder stories, intensified demonic and societal torture and multiple death sentences. This was what King Midas never faced.

This was one of my blogs from which I have been publicizing and informing the rest of the world about the human rights violations committed against me in North America, including ongoing efforts to kill me on that continent for exposing this crime against humanity.

Dreamhost resorted to the clandestine step to close down my website in February, 2012, alleging non-payment of hosting charges. The fact is that the allegation of charges owed was false, because, I had a paid-up deal for hosting till November 2012. This deal began in February, 2010 as part of promotion deals to commemorate the Martin Luther King holiday.

Apparently, Dreamhost do not believe in dark-skinned people from Africa achieving their dreams just as the Americans who imposed this eugenics-biological warfare PROGRAM on me. Aside of making my case that my freedom and liberty have been unduly usurped by Americans, OHENESPARADIGM was also an economic independence and opportunity effort.

I did refresh Dreamhost's memory of the deal, which at the time it started did not state that it was mandatory for me to purchase another round of hosting after the expiry of the two-year promotion deal. Since Dreamhost killed OHENESPARADIGM.ORG, I have made every effort to get that outfit to restore the sight, a medium for waging the war for my freedom and liberty surreptitiously usurped by United States in an offensive and injurious hate crime named PROGRAM.
Dreamhost has been totally non-responsive.

This is typical of the pattern of reactions to me from the American public during this ordeal: People and institutions have been instructed to be intentionally obstinate, passively hostile, resentful and apprehensive to my queries and inquiries. Whenever I raise an issue about the PROGRAM or about any obstructions against my effort to repudiate and expunge the dehumanizing program, Americans should show some form of hostility towards me to intimidate and bully me. Americans have been instructed to slam the glass door in my face in the churches, bureaucracies, courts, work places, media, etc. The people at Dreamhost have done similarly in the past few weeks.

So, here we are: Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc, throw them out of the window, when it comes to people like this; dark-skinned African. Is it not a sad case when United States, the nation out there killing foreign leaders with the pretense of freeing people under such leaders from oppression and tyranny would institute even harsher forms of domination, oppression and tyranny against me in United States? What does it say of these laudable documents on freedom, liberty and individual sovereignty, if people cannot enjoy the same in United States, because of the color of their skin or region of origin? Are these documents mere Paper Tigers?

United States may be out there policing the rest of the world, bringing oppressive leaders in Iraq and Libya in line, and even killing those tyrants who Americans believe they need to kill to advance freedom and liberty on a global scale. But who punishes the United States, when the US gets out of line, such as in case when a foreign power has seized a solitary African scholar and imposed detestable and impermissible programs on him? Is this saying that Americans, or whoever for whom United States makes these policies are more human than I[or Africans]?

Double standards would be the the softer characterization of this sort of America hypocrisy. In my case, I have made it abundantly clear that I will continue to pursue the cause of justice against all those who have violated my rights with the PROGRAM. They could be countries, organizations, groups or individuals in this conspiracy against me; it would not matter to me, because, my unalienable rights are equal to those of every American, Indian or Chinese on this earth. If I cannot prove this, the US documents on freedom and liberty would do so for me.

Thus, my fight for freedom and liberty continues. I will rebuild OHENESPARADIGM without Dreamhost, but with the same and similar publications, which my enemies find intolerable. The enemies have doubled their efforts to put me to eternal sleep, exploiting the weak knots in my medical treatment at the San Francisco General Hospital. I face clinical violence on constant basis three times every week. But, I am not asleep. I am as alert as the African crocodile, especially, in the face of such an extremely dangerous situation.

Due to this dangerous situation, I have not been able to pay needed attention to my blogs. This has given the enemies false encouragement that the obstruction meant to discourage me has been succeeding. But no amount of cyber bullying or terrorism can bend my will in this case. I intend to resume full activity in publishing at these blog, mindful of the diabolical plots and people against me out there, in particular, the continuing conspiracy silence to me. SLAVERY OF AFRICAN IN UNITED STATES A MATTER OF HISTORICAL REGRESSION

JOHN QUINCY ADAMS SAID

When you hear of John Quincy Adams you think of a great US founder, president and principal contributor to the Federalist Papers. Of course, while father and son John Adams and John Quincy Adams were great presidents, it was the former[a political theorist] who was founder and principal contributor to the Federalist Papers. Some Americans still remember that John Quincy Adams was a lawyer. But how many actually know that he was a human and civil rights-minded lawyer who actually appeared before the Supreme Court of the United States to defend the inherent rights of Africans slaves? This question and its answer offer the teaching moment for this piece, another in line with my purpose to widely publicize US crimes against humanity committed against me in broad day light, and they have been committed with the conviction that as African I am naturally unfree and inferior, and therefore, I deserved to be enslaved and mistreated. The lesson for this moment is John Quincy Adams would argue that any form of enslavement in United States would be uncivilized, regressive and unconstitutional. Do you or do you not agree?

This publication is about the elements of slavery and peonage and the education to implement such activities against me in support of US eugenics and ethnic cleansing programs that targeted me ever since I set foot on the North American continent. Wherever he is in his grave John Quincy Adams [May his soul rest in peace] would be turning his head and gnashing his teeth to learn that not only have Presidents and lawyers who came after the pioneers abandoned the sacred creed of liberty for their failure to stand up to stamp out a program openly described as "enslavement" and sponsored by US elite, but also, that such dehumanizing and regressive program is co-managed by African Americans, descendants of slaves; people who most of all should epitomize the quest for freedom and liberty.

America is at a sad trajectory in its history when the beneficiaries of the Emancipation Proclamations now lead programs and projects to enslave Africans for either profit or revenge. In United States, most Black Americans I meet have revenge and anger written all over their faces as if they have proof that my family actually sold any of their descendants. This type of juvenile reaction to a historical epoch, which neither they nor I actually took part in creating is however part of US undeclared policy to use Black Americans to harass Africans on the continent. Is it not a sad story that even in the era of President Obama, a man whose father was African, Black Americans would be paid or instigated by leading Americans to kill or even undermine Africans in United States?

In this particular case, the alleged slave trader, Bill Gates or Nancy Pelosi[Kapitalist] is the one urging Black Americans not only to harass me, but, use such form of social violence to oppress me or even push me out of United States. Some black American elite, as I have indicated elsewhere in this publication actually get paid to harass or even kill Africans in United States. These people, slave drivers or managers are part of the legitimizing process in this regressive activity in United States. Later in this publication, I will share with the reader what lawyer John Quincy Adams believed and thought about the African peoples, belief and thought which today's leaders and lawyers have either abandoned due to a compromise of their values and virtues or are too coward to muster.

If there is any aspect of the US program to destroy me that should shock the conscience of the world, civilized and uncivilized, then that is the enslavement aspect [In absence of the satanic attack component]. Due to its checkered past and infamy with this dehumanizing social institution, and particularly, due to the fact that United States promotes itself as the beginning and end of all liberties; the protector of human rights and main adherent of inalienable rights [a la the US Constitution], it would sound almost pejorative to measure United States with any policy or program, official or unofficial, aimed purposefully at enslavement, subjugation, dehumanization or denigration of an individual or a group; to wit any program that debunks in the least the idea of liberty. Unfortunately, this exactly is what this 'program' to ruin me has been; an enslavement program created and nurtured by United States.

The seriousness of this specific violation is that United States has codified laws prohibiting the same, or activities that would amount to or mimic enslavement or peonage activities. The First Amendment, which underscores the inalienability of liberty [a natural right], the Eight Amendment, which forbids cruel, wicked and inhuman treatment and the Thirteenth Amendment, which sanctions peonage and all forms of slavery activity, on paper, are effective reinforcement of the Emancipation Statutes enacted since the 1860s to ensure that no policy, program or even conspiracy to erect in any manner, shape or form, the institution of slavery would not be found to be illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional.

The equal protection clauses of the US Constitution, as well, serve caution on politicians, businesses and institutions that might be too power-drunk, albeit, regressive, as to envisage having their own slaves in modern America, as envisaged by those in this case. It is a sad note in this report that exactly this is what happened and what I am about to describe. Let American patriots, those who actually hurt and feel pain, whenever America's image is tarnished by some infamous or prohibited conduct of Americans, listen. Patriotism is not simply answering a nation's call to pick up arms and kill other people, to hate those who were born here or who are unlike us. Patriotism, love of nation, also means doing those things that would hold high the name and image of your nation in the minds of other people. Certainly, engaging in slavery, enslavement education or peonage activities or hating people from other nations and sabotaging their own life plans do not make one patriotic. But, this is what has happened in this case.

In order to show that the practice of slavery is legally, constitutionally and humanly objectionable, I offer this working definition: According to Dehumane.Org, an online dictionary, slavery exists “When a person (called master) has absolute power over another (called slave) including life and liberty.” Wikipedia, another online dictionary defines slavery as.”..a system under which people are treated as property and are forced to work forced.” Wikipedia explains further that “Slaves can be held against their will from the time of their capture, purchase or birth, and deprived of the right to leave, to refuse to work, or to demand compensation.”

From the foregoing definitions, it is apparent that slavery entails loss of liberty, mistreatment that insinuates that some person is property or is owned, a situation that mimics seizure of some person or that some person is held against his or her will by another. Slavery entails deprivation of rights, including, but, not limited to the right to work, associate or to leave the place of slavery. These features of slavery persist in my situation in United States, where in San Francisco, Nancy Pelosi and others believe that they have the social and international locks on me, because, thus far, there has not been either leadership or mass objection to this crass form of dehumanization. Even lawyers are on record of supporting the program to enslave me in United States.

I can say for sure that since the late 1980s in Canada, this has been the type of situation I have known in North America. I am aware that presently in San Francisco, security agents of United States, California and County of San Francisco have been detailed to track me and kill me should I make the effort to escape. Homosexuals and Black American Muslims are also said to be the alert for me. This supports, not my suggestion, but the suggestion of the American people that I am in slavery, bought and owned by United States and its citizens, including Bill Gates, Nancy Pelosi and perhaps Katherine Crier, and managed by Condoleezza Rice and others for profit. What? This is not fiction.

The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, passed by the Senate on April 8, 1864, by the House on January 31, 1865, and ratified on December 6, 1865, abolished slavery as a legal institution in United States [ See Article I, Section 9 and “a person held to service or labor” in Article IV, Section 2. The Thirteenth Amendment, in direct terminology, put an end to this].

The amendment states:
Section 1:
"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2:
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

In a later publication, I will show that some aspects of this enslavement program is said to be for punishment purposes, although, I have not been convicted of any violation in United States or anywhere subject to their jurisdiction. At that time, I will also show that the US Congress has acted against the spirit and letter of all appropriate legislation or statutes that prohibit enslavement and its legacies with its support for the programs involving slavery.

Prior to enactment of the Thirteenth Amendment, a man who became US President, John Quincy Adams represented slaves before the Supreme Court, and made an impassioned argument for their freedom, in the case of the Amistad Survivors. The Court, in United States v. Libellants of Schooner Amistad, 40 U.S. 518 (15 Pet. 518), 10 L. Ed. 826, affirmed the district court and agreed with John Quincy Adams that the Africans were free persons.

Why did John Adams refuse to join other white people to oppress and enslave the Amistad Survivors? The answer is pretty straight forward: He was a man of conviction, a thorough scholar who believed in the principles of the First Amendment and dignity of people no matter their racial background. He believed that liberty was a God-given right to be enjoyed by Asians, Europeans, Africans and, indeed, all mankind. Not Surprisingly, the Supreme Court of United States agreed with him. Can we have lawyers and leaders stand up with the same conviction in United States in 2011?

Unfortunately, it appears as if there are no John Adamses in today's lawyers and leaders. If there were, those would be the ones who would remind the violators in this case of how regressive and [un]patriotic it would be for anybody in to think of it, let alone institute programs to enslave Africans in United States. Even the Black American apostles of civil liberties, those of the religious conviction that all people are born to be treated justly appear to support this egregious violation. They also seek revenge.

The Thirteenth Amendment itself does not apologize for slavery in United States [some Europeans too were enslaved]. However, prior to the presidential elections of 2008, the Congress passed a resolution to apologize for slavery and all its legacies. I have gone to this extent to retract history to show that this program, which Americans believe is slavery and enslavement education is illegal and prohibited in United States, and the political leaders of this country have shown on paper that they do not subscribe to such dehumanization or condone it. In practice however, the story is different. United states has taken the backward slide from civilization.

I have also shown that even US Courts and a famous US President agreed that Africans, natural persons just as Asians and Europeans, have natural rights and freedoms equivalent to those described in the First Amendment. Africans are not robots made in some German or Japanese factory to mimic human beings. Africans have souls, blood, emotions and aspirations. Africans even pray to a God, just as Europeans do. Africans marry, work and reproduce. Africans do not need permission from white people to do any of these things. I do not need permission from any American, white or black, to do anything that I wish to do in life.

Consequently, there has to be personal hatred or resurgence of some congenital hatred for people of African descent, to explain why Africans in general are deemed undeserved of these rights, and why I in particular, have been targeted to this degree of dehumanization by United States. I believe that I have underscored these two factors in my discussions and I would refer to them often in future.

With that in mind, I now turn to explanations offered by Americans themselves for why United States and its citizens believe that they have the right to enslave me. This is no fiction.

1. I was awarded scholarships by St. Jerome's University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, for undergraduate and graduate studies. Towards the end of my graduate program, I received a bursary stipend form the Canadian International Development Agency [CIDA]. Also, when I enrolled in Ottawa University Law in 1993 [As the first evidence of the assault against me, my enemies used Satanic attacks to force me out of Ottawa, and so, I had to withdraw from the LLB. Program], I received a government guaranteed loan and a small subvention for my studies. According to Americans, the money I received as scholarships, stipends, bursaries, subventions, etc, was taxpayers' money, and therefore, I have been enslaved forever by the taxpayers in return. The money was not from the US Treasury and USAID did not grant me the scholarships. So wherein lies the rationality about “taxpayers' money” for which the US should enslave me to repay?

This suggestion has left me with at least, two scenarios from which to infer;

A. Some people actually suggest that St Jerome's, the first university to award me scholarship money sold me to United States and Bill Gates for them to use me as a 'guinea pig' for medical research and homosexual experiments, after the university had secretly practiced the experiment on me. This would be a darn serious human rights violation, would it not? The paucity in this suggestion relates to the fact that the President of St. Jerome's, when I was enrolled, was a United States citizen, and an alleged spy for United States and Vatican, a man who apparently did not like me. The results of his hatred are not fictitious.

Father Norman Choate allegedly started the program of sexual harassment, abuse and secret medication against me at St Jerome's, where he sarcastically named me “The Monkey,” because he believed that I was a down syndrome of a type, not quite cut for college stuff, but quite cut for experiments. Instead, I would be better used as a guinea pig in America, where Kapitalists and medical researchers need raw materials for their investments and experiments. I still cannot believe that a Catholic Father and head of the university which offered me the opportunity to advance was the one who came out with such suggestion to deal with the “noble savage”[another termed he allegedly coined for me]. So, he had to fulfill the cause of his people, Americans and Kapitalists.

Bill Gates and his cohorts mentioned in this conspiracy allegedly believe that to own a person is part of capitalism, and therefore, as kapitalists, they have the right to own me and use me for whatever they want, but particularly, for profit. Apparently, the US government supports this view and conduct, despite the fact that it is aware that the conduct is illegal, unconstitutional and offensive. I am reminded that, maybe, Adam Smith would not agree if he were alive today, that the Wealth of Nations depended on slavery. However, I will accept correction from members of the Adams Smith Society.


2.The second tale, also suggested by Americans is that the US government and its citizens, either bought me from or transferred me from the Canadian government to be enslaved and re-educated to make me see myself as inferior and a slave to white people. Part of this explanation is that, Americans felt that the Canadians had failed to properly control and destroy me as secretly plotted. Particularly, Americans admonished Canadians for allowing me to get college education, when what had been agreed upon was slavery education. Worse still, allowing me to express myself in classrooms, seminars and workshops was a mistake. They, the Americans, used to watch me in Canadian classrooms via video and satellite and wondered why Canadians allowed a slave to express himself at all.

They, the Americans, weaned at oppressing and destroying black people, and apparently proud of it, decided to get me down here to complete the enslavement and ruination activities. Americans intended to “reprogram” me not only to make me abandon pursuit of academic and professional goals, but also, to make me see white people as my Masters and superiors. I was supposed to be an alcoholic, drug abuser, criminal and failure. In this way, white Americans intended to appease African Americans that I am not better than Black Americans. The latter have as a result supported this program. The sociology of race in social structuring is part of the goals of the social engineering aspects of the program. Apparently, United States ran out of Black American guinea pigs and so extended the search to Africans.The message is disheartening and alarming: United States has a universal paradigm of [dis]respect and disregard for peoples of African origins, and perhaps, even pose a security threat to such peoples. This is not simply about Ohene Boakye-Yiadom. Still, let us continue to use him as the case study.

But, of course, this does not make sense, you might suggest. But it does. The tale source credited to Condoleezza Rice and allegedly sealed by Nancy Pelosi is that I am neither Ghanaian nor African, but, in fact, Black American, a descendant of American bought slaves who ESCAPED to Africa, then sought scholarship to study in Canada, in the belief that white American slave owners could never capture me. But using modern technology, the sharp eyes and minds of its INTELLIGENCE, of course led by Condoleezza Rice and Cathy Marshall[currently the leading EYE], United States spotted me in Canada. They deployed MAGIC and super TECHNOLOGY to CAPTURE me back to enslavement in United States. This is why I should be tortured, re-educated and re-inducted. Do you love this story or not?

You see, the Americans love IT, no matter how specious all this sounds. This is the type of psychology the powerful few have used to control and repress the powerless majority in United States since the Cold War. And by the way, both Condoleezza Rice and Nancy Pelosi are known great STORY TELLERS in America. In United States, “I am telling a story,” simply means, “ I am telling a lie.” Why would an African American be associated with such a specious conspiracy against an African scholar? Is there a white American behind the scenes feeding on the effrontery of Condoleezza Rice and African Americans? Why have no Black Americans [Alf Israel, for instance] openly spoken up about this case, if African Americans have been used as the “doormat” for this crime? Why we ponder answers to these questions, I would like to introduce the third version of the story line about the enslavement program.

3.A third explanation connects Ghana and my family to the alleged purchase. Earlier on, in 1995-98, I used to hear that, “ME bought you from your father.” Although some people tried to confuse me about “the father,” by claiming this was my birth father [just as my family should be Katherine Crier, Condoleezza Rice or some other American, not Ghanaians], I eventually deduced that "father” here referred to Father Norman Choate, President of St. Jerome's who allegedly started and spread the medication attack, satanic torture and programs that are now full blown American operated.

This failure to confuse me proved that ATOR, TOPROLL and similar drugs for memory erosion that have used against me had their limits. Of course, I would be the last to believe that those seeking ways to kill or destroy me with prescription drugs and injections in San Francisco have given up. In particular, indifference to my reports about such misconduct by US authorities has emboldened the conspirators to continue with this nefarious objective. For example, narcotics and alcoholic attacks continue in the hospitals against me in San Francisco where the now shaken conspirators wish that I would simply drop dead. That is, after failure of the suicide trick, they want me to kill myself for the enemy's cover up. From Florida where he hides, I hear that Father Norman still is on his conspiracy game. I believe that the citizens among others have coded either him or his second "YOUR."

4.The purchase connection with the government of Ghana was that, indeed, either US bought me from Ghana or obtained permission from Ghana to use me as 'guinea pig,' and in exchange, provide Ghana with foreign aid, after US agents convinced Ghanaian leaders that I was an enemy of my own country. In other words, even if I say that I am not a descendant of American bought slaves, then, the Kapitalist would show that there is enough money in America to spend on enslaving and destroying me. This time, United States and the Kapitalist would take the purchase program to Ghana and get the Ghanaian leadership on board. Ghana as I have learned from Americans was sold on the idea and money.

This arrangement, if true, began during the Rawlings era, late 1980s. This was the time of World Bank, IMF and western organizations pervasive infiltration to Ghana in the name of structural adjustment programs. President Clinton visited Ghana at a time when I was sending scores of letters to the White House and the President of Ghana about my situation. But, the situation worsened from that time onwards. Was it not ironic that President Clinton in 1995 apologized for the Tuskegee Project, [a US government syphilis research which used 399 Black men from the Macon area in Georgia and watched as most of them untreated dropped dead one by one], while he was indifferent to a similar program on me? Apparently, US somehow got Ghana involved in the conspiracy without Ghana being aware of the lies and deception sold to it by America.

Notable among these was that I hated Rawlings because he was Ewe and his father was Irish. From what I have been able to glean thus far, US offered to kill me for Rawlings. Such a killing was to be extrajudicial and for the purpose of RITES, and not for the sake of the leadership in Ghana. If I hated Rawlings because of his parentage, then, it means I hated his parents, right? This is exactly what the enemy has tried to showcase against me, especially, with white audiences. The fact is that I bore Rawlings or no Ghanaian leader hatred. I only disagreed with certain policy directions in Ghana and as a bona fide Ghanaian, I have the right to participate in the policy debates in Ghana. Let no American tell me that I do not have the right to talk about Ghana.

Ghana's role in the conspiracy allegedly accentuated during the Kuffor Presidency [2000-20008], because, as a fellow Akan, Americans feared that Kuffor could expose this crime, unlike the Ewe Rawlings. The Bush and Kuffor governments forged ties, which cemented the Ghana -USA alliance. These Presidents and their governments visited each other two times for a total of four. During these eight years, I sent my most eloquent pleadings to both Presidents, but my situation worsened, each time I did. Most of the damages and personal injuries I have accumulated or worsened during the eight years of Bush-Kuffor administrations.

Both Presidents are lawyers, and therefore, resolved[it is alleged] to help the lawyer who is alleged to be at the center of the gay scam in the case. Sadly, unlike John Quincy Adams, these lawyers and presidents could not stand up for liberty. What would John Quincy Adams think or say about today's lawyers and leaders who cannot stand up to witness that Africans are free people?

The news is whenever I managed to get the Ghanaian leadership's attention to the matter, the Americans symbolically transferred ownership to Condoleezza Rice, on the assumption that Africans would not expose her, being someone with African blood who has achieved fame and popularity. Instead, they would blame me and ask for my head. African leaders would suggest that I should be sacrificed for this Kapitalist oppression to cover up for the offenders. Of course, placing African Americans in front of the case so that white people could work from the scenes has always been the hypocritical strategy of United States in this case. But, has US going to manipulate the government and my family in Ghana against me so as to enslave me not gone too far in the betrayal of liberty?

Condoleezza Rice, it has been alleged was used as PROXY to convince not just Rawlings, but also Kuffor and Atta Mills and their governments that, either I was a criminal under investigation in United States, or I signed a contract to be used for research and experiments and in exchange marry a prosperous homosexual [gay], or that I was already destroyed, so there was no need for the leaders of Ghana to worry over me. Professor Rice or another professor she covers up for is said to be manager of the program for enslavement, gay immersion and ruination. In her role is protector of the white people in this crime, she hides those seeking my blood and body parts for rites. Even more alarming, there is information that Professor Rice herself with support from African Americans wants the program as her own reparation project. United States owns and uses Black Americans and I the African from Ghana should pay them reparations.

Whether this storyline was given to Ghana by Condoleezza Rice or not, somehow, it was, and remains an official story line from United States to Canada and Ghana about my situation. The purpose of the falsehood, of course, is to perpetually hold me in enslavement in United States. Akans phrases such as “Kamu,” literally, 'disappear within' [remain here forever] and “Waka mu,” “You are here permanently,” used by Americans to taunt and scorn me prove the intent of perpetual holding. Meanwhile, US officials tell tales to get officials from Ghana and Canada to ignore my petitions. Here, the most doubted, as far as I am concerned are the Canadians and Ghanaians. As for the Americans, they have made no nonsense of what this is; a program of enslavement, capitalist investments, medical experiments, gay immersion, ruination and, errr rites, right?

In the next publication at this site, I will continue with discussion of the reasons for the enslavement program to show why United States must acknowledge the crime and severely punish those responsible for it.
